Unknown to me upon arrival there was remodeling in progress, pounding, banging and far from relaxing. The staff charged my card twice then cancelled the charge which resulted in my bank putting a hold on my card for days. I’ve since received a call at 9am telling me they would debit a second card on file if I didn’t call by 6pm the same day, however, they took it upon themselves to debit the wrong card by 9:41am not allowing me the time to get to my bank and have a new card printed since my bank thought there were erroneous charges. Very unhappy customer and I’ve been to Glenwood twice a year for the last 10 years. Won’t be going back to this Hotel!

We would never stay anywhere else in Moab. If you like quiet and remote, this is the place

Lobby and elevators were dirty due to construction on level 2. Shower doors would not stay shut Room was clean but definitely not a great experience
- 5/5
Breakfast was good and fresh and staff were really nice
- 5/5
Breakfast was pretty good with a decent variety of foods. Great location for walking. Pool is small and was kind of chilly but my 10 year old had fun. Bed was comfortable and room was clean
- 5/5
Parking was easy and well lit at night. Close to many restaurants and shopping.
- 3/5
It was decent for one night but the room and furniture were not in very good shape. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Mostly clean but dated. Breakfast was meh

After driving 6 hours to get to the hotel for our anniversary, my husband and I were told that the hotel was overbooked and they couldn’t give me a room. There was no help in finding a resolution. The entire city was sold out and we were forced to turn around and drive back another 6 hours at 8pm through the mountains. No one called or emailed me explaining the situation.

Great location. Very satisfying breakfast.

We stayed at hotel Glenwood the night before staying at the Hampton. I wish we would’ve stayed at Hampton both nights. Hampton was cleaner, nicer beds, full size pillows and better bed. Cleaner, nicer and more comfortable overall!

Facility is looking a little tired. Needs some maintenance and refresh.

I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn. The suite was very clean, and the staff was super friendly from the moment we walked through the door. The hotel is conveniently located about five minutes from Iron Mountain Springs. Breakfast was good and well put together. Overall, a wonderful experience!
- 5/5
Very clean room very quiet we loved having air-conditioning and it is in walking distance to many things and easy to get an Uber as well. The only thing that really went wrong was the light in the bathroom was flickering, which is not photo sensitive safe so we just kept the light off in the bathroom. I love the waffles for breakfast and the creamy yogurt.

Very nice hotel. The carpet is ugly and old, but otherwise not a bad place to stay.

Room was extremely tired, and poor cleanliness with bugs every night we stayed
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, great location!

We were initially told our room would be ready in 5-10 minutes. We unloaded our luggage, etc. to a cart. When we came back in, we were told it would be 2 hours. They told us, we could leave the cart right at the front desk!?! We asked for restaurant recommendations and received a 3 page list with the majority of addresses marked TBD. We had hoped for a personal recommendation. Google would have told us more. When we returned, we received no information about breakfast nor where things were located in the hotel. The room was clean; the bed, linens, towels were all very nice. The toilet paper was like tissue wrapping paper. We were in a handicapped room and the shower had a seat but not hand held shower head. Breakfast was adequate.
- 4.5/5
Breakfast had everything but it had an egg omelette and no basic scrambled eggs.

Great stay here!! Even though there was remodeling taking place, the staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast bar was awesome and our room was nice and clean and comfortable!! We’ll be back for sure!!

Very well situated to enjoy the town and within walking distance of the train. Clean rooms and a good breakfast. Easy check in

I walked in and the check in guy was no where to be found. I had to call the hotel for someone to come. He then was apologetic and kind. Only thing removed was the extra fee hold. Which is nothing for me a a Hilton member.
- 5/5
Clean Hotel, Great location close to lots of activities!
- 2/5
Would not stay there again!!
- 3/5
Undergoing needed renovation.
- 5/5
convenient location ,good parking really helpful staff .
- 4/5
Proximity to Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park is why we choose to stay here. Breakfast is decent. The rooms could use some update and repairs.
- 2/5
The room was not in a good condition and it was a big studio not one bedroom suite.
- 1/5
Construction in lobby, no internet problably due to construction, room has dents and chipped paint. Had to walk around a ladder! Hampton used to be my favorite chain, but no more!
- 5/5
Clean + nice
- 3/5
Three times no one answered the phone. Also left a message.
- 5/5
Good place
- 3/5
This room and in this area of location if very pricey and you would expect more. We’ve stayed at multiple locations throughout our trip and this was the most expensive one. It’s very outdated and could use better upkeep. Especially for how pricey it was. Staff was very friendly though. They did very well doing their part. That place just needs to remodel and clean or tear out that carpet.
- 5/5
Everything
- 4/5
The property was nice and clean and the staff were helpful. The beds could have been more comfortable.
- 1/5
We reserved a 2 bedroom suite for our anniversary so our kids would be in the second bedroom, This was not what we got. We were all in one bedroom with little alcove for a. bed. We could see them the whole time so it was not romantic at all. VERY disappointed.
- 0.5/5
Bad
- 4/5
Always book a hotel with hot tub just like this one. So very very disappointed to find their hot tub closed for maintenance without sending any notice. They have a deal with the Holiday Inn Express next door to use their pool & hot tub but that is toooooo inconvenient. A heads up would have made a difference. Staff was very nice.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 5/5
The only down fall was that the hotels pool was unable due to maintenance (painting). Also, they only have one washer and one dryer (we were their for a baseball tournament). The staff members were nice and did help as much as they could.
- 4/5
Very good
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay - the room was nice, but the AC controls didn't work, so it was either on super super high, or we had to unplug it when it got too cold. other than that, great!
- 2/5
Property was very dirty for the price we paid. Pool was green and disgusting. Carpets in the hallways were stained and dirty. The tile was falling off the wall in our bathroom. There was a strip nailed across the floor in our room at where the carpet met the tile that was a trip hazard. Breakfast was substandard The worst hotel I’ve ever paid over $300 a night for.
- 5/5
Quiet, easy parking, and close to Glennwood Adventure Park. Far enough away from the interstate that you don't have to put up with truck noise all night long.
- 4/5
The breakfast was not good, old fresh fruit, canned fruit in the sliced fruit area, stale tasting eggs.
- 5/5
Gleenwood is beautiful

- 5/5
We stay here a few times, close to everything
- 3/5
Not worth $200. Air conditioner sounded like a helicopter taking off. Luke warm shower with little water pressure.
- 3/5
Room size was great for a a family of four. Pool is pretty gross, didn’t dare even going in. Breakfast was meh but the options were freshish. Walkable distance to pool and downtown area which is convenient. I’ve stayed at better hotels in glenwood. I won’t be going back here.
- 2/5
Property is worn. Pool was green and some people used it! Breakfast ok. At $200 per night try some place elsr
- 3/5
A/C had a loud annoying rattle that would keep the average person from sleeping I reported to maintenance No one ever addressed it. The place just seems a little worn out
- 3/5
Linens. I felt the potatoes at breakfast were too spicy. Each person could always add more sat and pepper.

Clean and Friendly
- 3/5
VERY basic breakfast. Rooms were ok
- 5/5
The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.
- 3/5
Hotel was clean but needing an update. Location not so great with an old tire shop and car wash across the street. Not any nearby restaurants to easily walk to. Free breakfast very blah!
- 3/5
Staff was amazing. Very attentive and helped right away when we had an issue with the plumbing. However the next room didn’t have a working heater. The hotel is old and outdated. The pool is uninviting as it’s painted green and gives the illusion that the water is dirty. Our kids wouldn’t even touch it. The breakfast was very good and housekeeping came each day, which we loved.
- 4/5
The room was great spacious and clean, the beds were really not great. Thought they were going to fall apart when we laid down on them, lots of nose when moving… need to upgrade the beds.
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 5/5
Nice place comfortable room
- 5/5
The Hampton Inn was a perfect stay. The area was quiet and safe and close to many eating and shopping options. It is about a mile from the Glenwood Springs, which is why we visited Glenwood. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend the property for your next stay.
- 5/5
Great place for the family to relax and enjoy.
- 5/5
My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Only complaint, beds were a little on the soft side. The rooms were good, the front desk people were friendly, pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was good and plenty of it. The hotel location was fantastic, close to everything we needed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Derick the manager never called nor responded. Didn’t respond the next day either Sunday day we were leaving he showed up not to talk to us but in plain clothes with his zipper down. Only back peddled the entire time. They sold the next day and haven’t had an answer since
- 3/5
The breakfast was gross. Not everything like peppers in their eggs or can eat sausage. Ice machine was broken had to go 3 floors up and orher side. Worse of all had to ask where
- 4/5
Door was damaged
- 5/5
Great facilities

- 5/5
The room was comfortable and spacious. The weekday rates were good. They jump up for the weekend.
- 3/5
The staff at the hotel charged us for a pet fee, even though we did not have a pet. Room had some broken light fixtures
- 3/5
Customer service here is bad.
- 5/5
Our room was one of the best rooms we have had at a Hampton hotel
- 5/5
Nice and quiet

Location is the most appealing thing about this place. Super convenient and easy to get around from here. Iron Mountain Hot Springs literally a 5 minute drive away. You could walk if you wanted to. Downtown is another short drive away. Also walkable if you’re up for the journey. Definitely better to eat in downtown or drive to other parts. Would not recommend going to Tequila’s Mexican Restaurant. Unless you truly enjoy subpar lukewarm food served on microwaved plates. As for the amenities within the Hampton Inn, the complimentary breakfast was decent. Check in was efficient and we were given complimentary bottles of water which was appreciated. The room was spacious and clean with the exception of finding a hair hanging on the toilet seat. The hotel is definitely in need of some updates and actual modernizing. The lighting is awful and the finishes are clearly worn down to the point of needing replacement. Overall if you’re looking for a place to simply sleep, shower and store your things while you’re exploring the beauty of Glenwood Springs, this isn’t a bad option. However, if you’re accustomed to a finer esthetic along with modern luxuries then the Courtyard by Marriott or perhaps even the Holiday Express next door may be your preferred option.

It was a great stay.
- 4/5
Have stayed here a few times and always comfortable. However, bed was uncomfortable this time.
- 4/5
Really liked the property and location to freeway.
- 3/5
The staff were all friendly and efficient. However the property needs a refresh.
- 4/5
Noisy air conditioner,
- 3/5
Great hot breakfast options
- 5/5
We stayed in Glenwood Springs because we needed our car serviced before our final destination. This was an unexpected stop but we enjoyed our stay. Thanks for letting us hang out in the lobby waiting for our car to be done.
- 5/5
Very convenient location. Good breakfast. Great room options. Could use a few updates, but good property all the way around.
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable
- 4/5
This property was located close to the Hot Springs and plenty of restaurants. The staff was professional and helpful. Breakfast was about as good as you could get at any hotel - great food, great value.
- 3/5
Hampton has changed but I guess everyone is being bought out by conglomerate cheap, greedy companies.
- 5/5
Great experience. Nice staff and peaceful stay
- 4/5
Having a variety breakfast available in the morning with my young children was very nice.
- 5/5
Highway access
- 5/5
Great location!
- 3/5
Bed was very comfortable and the property was pretty clean . However, rooms need some updating. Carpet in our room needed to be replaced (they patched up a piece of it and it was very noticeable). Bathroom needed caulking in tub area. They need another elevator as well. There’s only one small elevator!
- 4/5
Room big and furniture comfortable. Breakfast had good variety but more standard for a lower level hotel …frozen omelets, precooked bacon. Fresh fruit great! Staff great!
- 3/5
First room we were given had about 20-30 significant size bugs crawling around. Apparently it’s a seasonal thing in Glenwood springs. We complained and they gave us a better room with no bugs. Apparently lower level floors are better in this regard. Windows we’re filthy on the outside. The place needs some better maintenance. However the beds were fine and we slept ok.
- 4/5
The location is great because it's walking distance from downtown and right next to the gondolas. The rooms, breakfast and staff are average. However, for the price and it being a subsidiary of Hilton you would expect higher standards.
- 4/5
Great stay for the baseball team. The breakfast and pool were huge hits!
- 5/5
Nicely updated, convenient location and great breakfasts!
- 4/5
Could clean rooms a bit better. But overall, not a bad stay
- 5/5
Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great. Best continental breakfast I’ve had in a long time. Definitely will stay here next time I’m in town.
- 4/5
The place was clean
- 4/5
Good hotel to spend a couple nights. The bed could be a little more comfortable and the AC a little less loud
- 3/5
Bathroom floor had white stuff all over it. Chalk I think. Lady at the front desk was offish
- 5/5
Everything good!
- 3/5
Front desk staff very unfriendly, either tired or had an attitude. Bed was the worst we’ve had in years.
- 3/5
Pool looked a little yellow air conditioner in room wasn’t working right just a fan really that never turned off. Lights in bathroom not very bright and counter was pretty tall.
- 4/5
Smoke alarm falling off the ceiling. Faulty faucey on bathsink. Breakfast fruit quality and selection was excellent. Enjoyed hot tub.
- 5/5
Great location. Walking distances to Iron Mountain Hot Springs and Gondola. The property was clean, and rooms were very nice and spacious. The breakfast had a good variety and was pretty good!
- 2/5
And the could care less about your thoughts. Our remote for tv died and we couldn’t turn off the tv. We looked for the power source nothing So it kept us awake
- 2/5
The tv didn’t work properly the bathtub needed to be replaced
- 4/5
We had a 2 bedroom suite. There are no doors separating the bedrooms, so it's really 1 big room.
- 5/5
I enjoyed the stay.
- 3/5
This place is ok, but it isn't worth what they are charging.
- 2/5
If i had got the room that i booked on your website it would have been better. Booked a king room and get a double bed. Not overall what i wanting. Other then that it was a good hotel. Clean, and quiet
- 4/5
Great location
- 5/5
Quiet, comfortable room and bed. Check in was great. Check out had no one staffing the desk, so i just left my keys
- 4/5
Everything looks nice in the room besides one thing. The swimming pool inside the hotel needs to be cleaner and more taken care of.
