Clean room. Elevator was not working. We stayed 4 days but BREAKFAST was all the same. Terrible choices. The kitchen staff should at least transferred the scrambled eggs in a plate after she microwaved it. Not in a clear plastic packaging just to give a decent looking scrambled eggs.

The staff is great. I had a decent stay last time. I was on the front side. The blackout curtains absolutely do not work. The hot water was warm then cold not hot. They put me in room 109. Don't let them put you in that room. Ice machine and soda machine are right out the door. Kept me up almost all weekend. The 1 night I was sleeping ok a soda banged falling in the machine and woke me up. Horrible. Honestly I feel like they should refund me bit I know that's not happening. I can't believe they put me in there. Especially my 3rd visit. No way everyone doesn't complain about the curtains and the soda/ice machine. I wont stay here again.

The elevator was broken and our rooms were on the 3rd floor and my folks have a hard time going up stairs. One of the rooms smelled really bad and the restroom had mold in it. The lobby was also flooded from the ice machine.

The elevator doesnt work or hasnt for some time. I wasn't told, so I stood there waiting forever until another patron informed me. All the while the employee just watched me wait. This is just one particular person, all other employee nice.

The elevator is broken i have a bad hip and had to walk up three flights of stairs, the elevator sign looks like it’s been up for a long time.

Elevator was broken and the receptionist didn’t even tell me. She just stood there while I pressed the buttons and said nothing while I waited with all my heavy bags after traveling seven hours to get there. WiFi didn’t work, lighting throughout the hotel is terrible, breakfast was disgusting beyond words, and customer service was non-existent. No amenities and none of the exterior doors closed securely.

Everything was ok. For our personal the property location is excellent because hotel is 8 minutes distance to my sister's house. And this time breakfast is not good at all, very tiny stuff, they're missing many items like: broiled eggs, yogurt variety, cream cheese bagels, orange, banana, apple juice, orange juice...

We couldn’t have breakfast as employees were having breakfast and using all the equipment to make waffles by making 5to 6 waffles for them selves I always thought it was customers first and motel needs to be cleaned and everything n thought it said no smoking the smoke was so strong and also drugs were being smoked there . If you ask me to stay there for free I will say no thank you

Breakfast took awhile to come out with more food once other customers before us had taken their share. They had no plates so my kids and I ate waffles in bowls.

No lift. Steps of stairs are smaller,going to fell..Breakfast was low

I stayed here 3 nights because my usual hotel was booked. It was a disaster. Every day there was broken beer bottles outside of my door, next to the trash. The first day was the worst, maybe subsequent days were that they didn't clean up from the first day... who knows. Carpeting VERY dirty, no wifi, nobody at the front desk, I asked for no housekeeping, and they came anyway. No elevator, and it's been out for a long time from the looks on the signage. Very discouraging.

This is a very mediocre hotel. The elevator was out of service, the curtain in the room was broken, the fan in the bathroom was obnoxiously loud.

Room was clean, the woman that helped check me in was very sweet and kind. Unfortunately the elevator was down but she was kind enough to set us up in the room right next to the stairs.

Elevator not working. Management took reservation/$ but then made my relative leave bc they reached maximum stay, then would not refund.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, but the breakfast was terrible. The first day breakfast they ran out of yogurt, waffle mix, plates, fruit. How can you run out of plates? The second day was better because we were the first in line on a Saturday morning.

Comfortable beds, nice and quite. We will stay her again in the near future.

The room was pretty clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only real problem I had was the outlet at the bathroom sink did not work.

I stayed here for three days, I was on the second floor and the elevator was out of order the entire time, as well as the television in the room, all the channels I can only watch for about 4-5 minutes at a time before getting a message on the screen that there was a bad connection with the Ethernet cable, I ended up turning the tv off and going to sleep.

The receptionist didn’t inform us until after checking in when we were trying to take our luggage to the second floor that the elevators have not been working for over 3 months. Upon asking her ‘how’ do we take our luggage, she said usually customers call before hand to let them know that they have heavy luggage. I said ‘how would we know that the elevators aren’t working?’ She had no answer.

The only issue was, the elevator was broken. Hopefully, they have it fixed, by now.

We were there for 5 nights. The elevator did not work the entire stay. We were initially in a room on the first floor closest to the lobby. After the first night, I asked for another room because I could hear conversations in the lobby and it was quite noisy. They were able to accommodate me with a room on the second floor. However, at 76 years of age, I had to climb steps.

I liked it except for the noisy parking lot.

Comfortable, generally well kept. Elevator didn't work, so I had to carry our luggage up to the third floor. I needed the exercise, though. All the amenities were in the room and worked. The bed was very comfortable, which was the whole. Slept like a long. Highly recommend this motel.

I’ve stayed a few times because of location convenience but there’s always issues with the breakfast they either run out too soon or the employee on turn is on a bad mood which makes me uncomfortable.

Good location, room is clean, the noise from the ceiling every morning 5:30 am - 6:30 am, noises from walking back and forth, hotel should redo heavy insulation between upper floor and downstair ceiling. And the breakfast is ok , the Mexican Lady Cook is very stinky cheap only put out a very few utensils out at the time, you only allow take one single plate or bowl it will burned your hand because plates and bowls are very thin and cheapy quality. Besides that everything should good 👍you should stay in Country Inn and Suites by Radisson in Bakersfield CA that place is the best to stay. Excellent clean, excellent service, excellent breakfast foods served with quality utensils... I gave them 10+ rating. They put the respect note says: take as you need, please don't waste the food, many hunger does not have food and Thank you for living green and care.

The area eating so small, breakfast is not that good and the cook, she is very tight provides utensils. Not like Country Inn and Suites by Radisson in Bakersfield CA, that's place was excellent 10+

I am not a person who I was really uncomfortable & unsafe. They were accessed to my room without permission eventually hanging sign was on the hand locker in front of the door. Then the manager was commanded the staffs to forbid my key card

Staff especially evening one was not welcoming guest. Breakfast was not good at all. Lots of water around scrambled eggs. No yogurt for the first day. Next day, they take out very limited yogurt. Not much seating in lobby for the breakfast. Talked to owner of hotel about inconveniences for elevator not working. He offered $10 off from total bill. Very shame to hear $10 off.

The staff was very helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet. Just a warning, I’m handicapped and called a week before to get a first floor room, the elevator wasn’t working. I got there they had me on the 3rd floor and the elevator still wasn’t working. They found me a room, but did ignore the note. Definitely communicate if you have specific needs.

The beds were comfortable, I fell asleep pretty quickly.

it's proximity to shopping center is likeable. Quiet place and accessible, It would be nice if there is variety of food served for breakfast.

Hard to locate due to tucked away location, and sign was hard to see. In the morning the breakfast was severely limited and there were no more plates and forks. When I went to the front desk to ask, she told me to knock on the door where the other person working was, they then handed me the plate plates to go put in the area where the plates belong. I also had to empty the small garbage for coffee creamer and sugar because it was overflowing. When we went back to our room later that evening, our keys didn’t work. The gentleman at the front desk told me to push it harder against the sensor, so I took the rickety elevator back up to the room. I pressed harder against the sensor and it still didn’t work so I went back down to the front desk again and told him it didn’t work and he gave me a new key which then did Work. The second morning the breakfast was no different, very underwhelming and not good. There was also a razor cover in the shower leading me to believe it wasn’t cleaned very well. I have a thorough understanding of what to expect from a lower budget. I was not impressed.

Just a quick stay for one night for a work event in the area. Check in was easy, the beds were comfy and the staff were nice. My only negative was the parking lot, there wasn’t a lot of spaces; some cars used up two spaces and there were some big trucks towards the back which I think were for a business either behind or near the hotel, which made it difficult to find a spot

It was difficult to find parking late at night and our window view was a storage facility. It was noisy to be right next door to the elevator. When we checked in, we were given the room that was available, not of our preference.

Room was clean and linens were crisp. Staff was very helpful. Shower dispensers and hand lotion sink dispenser were good quality--just wish they offered body wash and hand soap dispensers. Elevators should be updated as the control panel has 2 sunken inoperable buttons. Breakfast was good, with warm fresh made waffles and decent bacon. Cold cereal and yogurt are great too. Tea options are fantastic.

Autoshutoff light at bathroom was not good. I have to make big movement when I take a shower to activate sensor.

Check in took a while and we were the only ones. The king size bed is smaller than our queen size at home. Otherwise, everything is nice.

There was a dead roach gripping the bathroom wall. I asked for a new room and when I asked for a new room front desk was mad about moving my room. I feel like moving me instead of moving me was far more convenient. NEVER COMING BACK!!!

The room was clean, the people at the front desk were nice. However, the elevator was out of service during the whole length of my stay. In addition, the hotel didn't have eggs for the Continental breakfast. No eggs, just bacon, for 4 days is just ridiculous. Sorry, but I won't be staying here again

The elevator was broken and it made it difficult to walk up three flights of stairs with luggage and then down because the elevator wasn’t fixed in four days.

We were given a room on the top floor and the elevator was out of order for both nights. The fan in our bathroom was loud and breakfast options were exactly the same for both days. The only ice machine was on the first floor. Disappointing but it was quiet at night.

I was genuinely and pleasantlt surprised aftwr my first impression of the young lady at the check in desk. She seemed very agitated and in a terrible mood for a person who has to come in contact with the publicm i literally turned to my hushand and said "say the word and we are out of here... They can keep the money. If theses rooms are anything like her attitude. But I kept my thiughts to myself and proceeded with checkin. When I walked up.the stiars because the elevator was out of service I was AMAZED at how nice the room was so nice. And the housekeeping staff was so warm and friendly. I enjoyed my stay. We were there on family business. But glad we.gave you the benefit of the.doibt. Don't judge a book by its cover or front desk

The room was clean enough but the property itself was in poor condition and wasn’t kept very clean despite seeing several staff members puttering around the small building all day, often just sitting in chairs in the hallways. The laminated information sheet in the bedroom said that breakfast was 5-9. The first two mornings that was perfectly fine because we had to leave the hotel around 7:30 so we didn’t need to plan using what ended up being incorrect information. The breakfast selection was super basic, but technically it was food available. First morning there weren’t even any plates out so we just had toast that we held in our hands to put jam on and eat. For the last morning, we planned to grab some food before we left at 5:15, which would be perfect because the info paper in the room said it was from 5-9. When we got down there, the whole place was closed up. I asked the lady what’s the plan for breakfast and she said it was 6-9. I said, “Hmm, the laminated informational paper in the room says 5-9.” She just shrugged her shoulders and said, “We don’t even have much of anything for breakfast anyway because we’re waiting on a delivery. We don’t have milk, juice, pastries, or most of the things we can usually offer. So you’re not missing much.” Yeah, that was obvious…

The air conditioner was very weak and it's noisy. High setting was also the same setting as low. I heard kids screaming at 5am

Very clean newly remodeled look even if this was 4 years ago. Tasteful and simple color schemes. Elevator is down but not a big issue for us. Very best the Oakland freeway exit. Highly recommended.
