Toilet clogged, no plunger available, no manager or maintenance on duty, could not relocate room as hotel full capacity. Only 1 employee on duty. Had to send my husband out to walgreens. R5 minutes round trip to get a plunger to fix our toilet so we would have a working restroom. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend as hotel is poorky managed and not staffed well.

Room was clean and updated and nice. The carpet definitely needs a good clean, but I think all hotels have this issue. We had a suite and the layout was so weird with the TV not facing the bed. But the bed was comfy. Breakfast was good! We couldn't use the pool because a large group took over the entire pool the entire time we were there. They took over the breakfast area too. But i cannot blame the hotel for that. Overall, we would come back and got good rest and enjoyed the room!

The hotel was a quick trip off the highway with lots of options for restaurants and shopping. The room was spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

As soon as you walk in it smells like there’s a musty odor trying to be covered up. The employees left a sign at the desk saying they’d be back soon and according to another guest they were severely short staffed. There were holes in ceilings and floors due to water damage. We got into the room and there was mold by the air conditioning, hair all over the bathroom floor, the sheets were ripped and stained, and even more. We even found a ring from someone else right by the bed. We stayed for all of maybe 5 to 10 minutes before politely asking for a refund. I’m still waiting for a refund on the deposit and I’m unsure if I even got a refund for the room. While parking and the price may be nice, I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.

Great hotel. Front desk employees all very nice. Room was clean. Had an issue with our shower, but they fixed it right away.

The issue we had, was it was cold out 27 degees, but the A/C kept kicking in, even though we had the thermostat, on the wall set to 72 degrees. We eventually had to turn the system off, so the A/C fan would not kick in.

Staff was friendly, and check in was easy. When you get your key card out to use it, it says your key is now your phone right on it, and gives directions to download the app to get into your room. This isn't the case at all. The key card is still the key to your room so I don't know why it says that on the card. Seems pretty ridiculous.

Location Check in issue. Given room that was already occupied. Finally got room, no drawers for storage, desk chair needs replacement, rickety and no padding in seat. Map of local food incomplete, didn’t include cracker barrel in local area.

We stayed here one night on our way from Chicago to Orlando. On the way back we booked again because the first experience was excellent. This is a very well kept and well staffed property and exceeded expectations, which is rare. Would stay here again without hesitation.

The room and overall hotel appeared clean and well kept, however, my room had a roach issue. The staff wasnt overly friendly but did have a nice gentleman at the front desk who assisted me with a tv issue in my room. Good location and clean but bug issue took the shine off and make it a bit hard to relax.

We were traveling with our son, who has autism. The hotel staff were happy to accommodate us and put us in a quiet room at the end of the hall, right by an exit, as we requested. They were very friendly and understanding of our situation, which made what is normally a challenge for us, a breeze. Well-done Hampton! It is apparent that this property is well-managed.

As someone who sticks closer to a carnivore diet I appreciated the availability scrambled eggs, sausage, and available hard boiled eggs.

We were in town for a soccer tournament. The location was close to stores and restaurants. Our room was quiet and we didn't hear a lot of noise from the interstate. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice and large!

It was a great place to stay. it was quiet, the pool was great for the kids for a great time after being at the soccer fields all day in the heat. The only thing I was disappointed in was the food but that is at all hotels. The food has no taste especially the eggs! When you pay the extra money to be with your soccer team at the same hotel and to have a good hot breakfast before the games the next day it should be edible!

The traffic noise from I65 was pretty bad - not much you can do about that. Location is very convenient and there were many restaurants nearby - even within walking distance. Lobby staff were great. In our room, one of the bedside lamps do not work and our door safety bolt would not engage. It was frozen in the off position. Otherwise, the room was great.

Very friendly staff. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Some slight noise due to the proximity to I-65, but that was a minor problem. Good access to Vanderbilt where our granddaughter plays soccer. Breakfast was predictable but very good. We will stay here again for other games during the season.

Had I been staying longer I would have asked for a new room. Bathroom was clean and bright. Room could use a bit of an update.

This is one of our "go to" stops when stopping over for a night in Nashville. Convenient location, clean, excellent staff.

Pros were good breakfast, comfortable bed, and clean room. Cons were the pool was literally about 80+ degrees, there was a smell of slight mold coming down from the showerhead, and it took about 5 minutes for a staff member to come out to check us in (no BRB sign) and then no one showed up to check us out after about 8 minutes of waiting (again no sign).

The only thing that could be better is the breakfast. I don’t think the scrambled eggs or other egg products are real eggs. I’m not sure what it is but it’s nasty.

Saturday night check-in clerk mentioned breakfast bags would be available early Sunday morning. 5 am Sunday checkout clerk says no breakfast bags on the weekend. When I mentioned the Saturday night comment, he was able to find 2 bags. Staff should be consistent.

Check-in was slow, 1 clerk only. Another girl came to help but computer didn’t work. After dinner, we returned & wanted some tea. There was no hot water. The front desk clerk went to get some but we could feel that we were disturbing her. Room was ok but not great. For the price, would be nice to have cookies at front desk like other hotels that offer & rooms not as costly.

The location was convenient for what we needed. Not a long ride to get to downtown Nashville. My room had glue from a sticker on the in room picture, which obviously had not been cleaned. The tub small grip for the tub stopper was not attached. I simply screwed it on, which should have been done by staff prior to renting out this room.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament. The room was clean and very spacious. The staff was very friendly. The only complaints we had were the noise from the traffic and the air conditioning didn’t seem to cool the room very well at night making the room feel stuffy as we slept. We will very likely stay here again for any future trips to the area.

I was a little skeptical about this place just because the rating on Expedia not super high but this place from the moment I walked in was really nice. The girl at the fri t desk was the most kindest staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. She helped us get checked in super easy process. Told us about the time for breakfast and gave us WiFi and if we had any issues we could call her. Our room was perfect for our stay. Overall great Service. Breakfast in the morning was really good so many options. Definitely would stay here again.

Well the room was big for our family. We did get the handicap room because we want a tub for our kids to take there baths. Room could've been cleaned better, mostly the bathroom and underneath the beds there was stuff under the bed and if you have kids they will get into anything and everything. Other than that the hotel was ok. Breakfast was ok not great but will fill your need for a free meal coffee was good and pool was good. I will stay here again.
