We stayed for 6 days, When we got there there was food from another guest still in the microwave that we had to throw out. We were missing some silverware. We reserved for 6 guests but everything was set up for 4 (the towels, plates, silverware, etc.). There was only 1 pan for cooking which makes no sense having a kitchenette. The shower was the biggest problem as it couldn't keep temperature of the water and it wasn't a little change. We would get it to where we wanted it and every couple min it would change to extremely hot and then extremely cold indefinitely until you stopped showering. We talked to the front desk and they implied that this was common if everyone was showering at the same time like when everyone is going to or getting back from Disneyland. We were using it at different times and it still would do it so that wasn't the problem. A repair worker was sent to fix it but it never was fixed. there was a separate handle, to change between two different shower heads, that was leaking the whole time. The one time we used it it came off and started shooting water everywhere. The bathroom exhaust fan also didn't work. We used the gym a little, but the t stat was set to 80 degrees.

We recently stayed here during our Disneyland trip and overall had a great experience. The breakfast was delicious and incredibly convenient for busy Disney mornings. The shuttle stop is very close to the hotel, and the buses run frequently with plenty of stops, making transportation easy. The staff was also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. My only real complaint is that the hotel feels a bit outdated. The hallways and rooms could use some updating, and having smart TVs would have been a nice modern touch. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again for a future Disneyland vacation.

Our stay here was terrible, especially from the pictures. They were very misleading. The place seems old and dated. The bath tub water would not go down right away and there was a hair left inside. The morning before we checked out our lights and electricity outlets stopped working. I could not use the hair dryer or charge our phones and watches. When I tried to call the front desk they couldn't hear me through the hotel phone. When I went to the front the guy told me “yea it happens you know the wires trip”. He said he would send someone but nobody came. For the price there are many better options and closer to the boardwalk as well.

I forgot the front desk staff member who checked us in however he was so kind and upgraded our room with no extra cost because we were celebrating my daughter’s 5th birthday. The room was clean and very spacious. Would stay there again!

We found bed bugs in our May stay. They changed us rooms and upgraded, which was good, but you can’t never be comfortable enough after that encounter. I think the hotel staff did the best they could, but still.

The entire hotel staff from the front desk to the hospitality staff were amazing! Talk about 5 start customer service. Room was amazing, even tho the pillows were terrible I still think the hotel deserves 5 stars. Overall the hotel was beyond worth it to stay and the price was amazing. For sure my top 5 hotels to stay! There was a lot of gos to write about but all I’m gonna say, they won’t disappoint in the great 5 star hotel! Very very happy

If possible, ask for a room away from the main road. Traffic noise is loud in the early mornings.

We used the grove district transit shuttle to get to and from Disneyland, which was super convenient. Overall we had a great time, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Room was dirty as soon as we came in. Toilet had poop stains, bedding didn’t look neat. kitchen was a disappointment with the kitchen utensils. When housekeepers came in, they just went around things. No access to other channels or apps for the tv just basic cable. Ac was funky to deal with.

The room was much larger than anticipated and the kitchen was wonderully stocked with bowls plates and utensils. Even a full size fridge! It wasn't the closest to Disneyland and was a far walk but the staff was amazingly professional and helpful to recommend a transportation system to get us to and from the parks. We were able to take Garden Groves Transportation buses that felt very luxurious inside and was a quick 5-minute ride to the very front of disneyland. The buffet breakfast in the morning was exceptionally delicious. There were several waffle stations and hot foods. Great place for families.

Firstly, the staff here are very helpful and friendly. However, this Hilton needs a serious update. The beds are so hard and the linens thin and torn. Shower curtain also torn. During our 2 night stay the entire hallway of our floor and our 2 rooms smelled like marijuana. Staff said they would address it but no change.

Our room was great and spacious, the breakfast had a great selection...might have been better a little later, walking around Disneyland for 10 plus hours took its toll. Some of our party couldn't get up in time. But the selection was great. We also bought some stuff from the little store front in the lobby. I had the fruit bowl myself and ate from it for 2 days.Was nice having a refrigerator and microwave also. My daughter bought a pot pie one night. It was also great being on the route for the shuttle to the park. We didn't get a chance to use the pool since our main goal for this stay was Disney. But on the chilly nights a nice dip in a heated pool sounded nice...maybe next time. Parking was easy and well lit not a long walk to get inside. We give the stay 8 thumbs up. All 4 of us had a great time.

I thought the place was good. A nice continental breakfast. The thing that disappointed me was the $25 per day parking that was not communicated during the booking. So I was chrged $50 for staying 2 nights. Our floor was suppose to be smoke free but I smell cigarette smoke from nearby rooms.

from time of check-in the staff was very friendly and helpful. 2 staff members stood out during the breakfast rush. hispanic male and southeast asian lady (possibly indian) were both helpful and pleasant during the breakfast rush. genuine greeting and smile made me and my family feel welcome. rooms were very well kept and spacious. having kids the mini kitchen made meals very quick and convenient. amazing selection in the breakfast buffet. who'd thought i'd see chicken carnitas for breakfast and everything was well stocked.

Great breakfast, family friendly ,we went there for 1 week and it was great ,staff was friendly and very helpful, and they had happy hour!! With free drinks ( wine, beer, and snacks, the pool was clean and the jacuzzi too 10/10

The rooms have been nicely updated, although the showers could use an update. The breakfast was good, lots of variety and very friendly breakfast staff. The pool was nice, not too busy and had lots of chairs on the deck. The biggest complaint is the hotel shuttle which is operated by a third party. It was very unreliable, the shuttle staff were not always pleasant and the wait time for shuttles was long especially during peak park times.

The hotel itself was nice and clean but the bathrooms in the rooms were a whole other story. This was the second Hilton hotel we tried staying at with nasty bathrooms. The tubs are gross with rust and tubs with peeling paint and needing to be glazed they were bad bath tubs but everything else was clean.

Everything was nice but a lot more work for buses to Disneyland.

The sausage was nasty. The potatoes were good. The muffins were good. We had to with hot food, line up for an elevator the first day after a long day on our feet. We ended up climbing 6 flights of stairs and our food still was cold. The second night after Monday, I got in the shower in the pressure was really low. While I had conditioner in my hair, the water stopped working and it was frustrating. I also called up the first night and asked for three blankets and two pillows. When they finally came up, they gave us the three blankets and no pillows. The pillows that they had were very uncomfortable.

No rinsing plastic cup after brushing teeth. Not possible to boil water for my hot drink. Shower water temperature is too cold. Hot gold coast hotel in Australia had no such trouble. Let us choose our shower temperature, not someone is controlling in behind, or something else. I complained but no good result.

Beware the bathrooms at this property are very outdated! The tubs are very slippery and no matts for grip are provided. A member of my party slipped and fell giving them bruises all over including a black eye.

We asked multiple times regarding a clogged bathroom sink and they told us it would be fixed right away. On the third ask a few days later we were told they are short staffed and they dont know when it will be fixed. Ridiculous. We were down to just using the kitchen sink.

It was a great place to stay. The front desk clerks were friendly and welcoming, housekeeping was attentive and Marcus at food was AMAZING! The pool and hot tub were great too. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Disneyland.

Breakfast was great and nice. I was able to go to Disney by bus. The kids played in the pool and it was nice. But the bathtub was in a good condition to change. If I have a chance to go again, I will go again.

pool side was great nice and clean and lots of seating the rooms were very clean and nice having the kitchenette was a plus the staff was awesome from front desk to maintence, the breaktast was always good and on weds they have small bites from 5 to 630 lots of resturants in area was nice using the ART to get to and from Disneyland was able to have a amazon delivery during our stay only thing they could improve on was the smoking area outside away from the hotel entrance would be nice to have a bench and be away from the foot traffic going into hotel. will stay with this hotel again

The kitchen could have been better. I booked room planning to cook and it was a mini fridge. It didn't have much for cooking utensils. The dishwasher kept tipping out because it wasn't secured. They were supposed to refresh towels and trash every other day, but that did not happen. Front desk was helpful in taking care of concerns. Breakfast was decent and a great location. Quiet rooms.

in expedia says they will provide transportation to Disney, but they need to clarify if this will be an additional bus, because it can be confusing. I thought the hotel would take us to Disney as part of their transportation service, but when I arrived, the staff told I had to scan a QR code and a bus would pick us up. This isn’t communicated clearly.

We stayed for 2 nights I had breakfast but it tasted like it was the left over potatoes from the whole week getting reheated Inside the room the shower curtain was stained with black dots of some kind, it was also very short where it made me use most of the towels on the floor because the water was going everywhere outside the shower There is usually a trash can for sanitary wipes/ pads in the bathroom and there was none. Also when I was time to check in the line was very long that I probably spend more than 20 mins just to check it

Having said that: The buffet was unable to keep up with demand during breakfast hours. Extremely long waits for eggs, potatoes and breakfast meats. There was a rather large cockroach in our bathroom. I know things get shaken around during renovations, so I just killed it and kept it moving. Also we went thinking that there would be a shuttle to Disneyland based on the way the ad is displayed. The shuttle for a family of five was over $40 a day, same as parking so if you are choosing based on saving on parking, the shuttle is not an option.

GOOD SIZE ROOM FOR families. The main problem is when taking a shower, the water gets on the floor. needing to ask towels to keep the floor dry. poor remodel or maybe recc installing a shower door instead of curtains. quick response for fixing electrical outlets on the nightstands. after the 1st night, my cell phone did not charge and I was upset because I was going to Disneyland!! friendly staff, good breakfast and close to many important places like Target!

We had a good stay in a hotel under construction. The pool was not available thus we had to travel to the closest hotel. Our room was large with a kitchenette that had one pot, limited cutlery, no toaster, kettle or a cutting board. Our coffee pot missed working parts. I called down with a list of things for the kitchen. Quick to Disney and lots of restaurants around. Cleaned out room x 2. Overall a 3 Star.

I liked they had public transit to Disneyland so close. Hotel room was excellently how they showed. Breakfast was not that great, the food such as eggs, sausage was over cooked, not a lot to choose from. Parking was great, stuff was patient.

We had a great stay visiting family in the area. Even though the hotel was being worked on / renovated -the staff were amazing. The breakfast staff were truly amazing due to the re-organized layout due to the renovations. They made sure everyone got what they needed with a smile - especially Kusmiyati and Jigna. Also the front desk, Kela was great as well. Thanks for making our stay a great trip over the holidays.

My family and I recently stayed here due to home renovations and as first timers at this hotel it was a very good and comfortable experience. The staff is so friendly and understanding. Everyday when we went down they always greeted us and asked us about our day especially the receptionist Valeria? I believe !!! She’s super nice and didn’t make us feel any way other than comfortable! She always talked to us with genuine interest ! As for everything else the rooms were so nice and comfortable! The housekeepers were always nice when we asked for stuff and very understanding of the “privacy please” sign we had due to us having cats in the room. The rooms are quite spacious and have a kitchen area !! Definitely would recommend going here (:! The only “ downside” is the parking and having one entrance and elevator but it’s minor because it’s only for renovations that the other elevator is closed! The parking is quite a lot it’s just a little walk to the main entrance so nothing too severe !(:

There was a cockroach in my room I had to change it right away

Our room was not clean, linens had spots of dried blood. We spots of dried blood on the pillow cases too. You can tell no one had stayed in that room for a while there was dust everywhere. The bathroom door didn’t lock, door knob just didn’t work. The refrigerator had smudges all over the front of the doors that were permanently stuck. Rust on there coffee machine. They tried to modernize the room by doing certain upgrades but before releasing the room do a final walk through make sure your sheets are at least clean.

Nice spacious room with a separate seating area was a nice surprise! Our only complaints were we wish we had known the hotel was under construction before we arrived. We couldn’t nap because of hammering and drilling noises and they began working again (I believe) at 8am so we couldn’t sleep in. We also had a hard time with getting the toilet to flush fully. The staff were nice and greeted us each time we walked by. We ran out of toilet paper and only had 3 towels for 4 people but they were at our door very quickly after we requested those items. $25 a day parking for a regular parking lot (no garage or security gate) was a ripoff though. Overall, we’d possibly stay there again in the future.

Even though the hotel was undergoing renovations, it was clean. The staff was outstanding- friendly, helpful, and had answers for all of our questions about the ART bus. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing after a long morning at Disneyland. Would definitely stay here again!

Both ends of the shower curtain kept falling in and won’t stay shut so every time we showered floors were always soaked. Beds were a little uncomfortable and hard, blankets were really thin. Not sure what Hilton’s new policy now when it comes to the room setting and furnitures but they don’t have comforters anymore. I truly appreciated the staff. I don’t mind coming back I just hope next time we come that the shower curtains are fixed. No, I did not have time nor did I think to share this feedback with staff.

The staff were all accommodating and friendly. The room had a lounge area, kitchenette, table and chairs and then an adjoining spacious room with 2 queen beds. Lovely vanity seperate from bathroom. The hotel was being upgraded so the pool and gym were not available however we were offered to use a hotel besides ours. Home away from home. Modern room.

My stay was very bad. The hotel was very dirty from the outside and very stinky inside. The hotel was being renovated and no one told me. I have been to the one in Chula Vista and it was nothing compare to the one I stayed at by Disneyland. It was a very bad experience.

No issues with the staff, they do what the can do but the first room that they gave us the bathroom was covered in blood and dirty (in the shower) and the staff immediately put us on a different room wich was better, but still the shower was dirty, but not blood this time, i think they really need to replace those showers, about the amenities they staff really try to keep them clean but it's just and old building, anyways my family and I were there for two nights and we didn't really have time to complain or anything, we only use the room to sleep and take shower at night cause we mostly spent our time in Disneyland but for sure I won't come back here

The rooms smelled old I wasn't aware that they want a deposit til the last minute and the breakfast was bad

Ive stayed at this location many times, this last time I came I was VERY disappointed. Our first room was leaking, had water all over the bathroom floor and bathroom sink area. Comes to find out the roof was leaking in the bathroom from the vent we had to take all our stuff to another room and unload again. They kept stating they are renovating the 4th floor, but keep in mind I was staying on the first floor. The breakfast seemed from the day before especially the carnitas. The eggs were rubbery (egg patty). I stayed a total of 5 nights I had to request to have my room cleaned and get more towels on the 3rd night. My room had hair on the floor in the bathroom (new room). Being a Hilton, my expectations were a lot higher especially since I've stayed here many times. Spending about $1000.00 I shouldn't have to have this much problems

Gabriel hands down best front desk agent!! He was super kind and helpful, made our stay super comfortable. The hotel itself was a great option for our Disneyland trip! Wish we could’ve enjoyed the pool but we didn’t have time.

Hotel ran out of towels on our second day. Had to “call someone in” to do laundry! Under construction on the floor above us. Was not this at booking or check-in. Drills, hammers, walking constantly into the weekend. Breakfast is supposedly served until 9:30. Went down at 8:45 and half the options were gone and/or put away already. Front desk refused to work with me on a refund because I booked through a third party. Last time I do that.

Breakfast should start at 6 am. Hotel was under some renovations on 4th floor so closest elevator to our room was unavailable.

We had a nice stay for our vacation even with the renovation going on. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and the atmosphere was pleasant.

The hotel is under construction but they dont mention is on floor #4. You may get a room on floor 3 where you are gone here construction noise all day long.

They only gave us washcloths twice during the week long stay and took our old ones ...kind of odd...RJ

We had no hot water, we had no running water at some point. Wish we would have known the hotel is under renovations. Called maintenance and didn’t come for 2 days. We stayed 5 days.

Floor directly above my room had noisy renovations at the early hours of the morning. No water for a few hours my first day. Hot water issues followed the evening after with cold showers.. Friendly staff and good service.

Construction going on so part of the hallway and elevator always dirty. Hallways were dreary. The room itself was clean. And the customer service was good. Expected better for it carrying the Hilton name.

This hotel is RUN DOWN. It is not at all as advertised. I would never book here again. The pool was dirty, the hallway, room, bathroom all disgusting. The paper cups in our room were dirty. The shower wasn’t working properly. The bed sheets smelled so foul.

Nice place and great price point. Staff was great. Doing some renovation on the 6th floor that probably make the elevators a little slower. But over all nice place.

Easy parking and multiple restaurants in walking distance

Stay was great, very family friendly. Rooms need a little more TLC but over all it was comfortable enough. I would stay again.

It was nice. They were in the middle of some remodeling so there was a few things i didnt like, but it was understandable. I wish they swutched things up a bit more with breakfast.

Overall a great place to stay. Close to Target for convenient “last minute” shopping. They are going through a renovation so I am sure it will be even better once they are done. Will stay again

Worst stay ever

This was a really great hotel experience. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. It was a nice pool and I believe it was very well taken care of.

This has been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, I had to change rooms twice for the simple fact that both of them where extremely dirty and on top of that they smells horrible. So unfortunately I didn’t stay I wasn’t going to put my family in any harm with the smell and the way the room looked.

Loved how nice the rooms where, pool was great. The only downfall was only one elevator which was a hassle to use with many people trying to use it on different floors. Food quality was good just need few more options for the quality of the hotel

We had bed bugs in our first room, and when we asked to switch, the second room also had bed bugs. This is unacceptable. The hotel clearly has a serious cleanliness issue. I do not recommend staying here.

of the hotel is a major plus. It’s close to everything! So many places to go and things to do nearby. Unfortunately, I found socks on the top shelf of the closet. Found them under the extra pillow we needed to use. The toilet flapper needs to be repaired; wouldn’t fill the tank with water so we had to jiggle it. The sink and tub faucet must have a minor leak since we heard dripping all night long. Two outdoor gates surrounding the pool wouldn’t accept the room key to go in/out. Told staff and they said they’d tell maintenance. Though it happened again at another door on a different day and the woman said then don’t use that door if it doesn’t work?! If something is out of order - post a sign if that’s their solution. That would be helpful so we know what not to use or go. The food was ok. Glad to have breakfast included. We always choose hotels with that feature; so much easier for families. 3 large grassy areas for dogs.

The property is so old, no ice at the floor we stayed.

Dont stay here untill they update. Old, grimy, dinghy, needs a complete re do. Needs new everything. We couldnt stay, i couldnt let my kids stay in something so dirty. The only part that doesnt need new was the fridge. Really gross.

I want to give a great review to the breakfast team. Their breakfast is very good. I especially want to give a big shout out to Jigna, she was very attentive to all the guests needs during the breakfast hours. We could see she excels at her job. Thanks Homewood.

The room was comfortable and we slept well. The hotel was clean enough but a bit run down and our tub faucet leaked. We enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was sufficient but there were few hot options that didn't include meat. The location was very convenient.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. It's been almost 8 years since our last stay. The breakfast was still as good as we remember. It was sad to see that the place has fallen into a bit of disrepair. The bathroom could've used some spucing up, especially the tub and peeling wallpaper. We had 4 people in our room but only 3 towels for the 3 days. We requested more. It took quite some time to get them and the next day they were gone even though we hung them on the hooks to reuse. You have to request the blow dryer. Its not just in the room for use. There were only 2 lounge chairs by the pool and they were both broken. They had lots of pool toys there for you to use, so that was nice. Parking prices have gone up quite a bit, which is hard to pay on top of hotel price when you have no choice but to bring the car to get there.

Lots of large families at this location. The pool was open until 10pm i was very loud with music and kids in the pool area but at 10pm sharp the music and pool area quieted immediately I was pleasantly surprised with the staff and the wonderful pleasant,clean environment they create,

First time traveling with my furry friends, and the hotel was amazing , good breakfast and was convenient with the stores and dinning options around.

Room smells of dog. Room duvet needs to be washed. Smelled dusty

Rooms are outdated, but ok. The bath tub kept dripping water, could shut it off. Called hotel to report it but they couldn't do anything about it because it was so late. Found a bug on our bed and couldn't sleep all night. Turned off our A\C unit but it kept turning on for a few minutes all night. Not up to Hilton standards at all. Breakfast ends at 9:30am too on a Sunday ? will not stay here again

The pull out bed was not a mattress but springs sticking out of the mattress, the bath tub was horrible and there were cockroaches!!! I will never stay here again.

Great stay with friendly staff and a yummy breakfast!

I really like this hotel especially it’s around places that’s convenient. Breakfast could be better but other than that staff are friendly I stayed an extra day there and they were helpful. Our bathroom door didn’t lock the locked was broken so unfortunately we have small children and we couldn’t have privacy. Other than that if I’m ever vacationing in the area this place will still be my first choice.

Not the best property of Hilton I guess. Won’t be coming back here any more. Not very clean. No hot water the whole time. Staff was ok. They cheaped out on toilet paper. Not my best experience. Parking was extra.

Stayed here for 2 nights with 2 of my friends for a drifting event. Overall very clean and tidy. Staff was very polite and accommodating. Left a letter under our door for when we check our there will be snacks but the front desk just took the keys and didnt give anything but thats not a big deal. Breakfast was really good. Pretty much buffet style which i loved. Only thing that kind of threw us off was that there was sirens going off of either police or firetrucks going by. Not a big deal but was kind of annoying. My toddler would have woken up but luckily it was just us boys.

I liked the hotel overall. Sad to say i got rash & bites on the bed. I was going to overlook it and i considered maybe an allergic reaction to the laundry detergent but my son woke up with several bites/ blister.

The online pictures are so different from the room that I got. I honestly deserve a full refund. The room was dirty and smelly. Most of the towels had dark and yellow spots. Pillowcases and sheets were also very wrinkled like when they had been used. I had to request clean towels because the ones in the room were dirty. I received three “clean” towels, but two of the three had also yellow or dark stains.The bed make a terrible noise every time you sit or lay down. Those beds must be replaced. Bathtub was dirty and you can see that the room wasn’t clean enough. Ripped carpet everywhere. And hall carpet was lifted or taped creating a trip hazard. The first floor hall smells bad too.

Really enjoyed this hotel on my vacation trip to Disneyland with my family of 5. I had booked another hotel but this one was $150 cheaper so I ended up booking here and glad I did!! Staff was very nice . Parking was easy , but $25 a day to park. Breakfast buffet was delicious!! Kids loved it . Asked for towels and house keeping was there in less than 5 mins. Shopping center and dining is walking distance . Shuttle to Disneyland is two hotels down ( walking distance) however we waited 1 1/2 hours and it never showed up and I prepaid . So I don’t recommend if you’re going to Disney late morning . I never leave reviews but told my husband I just had to because of the warm experience we had. Will be going to Disney again for a longer stay in October and will definitely be booking here again (: !

Helpful staff, good breakfast, overall we had a good experience. Like any hotel u can tell its aged.

The room was very spacious, quiet, and view was great. Several restaurants were right out the front. Parking was great and close. Do be prepared for $25 per day parking fee. Starbucks right next door. Shuttle to Disneyland is next door. Very safe area. Great staff, very helpful and have a sense of humor. We enjoyed our stay.

Room was great but the shower kept changing temperature every 3-4 minutes. Breakfast was not very good. Have stayed at other hotels with better breakfast. Eggs were gross, waffles tasted like cardboard. We are very easy to please but this was beyond. Would not stay here again.

It was a good stay, however each day we would need to ask for towels and TP. It seemed short staffed. Breakfast was great

I would give a 5 star, but the discomfort of the queen bed mattresses and the mattress on the sofa sleeper made it hard to sleep. It helped to put the couch cushions on the sofa sleeper mattresses. Note: The weekend we went, there was a roof leak in the lobby, I hope it is fixed soon and without any harm. Despite the matresses, I would come back to the hotel.

Easy stay. Spent a night here with my family after a day at Disneyland. Room was clean, space was big enough for my husband, myself, and our two kids. The guys at the front desk were super friendly when we checked in and checked out. We’ll probably stay here again during our next visit to the parks.

The pull out sofa was not comfortable. The pool and hot tub area was fantastic! The lobby and breakfast area were great. The staff were extremely helpful.

Room was clean with comfy beds and lots of room! Kitchenette was perfect, bathrooms were clean and organized with amenities such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Also face wipes were provided and that was a nice extra! Thank you for a great stay, we will most definitely return.

It was very clean and comfortable! The staff was very helpful and courteous. The only thing that might be nice is to have more variety in the breakfast menu. It’s all good, but for anyone staying more than a day or two some variety more would be welcome. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay!

Great hotel

The room was not as expected. Thread bare duvet of polyester that itched the skin. Room was not set for guest size; only received one wash towel. Loud heater/ac throughout the night. Foul smell from kitchen drain was covered with a plug

It was decent. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was okay. I would not stay there again.

The first day we got there I wanted to take a shower. The shower had black/brown stuff on the shower floor, so my fiancé cleaned it up for me because I was grossed out. I then turned the water on and there was no hot water. So we called the front desk and they said they could move us to another room. We unpacked again and got settled in. I felt like the rooms were pretty gross and I checked the bed for bugs because I was grossed out. I’ll not go back to this hotel again.

The hotel was cleanliness could’ve been better in our room and around the property. It definitely needs some updating. Employees were very nice and helpful. Would’ve just like to see our room be a bit cleaner and updates around the property.

This is a cheap hotel for a reason. Beds were not great, the hide a bed was broken. Living room window frame was broken. Windows did not have screens. There were times they did not have enough staff for cleaning. If you want some where cheap for a night or two, go for it. There are great restaurants within walking distance and we took the bus to Disney to save a few dollars.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice outdoor pool, great location, delicious breakfast buffet that was included (Nelson at breakfast was just the absolute best and so kind to my family) we really enjoyed our stay!

Room was clean, except for one detail, it had roaches. The split of the room and living was great, but the front desk personnel at night was terrible. He charged me for the room and parking twice, and said he would fix it but never did. Gentlemen at time or check or ended up helping me and refunding me.

Room’s were nice and clean the stuff was nice, they send you messages every day to see if you need anything and they deliver right away, breakfast was good and I want to mentioned Nelson during breakfast he greeted with a smile every day and he remember my kids names, my kids really appreciate the gesture. Found bed bugs but staff quickly got top of the situation and made sure to start checking.

Just location was good..other than that the property is very run down and not kept very well. Dirty towels and beds were so old.

Our stay was full of some nasty encounters. There were boogers on the walls, hair in the shower and roaches. What made the stay okay was the staff was kind, and very accommodating.

. I booked 2 rooms. We got there late after a day of Disneyland. They said they were all book, yet I had a reservation for 9 people and 2 rooms. They gave us a handicap room and a room that was not functional. The second room the toilet was cracked. The pull out bed had a note that it was broken. Called to get extra towel because there was only 3 and there were 4 people. They never came. Breakfast was ok. I wouldn’t recommend.

Our bathroom sink was plugged and they never came to fix it. The shower drips all night.Got stuck next door to a barking dog and when we complained they told my husband they were checking out that day. Then the following day we had another barking dog. USB on lamp didn't work. Room was falling apart. Found a tissue in my bedding. Gross

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was better than a regular free breakfast. The rooms were clean. Pool was nicely heated. The pull out couch was unusable. Thankfully my kids are small so the couch was fine but definitely wouldn’t book that room again. Master bed was ok, not great. Having a full kitchen was nice however I had to pick up my own knife, cutting board, dish scrubber, etc. small items that other Hilton properties I’ve stayed at with kitchens provide. This ones kitchen was more of an afterthought.

Family trip. Layout of room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Had a kitchenette which is why we booked it. The kitchen did not have a large trash can so the tiny one was full in the first 5 mins, so the room smelled like food trash. We drove 15 hours then arrived. At 1230am the fire alarms went off. The fire department came to turn off the alarm about 30 mins after it started then it still continued to ring…. Then fire department left and alarms were still going on and off. Seems like faulty alarms. There was a wheel chair bound man stuck in 3 floor who was trying to evacuate but could not bc the emergency door locked during the alarm and the elevator stopped working. If it was a real fire he would have not been ok. Very disturbing. I mentioned that to staff and got no reply. I had to ask several times for more trash bags. The hallways are hot due to no ventilation. Breakfast was ok. Room was ok but old and lots of cracks and mold. Shower had cracks and mold too. See photo. Glad none of our family had a bad reaction to the mold. Housekeeping was good when they come. Just seemed like they didn’t care too much about health and safety which is important when their is an emergency. Would not stay again. I know they can’t control if someone trips the fire alarms but they need to know how to shut them off in less than an hour at least. So that is on them. The next day was horrible bc we were so tired from being up with the alarms
