    The employee at the front desk was kind of rude. She just kept saying comments that I feel like we're inappropriate. And she was making it difficult for my friend to check in her room even though she paid for the room she just wasn't explaining it clear about the card process works. It's like us asking questions for her to actually explain the right way. I had a few friends staying at the hotel and they were saying I didn't want to go to a lady and asked for a new key card if I lost it or needed anything because she seemed rude. Later in the evening there was a man at the front desk who was great he was finally very informative.

    I love the breakfast it was domething different everyday which was amazing. Paying or staying in a hotel that is under repairs where so you hear them drilling and the smell of the reconstruction of the rooms.

    Celebrating my 75th birthday without ice x4 days... Reported ice maker not working and there was no refrigerator door pull -no repair. Poor front desk telephone connection leading to a lack of communication. Hotel undergoing massive construction leaving us exposed to more construction workers, plastic on floor and walls. We saw very few vacationers. Felt as if we were vacationing in a constant work zone. Will confess minus the incidents listed, the room was acceptable.

    Everything was awesome. The room was very clean, comfortable, easily accessible, just enough amenities, and nicely laid out. The staff was very professional, courteous, and helpful. I wasn't aware that there is an $8.00 charge for parking each night. May have missed it on the website. Will definitely recommend this Marriott to our friends.

    Across the street from Arundel mills mall with tons to do! Facilities and amenities were great. Very clean and staff was very kind. The property is outdated so stains on carpets and noisy AC are to be expected but sheets and towels were pristine. Every nook and cranny was clean. Only thing I could say was that the shower head had built up scum but I gave it a quick scrub, no problem. Overall very good experience and will be staying there again when I come back!

    I booked this through Expedia, which was a mistake. To their credit, I had to leave early and I was able to get a refund. But I also received a $250 charge and no explanation. I have emailed back-and-forth with Expedia over 10 times And they are running me in circles. I’ve called residence in myself and they know nothing about this charge. I have provided screenshots of my credit card and I am still just getting ran around in circles. I don’t see myself using an Expedia anymore. As far as this hotel, it was just OK.

    I have been a frequent guest at this property due to the cleanliness, customer service and location. This last stay was horrible from the start. The bed was half made, the hallways smell like dog, the water was brown, there were no cooking pans the first night, the toilet wouldn't flush and they told me they could not bring me a plunger until the evening. I went and spoke with the front desk at check out and was informed they were under new management. No kidding. I have contacted Marriott because this was unacceptable for my family. I do not plan on returning. The place is so convenient to everything but I can't have peace in a place like this. I hope management steps up and returns this place to family friendly, clean and well ran establishment again.

    The check in desk was very mean like this is what you get or go somewere else.The room smell bad. The bed was not comfortable and noisy. There was no coffe in the lobby or in my room. Only a towel or two in the room. I asked why my room was not cleaned or refreshed . Front desk response rooms do not get cleaned every day. That explained the bugs silver fish in the sheets. You have to pay for parking .

    First, the female attendant at night and the new female attendant the next morning were very polite, always spoke and were accommodating to me. The house staff was excellent. I had the DND sign up and they left clean everything hanging on my door. Breakfast was ok. I got a gift bag checking in. Free parking as a member. Only negative is the room I had is outdated. I had the 1 bedroom suite and everything is old in the room like the couch, TVs, outlets.

    Had to switch rooms. Bathroom toilet was stopped up lights kept flickering on & off. No Maintenance was available. The next room the remote didn’t work still no maintenance so had to get a remote from another property. Count call the for T desk because the phone on the room wasn’t working no phone cord. I couldn’t believe this was a Marriott property.

    Surprised at the $20/day parking fee for a suburban hotel. If you join BonVoy Club, then fee is waived. Seems kind of silly. Otherwise very very impressed. Made mistake of staying at Red Roof Inn nearby 2 years agothat was closer to my event, that was terrible. But slight extra distance to this Marriott was well worth it.

    Well, there were a few issues: the screen on bedroom window was torn and hanging from the frame as it a break-in had been attempted; the refrigerator handle was missing; the toilet seat would not stay in an upright position, so I was forced to hold it up the entire time while standing in front of the toilet (arrrgghhh); the TV controller worked the first night, but didn't the next morning. Otherwise, the room was nice.

    I like the place it just needs an upgrade in carpeting, bed and furniture. I paid for a one bedroom suite and expected it to look like a suite. Breakfast was clean and nice, very well put together. Staff was friendly. Wifi a disaster. I work remotely so not having proper access to wifi was a bit stressful.

    This property, room was fantastic, not expensive and reasonably price. There was a full kitchen, comfortable bed, couch that pulls out, large desk space and bathroom has a door between the bath/toilet area and the sink with counter and mirror.Room was larger than most.     We enjoy this property. We have stayed here several times. Staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious.     There was no bottled water in the room and when I went to the front desk having just checked in to inquire, I was told I could buy some. I had checked in after my flight home was cancelled along with 35 others so naturally I wasn't thrilled. The hotel was lovely but after 10 hours of travel all I wanted was to relax. No Water and the TV in the bedroom didn't work at all - no power. I was told that they were having satellite issues, but apparently it only impacted the one TV berceuse the living room one worked just fine.

    I stay every time I visit family in MD. I love the location and the staff is friendly enough. This last stay my TV was out do to cable/internet company but was working later in the day. The beds are horrible hard and small the Queen look like a double. The hotel is decent but I probably won’t stay there next visit. I would like experience a more comfortable bed and breakfast. Overall stay was ok. Would recommend because of location.

    Too many MAJOR daily interruptions. My water was cut off twice during my 6 day stay. Once from 9-5 and the 2nd time 9-3 another day. Most of my work is done from home with a few customer meetings. I checked out a day early because fire alarm went off around 1pm, that was the last straw for me. The inconvences during the week were just too much to put up with for one more day. I was very disappointed with my stay.

    Had constant loud yelling and kids running around at midnight. Could not sleep. Had dogs barking 2 doors down and switched rooms. Still had to listen to the outside playground with guys throwing a football until 12pm. Never staying there again. The hostess was unconcerned also.

    This hotel was ok - everything was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the whole place just seemed tired and showed signs of neglect. One of the bath towels in our room had a big hole in it, and the comforter was a cheap polyester that had us both waking up in a pool of sweat each night. The fridge in our room didn't get cold, and despite maintenance coming to check on it, it never got fixed. To be fair, they did offer to switch us to another room, which we declined since we had already unpacked all our stuff. The pool had a film on it that made it look really uninviting, which was disappointing since we had been looking forward to using it. The bed was clearly old and way too hard - I woke up stiff and sore every morning. None of this was enough to ruin our trip, but I've stayed in other Residence Inns before and had much better experiences, so I was pretty disappointed in this one.

    Stayed here about 6 years ago and the complete upkeep was must better. Staff ... They're trying but training and new. The signature patio area provides for great ambiance in the evenings, however the mildewed, chipping paint on the fascia and gutters take away from the beautiful set.(Spend 60.00 dollars on paint and give the engineer a pressure washer and 4 hrs.) Picture is attached. Fire the Landscaper for killing the grass outside by spraying weed killer on it).
