    Although I didn’t use it, the outdoor pool was clean and ok size. The location was just OK, however, the elevators in the hotel needs to be seriously repaired, every time I had to get into the elevator I thought I was not gonna get out of the elevator. I thought I was going to get stuck. They are in terrible shape. The hotel, at first glance seems OK and then you’ll start looking around your room and you’ll notice things that are barely put together for the price they charge for the room. I would’ve thought the hotel would’ve been in better shape but if you’re only gonna be there for like one night, it would do, just be aware of who’s around you when you’re there. I would not stay here again, and I am not someone who is very picky but this hotel made me a little Leary and I would not stay here again.

    Very nice hotel I stayed for 3 weeks. Clean rooms, cold and quiet AC units! Housekeeping was a little iffy on re making the bed everyday and picking up all the trash. Would 100% recommend this hotel and will stay in it again

    The hotel is right off the interstate and very noisy, the area does not match the photo's of the outside. A nearby Krystal was boarded up and closed, the area was not clean, no cars in the parking lot was weird it felt as if no-one was staying at this hotel. The pictures posted online do not match what you get when you get to the area. It was bad enough we chose to cancel regardless of the outcome. The hotel chose not to refund us but we did book at a different location and totally different hotel.

    Had to move rooms, due to very strong weed smell, the lady at the desk was very helpful, moved us to suite on 1st floor. Whole hotel smells of weed, room seemed ok but not the best, old needs some TLC, can hear everything in halls, door does not seal, very disappointed as we stayed here due to Trip Advisor reviews, we will not be back

    When I interacted with the staff, they were pleasant helped resolve any issues that arose, ie new key, late check out etc. The lighting in the room could have been brighter. Multiple paint touch spots were very visible all throughout the room. For price if 2 days, my expectations were a little higher.

    Arrived on Friday room was dirty and had ants and cockroaches. Asked for extra towels and asked if housekeeping cleans daily and was told yes. Saturday came around and we left the hotel in the morning and returned until the evening. Come to find the room not cleaned. No new towels, no toilet paper and trash still in trash cans. Went to tell front desk and was told that housekeeping knocks on the doors to ask if the room needs to be cleaned and if no one is there or answers they will not enter. Why would someone stay in their hotel all day waiting for housekeeping to come knock on the door while they are on vacation?? Makes no sense to me at all especially since from my understanding they only don’t come in if it has the do not disturb sign. Which our room did not have it on there. Didn’t get a discount or anything because I booked through Expedia. Which to me it’s your hotel regardless of booking through 3rd party should take care of customers. Will never return to this hotel.

    There was nothing to like. Please do not book here for your safety and health. We walked into a BIOHAZARD! Old blood/urine stains in the sofa bed mattresses plus an obvious door lock that’s been broken into. We were given another room for our troubles and walked into the same issue. Front desk couldn’t provide us with the managers’ full name but I found it on the website plus corporates’ phone number. Manager would’t provide a refund or another room because we’ve already checked in and booked through a third party? What sense does that make? My family came from out of state and we had two small children with us. There’s no way anyone in my family will be laying their heads on this. $368 wasted. We will be waiting for a call from the manager, Pedro Higuera, on Monday morning.

    The bed was comfortable, although we ended up leaving the second night because the room beside of us sounded like they were going to come through our way at midnight. There were a ton of people over there partying and screaming and the front office wouldn't do anything about it.     Room was clean and ready. Breakfast we didn't make it down in time, staff isn't exactly friendly but will proudly smile about checking in early will cost me but also checking in late will too. So my crew and I were afraid of not making it back right at 3 on the dot. Parking lot was horrible. Not much parking to go around for everyone staying at the hotel. The elevator needs repairing badly! Everything was loose, broken, or sounded like it was about to crash us to the ground. Surprised the doors were opening and closing. Horrible sound when it did. After three times we started using the stairs. Taking the stairs was faster than the actual elevator getting to our floor. Pool was closed even when planning ahead of time told it would be open. Signs point you to vending machines that did not exist. Hotel room was decent but the design of the bathroom and such not planned well. Felt cramped. Beds and room itself was good.

    My room had a couple problems, though. During the night, I discovered ants on my nightstand and the floor, which made me notice a broken electrical outlet into which my lamp appeared to be plugged. Also the A/C unit was very loud. I’m sure management will take of those because the whole public area appears well maintained. Very fair price.

    The entire hotel had an overwhelming odor of pot smokers. The floors in the rooms are laminate and cracking bubbling. The walls are so thin and you can hear everything. In my 32 years of traveling with my team, this was the worst place we've ever stayed.

    We checked in around 10:30pm, and no problem. No additional help neither. Ask the person for some late nite eats recommendation and he couldn't offer any. Door Dash he said. Normally, I love to check out local eatery even if it's a one night stay. I did my own research and found a Fish and shrimp place which was perfect since it was Holy Sat. No information about the Breakfast, so in the morning when we got down there at 9:05am, it was all put away. (I thought it would be til 10am like most places, my bad I guess?) We got a room next to the elevator and it was noisy. The Door does not block noises. They play music through the halls which filters inside the room. If you need quiet to sleep, your not going to get it. Did not use the pool. Free Parking, Internet we did not use since it was short stay and we have unlimited anyways. Overall the price was good through Hotels.com since everything closer to Nashville downtown was very pricey. The hotel is clean.

    The room was comfortable however I didn't notice the ants until we were leaving in the a.m. If I could make a suggestion for the a.m. I would recommend that 2 fresh thermos's of coffee be prepared BEFORE (5:30) breakfast opens and perhaps a packaged pastry for those of us who would like to get on the road early(and there were several of us) instead of waiting till 6 a.m. for scrambled eggs and chicken tenders.. For dinner we walked over to Pancho Villa restaurant for dinner which was a win for us! The area/parking was fine no worries.

    My stay was great. The only thing that I will have to say is that the tub was clogged because when I was taking a shower, the tub was filling up and not draining fast and the toilet handle broke but other than that, I had a good stay. The hotel was close to a lot of shopping areas and restaurants. I will definitely stay again.

Our only complaint would be about the loudness of the bathroom water when turned on and the tub nearly filled up while showering, so there was definitely a drainage problem.

    We had to check out early due to the incoming inclement weather. So I checked out early Friday evening and was told that I did not need paperwork, etc. as the girl at the desk took my keys. However, on Sunday, I received notices that I needed to check out of my room. I replied but received no response. This is very concerning, to say the least, as it seems I was not appropriately checked out.

    Cleanliness was so unacceptable that I had to leave and stay at a different hotel. My first room had hair all over the sheets. Second room there was hair on the sheets again as well as on the sink counter. The third room I had high hopes as it was a “suite”, oh boy was I wrong. Hair all over the shower along with a horrible water drip. Beard hairs imbedded in the ledge of the sink counter and a couch so badly stained you’d think it was part of a crime scene. So horribly disappointed in this hotel and the worst part was there was no refund or credit offered. Pay the extra $30 and stay somewhere else.

    Staff amazing, affordable, quiet, they let my dog come. Downtown Broadway, Honky Tonk 15 min drive. ..Clean rooms, etc. Breakfast terrible. And please dont bring your dog in the breakfast area or you will be asked to leave the room. They are pet friendly to a certain extent but the fee was only $25 /night. Overall i recommend this hotel to ppl on a budget and I will be back. Thanks!

    The hotel was nice. But as a diabetic I can’t really eat waffles, muffins, etc. The hotel said they ran out of eggs on Saturday. Someone could have gone to Walmart, Sam’s, Publix ands bought a bunch. So your promise of breakfast being included is only partially fulfilled.     They need to do a lot of cleaning! The bedsheets had stains; the couch was not clean either. The pull out mattress was torn on the edges, covered in deep stains; there were beef jerky crumps on the mattress. Someone spilled out a bunch of garbage in front of the elevator door, which happened to be right in front of my room. The staff decided to vacuum at 2 a.m. There was yelling in the middle of the night; I think the people working there. This place needs a lot of work. Hire someone professional to tighten up the standards of the cleaning personnel and focus on customer satisfaction. The guy who checked me out in the morning was not really friendly either.

    We showed up after a 16 hour drive and didn't have any heat in our new home and this hotel was close and easy to book, allowing us to check in at 2 am with 8 people, 3 kids, 3 dogs, and 3 reptiles. The people at the check in counter and any staff member were always polite. I would say that the outside is very nice but the inside could use some love. It looks like it was recently in renovated but then after the floors they and some new furniture they stopped. Overall I can't complain about anything.

    The place could use an update, the elevator creaked and shook the emergency phone door was open meaning someone clearly was stuck on it before, other than that the few staff I interacted with were nice, the housekeeping dont come in your room instead the knock and you tell them what u need give them trash and towels which is nice. The only downside that ruined the possibility of me getting a hotel here or just with this brand entirely is I was double charged the security deposit whether I get it back or not double charging me is a big no in fact I was lucky I was awake because my bank would've denied the payment if I didn't confirm within an hour of it being requested which wouldve really put a sour mood on our trip.

    It is noticeable that the hotel is older and in need of basic maintenance. The elevator is loud, clinky, and questionable. The lobby, hallways, outside, bathroom, bed, and room overall were clean, not too the level of a good scrubbing clean, but overall clean. There are no soap dishes for the sink hand soap. The toliet would run loudly at different intervals. The bed was mostly comfortable and awoke feeling rested. The breakfast is okay- instant eggs, make your own waffles, yogurt, toast, bagels, cereal. The coffee was okay. Overall, hotel, room, breakfast.. basic and okay. Feel like it should have been about $15-20 less for stay based on the quality. Hotel owner needs to invest in the property. The location was perfect for a stay outside of the city.

    The area does not seem safe. Went out this morning and several cars windows were smashed and property stolen. Apparently they don't have cameras covering much of the parking lot. Looks like they need security on the property and a camera upgrade. Because the criminals seem to know where the cameras don't cover. Plus the staff didn't seem surprised that this happened.

    Decent place for our stop over stay on the way to Chicago. It was quiet, the parking lot was well lit, and the staff was very friendly, especially the night clerk. Breakfast was good! Eggs, waffles, bagels, sausage and more! Didn't get a chance to use the gym or pool but they looked fine from what we saw and certainly would have if we were staying longer. Only complaint is that the 2nd floor smelled of cigarette smoke. Not sure if they have smoking rooms or not as we didn't ask and are non smokers.

    Everything seemed great at first. Good location, decent prices, room didnt seem too unclean. Well forget that!!!! Because my friend and I woke up covered in bites!! Definitely not mosquito bites, huge lines of extremely itchy and painful Big bites. We think it was bed bugs! On top of that breakfast was inedible, the elevators were sketchy, and the stairways smelled like urine! Had a rude experience with a lady who worked there as well. Never staying at this place again, and wouldn't recommend unless you like getting eaten while you sleep.

    The hotels was horrible it needs to be upgraded, it’s to be cleaned properly, the room at roaches. The couch was nasty. Water pressure in the shower terrible. The pictures on the website were very misleading. I wouldn’t stay there again.

    We were coming from Chicago to see the $uicideboy$ concert. Originally picked this place for the low price, pool and gym. It was clean, staff was friendly and was able to answer all of our questions. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we were ever in the area again

    While the staff was friendly I did encounter quite a few gross encounters. The pool had huge globs of hair floating in it. There were ticks everywhere! I went out to walk my dog and walked 10 ft before I had 3 ticks climbing me. Lastly someone had had an accident and bled everywhere in a public restroom and proceeded to defecate all over the same bathroom. My poor daughter was mortified to see this.

    We really enjoyed this hotel stay. The only thing that left us uneasy was that we had small children and the 3rd floor windows opened all the way with no screens. Other than that, the place was clean, breakfast was hot, and the pool was nice and refreshing.

    Stayed here cause of the good reviews I saw, so definitely didn't expect two roaches to crawl out of the bathroom the second day we were there. Our toilet also had trouble flushing and made loud noises pretty often. The floors and bathroom were pretty dirty too. The bed was extremely comfortable though! Not sure if I'd stay here again though. Also was told my deposit would show up in my bank after I checked out, but 5 hours later it still hasn't. So that's not cool.

    We had a wierd experience while things look clean we seen roach in our room. Meaning we seen one and called it a floak then seen more and then we told customer service and they told us that all then can do is changed us to another room, seen two other rooms one more moldy smelling than the other when our room didnt smell like that at all. we asked if they could have the room cleanup and exterminated and they said yes they will have that done while we were out. when we came back in the evening we found that the room hadnt been cleaned or exterminated at all. we went back to front desk and then did what they could to clean it up. at this point we picked up our stuff and put it in the car and left at 4am. what an experience that i dont wish on anyone.

    I was very dissatisfied with our stay at the La Quinta. It was not a very clean facility. It needs upkeeping the toilet. Wobbled the sinks stayed clogged. It smells funny. Parking was full. I would not recommend staying there to anybody.

    First they gave me the wrong room, i asked for them to fix it and i was told “sorry were booked and that particular room style is not available and the manager is not available” the elevator didn't work. the condition of the property was less then stellar. the shower flooded the restroom and the ended breakfast early so we didn't get to eat. There was parking for larger vehicles or big trucks but the overall parking was limited. There were several fast food restaurants close to the hotel so that was convenient.

    Clean room, no complaints about the room condition. The room windows were facing a trucking warehouse so there was constant truck noise all day and night. Pool was nice and had towels for use. Does have 2 washer and dryers but didn’t have change at the desk to operate which was a big inconvenience as we were there for a baseball tournament and needed to wash uniforms. It was a great location for access to downtown Nashville for fireworks. Overall a good place to stay at a decent price. Very friendly staff!

    Room was supposed to have a pullout couch and did not. Nobody working at front desk when I went downstairs to inquire about changing rooms. Very slow. Room smelled very musty & damp. Air conditioner unit leaking. Shower clogged. Not the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at.

    I will never stay here again. From the room design (who puts the full AC unit just inches away from the bed...where the head goes! Nothing like having the AC blowing on your face as you sleep, I guess), a curtain that was closed using bandaids, and what can only be labeled as "shared breakfast" (someone asked us for our leftover syrup, as they run out of it and of napkins!)... To finish with ambiance music in the hall during the night!

    The pull out couch smelled like urine and the bedding to go with it also smelled like urine. When we opened the sleeper bed it made the whole room smell like urine. When we called the front desk, they said they didn’t have a key to any extra linens. also the microwave smelled terrible. We couldn’t use it due to the foul odor inside it.

    Horrible. Beds are broken down. Pubic hair and piss on the toilet. We stayed with a group of people. A couple of them saw bed bugs and left. We play travel baseball and stay in multiple hotels throughout the summer. This has been the worst. It’s bad enough, I’m actually leaving a review .

    The hotel definitely needs an upgrade. The elevator is working but so old and noisy sounds and looks scary. You can hear the rooms next to and above you in our room at least. There was also no soap to wash out hands. So we just used the shampoo in the bathroom. Breakfast stops at 9am which is my fault for not checking but when my son and I went down there we walked in and noticed a woman cleaning so I was like oops let’s hurrying I didn’t know it was done already. Well I turn around to another woman who was also staying at the hotel and the cleaning woman shut the door with us still in there and there is no door handle! It’s a sliding door and she tries to slide it and it wouldn’t open u til she kept trying and messed with what sounded like a lock. And we both were like why would she close the door i understand breakfast is ending but why would you close the door with people still inside… I’ve been to lots of hotels and 9am is early to end breakfast’s it’s usually 10am. With that being said I guess you get what you pay for! I’ve heard that La Quintas are nice so that’s why I chose to stay here, I will try another one again but probably not this one.

    Great value. The hotel was clean, convenient and had everything our family needed for our one night roadtrip stop. It looked to me like the hotel has been recently remodeled. But it is also well kept by the staff and clean. Great spot for the price.
