Room cleaning was too late on the last day.

I liked the room it was very spacious. .

Rooms looked newly renovated and extremely clean! Always a bonus to have separate living room area from bedroom, with pullout bed and wood floors make it feel that much cleaner. Beds were super comfortable, large shower. Had a lovely view of Disneyland fireworks! This will definitely be our new go to hotel.

The room was clean and exactly what we expected! Perfect location from Disney with shuttles available. Pull out sofa bed was not comfortable at all. Sofa was more comfortable to sleep on not a deal breaker but definitely could be a little more comfortable

We always stay there. We like the fact that we can bring our dogs and we love the new upgraded decor. I miss the Starbucks and also the gift shop. We always bought something while we were there.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The hotel was near many restaurants within walking distance and it was a quiet and safe neighborhood. I will stay here next time we’re in Anaheim .

The suites are all renovated and very clean. We did have an issue not having hot water. The staff was kind and wanted to work towards a solution so we definitely appreciated this. We will stay here again for a future Disney visit.

1) There are no microwaves in the room. You have to pay extra to have one in your room. There were supposed to have microwaves in the ice machine rooms on even floors but none of them were operational 2)

Room was great for a family of 5, very spacious. Only issue was elevators took forever, had to go to other floors for ice (but microwaves was available not only in lobby), also had to pay for parking which I was not expecting. Overall stay was enjoyable and the location was great.

I just noticed that the cover on the bed was really dirty when I raised it up seeing it in the light. I was grossed out.

1st day we did not get maid service while we were out. We also had an empty bottle of conditioner in the shower so that was annoying to deal with as you dont k ow its empty u til you go to use it. I feel that should be something that is checked. It never was checked or filled our entire stay. 2nd day we got maid service but no clean towels. The A/C also didnt work. It would blow but never cool the room down. In fact the morning that we were packing to leave i was super frustrated because it was soooo hot in the room and i had to keep wiping my neck and forhead off with a towel. Kinda gross. Staff was unfriendly this time also. Ive stayed here before and loved it, not thia time.

We like staying here for the convenience to Disney. The room is comfortable the only thing we would change is if the shower had a detachable shower head. It would help when bathing littles ones.

The #1 thing is that we, as women, feel safe, and we did. It’s also very clean and everyone working there is very nice. The beds are comfy, the suite was a good size, and has a small frig. And another thing that’s not mentioned enough in reviews is the water pressure. The water pressure in the showers here was really good. There’s no microwave in the rooms but that’s pretty standard these days. I would also like to say a special thank you to a server that works in the Route 22 restaurant during the breakfast buffet. His name is Sasan and he was spectacular. He was just incredibly helpful and kind and a very nice man. He came to check on us several times, brought us coffee, napkins, and even carried my daughter’s plate back to the table for her. We arrived a little late and didn’t realize they were closing in about 15 minutes but he never made us feel rushed. So thank you Sanan. And if you see him don’t forget to tip him if he helps you because I don’t think most people realize we can tip the breakfast servers. One of the elevators needs a little work bc the door would open and before you could get to it would close, FAST. It also had issues and sometimes got stuck and couldn’t close after it tried multiple times. We thought it was funny and just laughed at it and took a different elevator and steered clear of that particular one.

The state was great other than running out of toilet paper and not having any extra at least one extra roll left in the room. Even having housekeeping, come in and not even changing out the role being very low.And not even leaving an extra roll. And the only other thing was, at the pool in the evening, the lights were not on in the pool.Or the hot tub?Also, it seemed to have a lot of bugs floating on top of the pool.And no way to wipe it off.

The hotel was understandably very chaotic in the lobby. There were long lines and not enough staff working to keep up with the demand, though the staff members we interacted with were helpful and doing their best under difficult circumstances. I can’t entirely fault them because I’m sure they weren’t entirely prepared for the sudden influx of guests. Unfortunately, our first room had no working AC, and at first we were told there were no other rooms available because the hotel was fully booked. After some time, they were finally able to move us to another room, which we appreciated, but it definitely added stress to an already overwhelming situation. The rooms themselves felt older and only partially renovated. Our king suite was also smaller than expected and surprisingly didn’t include a microwave. For the price, especially with no breakfast included, it didn’t really feel worth it. That said, we did appreciate that they waived parking and pet fees for evacuees. Overall, while we’re thankful they were able to accommodate us during an emergency, we probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again based on the value and overall experience.

Room 1115 had a broken air conditioner. I discovered this at 10 pm before going to bed. The heater would go on in the off position. Then I had to turn on the ac to bring the room temp back to normal. This went on all night. Either it was too hot or too cold.

The room itself was super clean, staff always had answers to any questions i had. I do wish the A/C in the room worked a bit more but overall was good experience!

My refund is lacking a 50 dollar

Its excellent location and its rooms—which are very spacious and recently renovated—make it an almost ideal hotel at a reasonable price. However, the rooms are not cleaned daily. I stayed for four nights, and they only made the bed and took out the trash. On the third night, I requested housekeeping service for my room, but nothing happened; upon my return, the room remained exactly the same.

One thing I did notice was that during both check-in and check-out, the front desk staff wasn’t very attentive at first. There were team members behind the desk, but no one greeted me until what appeared to be a manager asked someone to assist me. The location was really convenient — there’s a Target right across the street for any last-minute needs. I do wish the restaurant inside served breakfast in the mornings, but overall the stay was great. I was also told there’s a shuttle service available for $7, which is a nice option. Overall, I would definitely recommend this spot. Plus, it’s only about a 13-minute Lyft ride to Disneyland.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was super comfy and cozy. Big TVs were nice. The man who checked us in was very matter of fact and not friendly. The hotel was quiet which was nice. The paid shuttle was convenient. The ice room was dirty and smelly. Looked like water damage and it smelled bad. Many ice rooms were closed.

The suite was phenomenal with great views. The bed was super comfortable and the room amenities were super. I liked that they had a pool , hot tub, cardio gym and a weight gym. The common areas could use a little refresh but he rooms were amazing. The location is amazing.

Well we Prepaid for our room 2 weeks out. We arrived to be told they over booked their rooms and they don’t have 1 for us. The staff did work on getting us another room with a neighbor hotel. We are promised a full refund but nothing yet

They sold out and we weren’t able to stay there. And if it wasn’t for me calling , I would’ve found out until way later.

Nice stag. We stayed for a Disney vacation. Literally was sleep shower and Disney. It was quite. Relaxing, rooms were always very clean when we got back from the parks.

Good stay and quality is on par with the price point. You could tell that the property has been renovated, but there are still some small issues (i.e. loud gurgling pipes for no reason, TV remotes did not connect well with TV’s and were difficult to use, dim lighting, etc.)

Property was clean and well-maintained from what I observed over a 2-day weekend. Staff were professional and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty. Suite was clean and comforable, alhough the TV in the bedroom did not work. Overall, I would stay at this property again and am a Marriott Bonvoy member for reference.

Rooms were very clean pool is small and no loungers really but 5 for entire resort as well once sun goes behind the building zero sun at all in the pool so around 2pm, very far walk from Disney, rooms were nice beds soft however in the suites if lights are on in living room area it glows thru the glass doors in the bedroom so zero point in having a suite and the air con barely reached the bedroom so very warm

I was there for 7 nights. The elevators never worked. One night they completely shut done. Ice machines are not on all floors. Really inconvenient with the elevators not working. Maybe only 4 handicap parking spots

The rooms were pretty nice considering I’ve stayed at the Embassy Suites. The hotel itself was pretty nice, and the breakfast was pretty solid with plenty of options. I will definitely consider coming back in the future.

Our stay was amazing! The staff went above and beyond to help us surprise our daughter with small things for her birthday. The room was awesome, super clean, the staff was top tier. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. Disneyland was about 10 or less mins away and easy to get to and from with an uber (we preferred this way of transportation) we will def be back! Thank you Marriott & staff for our amazing stay!

Compared to other places in the area, I loved staying here. Stayed twice in a month - first was a planned vacation with family while the other time was a midnight escape from a nightmare "hotel" nearby. I ended up having the best night, they were kind enough to extend my stay and were always kind to my family. Easy to park, located to several great restaurants, some within walking distance from the front door. If I ever come back to Anaheim, I will stay here. Love how quiet and clean it was. Although, I don't think they mop the floors in the rooms. Other than that, very clean and professional.

Check in was fast. I liked coming back to a freshly made bed after a day of walking.

The rooms and staff were nice. The laundromat dryers do not work very well. I had to put my clothes to dry 3 times at $4.25 each for 60 minutes for it to fully dry.

We paid for breakfast with our reservation and when we arrived we had to pay an additional amount even though our reservation was for 5. We also had to ask everyday after they cleaned our room for 5 towels because they only left 3. Probably won’t stay there again. Hotel was not helpful with the breakfast situation nor was Expedia!

Had a horrible experince with my room while ataying at this hotel. The first night, there was no hot water for the shower. Went down stairs and front desk staff changed to another room on the same floor. Took a shower in the new room but the warm water turned cold. The next morning we went to disneyland to only come back at midnight and finding our room in a disarray. The bed was flipped upside down and the headboard was detached due to a leak in the ice machine room next door. They claimed they called me but there was no voicemail left. There was a private number that called but went straight to voicemail due to no service at disneyland. We called downstairs and the manager said we can come down and change rooms. This was the 3rd time. And top it off the manager had already ledt property. Which is NOT good customer service. Waited the next morning for property manager to arrive but couldn't wait till 9am since we were going back to disneyland. All they could do is give Marriott points since the reservation was booked through expedia so no refund given. Not happy with this property and will not being staying here again.

Hotel was clean for the most part. AC did not want to work even after maintenance tried to fix it. TV control did not want to work. Bedroom TV freezes and turns off. Rating it as average hotel lobby was nice and clean staff were friendly but it was not a pleasant stay as I had little ones with me and they were hot in the room and annoyed with the tv.

Staff was very helpful, room was fairly clean and large, and the bed was comfortable. Had issues with the plumbing in both the rooms we had but not enough that we made a complaint. One thing that makes it so I’m not sure if we’ll book again is there is no door to the sink area of the bathroom. This made it hard for someone to get ready or use the sink if there is someone in bed sleeping because you’d wake them up.

Warm welcoming, room was perfect. (Nice upgrade) From size, comfort, bathroom, electronics, and all that comes with it. Was on point, along with a clean scented room. Front desk staff has amazing customer service. Food and drinks walking distance. Clean pool and Jacuzzi cool little spot to chill with fam and friends. Overall, I would stay here again.

Air conditioner not working. The maid service only made the beds. Didnt empty garbage cans. Didnt leave fresh towels. No toilet paper. Had to call all and ask for toilet paper, towels, fans and kleenex!!! Miserably hot. You can hear people sneeze in there room. Paper thin walls!!!

Great front desk staff. Room and bed were very comfy. Room was clean. Nice location too. Front desk supervisor and Hotel Manager were attentive and helpful. Highly recommend if you want a quiet clean comfy room at a good rate nearby Disneyland.

The overall stay wasn’t bad. However there was some miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel. We booked for a king bed suite and somehow ended up with 2 double beds which was too small a bed for our liking (it was 2 of us, my partner and I). The hotel was not holding accountability at all for the mistake nor was Expedia. They stated they called the hotel and no king bed suites were available when we did see some available on the Marriott website. Once we got there we did speak with Ryan who was at least able to get us a 2 queen bed suite but it would’ve been nice to have our original booking.

The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is very pleasant and comfortable, and everything feels thoughtfully maintained. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the entire property is kept in excellent condition. We truly enjoyed our stay, and if we visit Anaheim again, we would definitely choose this hotel once more. It’s beautiful, clean, and the staff are fantastic. We loved everything about it!

The room was ok-not great the bathroom was huge-weird- but the "living area" was very narrow. Lighting was not good- should have been a light over the coffee bar. Also the fridge was behind a closed cabinet door and it was very hot! It ran a lot and froze a lot of our food. The hotel was nice $25 for parking per night per vehicle was super excessive.

Room was far from spotless. Splatter of grossness in the bathroom sink and hair left on the shower wall. Additionally the bedroom tv wouldn't turn on. Thankfully there was a different one in the couch area. Staff were friendly and courteous.

The hotel was nice the only issue was the cockroaches I found in the communal microwave. I feel so sick knowing my kid didn’t check it the day he heated up some leftover and the next day I used it I saw 2 running around I was taken aback and was disgusted and ended up not eating all day

I’m not sure if it’s just because they are under renovations but the hotel was a bit dirty especially lobby area, elevators and the bathroom in the lobby had a strong pee smell. The room we were in was newly renovated so it was nice and clean but the floor plan seems a little off with the tv placement and couch. The side where the coffee and refrigerator sits looks awkward and hopefully they change that up because it just seems like it’s there temporarily I hope.

Yes, there is construction but, it’s from 8a-4p if you’re going to be gone for most of the day it’s really not an issue! Over all no issues, great stay!

The pillows were way too soft and therefore uncomfortable for me. The AC was on auto the whole time and some nights it got hot and uncomfortable.

We were charged $25 per night to park in the lot, while they let non guests park for free to go to their concerts or Disneyland, meaning there was never any parking available. Amenities were not as promised. No microwave at all on our floor, and on the last night of our stay, one of the headboards peeled itself off the wall. It was only screwed into the drywall. Our room was a dead zone for cell reception and we had to leave the hotel to make or receive calls/texts. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will be staying somewhere else during my next vacation.

Stayed here as we were visiting Disney. Large room with breakfast included. Room given in 10th floor which was a newly renovated room.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room conditions need improvement. The couch bed was broken and bathroom showerhead had green mold on it.

Only big issue is that you won't have anything around this property and everything is pretty far from this property. The hotel doesn't allow Uber to enter the facility so you can request an uber ride to the hotel and the only way to go out is to get a taxi from their own vendors.

Really close to restaurants and target for shopping. A Lyft ride to long beach was only $40 . Newport Beach is a close 40 minute drive (traffic). Can park there and chill for 8 hrs for only $38. In the middle of everything and very convenient.

Terrible service, the phones and light were not working in the room, and were not fixed the same day. Repairing work was going on, so expect a lot of noise during the day. The front desk was neither helpful nor courteous. Never going back to this hotel again.

Started off with not having a room available with two double beds. My family of 5 had to share a king room because they said I didn't read the fine print. Got to the room and was welcomed by a sewage & bleach odor. The room felt stuffy so we turned down the AC - room never got under 73 degrees. Did I mention the loud hammering sounds coming from above. Yep! You guessed it, construction! They told us a room with the double beds would be available at 10pm. They were ready at 11pm, but my kids had fallen asleep so they said they would hold the room and to call in the morning to more. I called at 7am and they said they no longer had the room, but they would find one and call me back. I called at 9am and they said they didn't know what I was talking about but at 11am, something should open. We finally moved rooms only to be closer to the construction and another hot room. They said they would comp our parking and take off $100 but when I received the bill neither happened. Still waiting to hear back from the manager.

We had a great time. We were here for a dance competition and Disneyland. The price was right and the location. We had easy access to the bus to Disney and the convention center for the competition. The hotel is undergoing remodel land our rom was not redone yet, yet our friends in the same hotel were. We all agreed we would stay there again. We loved the pool and hot tub and the restaurants nearby. I cleaned my own room because I wanted to do that since I read about theft. Zero issues. Be a smart traveler. Great experience. 4 stars because it wasn’t remodeled and the room was VERY dated. Suites our needs!!!

Parking lot is huge, across from a Target, multiple restaurants in the vicinity, and quiet. Stood here because of a rockabilly event and a motorcycle show I was attending in the area.

Upon arrival I was told that the room I booked ( 2 queens and a sofa bed) was not available only a king was available. There were 5 of us. They said it’s hotels.com problem and not theirs. Upon request they provided us a roll in bed which was not comfortable nor was the sofa bed

Staff is amazing! Property is undergoing renovation but the renovated rooms are beautiful. My issue with this property is the bathroom was not clean. It was not horrible but definitely not what I expect. Also, the room, though newly renovated, smelled like sewage. We were only there for 2 nights so wasn’t anything we couldn’t overcome. Great dining options nearby. Do beware- during the renovation the Starbucks is closed.

i liked that the property was close to food places and stores. i didnt like that our water was turned off for a full day without any warning so i could make other plans for the day

We were here for an extended period of time due to a basketball tournament. The room was good, and clean. We requested a microwave as it was something that showed available but we were told they’re communal so ones available, again due to the extended time this was an inconvenience. As the hotel was also going through renovations the laundry room was not available. They had a neighbor hotel allowing their guest to use it. Again as multiple tournaments were taking place it was busy and took a while for us to get in and get things done. Besides to inconvenience the stay was great, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, walking distance to food, shopping.

Room was clean mostly, but carpet was stained. Hot water was only warm. Couch bed was horrible but regular bed was fine. More Motel 8 than Marriott.

2nd time staying here! Came back due to closeness to Disney Parks, friendly staff, nice amenities and overall it has been wonderful staying here.

Decided to book because of the “little apartment look” separating room and sitting are- family of 3 BUT the AC was NOT working property (seems like the lobby was the only cool are! Not even the hall on the 6the floor. We had to sleep in the bed closest to the air to feel the cool aor. My 2 year old was sweating still and all 3 of us crammed in one bed (which were NOT comfortable at all thin mattress toppers). The WiFi was NOT stable only 1 out of the 2 TV’s worked. Blood stains on the curtains on the bedroom door, stains on the carpet. Did call front desk about issues sent a person to “help” and it was basically left the same, also Starbucks was under construction and was also a point why we booked. Terrible stay, not worth the money. Terrible experience.

For the price it was not worth it. Some issues I had were the essentials, there was no breakfast service that many other Hotels have. The beds were uncomfortable and the temperature controls on the thermostat were off, a slight change in temperature by a single degree made the room way cooler than it’s supposed to be. There needs to be an update to the thermostat and beds.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable—essentially like sleeping directly on a box spring. We couldn’t sleep at all the first night. By the second night, we had to stack four mattress toppers provided by the hotel just to get some rest. It was honestly one of the worst sleeping experiences I’ve ever had. On top of that, the mattress was wrapped in plastic, which made it uncomfortably hot throughout the night. While the staff was friendly and very helpful, the poor quality of the bed overshadowed everything else. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless the mattresses are updated.

Great hotel with shopping and dining option within walking distance. 2 miles from Disney with a shuttle pick option to Disney.

The room is very dated. Carpet wasnt clean when we arrived. Shower head was barely flowing. Beds were so horrible and my wife had a bad back after aleeping a night. They charged random charges to my credit card and i hace to call them about it. This is after prepaid for the room already. Overall a never come back. Beds were full and did not meet our needs woth two adults and two small kids.

$25 a night for parking and it was not disclosed when I. booked. Other than that, the room was nice, had a sitting area and bedroom. Great place to stay if you are going to Disneyland. Only a few minutes away!

The check-in process was very easy as the receptionist was very polite and informed us of everything we needed to do, etc. The room however, was very dated and old, a bit dirty, and it had a moldy smell. The shower drain was clogged, which was pretty frustrating. The biggest turn off is when I went to do laundry, I talked to a few people who were staying there on a long-term basis. They let me know that the state was paying for them to stay there. One guy even got super angry with me for no reason. Not sure if this is the safest place to house people like this, especially since this hotel is next to Disneyland and there are a lot of kids staying at the hotel. Pretty sketchy.

Great stay for the price. I have four adult sized children and it was plenty of space for us all. Room was clean albeit a little dated. Pool was heated and really big, we enjoyed that a lot. Shuttle to Disneyland right out front of the hotel. While not luxurious this overall was definitely a good hotel for a really great price.

•    Upon returning to the hotel around midnight, I found that the water in the room was only lukewarm to cold, making it impossible to take a proper shower.     •    The television in the room completely lost signal, and attempts to troubleshoot it were unsuccessful.     •    When I contacted the front desk, I was informed that there were no maintenance or engineering staff available overnight and that the front desk agent had no ability to address or escalate these problems at that time.     •    I was also informed that my room was the only one experiencing these issues at the time, suggesting that this was an isolated problem that could have and should have been resolved promptly.     •    Furthermore, I learned that the hotel was fully booked that evening. Given that all rooms were occupied and the property was operating at full revenue, it is deeply concerning that no proper solution was was fully booked that evening. Everything's in walking distance

The stay was great , clean , everyone was really nice. It was just very inconvenient that we weren’t told that the water would be shut off 3 days from 11 to 5. We traveled from out of state & had to wake up extra early to shower

The hotel is in a great location. Staff was very cordial and helpful. The only bad thing was having a lot of the guests smoking weed and e-cigarette and no one doing anything about it. I have children and was not what I wanted to deal with in Disneyland

Good hotel for our Disneyland trip. Hotel is a bit dated…but our room was clean and we were happy with it after a long day at the parks. Good price for what was provided. You’ll need to drive to the parks from the hotel (paid $35 for Disneyland parking per day) and have to pay for parking at the hotel ($25 per day)… so that’s something to consider when making a hotel choice. Overall, we were pleased though.

We love this hotel, we keep coming back to it because of its room size, location, parking and price! The staff is really nice and attentive.

Room was a little out dates. Sofa was convered in stain as well as on some of the carpet. Bed and bath looked clean. Also, had a dog in a close by room that wouldn’t stop barking early in the mornings and through out the day.

The location is very conveniences, a lot of stores, fast foods and restaurants around that are walkable. Also, staffs are very helpful.

The room of the suite was really big so we had privacy and space. A few things were out of order (ex: one elevator, and the icemaker on our floor). No microwave in the room or dining table for a suite. Other than that, it was a quiet area and had great shopping options. The staff was very kind, helpful, and professional.

We did a trip with our kids to Disney and it was really close. The staff was friendly and met us with any accommodations we needed. It was just an easy place to stay at, which is what I like when I’m on vacation and not wanting to make any decisions really. Well kept and clean.

It was a standard room. Nothing that caught my attention. It was relatively clean so no complaints there. Only negative was that the bathroom made all type of noises throughout the night. At one point, I had to check the door to make sure it wasn’t someone outside. Overall, solid hotel.
