When my husband and I needed separate space, there was a social/business area downtown where it was possible to read or write. There was similar outdoor space if we had not wanted to hang out in our room. The staff were constantly helpful and pleasant. There was a very pleasant breakfast area. I wanted something small and protein packed so I ordered two eggs with cheese. There had to have been 5 eggs on my dish. I felt a little bad about wasting such good food, but it was clear they wanted to please. You won't go hungry at breakfast time!

We got in pretty late like 9:30 pm and had a hungry toddler. The gentleman that ran the Bistro in the lobby was very nice and helpful! And the Burger was great!

I did not like my room. The bed was uncomfortable the mattress was not clean the shower curtain was not clean and I just was not happy overall and with the price for the way the room looked.

Due to an ice storm, we found ourselves needing to stay at the Courtyard. The staff was helpful, considerate and accommodating. While not ideal circumstances for us, we were fortunate to find a clean room and a place to stay that that was inviting.

The bathroom was spacious and it was clean. The staff was very nice and professional. The beds were hard. The pillow cases were threadbare and the power went out on us. We checked out and went to another hotel. We were told that we would be getting our money back as soon as the power came back on and the computers were up and running. I have not heard from them or seen my money.

Clean and quiet. No breakfast or coffee was provided like most hotels these days. Especially missed during the ice storm disaster as lots of places were also having free snacks etc during this upsetting time. You missed a chance to form a very positive opinion for future customers. Nickel and dime feel.

The room was nice. Comfortable bed. I booked this hotel because of the amenities that were advertised. The bistro was not open at dinner because “I guess staff decided not to show up”. There was one very nice lady working the bistro in the morning by herself. She had to cook the food and wait on customers. I waited 30 minutes for a bagel and a Chobani Greek yogurt because she had no help at all. The bistro was not open the second night we were there either. The conveniences advertised were not available the entire time we were there. I will not be staying at this location again.

The location was amazing and close to many things we wanted to do. The rooms were clean and cozy. The hotel did not serve breakfast. We usually utilize Marriott because of it. They also did not switch out the towels in the room during the stay. The front desk agent was disrespectful and rude. We encountered her twice at check in and early checkout. Honestly, hotel stays are not cheap and we have so many options the fact that we were spoken too is a rude manner on two different occasions by the same person is just not a good scene to be around.

The staff would not assist or help in any way when they placed us next to an unruly family right next door. I asked if they would speak to them as the were very loud and in and out all night long. Must have been at least 7-10 of them. Won't be staying with you ever again.

Indoor pool not open lady bugs all over the room weird 3 men roaming the lobby from claims to be with a church that has service at the hotel ball room on Sundays they were stalking young women there filling them around and even cornering under age teens girls and kept walking into their party they was having in the ballroom on Saturday and started bullying the guest there even turning on the lights and asking when the party is going to be over

Good night sleep, comfortable bed. Check out personnel was there and friendly. There was quite a wait for check in personnel to show up at the front desk, and another person was there waiting before us. The couch in room was torn and the both sockets by bed would not hold a phone plug.

We had the best staff help out with our needs. Xavier, the Head Room Service attendant was super helpful when we locked ourselves out of our room and was very nice to our baby. Ms. Willy was top-notch in service and helped us on recommending spots to visit AND was funny. Mary was very courteous and was helpful in keeping our baby entertained.

Front desk check in was rude.Lied about hotel availability. She was too busy talking to friends at the front desk to attend to guests. Probably the reason there were “no rooms” even though the marriot app shows room was because she was letting her friends stay in them. Took 45 min in am to get French toast in am.

Pray Selena is not working the front desk. After driving 900 miles we arrived and were told our reservation was for a different day. That was our mistake with Expedia that was fixed by us calling the third party vendor. Meantime Selena offers no help. Never once smiling or showing any empathy. She knew nothing of local meal deliveries ( strange for a hotel with no restaurant). We found a food delivery but needed a room number. She said no room number until you check. It would have been so easy for her to say “I understand,” and have the food delivered to the front desk we will deliver to your room. Every thing was what she could not do instead let me try to help. My wife had stayed there the previous week and Selena was no different. She should not be at a customer facing position.

When we arrived to check in there was no one at the front desk after about 20 minutes as the lobby was filling with guest to check in someone came running in the front door and said she thought the person left and she was housekeeping and would check us in. At the entrance to the hotel the trash was stacked 3 ft on top of a trash can with trash blowing around for 2 days, and the entrance smelled like a dump. At the elevator there was something that looked like ketchup splattered on the wall. Not what I was expecting at a Courtyard.

Only a one night stay but it’s in a good area and was quiet.

Staff were not real friendly. Greeted by desk employee with mouth full of food. Housekeeping did not clean room and refused to give us clean towels, shower gel/shampoo, referring us to the front desk. Front desk said they were out of towels. Room was dusty dirty, window screens torn, windows and drapes dirty, linens were stained and very used. Only option for food was expensive menu, compared to other equivalent type hotels that offer free breakfast bar. Won’t be staying here again. Lots of better options.

Our AC was loud. I also thought I had booked a two queen/sofa bed room but upon arrival I was told they only have sofa beds in the king rooms. The front desk lady said the chair in the room would pull out to a bed but it did not. We will not be staying here again.

One night stay on our way home from Florida. Would definitely stay here again; great price, quiet. Only issue we had was the battery on the door/keyless entry pad to the gym went dead and we wanted to walk on the treadmills after a long day in the car. Nice lady at front desk give us free breakfast to make up for the inaccessible gym.

We were upset that the food court and bar was closed at 6pm when we arrived. That was the reason why we chose to stay there during our trip back home and settle in not having to go back out for food after driving for 7 hours. Not worth the money

When we checked in the desk clerk was very confused about the breakfast we had purchased with the reservation and had me call Expedia to ask for a refund when we had actually purchased the package. It caused a lot of confusion.

Not what I'm used to from a Marriott property at all. The lobby area was ok but you could tell going down the hallway that it had not been kept up very well. We paid extra for a larger room and the room was very spacious. But, it was so out dated! We had trouble the first night with bosses from the toilet all night and the pipes in the bathroom. It was one of the loudest hotels I've ever stayed in and it was just the building, not the people. We called maintenance about the toilet overflow the next morning when it happened and they "fixed" it while we were out. Basically they cleaned it up. It was never fixed the entire time we were there. I was NOT impressed with the place at all. Will not stay here again! Dec 2024 was our stay

At check in, it was not busy but we stood and waited for over 5 minutes without being acknowledged, quick , no information or appreciation for staying offered . Went to room unpacked , and tv didn’t work so had to move to another room and tv not much better but did work . However, much smaller room , same price. Carpet in hall was dirty, water bottles sitting around on table in hall, just disappointed in a 4-star hotel .

One of the pillows smelled like urine and the sofa had brown stains on it. I did not see the stains on sofa until the next morning. And thankfully only 1 pillow smelled like that. The air awesome seemed not to work well. I was very disappointed in my stay and would not have expected this from the Courtyard. I am glad it was only one night and very little time was spent in the room. Employees were very nice.

The toilet paper was the cheapest of any hotel we’ve stayed at. No microwave, the tub stopper didn’t keep the water in the tub. The hotel has seen better days. The carpet in the hallway was coming apart and was well worn. No breakfast was provided and the restaurant attached was overpriced. The staff was indifferent at best and maybe hostile.

Great stay - room was clean, pool is a bit musty and rusty, but worked ok for the kid. The best part was the bistro that has a bar at night and the breakfast options were amazing. The chef was great and meals were incredible! Will definitely be back!

Hotel room and hallways were not very clean. We also had to switch rooms three different times upon checking in due to first being put into a handicap room that we did not request (also numerous ants in the room) and then being put into a different room that wasn't ready for use as maintenance had the bathroom light fixture torn apart with the glass cover laying in the middle of the room

Great stay for our visit with family in Nashville. We were pretty much only there to sleep, but the room was very comfortable for what we needed. The bed was comfortable. The A/C worked well. We did not hear a lot of noise.

The facility itself is nice, and your people are friendly and helpful. This review is based on a couple critical details. The Bistro burger was terrible - over cooked super dense hamburger with a stale bun - terrible for 15$. What a sad way to feed guests. Either prepare the food properly on site or don’t offer it. The U.S. restaurant industry seems to be in a downward spiral of poor quality and high prices - your establishment must make a much better effort here. Then there is the TV system - while we appreciated the live TV and free Showtime I was most excited to see the ‘casting’ option you now support. Unfortunately the instructions don’t work, with no response from tv.marriott.com hence no casting capability for us during our stay. We’ll check out knowing we didn’t get the full value of our travel dollars here.
