A great little hotel. Close to everything and clean and great price. We’re glad we discovered it.

Our room was not ready when we got there, we had to wait 30 minutes for it to be cleaned. We arrived at 10:30pm. The room was unbearably hot, we asked for a fan to help cool it down along with the ac. The apologized and did give us $20.00 for the inconvenience. Besides that, it was a decent place to stay.

The breakfast had a good variety and was plentiful. There was only one room airconditioner in a condo room, so there was no air in the bedrooms.

The staff was great and helpful, and were right on top of keeping the breakfast stocked. We found multiple spiders in our room and other bugs and just did not feel like it was very clean or comfortable because of this. Getting in the room at night was an adventure with hundreds of mosquitoes hovering on the white door that was well lit, but attracted all the night time bugs that wanted to come into our room every time the door opened at night.

Bed sheets were itchy and floors in room were dirty!!! Staff was friendly!!! I wouldn’t recommend it!!!

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff! The condo was spacious and well maintained. My only suggestion would be to add mirrors to the bedrooms, as the only mirror was in the bathroom.

What a great central location, the perfect spot to see all of Glenwood’s attractions within walking distance. The staff was great and very attentive. But on the cons side: the beds are very hard and the breakfast offered is very “Continental “ with very limited options. But we would recommend this hotel to our friends and family

Convenient location. Walkable to the hot spring. The kitchen is very helpful, but it would be nice to have some utensils, pots, pans, and plates! WiFi didn’t work well for us but I found out at check out that I could have asked them to fix it! The first day, our toilet wasn’t working right, so they came and changed a new one the next day! Staffs are very nice! Overall great stay for the price! We would live there again if we are in the area!

Such a great place! Budget friendly, the breakfast fed and filled my 3 kids and the staff was amazing. We had an unexpected power outage that affected 3 towns, and the staff did all they could to accommodate everyone and make sure we were safe. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Breakfast was good and fresh. A little hard to get items when you didn't want a waffle. A long line for the waffles when we were there.

Everything is very basic and simple. Poor water flow in the shower. Breakfast is all carbs, not a single salad or vegetable.

Our room was very large and comfortable. The shower was a bit challenging for my husband who has a disability. There were no grab bars in the bathroom, which would've been helpful. With more and more older travelers, this is something that all hotels should consider installing. Breakfast was so-so -- mostly sugary products and not much in the way of protein. It was an ok stay for one night.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment. Huge living area, full kitchen, comfortable beds. Simple but practical furnishings. Very quiet. Friendly staff. Recommended as a great budget alternative to other hotels.

We had a fantastic stay at this motel and were extremely impressed with both the service and accommodations. Audrey at check-in was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the entire arrival process easy and pleasant. Her friendly attitude really set the tone for the stay. Annette at checkout was just as accommodating. One of the biggest conveniences was the free and ample parking. Being able to park directly outside our room made unloading and loading so much easier, especially while traveling with family. The suite itself was excellent, and the setup with 3 beds worked perfectly for our group. The room was spacious, comfortable, and gave everyone plenty of room to relax. Overall, this motel exceeded our expectations with great service, convenient parking, and comfortable accommodations. We would definitely stay here again! N/a

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. They are mostly quiet and the location is great. We could walk to town or it is a very short drive into town. The lady who worked the front desk was very welcoming. The breakfast spread was disappointing. It was not well stocked and not terribly clean and had almost no protein sources.

Grounds ate beautiful! Rooms outdated and too dark, even with all lamps on.

That the staff are very rude and didn't want to give you a refund when they didn't have no power and had no estimation time when it was going to come back on

This is a very nice place to stay. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Silver Spruce is walking distance to just about everything. Excellent breakfast served to guest was absolutely wonderful. Fresh Belgium waffles, yum, yum.

I liked the bed. I also liked the price for the stay. No drawers for clothing. Cant seem to get the fridge to stop freezing my food and drinks on the top shelf. Tried turning down the dial to 5 but still freezing stuff. Floor is sloped towards the wall and the floor standing furniture is tilted weird against the wall. Totally messes with me. Wish there was filtered water somewhere also.

The property itself was very nice! The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The breakfast however was not fresh. My husband had a moldy bagel and the pastries tasted old. If you're planning on having breakfast elsewhere, this definitely made for a nice stay though!

The room was fine, the breakfast was fine, check out was easy, it was the checking in that was difficult. Check-in is at 3pm -- we checked-in at 3:04 pm and our room wasn't ready, so we were asked to wait 10-15 minutes. Mind you, we had just gotten off the train after being on it for 2 days and needed showers before a reservation at 4. They waited until the room still wasn't ready at 3:40pm to assign us a different room that was ready, after another guest who had "just booked their room online" was able to check-in and immediately have their room ready. We did not make our 4pm reservation, and the rest of our experience at the hotel was highly impacted by our first interaction at check-in.

This is a very decent property with great staff and clean rooms. While it lacks pool and hot tub and serves basically a simple breakfast rooms are great and price beats most.

They have breakfast but not egg cooking such as egg scramble, sausage, bacon etc not like other hotel provided BUT they do included hard egg, waffle, bagel, cream cheese, hot coffee, orange juice, yogurt, etc all goood!!

Traveling as a family we really appreciate these motels that have three true beds and not just a sofa bed. The beds were a little hard for us but overall the rooms were comfortable and clean. We appreciated the kitchenette and other amenities.

Pleasantly surprised by first stay in a Motel in some time. Hospitable and friendly staff, small but decent breakfast to get you started, neatly kept properly, & walkable access to restaurants, pool, & more. A couple chairs outside everyone’s door promotes some good ol fashioned bs’n with the neighbors over a cold one in the evening outside. What else do you really need? Can’t beat the value.

We have stayed at this hotel often throughout the years. It’s very conveniently located near downtown and the big pool. Walkable distance to restaurants, Hot Springs, downtown. The breakfast is a normal hotel, breakfast waffles, cereal, fruits. The rooms aren’t five star, but they’re always clean, I find the beds to be comfortable. It’s the best value in the Neighborhood. The last time we stayed, we took our two children and booked a three queen room, which was nice because each of them got their own bed and we had our own bedroom. If you’re just looking for a place to lay your head and be close in town to all the things to do this is a great place to stay. Especially for the money.

Great room, helpful staff, healthy and portable breakfast options (also 2 very popular waffle makers). Convenient but also quiet location. Our two-room suite excellent for better sleep for our family, especially keeping those with lingering colds away from those of us who hadn't been sick. Unseasonably warm weather meant more bugs by the lights, but we also got to enjoy the beautiful flowers on the property.

The room was clean and cozy. The staff was super nice. The main issue was we were on the first floor and whatever was going on above us was extremely loud and incessant. It was loud day and night and we wondered if construction may have been happening above us. That or a herd of mountain goats, early and late we heard pounding.

It felt like a family business. The room wasn't bad, but when I first entered the bathroom, it wasn't very clean, and I felt a little uncomfortable because I saw someone else's hair. There was no trash can in the room, and there was only one in the bathroom. The water in the shower was too weak, making it a bit uncomfortable to shower. The biggest inconvenience was the noise of footsteps on the second floor, so I was sensitive to noise and couldn't sleep well during my two-day stay.

There were many signs “No pets” around the property. During the night I hear dogs barking in the parking lot multiple times. Very loud! It was very disruptive. The property owner may not have known about the dogs but since it happened multiple times it would have been nice if they asked the dog owners to vacate the ort- No dogs, means no dogs!

The room is not very fancy, but it is very clean. You cannot beat the view of sitting on the balcony in the fall. The breakfast could definitely be better, but the price of the hotel is so low you can go have breakfast anywhere you like the people who run it are amazing and it is so beautiful

The condo was very spacious. The couch was comfortable to sleep on but I was told the beds not so much (could just be preference). Room was clean and well equipped. Only seemed accesible through narrow stairs so definitely worth keeping in mind.

The beds were a little uncomfortable and foldout couch not sleep able. The space was terrific in the condo and parking was good. Breakfast had choices, just not the ones my family was excited about.

Staff was very friendly. Room was nice. Though the carpets probably should be steam cleaned asap. Dropped a bottle of water and cleaned it up with the white towel and the towel was brown after soaking up the water.

Check in process was very easy and Audrey was delightful in giving really great recommendations for our girls weekend getaway. Our room was very spacious, we had a bottom floor room noise from upstairs was very loud until all hours of the night. Super walkable to the historic district, springs and vapor caves.

the room was ok but dated all the windows were open and unlocked when we arrived and the blinds were filthy and broken. housekeeping came and vacuumed and took out one trash, but no fresh towels or tp were left so we had to get our own.

Nice staff. Room was spacious and clean. Nice location. As other reviews have mentioned. Super bright lights right over the room door attracted many tiny black flying insects some of which ended up in our room. Annoying but harmless.

Nothing wrong, but certainly felt like a budget hotel, in everything from low water pressure in a old tub, to beaten up (though clean) carpets, to styrofoam coffee cups which you had to go get from the front desk if you wanted coffee in the morning. All fine for a budget hotel, so I guess in Glenwood Springs "budget" prices are a little different.

The hotel was in a convenient location to restaurants and to I-70.

The facility was very clean. The staff goes above and beyond the keep the place tidy. The breakfast is a bit limited but still nice to have.

It was a great place with an old touch. The Polish familu running it was very fast, educated in the area, and sweet during our stay. We will be back!

We stay in this hotel about 3-4 times a year. The location is great, the staff friendly and consistent.

We ran out of toilet paper early morning no replacement. One of the pillow cases was torn in 2 pieces. Room was clean, desk staff very nice. Facility super clean, comfortable beds. We always stay here and would recommend it.

For $300/night we got the last room -- the "condo" above the lobby. The furniture was spare -- bed, side table, a couple couches a living room table. Not a single lamp in the place and the only lights were overhead flourescent. It felt awful. My husband and I read in bed with our headlamps we use for camping!! Towels were like gym towels. It was just very surprising for the price. So low value. Maybe the other rooms are better. Avoid the condo.

Cleanliness wasn’t the top priority in the room. I had multiple webs with bugs caught in them. So when you’re laying down that’s what you see. Lighting needs updates and just the room itself. It’s a great spot with a lot of potential but needs some tlc

We enjoyed a nice, big, clean room with an electric fireplace and A/C. Excellent choices in the TV. Comfortable bedding. Adequate breakfast for a traveler. Friendly staff. This is our 3rd stay at this inn and we've always been pleased.

16th hotel/motel in our 28 day road trip. The Inn is perfectly fine for a stopover. Exactly what one expects at this price point. Clean room and bathroom, plenty of towels. Breakfast cereals, waffles etc. All good. Satisfied our requirements.

Generally comfortable and convenient location. At first entry / set up we found all shades closed and dark non inviting atmosphere. No problem, opened shades and great space although older decor in need of up date. We found a couple can pop tops at the base of the furniture, The toilet seat was unsafe with a missing seat bolt nut and loose single side bolt. The shower tub was recently redone with slate but the tub spout was still had an inch gap allowing water easy ingress and an unfinished feel. Breakfast was mediocre with hard boiled eggs as the protein source and main attraction two waffle irons. Cereal and breads rounded it out. Cappuccino dispenser was fun

Basic hotel room that was clean and comfortable. Surprised there was no soap (or other amenities) by sink but there are are containers of soap and shampoo in shower. Breakfast a little better than the standard. Overall a good value in Glenwood Springs, and conveniently located.

It was good for one night

The lady with colorful hair at the front is so wonderful and welcoming! We adore her. We love all of you. I've been going to this hotel since I was a young girl and now I get to take my daughter. Always a great stay thank you!

The location is excellent. if you stay on the first floor you will hear lots of noise up above.

Very basic and little out dated but was fine for the night.

The only positive was the location, close to 2 hot springs and other attractions. The "free" breakfast was a joke, the menu included waffles, cereal, a hardboiled egg, coffee, juice, and 2 varieties of fruit. The internet deteriorated to unusable with more users. Toilet tissue had to be requested, no facial tissues, in room coffee maker but we had to retrieve the coffee from the lobby.

Room not completely clean. Some lights falling off wall. But good price by comparison with all other lodgings.

This property is beautiful, so peacefully. It was clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was clean and fresh, very good. I would definitely stay there again.

Visited friends in Glenwood Springs. This hotel was very nice at a great price. Good breakfast included.very friendly office staff. Make sure you visit Coloradough for great tasting donuts also.

It had laundry, free breakfast and lounging chairs if you just wanna sit and hang outside your room. Within walking/biking distance to the vapor caves and hot pools My room was larger than expected. Great for longer stays. They are located in the mountain so when I saw a little mosquito in my room I wasnt bothered, its not bedbugs. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Our room was very clean. The rooms are a little dated but the bathroom/shower was nice. Good amount of space in rooms. The breakfast had gluten free options which is hard to find on the road. Property was nice and quiet. The gardens were beautiful you can tell someone takes a lot of time maintaining them. I would stay here again!

Lovely hotel walkable to glenwood adventure part and glenwood hot springs. It was very clean and the staff was very nice

Everyone who worked there was friendly and the flowers were beautiful (so was the view). That being said if you plan on going to the Glenwood Hot Springs Pool do NOT stay here. Opt for the more $$ hotel that is attached or closer. Our stay was $315 for 1 night. Then we had to pay almost $200 to swim in the hot pool for 2hrs. Had we stayed in a better hotel, the hot springs would've been included, closer, and a MUCH better hotel. The condo is big with 2 bedrooms. It is hot because it's upstairs but there were 2 AC's we immediately turned on. There were bugs in the smaller bedroom windows. (Not bed bugs.) There was hair in the bathtub drain and spiderwebs throughout. The futon may be the original futon from 1960. I wouldn't let my family sit on it. We just sat on the kitchen chairs. The Mexican restaurant close by was awful. None of my family finished their food and it was $$$. Breakfast had waffles and fruit that was edible. We were just extremely disappointed for the amount we spent. Maybe it it was $100 I would give it an average rating? We WILL be going back to Glenwood Springs in the future and staying in a much better hotel that is attached or closer, with pool tickets included. We will walk to the area with all the restaurants and we will go to the hot springs early so the kids can take advantage of the river/slide- get stamped and come back. Hope this helps others!

AC did not work and room was pretty out dated. Walls are razor thin we heard everything around us .. phone in room kept ringing for no reason and staff was no help .. only good thing was the location of hotel was convenient.

Nice, clean and convenient

Air conditioner (window unit) was very loud but too hot to sleep without it. It seems as though there are a number of long-term residents staying here. Cops showed up for a guest during our stay.

The Inn is comfortable, clean, well taken care of. The location is perfect, walking distance to Iron Mountain Hot Springs and the gondola ride to the Adventure Park on top of a mountain. The breakfast is typical continental with hard boiled eggs as the only protein. It has a waffle maker, decent coffee and juice yogurt, etc., typical continental.

This was our second stay and both times we've enjoyed the friendly staff and the convenient location. We were driving from California to Iowa and Glenwood Springs was the perfect halfway spot. It's also GORGEOUS! This inn is affordable and clean. We'll definitely stay again on our next trip!

This hotel was just ok. The woman at the front desk was great and it was quiet for sleeping. AC unit was very cold and worked well. However,yhe outlets did not have tight connections for charging,there were no toiletries and there was not really much of a breakfast at all. The only thing really of any substance in the breakfast area was a waffle to be made. No cooked eggs, meat,biscuits or pastries were offered and we were very disappointed and went to Village Inn instead.

In room phone didn't work (only used it to try to call the front desk). Counter height was awkwardly low and the bathroom soaps and shampoos were super cheap and likely mostly water. Great location, but it's seen better days...I'm guessing 40 years ago.

As the title says, I love the central location near many of the attractions. The staff was great even though there was a booking error that wasn't their fault. I have been coming here for years and will not stay in another place.

The queen suite was excellent with a separate room and bed for my son, while me and my 2 friends had the other 2 queen beds. There was a full size refrigerator and everything we needed.
