    The a/c didn’t work the first night. They fixed it for the second night and told us don’t go below 63 but it never actually got cold just blew air. The pool was out of service and the breakfast wasn’t what was advertised.

    Our beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We had our dog with us and sometimes the rooms smell like dogs have stayed but not this one! They also inspected the room quickly and had our deposit back fast. Manager was very friendly as well as the staff.

    We had an issue with the shower, the TV kept going out. We requested extra towels as there were 4 of us staying, they kept taking our extra towels. We had to go to the front desk every day we were there to get towels and tissue paper. The maintenance guy tried to fix the TV but it kept going off. The staff were very nice but I would not stay at that hotel again.

    We watched the cleaners go into the rooms and only make the bed not change out other sheets in our room. The cleaners did not attempt to make the bed and took all of the clean towels and wash rags without leaving fresh towels. When we asked the employees for fresh towels, they told us they didn’t have any that they were all in the washer machine so we had to go down to the front desk and ask for fresh clean towels. The breakfast consisted of oatmeal and cereal only two flavors and mini muffins and mini chocolate covered donuts. Several of the customers had to go upfront to get more milk and yet the front desk was not open yet to assist anyone at 9 AM. The pool was extremely cloudy when it was supposed to be open and able to be swam in. There was lots of leaves and other debris and the pollen producers from the trees floating in the pool. The property was very poorly kept. I will not stay here again, or in another Days Inn EVER

    Pool closed, gym closed, breakfast was horrible(cereal and toast). Had 4 adults, only two bath towels, gave us a hard time about getting two extra towels. TV didn’t work. Pillows were flat asked for an extra pillow and was told they didn’t have anymore. Would not stay again.

    This is not a fancy hotel. If you need a nights rest, thats what you'll get. Bed was fine. Our TV didn't work so i called the front desk. She said she would come fix it but never showed. Our curtains didn't close and actually had holes where someone tied them together. I needed inexpensive which was exactly what I got.

    looks can be deceiving, but it was a cool/warm/dry place to rest my head. Bathroom toilet was broken, but usable. shower has no pressure and where is the hot water? Pillows are flat, even with 3. As for breakfast, if you like toast and oatmeal then your good and you have to eat it there in the office NO cooking in the rooms, why have a microwave then and fridge. makes no sense on their high rules for a place we paid to stay at. Washer did not work and my clothes were soaked as for others, which are upstairs and I have difficulty walking and they refused to give me a refund and put a sign up to let others know. SCAMMERS is what this place is.

    This was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The “included breakfast” was terrible, there were only basic cereals and bread, nothing like what you would expect. The room smelled really bad, making it uncomfortable to stay. Honestly, this is not a hotel, it feels more like a low-quality motel. The place is poorly maintained, unclean. On top of that, they charge a $100 holding fee that is NOT disclosed on Expedia, which is very misleading and dishonest.

    When we first arrived, the girl that checked us in was very rude and seemed upset we used Expedia to book the room. The room she put us in was as expected. However, the pillows were the worst we’ve ever seen, a pair of socks would have been better to sleep on. The AC also wouldn't quit running and wouldn’t let us shut it off and the blankets were very thin so we froze all night. The also went in and cleaned our room even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Overall, it was an okay room for the price and in a nice, clean area. If you are only going to be in the room to sleep, it’s worth the price but make sure to bring your own pillow.

    The room had a weird odor to it. Pillows on the bed were flat asked for more pillows. They said they didn’t have anymore. They knew we had four guests and only gave us two towels had to ask for more of those and gave us a hard time about getting them. the breakfast was horrible. Only options were cereal and toast. Wouldn’t stay there again.

    Will not be staying there again my grandson had a bowel movement and a little bit of poop got on the bed spray and not the bedding or nothing. It was just on the bedspread and they called me and told me they wasn’t giving me my hundred dollar deposit back because there was one little spot of poop on the bridge spread and not on the bedding but they said they have to get rid of all of the bedding just to keep my hundred dollar deposit therefore there’s other motels that’s better than this one will not be staying here anymore

    Owned by people who have no idea of our culture and only care to make as much $$$ out of customers .the fridge had two large aluminium containers w food buttermilk orange juice also pulled chicken etc NO DICOUNT WHEN WE CLEANED AND BROUGHT TO FRONT DESK.     The staff lied to me about the refund of the incidental fee. There was lots banging all night. And I did not even want to stay but since expedia messed up my booking and couldn't take ownership of their glitch/mistake, I felt like I had to go all the way to this ghetto hotel and stay. I don't recommend this place... They are cheap penny pinching and rice. And using expedite is a dumb idea too.

    The room we booked was a business room, it was very clean and well cared for smelled fabulous. I would have given 5 stars but the night attendant was very rude and seemed irritated didn't want to give us a receipt for our deposit of 100$ but the morning attendant was very courteous and professional which made up for the night attendant behavior.. also no breakfast really just coffee and bread...

    Went to close the blinds as soon as we walked in, there was a cockroach on the ac unit/window. Blinds would close, so I tried to fix it and cut myself in it (they made a wire hook with sharp tips to hang the cloth) Room smelled musky, shower curtain was gross too. Bedsheets had cigarette burns all over. They won’t let you use their “free” ev charger, so you must use the 3rd party in parking lot. Overall this hotel is cheap, but it’s also a dump. Don’t think it’s worth staying here.

    This is an older property so you get what you pay for. It had an old hotel smell when you waked in. I was there 4 nights and they only came once to clean the room and I had to even request that cleaning. They did replace the towels and took out the trash everyday. The breakfast was extremely underwhelming, they only had cereal, coffee, juices , a couple parties and bread. Also, the staff is extremely STRICT with early check-in and a later check out. They had rooms available at 2:00pm (check-in at 3:00pm) and was threatening to charge me an additional $25 early check-in fee for checking in an hour early! Also, there was no flexibility for a later check out as I requested to check out 30 minutes later (due to me having a work meeting) and they literally wanted to keep my $100.00 deposit. I wouldn't stay here in the future.

    Room was dirty. Requested a new room and the front desk clerk would accommodate, this is also telling here about the insects that were into the bed. The next day I requested for bed sheets to have my bed remaid, that still didn’t get done. Their excuse was that I wasn’t there and I had a dnd sign posted. They could’ve easily called my cell. This place truely doesn’t no care about the customer service aspect of the business more the cleaniness.

    I liked how easy it was to check in and out. The thing I didnt like was I recieved a text from hotel at 7 am, waking me up, asking for me to let them know when I am checking out. Then at 7 am they were in the next room cleaning and banging around.

    Our stay at Days Inn by Wyndham oodlettsville/Nashville was just okay. The location was convenient. Check-in was frustrating—we waited in the lobby for at least 10 minutes, ringing the bell and calling multiple times before someone finally showed up. The room itself was fine, but the bathroom floor was dirty in the corners, which made it feel neglected even for a budget hotel. If you're just looking for a place to sleep and aren't too picky, this is fine and we were thankful we didn't have to drive further.

    2. Breakfast closed at 9 am even on a weekend. This is how they're saving $$, making sure few people can get to it. Coffee was horrible, only had powder cream but when asked, the lady brought milk. For that I give kudos but the coffee itself is truly horrible tasting. 3. Photos are def deceiving. Front lobby is no where as new/fancy, the whole place is old. 4. Room had 2 queen beds but pillows were unusually bad. We don't expect great ones at a hotel but these were extremely floppy and lumpy causing neck pain. 5. TV Channels were limited but we were not to watch TV. But at night, nothing premium at all nor of course even youtube bcoz they're not smart TVs 6. Bathroom was large but towels were def old/not thick nor white. The bathtub was in terrible shape, I have a photo on my phone but no time to transfer to laptop and upload. The bathtub was "accessible" with bars to hold for those needing that but the middle of the tub was literally painted with white paint leaving the edges in the old dilapidated condition. I know this is a 3* but I have been fooled by Wyndham name one too many times. I feel like standards are not maintained at all. 6. Check in was pretty quick other than us trying to request a room on the upper floors. 7. Room blackout curtains were helpful although the tops wouldn't match/sit together. Still worked OK

    Was hard to understand the desk person. He was taking a personal call at the same time while trying to help us. Bathroom was disgusting it was dirty and outdated and we saw what looked like poop on the wall. Parking lot was good. Fridge wasn’t real cold. Overall wouldn’t be back. TV low quality.

    We missed housekeeping and young girl on night desk refused to provide a clean towel. I wanted to extend my reservation another night, but because I booked through a third party, was told we would have to leave at 11 and come back at 3 pm.     The shower faucet was weird and it was hard to use the shower... The handle did not have a point where it stopped, it just kept going around. There was no shampoo/soap in the bottles in the bathroom. It was not quiet, people were stomping and talking loud at all hours of the night around the room. When I checked in the man behind the desk gave me an attitude because I asked for a room to accommodate my needs. I won't be going back!

    Would not recommend this hotel. Had 2 rooms for our family and one had a duct taped door lock and a dirty bathroom. The other had a dirty bathroom with a moldy shower curtain. They moved one of our rooms and they replaced the shower curtain, but overall the rooms were run down and not very clean. There was a weird smell in the rooms and the lobby. This hotel is listed as having a free breakfast, but it’s barely a continental breakfast. The terrible coffee came out of a machine and there were very little food options. When I talked to the manager about not being happy with our stay, I got a “ you get what you pay for” response. It’s very cheap and definitely not worth the cost savings. Would never stay here again as there are many other options in the area.

    The front desk associate at 7pm on 9/5 lied to my face about the manager. I was not informed of the $100 fee for incidentals. I don’t care that it’s refundable - it’s money I don’t have. I asked to speak to the manager but the associate said “the manager can’t do anything.” So then I asked again and he lied and said “I am the manager.” Absolutely unacceptable. Will never be staying here again and WILL be contacting corporate.

    Absolutely would not recommend When I opened the door to the room, it was actually hotter inside than outside. And it was pretty hot outside. I reported this to the front desk. I was told “it will cool off in ten minutes. Anyway, it was 2am when it finally cooled off. Needless to say, I got almost no sleep. I will never stay at another Days Inn

    The room was very smelly. It had a strong, mildewy, and moldy smell mixed with cigarette smoke. We could see visible damage in the bathroom to the ceiling tiles, indicating water damage. The carpet was very dirty. My feet looked black on the bottom after walking around don't he carpet. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The staff was not very friendly. They were a bit defensive to my concerns.

    The staff was rude. You couldn't get any towels unless you turn in your used towels, even then you have to wait until they wash all the towels collected. Check out was at 11 they were knocking at my door at 10:58. One of them had enough nerves to ask my husband what was it he had drinking out his cup.

    Quiet location. Our room's A/C was not working and they put us in another room with no issues. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was less than stellar. It was a choice of a muffin, Little Debbie donuts, toast or cereal, no hot food...so that was a let down. Other than that the property was what we needed it to be, quiet, safe, comfortable, and cost effective.

    The property it self was nice. A few issues, they only left towels for2 and i booked 4 . There should've been enough towels for all. Did not replace toilet paper thank god I brought my own. Had to ask for kleenex.they insisted on room cleaning daily. My grandson had an accident, I asked for clean bedding, all i could get was sheets. The lady at the front desk was rude.

    Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Location was perfect. Far enough from Downtown Nashville for a lower rate but close enough to that getting to downtown or Opryland area was an easy drive. Plenty of restaurants available nearby and the Kroger close by was convenient. Will definitely stay at this property again when we come back to Nashville.

    We arrived late in the afternoon. Only had rooms in second floor. No elevators. Phone did not work. Bathroom was dirty. The bed had stains. The sheets were with cigarette holes. People were outside smoking, othera just standing in hallway. Kids screaming. The “blinds” did not close well. So by 6 there was too much sun light coming in. Will not stay here again.

    I was very excited about the sray but was proved otherwise. I was traveling by myself and was scared several times during my 3 day stay. Once by the manager walking into my room when i was getting dressed to get my towels and another set of what i assumed was the family of the owners staying lurking outside my door. 2 men srayed outside to where i didnt feel say so i had some stranger walk me to my door It was not only disturbing but it was not clean at all. The only thing that was nice was the pool but i dont ever think i will be back

    The bathroom door did not have the mechanism inside the door that keeps the door close. It was just a knob on the door. Would not stay closed. Some plugs on the nightstand didn’t work & some lamps were not even plugged up. Staff was friendly & the room was clean. Just needs some repairs.

    Sheets and blankets had cigarette holes. Smoke detector was ripped out of the ceiling. No stopper for bathtub. Outside area was dirty with trash and cigarette butts littered throughout. No remote in room. TV was hanging crooked on the wall. The very limited breakfast had stale cereal. It was not a good experience besides the front desk staff being nice, but the environment did not feel safe. I took one photo at the time and it was of one of the blankets that had a burn hole. I later found a similar hole in the other beds sheet.

    The stay was very comfortable! Quiet hotel, friendly staff. The breakfast was one of the only downsides, it really wasn’t much of a breakfast-toast, yogurt, or cereal. And also, we chose this hotel for the pool and it wasn’t clean so we weren’t able to use it. Pluses, out of the hotels in that area, this is the only one with a gorgeous view of the sunrise and sunset!!
