    I went to my floor. Immediately could tell the carpet hadn't been vacuumed in a while. The room was smokey. The bed looked like they just threw it together. I went to the bathroom. The toilet wouldn't flush. I took my suitcase back to the lobby and said I will not stay here. Everything.

    Nowhere did it say the pool was closed. I specifically stayed for the pool as I only live in Martinsburg 30 minutes away. I was in town looking for a new apartment. I said I can just go home. Is this refundable? Of course my $117 was not refundable. I waited for an hour and an non-air-conditioned lobby while homeless type looking people came in and out because they live there. I was told if I need a late checkout to call before 11:00 I did wake up late. I was exhausted. The room was hot and I was told nope by the same person. Nope, 11:00 is strict and if you don't leave by 11:00 we will not give you back your security deposit. I had a Jacuzzi tub with dirt on the bottom and a black ring around it. I'm a veteran trying to move and I just wasted 117 on the room, food which I had at home and with no ice machine. $9 for a can of Coke and a cup of ice at the coffee shop downstairs. I also got two scoops of ice cream totaline another $9 basically for a half cup which of course I was told the price after I was handed it I said but I wanted two scoops. He says this is! What a joke! There's a hotel in Hagerstown called the dagmar. It's a flea bag where all homeless people live on their social security checks. This hotel or suites and inn is just like another Dagmar. This is not a property that your site would want people to go to and again THE POOL IS CLOSED AND HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR A WHILE NOWHERE ON THE SITE DOES IT SAY THAT I COULD HAVE STAYED AT A CHEAPER HOTEL WITH AN OUTDOOR POOL AND A BREAKFAST. I'M SO DISAPPOINTED AND NOW I'M SHORT MONEY TO MOVE BECAUSE OF COURSE THIS NON-POOL HAVING DIRTY PLACE WAS NON-REFUNDABLE AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY $50 DEPOSIT BACK. HORRIBLE What's wrong with it again? Nowhere does it say nowhere does it say THE POOL IS CLOSED AND HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR A WHILE. I COULD HAVE DRIVEN HOME I WAS STAYING IN TOWN LOOKING AT APARTMENTS IT WAS NON-REFUNDABLE OF COURSE. I JUST WANTED A POOL TO FLOAT IN BECAUSE AS A DISABLED MARINE CORPS VETERAN WITH SPINAL CORD INJURIES THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE BEST AGAIN I COULD HAVE JUST DRIVEN HOME.

    It was a great room though the floor was dirty, I was offered a broom. I had to pay premium for a suite with a jacuzzi but the towels were pitiful and stained. One tiny shampoo and one tiny conditioner and 2 bars of miniscule stale soap. Two bath mats and two wash cloths, no hand towels. No ice. No option for maid service. I am not picky, I was looking for relaxation and getting familiar with my neighborhood. It could be such a great place with a little enthusiasm and customer service. A little hospitality goes a long way. I will say one desk clerk tried, shout out to Brett! I wrote it above. The tp holder was mis sized and the hairdryer hung by one screw.

    We got to our room and noticed that the pillows were a little small and only two on our King bed. Not a big deal, but I spoke with Elon and he told me he'd see if he could find some more. To my pleasant surprise we got a knock on the door and had two more plump pillows delivered with a smile. Microwave and fridge worked great, and we knew in advance that there were no coffee pots in our room so I brought my own portable pot. Would definitely recommend.

    This was the worst hotel I have ever been in. Very sketchy location. Disengaged and unhelpful staff. I stood in the check in line for over a half an hour and finally realized that I would need to go to a different hotel. If it was this bad at the front desk, and in the lobby, how bad would it be in a room and staying overnight?

    Price online but disappointed in no senior or military discount. Given different info from different staff. Some not professional No trash can in room, fridge barely cold, toilet loosely connected, no phone in room, elevators very dirty, staff not readily available and marijuana smell very prevalent throughout the place.

    To begin, they demand extra money to check me in, exactly $50 dollars, which they promised that will be refunded, they only refunded $21. Then, when I get to the room, it was grossly, the towel were dirty, roaches, I stay till 3Am cleaning by myself the room. The only reason I stay there is because I travel to that town to take care of some legal/court matter that required in person attendance, I will give them minus zero.

    The price It was a 5 story trap house!! People nodding out in the hallways. More pitbulls than the kennel club, no coffee, no soap, no shampoo, no trash can and beds that were previously slept in or the cleaning lady brushed her hair on it when she made it. But if you want some crack, this is your place!! Oh and what looked like a big blood stain on the carpet!! SMH

    Door lock to room did not work. No hot water. No shampoo in bathroom. Hair dryer did not work. Hotel hallways smell like cigarette smoke and hotplate cooking. People in common areas are begging for money. Hotel is apparently used by local gov to house homeless population and people waiting to get into residential drug/mental health programs. Front desk staff seemed nice...but confused as to why I was there. There was no hot water. One bar of soap was the only toiletry provided. Room door lock did not work...i could not come and go from room without assistance. Hair dryer did not work. Bed was lumpy and should have been retired years ago. Hallways smelled like smoke and hotplate cooking. This hotel appears to be overflow for local homeless shelters. I was approached by a panhandler in the elevator. This hotel is unsafe, uncomfortable, and dirty.

    Drug addicts stay there regularly and hangout out front. The entire hotel wreaks of cigarettes, despite being told not to smoke inside constantly. The rooms are falling apart, and they are so desperate for money, that they have created a security deposit scam. Where in , they attempt to blame you for any minor crumby misplaced detail in their hotel, or even go out of their way to sabotage the room you're staying in to keep the deposit. I have and recommend taking before and after pictures, if you ever are forced to stay here. I will also be notifying the health department ASAP!

    The bad- the lobby is clean but they rooms are meh… room carpet stained, bathroom floor had hair and pee near the toilet, toilet seat was filthy as if the bathroom toilet seat wasn’t cleaned in a while. The shower walls had hair on it. I saw a roach crawling along the wall and it went inside an electrical outlet. I really want to give this place more than a 3 but I just can’t.

    We didn’t check in and instead moved to another hotel. Our friends ( from a wedding party) who arrived earlier to the hotel than us warned us that the rooms had roaches and smelled of urine. They all moved out as well and we decided not to check in. We wanted to inform Expedia if we could get a refund although our deadline had passed. I think we deserve a refund.

    When I came to check in the credit card machine was down. Got the key went up to my room. The moment I got off the elevator on my floor it reeked of cigarettes and mold. In the room, it’s clearly someone had broken down the door since the door lock was destroyed with a zip tie, replacing it. Every cloth material in the room was stained and all the furniture scratched up like it’s been dragged down the road. Went to use the the bathroom and saw that the door handle had been very visibly broken off. Went back to the lobby, handed in my key and told them I would not be staying there tonight. And booked a different hotel.

    Bed was comfortable, the lighting was good, and the room was spacious! Restaurant right next door was nice! On the negative side, the entire floor( bath also) was so sticky to walk on, and was also covered in hair (dog hair?), every counter and cabinet surface was sticky, curtains wouldn’t cover all of window for privacy, tv didn’t work, and no one came to fix it. Toilet seat lid was loose.

    Beware!! We booked a room and upon arrival was told the room we booked was not available. However, they had a great room for just twenty dollars more. I refused to pay the money and they did give me a room in the end. However, the room was less than ideal. You could see the mold and mildew on the AC Unit, the carpet was stained and the curtain was broken. No coffee in rooms

    I ended up leaving this hotel and booked a room at a Marriott property. The lobby was dated, the check-in process was antiquated and slow, the room smelled bad and the linens on the bed had cigarette burns on them. A person in front of us was attempting to reserve rooms for "clients". Several people in need of drug treatment were loitering in the parking lot.

    The hotel is extremely dated. The hallways smelled terribly of mildew. The pool was covered and closed on July 4th weekend. The grounds are overgrown and not kept. I saved the worst for last, we had no hot water for our entire stay. When I asked, I was told that it was a holiday weekend and there was no one to fix it until after the weekend. STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN PERIL! DON'T SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED...

    The staff was friendly and thats the only good thing about this hotel. My room was missing the bathroom doorknob. The only blanket was the top comforter and it didn't look to clean. The bathroom toilet wouldn't flush even toilet paper unless you held down the handle the whole time and even then it didn't want to flush. There was no hot water at 8:30 pm or 7am. They also took a $50 deposit for insadentles which in not a problem. The problem is they told us it would take 3-5 business days to get back on my card. Overall, I would not choose this hotel again.

    There was no one at the front desk, I had to call them for someone to come. The room smelled like cigarettes and the blankets had cigarette burns all over it. The room was shabby and had damaged walls and furniture in it. When I went back to the service desk to let them know all of this, there was no one there and I had to call them again and was told they would be here in about 10 minutes. I told them I was taking pictures of the damage to the room and would not be held responsible for the damage in the room.

    DONT STAY HERE!! Hot water doesn't get hot like it should, TV's don't work in the rooms, we came back from our event Saturday night to find that they didn't have power, had to walk multiple flights of stairs with a medical condition, had to use our phone flashlight to do anything in the room. The staff member who was working was SUPER rude towards the group of us who were trying to find out what's going on. They didn't offer any compensation or refund for the inconvenience of not being able to use anything in the room we paid for, I get that they can't control the fact they lost power but it was the guests fault either and they should have been more understanding and accommodating. We definitely won't be booking this hotel again i will sleep in the car first.

    Blankets were torn, desk and chair were filthy. I stayed in room 272 which was directly across from a “condemned” sign quite unsettling. But they were doing construction or some noisy activities with hollering throughout the entire night on the floor above. The ladies at the front counter were respectful and about the only saving grace for this hotel. Pay the extra 5 bucks and stay elsewhere especially with kids.

    This is a nice hotel to stay at if you’re traveling for work or need to just get away for a while. The rooms are all very nice and comfortable clean and it’s so relaxing I enjoy it here. The staff is always so nice and friendly they always are there to help you if you need anything. It’s always a nice warm welcome when you pass the front desk the best staff I have ever felt with big thank you to the amazing staff and this hotel is amazing and very affordable. You will enjoy your time here it’s nice and quiet and it’s very convenient for all you need

    I actually have enjoyed my stay here and I think that it’s safe and comfortable you can actually feel safe when your in this hotel knowing that you have people around to make sure no one enters the place unless they are guests of the hotel the staff is very polite and friendly they are very helpful with any issues that you have

    The tv in the room was broken, they promised a new one and we never got it. We only got one towel and one rag for 2 adults and 1 child, we asked for more and were told no. Sink would not drain , microwave would not work, the list goes on and on. We ended up leaving a day early because we just couldnt take it any more.

    I had to vacuum my own room on check in, old food in fridge, trash in drawers, no towels, black mold in bathroom 275. Pool has been closed for year, building, elevators and room smelt of pot. Selling of drugs inside and outside hotel. No staff insite showing other properties for owner. Rude staff. Had to take out my own trash to dumpster if not my deposit of $50 would not have been given back. Still waiting for deposit to be returned. Homeless people that lived in hotel were more helpful than staff.
