Reviews
The hotel received mixed reviews with guests appreciating the cleanliness of the rooms and friendliness of the staff. However, there were several complaints about the condition of the property, lack of amenities, and additional charges for parking and breakfast.
- Clean rooms
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Additional charges for parking and breakfast
- Property in need of updating and maintenance
- 5/5
The staff were wonderful and very helpful! The room was clean and well stocked. The gym had a wide variety of equipment to use. There was ample parking. Definitely would stay again.
- 2/5
The same carpet AND furniture is there today, as was 40 years ago! Can you imagine a dirty carpet in our suite? Can you imagine a mountain view of The National Monument through a bedside window that had not been cleaned for how long? Can you imagine sitting in a chair that literally "bottomed out," or chair and couch forty years old? Imagine all the rest, because it was quite vivid. Fortunately the bathroom appeared clean, so I used towels to get across the room to dress, so my feet wouldn't touch the filthy carpet before I put on my socks and shoes. I would expect this in a Super Dive for $69, not a Hilton Doubletree property for a couple of Ben Franklin's. Might also want to put the $12 open lot parking fee towards the parking lot pot holes. Of course, we will cancel our July visit to this property. The really good news-the desk check-in/check out was excellent, with a very friendly and knowledgable staff, Doubletree cookies, and in-room coffee service. Unfortunately, Grand Junction has more demand than supply this time of year, so you'll have to stay somewhere. I doubt the hotel manager would put family in Suite #710 for a wedding or other event, even a comp. :( Such a great property location to deliver a filthy and disappointing experience. For a professional carpet cleaning service, you could make a serious living here.

Great stop on way from Denver to SLC.
- 5/5
Property was well staffed and hospitable. Room was spacious and very nice. To note, Susie in the restaurant was fantastic.
- 4/5
Great staff
- 3/5
Someone in management decided it would be better to wait with the info, making it inconvenient to cancel. And having to, on the fly, decide if I could wait to take a shower. This not in the best interest of their customers and clearly designed to reduce the number of cancellations. They showed they don’t care.
- 2/5
Staff was friendly. We were not informed that there was no hot water until check-in. We had a schedule and no time to change reservations. We were told it would likely be on by the next morning. It was never restored for the next two days. We called and were told sorry nothing they could do. The pool area was not clean, the hot tub was green. Overall very poor stay!
- 5/5
Plus the view of the golf course and the monument was gorgeous.
- 1/5
No hot water for my entire stay
- 1/5
The Parking lot was full of potholes.
- 3/5
If you are planning on staying at Double Tree, call ahead and verify if they have hot water. During our stay, there was no hot water. I understand things happen, but really wish I would have been told ahead of time there wasn’t any hot water. They are affiliated with a club so you can shower there I was told. After an argument with the manager, they finally made things right. I would have found a different place to stay if I knew ahead of time. The rooms are a bit outdated but it looks like they are renovating the place. Staff was just ok.
- 2/5
Got there and was immediately told that we would have no hot water due to the boiler being out?! Told us we could go somewhere else with no cancellation fee. OK. We were there for a wedding and really didn't have time to make other accomodations, so we stayed. Didn't have hot water the whole time! Hot tub had no bubbles and was lukewarm. Paper plates and plastic glasses used for everything in restaurant "due to renovations?" Usually, Hilton properties are decent but not this one. At least not right now. And, to top it off, we were charged $12 per day for parking!! Crazy!!
- 1/5
ings happen and no one place is perfect...however, this hotel was the worst!!! Upon arrival we were told the boiler was out and there was no hot water, but we could go to the gym nearby to shower. We figured we could manage and the issue would be resolved by the next day....nope! After a cold shower we went downstairs to grab a bite to eat at their "continental breakfast" $13 each for powdered eggs, gross potatoes and semi-decent bacon...I will give them credit for pretty good coffee. At breakfast we saw others using vouchers and another guest told us to get one from the front desk as they were giving them out at check in due to the boiler fiasco...apparently we checked in prior to this happening. Since breakfast sucked, my husband went to grab one and was told they were out and maybe we'd get one for the next day. At that point we were done! I get the difficulty but the staff seemed to have just given up. We jumped in our car and found another hotel up the road...La Quinta which was wonderful, btw. I have yet to see the credit for the nights we did not use...stay tuned. All in all, the place was horrible from top to bottom. The room even felt sticky and uncomfortable. I would definitely avoid this hotel.
- 1/5
And the staff was rude and unprofessional
- 1/5
For $300 a night we were expecting nice, and clean accommodations. When we arrived we were informed the hot water was out. Ok. Move on to the rooms, the carpets in the whole place are dirty and stained. Bathrooms are tiny and no mini fridges in room. The “buffet” was powdered eggs and nothing special. This place needs a major facelift if they think they can charge these kind of prices.
- 3/5
Sadly, they told us there was a serious problem and the whole hotel had no hot water and they are “hoping” the replacement part will arrive TOMORROW. Told us we had permission to go down the street to a fitness center to shower. Oh my goodness! There were no rooms available in town other than one very sketchy hotel so we decided to stay the night. The good news is that the bed was VERY comfortable! The hotel was not well maintained or updated though because the electrical socket by the bed in the base of the lamp was so loose that my phone charger wouldn’t work. Other than these things, the stay was “just peachy”. Hahaha
- 5/5
This Double Tree was clean and well maintained. It also has easy access from the highway. There are several food options nearby.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great and convenient for a guest wants to leave early. Parking was plenty. Staff was incredibly friendly.
- 3/5
The rooms were spacious Cleaning comfortable. However, the noise from the highway was unbelievable. It was definitely one of the better hotels we stayed in close to the Grand Junction airport. We would consider the hotel again if we had a room that was not near the highway, which kept us awake most of the night.

Exceptional
- 5/5
Location, nice property, great views
- 5/5
Clean room, helpful staff, good location
- 5/5
My stay was great except for one of the treadmills was not working.
- 5/5
They even offered a gluten free cookie at check-in. Overall this hotel was extremely nice and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would rebook this hotel again.
- 1/5
Room was terrible, it was so dirty. Breakfast wasn’t 18 dollars worth.
- 1/5
Gross run down

The parking fee

Bring your own shampoo, conditioner & soap they don’t seem to keep them stocked in the bathrooms
- 3/5
Fair for a quick overnight. Need to pay for parking which was disappointing as a hotel guest
- 3/5
The airport shuttle and the drivers were nice Lack of an option to use stairs to and from the room. Beds way too soft and no option to select a room with a firm bed. No microwave in the room. A/C made lots of noise but no cool air

Keeping in mind that they just exited what is known by the locals as the "mud season" the carpets and lower 10 - 12 inches of the perimeter interior walls were extremely dirty. Our room had a strong musty odor. Also, after brushing my teeth before going to bed and leaving my toothbrush in the bathroom overnight, I awoke to the bristles of my toothbrush being a pink shade. Researched possible causes finding can be due to an airborne bacteria. Can provide photos of the toothbrush upon request if needed. I was very disappointed especially as I would have left upon discovering these issues had the room rate not been nonrefundable.
- 2/5
The breakfast options were good. Staff was great, we enjoyed the bar.
- 4/5
They were friendly with my pet, and the staff was very friendly. They did comp a breakfast for the AC issue.
- 5/5
The property was kept very clean. The breakfast was good and had a varity of items. Everyone was friendly.
- 3.5/5
Staff was knowledgeable about the limited breakfast options with a person with dairy and gluten allergies and said they would charge a reduced fee I choose to eat elsewhere. Bed was way too soft and no one knew where stairs were located and stairs weren't shown on elevator maps. Huge safety issues that would stop me from staying again.

Sera at the front desk was a gem! Great service she even wrapped cookies for my puppy! Very friendly and helpful. Clean, very clean but outdated. Would recommend. Very VERY SAFE A LOT OF POLICE STAY THERE!! 💝

My room had chips here and there in the floor. better cleaning and bedding would be nice
- 5/5
Clean comfortable stay. Would stay again
- 3/5
I always like the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. I made a last minute decision to stay my last night with this hotel before flying out the next day. I liked the ease of checking in and the proximity to the airport. The comforter was so thin, even with pjs I was cold. It took several hours for the room to warm up. The air conditioner had been set to 68 and it was a cold night. I had asked to be away from the elevator. The woman drinking her highly caffeinated can of beverage told me I was. I did not mind being in a room with stained carpet, but it was three doors down from the elevator. The people next door went in and out during the night and the dings of the elevator and their talking was not appreciated. The joists in the floor of their room next door creaked so loud each time I thought someone was in my room. The door slams unusually loud of this hotel (I have stayed several times). As tired as I was, sleep was not as sound as I would have liked.

Staff was great.

Clean room
- 3/5
Poor housekeeping. The bed appeared to be very hurriedly made with wrinkled sheets not fit to the mattress and disheveled pillows. Heavy dust on the bathroom shelf. One of the TP rolls left empty on the holder. Toilet seat had streaks of brown with obvious filth around the back of the seat where the hinges are. My husband stayed here years ago and it was an outstanding property at that time. With the Hilton name behind it Iexpected a much better quality of care and attention to detail.
- 5/5
We did not eat the breakfast
- 2/5
Bathroom needs remodel. Hot and cold faucet in shower backwards. Will not return so disappointed
- 5/5
Great hotel … friendly and helpful staff. Good location.

Good
- 3/5
The staff were uninformed and thus wanted me to pay for breakfast even though it was included in my reservation. I left and went somewhere else to avoid the hassle, thus overpaying for my stay as I had specifically chosen the reservation that included breakfast for the convenience.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay and delicious breakfast. Great staff. Highly recommend
- 5/5
Comfy bed and pillows Great staff Very pet friendly with great pet areas outside Great location for what I needed Easy parking Quiet We should not have to pay for parking. There is plenty of it. This is New York. And the cost of rooms are hugh enough that there should not be additional fee for parking
- 0.5/5
Absolutely nothing. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. From arrival, the property was very run down, dirty and old. Even the parking lot is old, full of trash. While parking, a homeless man asked me to get him some free coffee from the Lobby. Then, the elevators are dirty and the hallway carpeting is a disaster. Stains, dirt everywhere. It seemed out of the late 60s and just kept getting filthier and more broken down by the minute. I was in a Junior Suite and The TV didn’t work, there appeared to be blood on the carpet, stains on the walls. I complained to the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do, except not charge me $12.00 for parking.

Had a pet. She was treated well with nice outdoor areas. Always love the cookies ? Being on the 3rd floor and riding an elevator with my dog.
- 4.5/5
The bed was like sleeping on a cloud!!! Had a pet. She was treated well with nice outdoor areas. Always love the cookies Being on the 3rd floor and riding an elevator with my dog.
- 5/5
The most comfortable beds possible, I think. The staff are always lovely. The building shows its age a bit, but it’s clean and safe. Have stayed many times.
- 3/5
The hotel was nicely cleaned and breakfast was great. In general though there was a worn down appearance to the building. The front desk clerk seemed overwhelmed Sunday night and just before I checked in he was stomping into the back office, behind the front desk, cussing- f*#+ this. Overall it wasn’t bad but I’ll likely stay at a nicer place next time.
- 5/5
Clean room. Nice Staff. Beautiful view.
- 5/5
The room was clean. The staff didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked up to the counter. Yes, she was on the phone but didn’t even nod at me to let me know she had seen me.
- 5/5
Really nice breakdfast. Friendly staff. Close to airport with a prompt shuttle!~
- 3/5
I was very concerned about the cigarette butts thrown in the dry grass that could potentially cause a serious fire!!! The doggy poop bags were not close enough for people to find, thus dog poop everywhere!
- 3/5
Checking in was difficult. I received a message to via their app. I downloaded their app, but the confirmation code I was given was not accurate so I had to call. The representative had a hard time locating my reservation. After all that the front desk agent came off the elevators and I was able to check in. When we got to our room the toilet ran all night. In the morning you could hear the pipes through the wall from people showering. The morning staff was very kind and professional and honestly saved the whole stay for me.
- 5/5
Nice hotel. Bar was good. Easy access from highway.
- 4/5
Front lobby beautiful and clean. Hallway carpets need to be replaced due to stains on carpet. Bedroom clean, but carpet needs replacing and skirting on bed was dirty. It seems furniture is outdated so needs replacing. Nice hot tub, good breakfast and neede to pay for parking.
- 5/5
Very clean and friendly property. Nice, updated rooms. Decent fitness center and very comfortable lobby. Hot water is instant and plentiful. Handy to restaurant that seemed to have a large menu. Breakfast buffet was a bit steep ($18) for me for what seemed like standard free breakfast hot bars. Admittedly, I didn't try it. There was a made to order option as well. One other annoyance was the $12 per day parking fee for a standard surface lot parking lot with tons of space. Overall, very nice and would recommend staying at this property.
- 3/5
TV was inoperable until the maintenance came to reboot the system. No breakfast coupon was provided at check-in although I paid extra for breakfast at time of booking.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. We had a room that faced the highway but we couldn't hear it.
- 5/5
Beautiful and comfortable. Great views

- 5/5
Love this place
- 5/5
Clean comfortable room. Good dinner and breakfast
- 5/5
Nice clean room, comfortable bed
- 5/5
Clean, friendly staff, and good amenities.
- 2/5
Start with an unexpected $12 parking charge for a lot that is in poor repair - pitted with loose stones. No shortage of space BTW. Employee greeting was pleasant and room was clean, enough to earn the two of five star rating. No open outlets or USB near the bed to charge devices. Some machine noise (not the room heater which was also loud) throughout the night and mattress was so hard I kept waking up to sore hip/shoulder/back and couldn't sleep for more than an hour at a time. Finally quit trying around 4 a.m. and got back on the road for an early start.
- 4/5
the room was clean, shocked thst there was no fridge or microwave. My fault for not checking, i had assumed all hotels now have them. The A/c unit was very loud and there were only 3 plug outlets in the room.
- 5/5
Excellent service and delicious check-in cookies!
- 1/5
I was bummed by Orbitz and DoubleTree. I had to pay twice for the same run on the same date. There were problems with the hotel's resending system. The room had food in the fridge from the previous guests and the fridge made noise all night.
- 3/5
The room was on. The bathroom shower was pretty dirty. The curtain was yellow, there were random hairs all over. The staff is awesome and the breakfast was pretty good too.
- 3/5
The staff was great! Unfortunately, the room was really in need of a deep cleaning. I was in. A couple of other guest rooms and they were in similar condition. It seems some care is needed.
- 3/5
the room didn't seem super clean, and the hotel is looking kind of shabby. The refrigerator made wierd sounds in the night.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Staff was great. Lots of comfy pillows.
- 4/5
Beautiful beches
- 3/5
No toilet paper. Had to get some from house keeping.
- 1/5
The food was terrible. Very disappointing.

- 5/5
Was a great stafff did good! Lost my wallet and they got it back to me! Loved the stay recommend it in the future. (Easy check in aswell)
- 4/5
Complimentary Breakfast is not offered. The restaurant would have cost $18.00.
- 4/5
Nice looking hotel.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and view from the upper floors were amazing at night. Enjoyed the warm cookie. The shower had a lot of hot water and great pressure and the bed was very comfortable
- 5/5
My stay was great! Thank you!
- 5/5
Clean, location and staff
- 4/5
Good value, nice big room, convenient
- 3/5
The staff was very nice. The room was just okay at best. It feels very old and in need of an update/refresh. The toilet ran constantly and disn’t flush. I had to reattach the chain and it still didn’t work. After driving 900 miles and hauling in all of our gear, we were too tired to try to change rooms. I would never stay here again. Definitely not impressed. We stayed at a La Quinta on this trip and paid half the price we paid for this place and had a far better room.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
Great hotel with wonderful customer service.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff
- 5/5
Very clean and friendly staff! Restaurant had excellent food and service!
- 4/5
The rooms were clean though dated (carpet, lamps, lighting). The restaurant was awesome. Susie was our host and was very helpful and absolutely charming. The Van to the airport was awesome and the drivers were super professional. Thank You!
- 4/5
Rooms were dated and dirty. Breakfast food was average, service was excellent.
- 4/5
This hotel never disappoints
- 3/5
I prefer not to book online, and with family coming from out of town wanted to talk to an actual person about the room type and needs they had. Granted, it was mid morning and there were at least two other guest waiting at the front desk, but the three people who were there looked at me like I was freak, and said it would take 'considerable effort' to take my credit card and reserve a room. The 'manager' even pulled out his phone and showed me that they had rooms available and quoted me a price. Then waited for one of the other people to assist me since he could not, and once again they looked at me like was crazy and just said 'it would take considerable effort' and just stared at me. I just walked out at that point since they obviously didnt want to help me. I did end up booking online, without the ability to add the notes and requests I wanted. Very confusing.
- 3/5
The room was not clean. Hallway smelled bad. Property is in need of an upgrade.
- 4/5
The next day, the second day of my stay, after the first night, our room was not made up, so I had to call the front desk to ask for housekeeping service. I made a second request for the two extra pillows. When we returned to the hotel later, the room had been made up, and the pillows had arrived, as had been requested, but only 24 hours later from my first request.
- 3/5
Hot tub was hot enough but it was dirty lots of crud on the bottom. Very pet friendly excellent for the pets however the room itself had dog pee on the bed skirt in the tub was stained and the carpet was stained.
- 5/5
Friendly staff. It's distressing that a person has to pay $12 just to park in the hotel's own parking lot. Pretty much a rip off.
- 1/5
Had to wait almost an hour for our room after check in time. As we walked to the room, dirty linens were in the hallway. No place to keep cold drinks, no WiFi unless you have the app which has many errors. Staff seemed burdened by our presence.
- 4/5
The staff was wonderful and we enjoyed the bar and breakfast dining while we were there. Parking was convenient too. The rooms could use some updating but were quiet and overall we were comfortable.
- 2/5
No refrigerator in room. Had to call maintenance to fix toilet because it wouldn't flush. Paying $12 to park when there was ample room for cars to park. Will never stay there again.
- 1/5
If they could charge you for air they would.
- 3/5
Hallways were full of dirty towels and bins of trash. Even though paying over $200 for room bathroom was very small.
- 5/5
For the price we paid the property is run down. There was water damage in our room and
- 3/5
Restaurant hours very limited.
- 4/5
It's a good hotel, just hasn't been updated in a while and the in room coffee is not good.
- 5/5
Property was very nice great staff vet intentive to guests needs
- 1/5
We were there for a wedding reception and the food that was contracted for didn’t happen ( we are parents of the groom)
- 4/5
Acceptable other than the sorry charge for parking. Thats such a tacky way to squeeze an extra dollar
- 3/5
Hot water for shower wasn't hot enough.. Restaurant service was great. Front desk staff was awesome.
- 5/5
is really clean and very friendly staff , love it
- 5/5
Enjoyed would stay again
- 2/5
This is an older hotel that is run down with age. The hallway carpets were not clean. Neither was my shower. I picked this hotel because, in my experience, Double Tree hotels have great beds. Not this one. Below average on bed comfort. You should also know there is a parking fee because of their proximity to the airport. Like a lot of hotels, this one no longer provides daily room maintenance like fresh towels or making the bed.
- 5/5
Staff was willing to explain rules for Doubletree. The room was clean. The shower excellent. We enjoyed our stay.
- 3/5
Overall we had a good stay. The folks working there were SO nice. All of the front desk staff were awesome. The only issue was that we booked a whirlpool junior suite, but did not get placed in one. And since it was the palisade peach fest, the hotel was sold out, so we got stuck with the the standard junior suite. Which was a bummer. Also, there were stains all over the room carpet, as it's an older hotel. No big deal. There was a huge family that basically took over the pool and jacuzzi the whole time we were there and they were eating pizza in the water. That is not the hotel's fault, that is just western slope americans for ya. LOL
- 3/5
My room smelled awful!! I think it may have been smoked in?
- 4/5
Convert to get in and out
- 5/5
Worth the stay friendly staff
- 3/5
Bed was uncomfortable no refrigerator in the room needed one for my meds. Would I stay here again probably not.
- 2/5
Entrance was full of motorcycles blaring music and smoking weed. Blocking guests from loading/unloading. Hallways and room were dirty and dated. Dead flies in elevator, glassware in hallways and some weird stain in our bathtub. They charge for parking and said it was for security yet no security in sight. I’ve stayed in other DT locations and had better experiences.
- 5/5
Good breakfast and nice bar/restaurant. Very close to the airport. This is my go to place when I’m on work trips to that area.
- 5/5
Good
- 2/5
The bedsheets and towels were clean and soft. The TV and remote worked. The clock had a convenient night light. The lights worked and there were ample plug ins. It was quiet. The BAD … I’m not sure when the room was last cleaned … whenever it was … it was done poorly … There was short black hair in sink, on bathroom counter, floor, and long blondish/reddish hair on carpeting … The back area of nightstand where the clock sat had a THICK layer of dust covering it. I’d booked a room with two queen beds … one mattress was a double on a queen box spring … and the bed skirt was dirty … There were bits of dog food on the carpet that was not my pup’s. There were feathers randomly in places … carpet, bed skirt … I was disappointed there was no refrigerator in our room and I was charged for parking and $50 for dog … especially knowing there isn’t any additional cleaning done after a pet stays. I hope all the rooms are not presented this way … how embarrassing for you, your staff, and company … do better for your guests and brand! I was not asked at checkout how my stay was … or I would’ve shared my concerns with the staff! The lobby was full of patrions, especially older folks … I hope their stay was more clean than mine!
- 4/5
Friendly staff, clean room and common areas.
- 5/5
Stayed here on the way up to Colorado Springs & on the way home. Great staff and comfortable rooms.
- 2/5
No toilet paper, no body wash dirty sink, no fridge, no microwave
- 3/5
We like area, staff, breakfast. We don't like just air conditioning I'm the room.
- 4/5
Always love the staff, cookies, and the bar!
- 5/5
Close to highway
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
A little aged.
- 3/5
The stairs are not available because they set off the fire alarm. We stayed on the second floor and had to always use the elevator and wait while 2 bus loads of people were trying to get to their rooms. I don't understand why guests are not allowed to use the stairs?!
- 1/5
like if we don’t get full amenities and time, some money should be refunded. Also A/C sucks. Not great for Grand Junction. Power went off before scheduled time. The emergency lights in the stair well were mostly burned out making it dark and difficult to navigate. We tried to assist an elderly couple stuck on the 3rd floor as the elevators were also out even though they were supposed to be operable. We made management aware of the couple needing assistance and they made it clear they were not at all concerned and seemed and acted as if we were an inconvenience to them. When I asked about timing of power outage changing, emergency lights in stairwell, and elevators concerns, manager simply said not our problem, and blamed the utility. I she reached out to Hilton regarding poor customer service and lack of planning and care from hotel staff.

It was quite a little kept

Super friendly staff and convenient

The hotel needs updating but if you aren’t going to update it then it needs to be at least clean. Hallways were dirty, elevators dirty. When we arrived in our room there were visible stains on the carpet and room smelled like old smokers room. Bathroom floor had not been swept or mopped, if it had been mopped then it is time for a new mop and clean water. The toilet had been used and not flushed. In addition there was a mold ring around the toilet so it had been sitting a while. The bathtub was dirty, we decided not to shower. The hand towels had been used and the sink was dirty. Bed looked like clean sheets so we went to sleep. Left as soon as we woke up at 5am.

Property was good

I was initially told that there were no other rooms available and that because I booked through Expedia, they couldn’t issue a refund. The only compensation they offered was a $12 parking reimbursement. They finally were able to find us another room. Had o read their reviews before I booked, I would have stayed somewhere else

The warm chocolate cookie was such a nice touch upon arrival. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The room was nice and clean.
- 5/5
It was a very nice and quiet room, exactly what I valued most. Didn’t like the fact that I had to pay an additional $12.00 for parking on top of the price of the hotel room.

Service was good. Hotel is old and dated. My room was dusty (which I went to the store to purchase Clorox wipes and Lysol to clean), the carpet was stained, and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls.

We have resided in CO for 42 years. We have stayed at the Doubletree in the past and I did not appreciate at the time of check in we had to pay 12$ to park. Please share that…
- 3/5
Very disappointed by my total experience here. Check in was a cluster and our room was dirty and old.
- 3/5
This is an older hotel that has been maintained as best as possible but still shows its age. Some of the common area furnishings were well used, but ok. Paying for parking seemed extreme for a property with ample parking areas.

Check in was quick and easy and staff was super friendly. I didn't see that there was a parking fee until just before I walked in for checkin. I guess I'm not used to towns this size charging for parking. Our room was clean and comfortable. My daughter wanted to take a shower just after we arrived. She hollered out at me that there wasn't any shampoo... but instead there were 2 body washes and 1 conditioner (they are the kind that lock in into a holder). The front desk quickly got me a shampoo to take to her. This morning, I got into the shower and the conditioner was empty. I asked my daughter if she had any last night for her shower and she said not enough, it was practically empty. That was the worst that we had... so, not terrible, just little oopses! The bed was super comfy. Parking was rough, as alot of people were double parked. I wish that could be something regulated, especially with a parking fee. I will gladly stay here again...

I can't believe that one has to pay for parking, water and the staff totally messed up by mixing our credit cards, and charging us twice. Not happy at all.
- 5/5
We stayed there for the convince of getting to the airport. It was amazing.

I believe it's closer to a 3.5 star property than 4. Just the little things such as discoloration at the base of some of the bathroom fixtures (toilet seat hardware, fire sprinkler) and dated pool & patio furniture made me feel it was lacking that spit shine of a luxury property. Still a nice stay though the dull racket from the 100s of little club lacrosse players and their families was inescapable. Would definitely stay there again and was advised to select a room overlooking the golf course rather than the highway due to the traffic noise.

There were still dirtyclothes in the bedroom drawers that someone left behind. $12 for self park and parking was not secure. Not notified prior to booking that there was a parking fee. Lights in room were not plugged in. Alarm clock did not work.

Excellent service, cleanliness and as an added benefit a good restaurant.

The front desk one person and she was trying to multi task poorly. She also allowed two air pilots to cut in front us . Place is wore out

Very friendly people Very happy with the service and the hospitality and the room
- 4/5
I did not like being charged for parking when only 60 spaces out of 250 spaces or so were even filled. Shame on you. I have stayed at the hotel in that location probably 30 times over 30 years and have never been charged for doing my own parking.

The price was good. Making it a great value.

I was not happy. They were not able to get me checked into a room until 7:30pm. We had to wait in the lobby for ever for them to get the room ready.

Clean and nice. Great stay for a few nights.

Love the staff and place!!!

Property was great as usual

Super easy access off of 70. Great front desk and restaurant staff. And cookies:)

better food

The hotel staff were friendly and professional. The hotel itself is very dated and the carpet in our room was VERY dirty, there were weird stains on the wall and it smelled like someone broke a bottle of cologne.
- 4/5
It was fine.

We came to Grand Jct. for my birthday. The staff, especially Hailey at the front desk, were amazing. They were kind and helpful. We had the nicest weekend.

Room wasnt ready. Didnt offer to hold our bags. Major damage and construction in halls. Forgot to give us our breakfast vouchers. Overall, one of the worst hotel experiences we've had.
- 5/5
These are not queen beds. They are double beds
- 4/5
Mostly friendly staff. They are more amenable to Hilton honors members so add that to your list of things to do. They may not allow a late checkout unless you are a member. Their sales manager Deborah was very accommodating and helpful to me for making future reservations.

The hotel is nice. A family with small children was in the room next to ours. The kids cried, screamed and jumped around. The noise went on until 11 pm and then again at 6 am. So much for sleeping in😡
- 5/5
Very happy with the stay

Very outdated room
- 3/5
Pay for parking stinks. Not being told of construction in hotel be for cheek in
- 4/5
The only downfall was that we had to pay for parking. It was the slow season and the lots were empty, still we had to pay. Should be included in the price of the room.

I've been coming here for almost 2 years especially hauling the GJ Jack lopes. Thank you for the best service.

excellent

We ate at the Bistro. The lady that waited on us was genuinely nice and the food was really good
- 4/5
It would be nice to have a little refrigerator and microwave in the room. The room we had, standard two queens, was nice and spacious for us, three sisters. The view from the upper floor was gorgeous. I do think it's sort of ridiculous to charge $12 a day for parking when the parking lot is spacious and expansive and empty. Dining options are a short distance away, driving. The on site lounge/restaurant and bistro were nice, but kind of expensive.
- 5/5
Close to airport and fast food. Just a few minutes from Mesa Mall or Old town. Very nice hotel and great value.
- 3/5
Room was small and dated. The AC would only operate on full, so either freezing or too hot, and it ran very loud, and not in the cute white noise way. Beds were comfortable and it served its purpose for a one night stop over.
- 3/5
This has been a stop over for the last few years driving from CA to CO and back. Friendly people. Food is okay. Rooms and hallways are a bit outdated. Heater/AC unit is quite loud when it comes on. Ice machine was out of order on the 4th floor.
- 4/5
I personally will not stay again because FORCED valley parking was a pain in the butt.
- 4/5
Great staff. Great location. Hotel is older.
- 4/5
We have been staying here for years. It’s the same as it was 9 years ago which is good but could really use some updating. Beds are still comfortable and cozy.
- 3/5
Dated. Pictures look better than it is
- 5/5
Great hotel, friendly staff, and delicious restaurant inside hotel.
- 5/5
Room was very spacious and clean.

I think i enjoyed more of the king room that i had and most of all having a conjoined room to have my grandmother close where she could be watched and cared for when needed. I liked that they had tubs.
- 5/5
Great stay.
- 5/5
Nice hotel by the interstate.
- 5/5
I didn’t like having to pay for parking. There was no security, so why pay. I also did not like that I had to pay for breakfast when the stay is expensive.
- 5/5
Dazia is great

I think the property at one point maybe 10 years ago it was a very nice place to stay, but it’s very dated. If They just update The Carpet and appearance. I would go along way.
