The inside and rooms coukd use a face-lift. For what we paid for the room, I thought it would be more modern but it was outdated. Staff were amazing. We were greeted when we came in and left. Friendly, kind and caring.
- 3/5
Hotel is fine but definitely dated. Couch frayed, wood work scraped up and just looking old and used. At the very least the TV’s should be updated and provide streaming options. That lone tells me the facility hasn’t seen a renovation in quite some time.

This was a last minute addition to our trip across the country. The hotel was very clean and the staff was polite and welcoming.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and had a good breakfast.

Checked in the first room. Took a nap and woke up to the TV pulling off the wall and falling on top of the dresser. Moved to second room and the A/C unit was making a loud clicking noise. Won't be able to sleep. Moved to third room and when I took a shower the next morning the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were all empty. Not a good experience.

The breakfast was outstanding, fresh and delicious. This really enhanced my stay.

Everything was great.

Everyone was wonderful. The closet doors were a bit too big for the opening which made it a little difficult to put things in or take them out.

Mattress had poor support

Yes, it was a very clean and nice hotel, very friendly staff in the evening and mornings, I come to Grand Junction every 2 months for work and I will definitely stay here again.

The room was large, clean, and well-organized.

Breakfast has a multitude of choices! And the added touch of Cold Brew! Returning soon.
- 5/5
What a pleasant place to stay!! The staff were wonderful and the hotel was so nice! These are not just hotel rooms. These are huge, lovely studio apartments. The bed was comfortable, and there was a nice sitting area by the fireplace in the lobby. The breakfast was great, with choices of real china and silverware or disposable plates and plasticware, lots of hot and cold food choices, and the biggest selection of oatmeal or yogurt toppings I have ever seen! They even had croissant/egg/cheese/ham breakfast sandwiches in grab and go pouches for those in a hurry. A very well thought out breakfast setup! And the added amenities like a pool, basketball court, and even a Christmas gift wrapping station make this a wonderful place to stay a night, a week, or a month.
- 4/5
I loved the very spacious room! The furniture in the room is nice. ThThe variety of breakfast choices was good. The service was excellent. Pretty sound proof rooms as far as not hearing the neighbors or aircraft but the hater is very loud so I turned the heat way down at nighttime we could sleep. Too bad there pool doesn’t have a hot tub. The lobby has a very cozy feel to it.
- 5/5
As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile. Tammy the morning breakfast person is warm, hard working and there to help. Great valve great people. It’s my to go to place while in Grand Junction.

Courteous staff and clean and quiet
- 3/5
The staff were all great, friendly and professional. The roomwas excellent, great amenities. Really liked and needed the full size refrigerator and freezer! My only concern is why is the hotel charging overnight gusts for parking? We stayed at the hotel 2 nights and were charged a daily parking fee. Not cool!

It was generally a good stay but the bed was mushy soft and sagged in the middle, causing us to roll into each other at night. Very disappointing.

Very efficient and kind staff! Room was very spacious and comfortable!
- 5/5
Nice little kitchen area with everything you need, liked the work desk with ethernet connection, sofa sleeper, bathroom sink separate from tub and toilet so multiple people can get ready at the same time. Spacious. Good breakfast, nice reception staff who greeted us with cold bottled waters. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was great! The hotel was ok, the breakfast was good. I’m SO TIRED OF HOTELS THAT CHARGE FOR PARKING AND DON’T TELL YOU UPFRONT. We might have stayed here on our next trip, but there are plenty of other places that don’t charge for parking.

Great stay!
- 4/5
Convenient, clean, and staff was helpful and professional. Room was very dated and worn. Cabinet finishes were wearing off, paint chipping off walls, refrigerator in unit had very loud compressor ( like it was wearing out), carpet near bathroom was frayed, tub was stained, shower curtain was frayed , couch badly stained. The owner/ mgmt of this property needs to invest the money to get this property up to par.

The staff was friendly, clean room and great breakfast.

Safe neighborhood, clean room, friendly staff, free breakfast, shuttle from the airport, what more could you ask for!
- 3.5/5
it was quiet. good sized room for 4. poor air conditioning, breakfast needed help. hot food was warm at best. I had to take the family to get a real breakfast. this greatly reduces the value of my stay.
- 3/5
Dogs barking at 6 am. No hot tub. Very pricey for one night.
- 4/5
Nice functional stay for a transiting flight overnight.
- 3/5
We had to leave property early as the dogs next to us were barking constantly.
- 4/5
Great little place. Had beetles in the bathroom and the desk clerk was asleep. Took me while to wake her to check out.
- 4/5
Very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was great. Unfortunately the pool was under construction. Very kind staff. Had everything we needed
- 5/5
Nice large clean room. Nice full sized refrigerator. We would stay here again. We enjoyed the nice breakfast.
- 2/5
I am vI am very disappointed with their properties. The brand has completely failed to uphold the standards it once had.
- 2/5
I have stayed at this specific property over the past several years when seeing family. I also have chosen R.I. over every other offering in locations across the U.S. We arrived in late afternoon/early evening and it was 102 degrees outside. The host ( who was nice) put us on the top floor at my request for low noise. Our room was 78 degrees and after a period of time it became clear that the ac didn't work. The host was responsive and moved us directly across the hall where the temp was 88 degrees. But the ac finally worked and it cooled down. I have had this same issue at this property before. The ac is not responsive & once it cools it is too cold. This property is getting rough around the heels-carpet worn, scuffed areas along walls. But the beds were and still are horrid. It is as though they haven't been replaced in years. I left the property after 2 planned nights but had a reservation to return again after a couple of days. I cancelled it and will not plan to stay at this site again-though many RI's are just great.
- 4/5
The pool & hot tub are not open. We chose the hotel because it had these. You can use a pool next door but it would have been nice to know. It was frustrating the exterior doors don’t work either. You always had to go thru the hotel and not use the doors closest to the side you parked it stayed on. Long terms residents said it had been that way a very long time. They do charge for parking so be prepared for that. The room was clean & comfortable.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our recent stay, which unfortunately ended up being shorter than planned since we were eliminated from the JUCOWS too quickly! The accommodations were comfortable and roomy. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to take advantage of the comfortable room! Breakfast was convenient and great and the front desk people were always friendly and helpful. Would stay here again if we were to visit Grand Junction again!

Friendly, helpful staff; large suites nice for our big family; facility needed to be improved, lots of maintenance issues including a non-working swimming pool.
- 5/5
The place is clean and in excellent condition. Very helpful and friendly staff!
- 2/5
they tried to charge for car parking---room furnace not working right--cold or hot --needs some cleaning and paint
- 5/5
Nice, clean, comfortable rooms. No issues
- 4/5
The room needs maintenance- doors sticking, toilet running. Very good value for the money, nice place.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and always willing to help probably the best
- 5/5
We felt so welcome when we arrived. We had coffee in the lobby and the male that checked us in was so nice. Also breakfast was great. The lobby area is a nice place to just sit and read. Our room was also very nice. We enjoyed our stay. We had come here for my daughters birthday and she enjoyed her stay as well. Thanks.
- 3/5
Beginning with first contact at the front desk, through a not so hot Hot Tub with no towels. To old, almost cold coffee. The 'included' breakfast that failed to impress in any way. Hopefully they do a turn around real soon. Definately would not stay here again with the same problems.
- 3/5
Key machine didn’t work. No ice machines. Shower head was terrible.
- 5/5
I had a room booked in Montrose and went to the hotel and checked in but the area was so sketchy that I decided to drive an hour away to stay at this hotel. I got the LAST room. Thank goodness and the lady at the front desk was so nice. Thank you Residence Inn - I can always count on your locations!!!!
- 4/5
shower is very bad condition. pull out sofa is very bad.
- 5/5
Only thing wrong was that the pool’s heater wasn’t working but we were able to swim at the pool in the other hotel in the same parking lot. Nice rooms, friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again!
- 5/5
My family won't stay anywhere else when we are in Grand Junction!
- 4/5
Nice property - good breakfast
- 5/5
Very comfortable night's stay. Would stay there again.
- 3/5
It was pet friendly however they charged extra which was not specified in my contract. This needs to be clearly stated and it was not.
- 4/5
This is a great size room at a great price. Great for long stay or family
- 3/5
Room was not in very good condition door deadbolt didn't work, several nicks on bathtub, some of towels didn't look very clean,we have stayed in motel several times never had so many issues...
- 4/5
the convenience to everything including the passes to the gym we did not like all the noise from the roon above us
- 5/5
Great staff and really nice hotel. Very family friendly.
- 5/5
Nice, well maintained, amazingly warm and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Many other options but this one is a peach.
- 5/5
Easy access to I70.
- 5/5
Pleasant, friendly staff, clean room, quuet
- 4/5
Nice facility and mostly friendly staff. I was disappointed in the middle of the delta variant covid surge to see only one staff member at the front desk and one janitorial staff wearing a mask especially given the terribly low vaccination rate in Mesa County. If only 38% of people there are vaccinated and two staff members had masks, that doesn't add up to safety. I ended up taking the stairs to avoid people instead of using the elevators. We liked that it was pet friendly.
- 5/5
It was a very pleasant hotel.

I loved the customer service of the staff. They were so accommodating, especially for my husband who had just had knee replacement surgery. The morning breakfast had many options and was so good! The pool was nice, and the rooms were great!
- 4/5
Great spot to land for a long-term stay, great breakfast, quiet.
- 5/5
Great service and cleanliness!
- 4/5
Close to Airport and I 70
- 5/5
Nice hotel 😊
- 5/5
Easy and super fast check in. Room was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. We will be staying here again the future.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly. There was a blood stain on a pillow case. Mattress was so so, sloped to middle of bed. Floor above ran and jumped around in floor until 11 PM
- 2/5
It was a disappointing stay. The pool and hot tub were down for maintenance issues, which was the main reason for our stay. The customer service from the front desk clerk was poor. She was very rude and uncaring about our situation. She made us feel judged, claiming that we would damage the room because of being locals. Also, there were ants in our room and chip crumbs under the sofa bed.
- 3/5
We were there for a lacrosse game at Mesa; so, we needed a kitchen. The front desk staff was great but the amenities were poor. The worst was the WiFi. We had to leave the property and go to the library in order to do our work. I would think in a hotel that is designed for business people, they would have better WiFi. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
- 3/5
Have stayed in Residence Inns in past. Were very disappointed with this stay. Room key difficult to use; had 1 re-do, but problems persisted. Bath wash dispenser empty. Just inconvenient, used small soap, then shampoo. Sink leaked! Badly. Asked for ice, were told to switch on icemaker & would have ice in less than 1/2 hr. Had 7 cubes in 5 minutes - but no more! Only much water on floor. Were offered a bucket - which wouldn't fit under the sink. Oh my. Think it was an icemaker issue, but stopped using the sink. Used to have fabulous breakfast buffets but of course that's all changed due to covid. Understandable. Breakfast was prepackaged products offered at the front desk. Yogurt, microwaveable oatmeal, cereals, a perfectly awful, poor quality "breakfast sandwich", grapes, orange juice. Nourishing enough, but awful. Okay fitness center, treadmills, weights. We heard seemingly sincere "I'm sorry"s from the front desk, but not a feeling of any urgency or that deep fixes would be looked for. Studio was roomy, large bathroom and relaxation spaces. Bathroom door stuck, closed completely only with much noise. Little things, but disappointing.
- 2/5
Old interior, we had suite and it didnt have fireplace as it was advertized
- 5/5
Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. Everything was great from the friendly staff to nice pool and hot tub and my comfortable suite! I would definitely recommend booking here.
- 1/5
NOT PET FRIENDLY - they charged me $120 pet fee to stay one night there. Last time I stayed there it was $20-30, now it was $120. Thats the price of a complete extra room! I'll be staying someplace else from now on!
- 4/5
This property is older so it shows some wear and tear. The sack breakfast (COVID) was just OK.
- 4/5
Location, easy to town, airport close. I don't know what else's to say
- 4/5
Older property. We stayed because of the kitchenette. Comfortable stay. But somewhat tired interiors. Breakfast was a packed brown bag: string cheese, small yoghurt, and a bar. Good coffee. Limited service because of Covid, which was understandable.
- 4/5
The shower wall was really spotty and the curtain hooks did not stay up. The sofa mattress is very very warn and needs to be replaced.
- 5/5
Good value and very comfortable. Room had everything we needed in the kitchen. Hotel is close to the Colorado National Monument.
- 5/5
Really friendly front desk clerk at check in!
- 4/5
I did like the kitchen setup in the rooms. If you have to stay for an extended amount of time, this is a great place.
- 4/5
Understood that COVID concerns make everything more difficult, but the “complimentary breakfast” is really a poor effort.
- 5/5
Nice hotel good amenities. Close to airport
- 5/5
Front desk was friendly. Hotel was clean. Very helpful.
- 4/5
Unless the kitchen staff has been fired, this was a really poor effort at a breakfast substitute. If this is going to be the norm for a "breakfast included" rate, then the rates should be cut accordingly.
- 5/5
Great, quiet hotel located close to stores and restaurants
- 5/5
Other then finding a lot of pet hair on the sofa and the spa not working , we had a FANTASTIC stay. The staff was kind and helpful , the room was large and had just about EVERYTHING you could need in a kitchen. I would stay again and again and again !!!
- 2/5
Nothing unique. My room on ground floor. Machine probably in basement ran until after midnight made lots of noise and even my bed vibrated.
- 4/5
The pool and jacuzzi was nice the room was really clean. I didn’t like the breakfast but I understand that is only because of COVID-19
- 5/5
The suite was clean and well maintained. Due to Covid 19, breakfast was reduced to essentially a sack lunch, but it's better than nothing, which is what most other hotels we encountered were doing, and the ability to cook in-room somewhat mitigated the effect.
- 5/5
Loved the full kitchen. They were pet friendly for only $25 additional. Close to main highway. Very clean and friendly.
- 3/5
During the check in, the lady was rude and not friendly. Expedia used my middle name instead of first name and that was a problem. You can hear everything from the room above. People smoke in the entryway. Called the desk about excessive noise at 11:00pm and was told by the front desk that there wasn’t any noise. All around bad experience. They have lost my business.
- 5/5
Everyone is so nice there and its so clean and nice
- 5/5
Great place to stay and easy access to hiking/biking trails.
- 3/5
DISLIKE : microwave, ref and electric stove are dirty with food crumbs. Windows are to hard to open/ close since its summer and windy in the desert. very antiquated / odd style of windows
- 4/5
The room was fine, but they no breakfast, to go bag was a joke, no coffee but small packets in room. No ice machine, The building was under remodeling. Had to buy water from the machine.
- 5/5
I didn't like all the smokers standing outside doorways well within the 25 ft distance the law states. Everyday there was at least 4 people outside entrances within 5 feet of the door. Kind of hard to keep a safe social distance when trying to access the facility. Let alone I can't stand the smoke...
- 4/5
It was exactly what we were looking for. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
- 5/5
It was wonderful, nice location great parking and enjoy the full kitchen
- 5/5
clean, nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Restaurant close by.
- 5/5
Loved this place, wish we could have stayed longer! The room was spacious, had a nice kitchenette, and a comfy couch area to read and a big desk to do work. Bed was nice and firm, and nice shower and separate sink area. Free Breakfast was a plus!
- 1/5
We will never stay at this hotel. I’ve never dealt with such incompetent and inconsiderate management in any hotel I’ve ever stayed at! This greedy manager refused to work with me and my family with more than 24 hrs notice regarding our reservation. Thanks for the lack of understanding and caring during this holiday season!
- 5/5
Pool is currently out of order and we wish we knew before. Luckily we were able to go best door and use their pool.
- 5/5
Easy check in. Big rooms. And nice outdoor space to gather with a group
- 4/5
Ridiculous that you charge for parking ... everything else was fine
- 4/5
Couldn't really explore the area because of work commitments. I had to leave the hotel very early in the morning so was only able to partake of the breakfast my day of departure and it was very good. Hotel was very quiet and as with all Marriotts the bed was very comfortable. Did have to inform the desk staff at check in that I had paid for parking through hotels.com.
