Spacious clean room , comfy bed.breakfast was best ive had this holiday with real plates and cutlery!!!!!!!! Not picnicware. Really enjoyed the pool and location was good. Would recommend

The staff was great! The room was not clean, especially the bathroom. The shower head was orange with mildew & had black marks on the top. Baseboards & edges of the floor were dirty.

Just what we wanted/needed. Basic clean roomy room. Good hot breakfast. Good value. Lots of parking for oversized vehicle. Great that they take dogs and cats, reasonable fees. One thing that bugs me in other motels is if you can't get the room dark enough or if the A/C is noisy; this was dark and quiet. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. I can't suggest any improvements at this price point.

It was a good value and fine place to hang the hat for the night. They offered breakfast in a large dining area but it the food was pretty mediocre. The whole hotel could use an update but it'd be nice to keep some character. The pool area is ok but doesn't have a hot tub. Rooms were fine, but again could use some updating and a deep clean as it felt a little dingy but not too bad.

The property was well maintained. The room was pretty big and clean. Bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was the kicker. We've been on the road for 3 weeks now and this was by far the best. Great selection. Everything you could want for hot items and the dining area was huge. They even had real plates and silverware.

The property was under construction but the area we stayed in was completely remodeled and very comfortable.

Everything worked, everything was clean, the staff was cordial and helpful, the breakfast was "real" food, prepared by humans who cared, not microwaved and forgotten, and the dining area was a real dining room with tables and chairs, not some part of a lobby "converted" into a breakfast nook during the pandemic.

Clean, basic accommodations with a good hot breakfast and friendly staff. Great water pressure in the shower. Room was clean and well-kept. Pet-friendly with a low pet fee. Close to several chain restaurants and fast food places. Very convenient to the interstate. Would definitely stay here again!

The only thing that wasn't great is that the doors slam shut, making it very hard to sleep. I woke up at 430 am due to someone else leaving their room. It'd be great if the hotel could install something to help the doors not slam shut.

I was lucky to get this off peak rate I did on this stop-over stay. I did not use the amenities that are available. It was an overnight stop with the best breakfast available in any Grand Junction hotel I have stayed at. I drove an amount of extra miles to stay there. If you're planning on do some physical activity and need to load up on protein and carbs, then this is a great breakfast place. You can purchase a separate breakfast without staying there. I've done it before. Great stay and no shortage of luggage carts and elevators. Fine stay.

Quick stop on the way home. Excellent reception staff who set up our room to be able to watch our pickup with a lot of toys in the back. Quiet room, excellent breakfast. Will stay again when passing through.

I opted for cereal the second morning because the day 2 “hot breakfast” was, no doubt, once reheated from the day before. The cereal is available in large plastic tubs. The lid fell off when I attempted to pour it into a bowl.

Hotel is very outdated. Staff seems ok, we did not do the breakfast.

We stayed overnight on our way to Colorado for family Spring Break. We didn't have a need for the gym or business office. We stay there twice a year on our trips.

We only needed 2 of the 3 rooms booked and tried to request a refund but denied by the hotel. Working through insurance to see fi that purchase was worth the money and they can refund the room.

This was a good place to stay for the price. The room was clean and the furniture wasn't broken or beat up. I liked that there were a few chairs in the room and the fridge didn't make a lot of noise and worked good. I especially liked being able to open the window a bit for fresh air. The breakfast was better than the other places in the area and the dining area was clean. I was disappointed the Wifi wouldn't work at all during my stay and they should have wiped down the light switch in the bathroom-it was gross. The staff was nice and I would stay there again.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed. But the hotel needs an update. The elevator is very rickety. The chair in our room had such dirty fabric that we didn’t use it. The breakfast was not very good, barely warm.

It was okay, but definitely not great. The hotel especially the rooms need an upgrade. The red carpet in the rooms is filthy and looks terrible. Rooms are spacious but again, need new furniture. The bathrooms are also terrible. On the positive side, rooms are reasonably priced and breakfast was okay.

The breakfast buffet is the biggest selling point for me. Returned to this hotel on the way back. Some of the facilities are dated, and Quality has really poor toilet paper, but otherwise it's a good hotel. I like that the rooms have blackout curtains, and I like the touchless key cards. Would be nice if the rooms had night lights. Some of their shower fixtures are a little dated, too. The beds are very comfortable.

This quality inn needs updates, the bathroom door frame was rusty, bathroom was clean and towels were thin. The ceiling was old popcorn ceiling and there were black spots up there like black fuzz or bugs. The carpet was thin and old, I wish I had had slippers. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was key!

The room Was small, the bathroom Was small, and one single side table between the two beds was small. Kinda grungy and out dated and the comforter felt like it was 90% plastic. Full breakfast buffet, but food was also just mediocre or kinda bad. Should have been half as expensive. Beds were the best Part, fairly comfortable. For the price We paid however, it definitely wasn’t up to par.

I arrived late so I didn't take advantage of the restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was much appreciated in the 90+ degree heat.

very quiet place, close to town

Checked into a room and sheets were not changed and were dirty. The room smelled awful. Floor was an old dirty carpet that was also filthy. They gave us a different room and it was even dirtier. There was dog food on the floor, a chewed up jerky in the corner, hair and crumbs all over the floor. Bedding wasn’t clean nor was the pillow. There was brown stains and food on the chairs in there. There were no other hotels available in the area otherwise we would’ve moved to a different hotel. This was the only room left. My husband had to ask for a dustpan and broom to clean the floors because we didn’t even want to walk on it it was so disgusting. He decided to clean it himself and we used this towels to mop it. The towels were black after cleaning their floor. I’m sure it was the first time the floor has ever been cleaned. We were so disgusted we asked for extra towels just to step on. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The place needs to be shut down. The only positive thing I have to say is the guy at the front desk was very apologetic about the whole thing. The housekeepers need to be fired.

The staff is top notch! Very courteous and friendly. I ordered dinner through GrubHub and the front desk called me as soon as it was delivered. I've stayed at this property twice in the last month(I have a student at CMU) and it just might be my go to hotel. Very reasonable priced. My only criticism would be the breakfast, the food was only lukewarm on borh of my visits.

As most of the hotels in this area, it was old but still clean and nice for the age. Every staff member was very nice. They even gave us maps and printed directions to a few spots we were interested in. It seemed clean, quiet and safe to me. Beds, especially pillows, were comfortable. Breakfast had hot and cold choices. There are several places close enough to walk to for food. We ate at Aztecas just down the road and it was very good Mexican food with reasonable prices.

Elevator was on and off as far as working goes. Asked for towel refresh and trash dump when we left one morning but did not happen. Night staff was very accomodating in getting to it when we returned. Breakfast was very good and breakfast staff could use some help keeping up. They were working hard, just needed more support. Rooms were available at check in time and staff was friendly. The property just needs a good makeover in order to get past an average rating.

The room was very clean and well equipped. The bedding seemed a step above what's usual in this price range. Elevator had a peculiar smell and the interior of it needs refreshing.

Service was great, but one of the nights the power went out around 1030pm and the fire alarm was going off, this lasted for about one hour. No idea why the fire alarm was going off due to the lack of electricity.

I love this property. Staf nice it’s clean and love the breakfast.

Does not have a hot tub. No sink in the bathroom. The shower gel dispenser was not in the shower. It was on the mirror in the main area by the handwashing sink. Breakfast was good but the buffet attendants would not get me any ice for my coffee that was as hot as lava.

Hotel is older which is not a problem. The Internet service was very poor, it was slow and dropped fairly often. The AC/heater was...not sure how to describe, but it was hard to get a consistent temperature. The beds were comfy and the room was spacious and clean.

This is a dated, old hotel. It needs to be refurbished. Definitely not an excellent-rated (8.6 rating) place. It was okay otherwise. Front desk was not very friendly. Breakfast was good.

This Quality Inn is the best value in Grand Junction. It is an older place, but is well maintained and includes a full breakfast.

This is an older property, but it is well kept up. We had a problem with the toilet and we were immediately moved to a different room. Very pleasant people!

We stopped for the night on our way through. We definitely weren’t disappointed. It was clean, comfortable, & had a wonderful breakfast. We would stay again.

Price was right

Opened door to assigned room and the bed was unmade. Went to check in desk and they apologized and re-assigned a room. Old dry Coffee filter in coffee maker in this room. 8:30pm there was a barking dog in hallway, brief, but annoying.
