I must say for a extended stay. Our room was great and the front desk was kind and very helpful.

This property is located near a closed restaurant. There is homeless people that gather around the property. I felt not safe parking near the restaurant, Had no choice all other parking spaces were occupied. They offered breakfast had 30 minutes left before breakfast ended. All containers empty , nothing left didn’t replace

There was a loud argument of quests in the hallway and hotel staff/security acted quickly to diffuse the situation. Kudos to the staff! The rooms need some updating.

I always thought of extended stay as a nice place. It seemed like there was a lot of low lifes staying in this hotel and possibly living there. It ruined the vibe for me. They make you sign a paper saying that if you park your car here it must actually be a working vehicle. Thats a red flag for me. Made me wonder if they actually have losers like that staying here. The shower head in my room sucks. It sprays in all these directions except not much on me. Trying to rinse off is a challenge. Guess you must use a wash cloth. The room and hotel IS clean. Looks nice. The TV has great channels which i like. Always found something good to watch. The rooms do have a nice refrigerator with freezer, very usefull. There is an actual stove so thats good. Air conditioning is good. The movie theater is across the street as well as all kinds of resteraunts and even wallmart so thats good.

The space was nice, clean, and all the amenities worked properly, which we truly appreciated. It was also quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax and unwind. The location is another big plus—conveniently close to shopping and other essentials, which made getting around simple. I like all the shopping centers and the area I didn’t like that the water temperature wasn’t hot. The shower was broken and I didn’t get the room that I reserved.

She spent 15 minutes on her phone, didn’t acknowledge us, and constantly called her manager for instructions instead of following standard procedure. We were only able to check in after another guest waiting behind us offered to use her card for the authorization form—something that should never have been necessary. This treatment was unprofessional, discriminatory, and caused unnecessary stress. Other Extended Stay locations have never caused such issues. Management should address this immediately to ensure all guests are treated fairly and professionally.

Staff was awesome! Clean room, everything worked great. The only negative thing was that the mattress was not comfortable, too firm for our comfort.

I book around 6pm saturday and went to the hotel by 1215 am They cancel my booking because their system is down.

The 1st room I was in didnt have a working tv, changed room and it was good after that.

This was more like a long term housing hotel.

The bathtub liked like no one had used it in months. Lots of dirt and dust in the tub. No cups do me to rinse it out. Had to use a towel after I turned on the shower for quite some to rinse it out. I should have taken a picture of it. Did not think about it until asking for a picture.

This is, without a doubt, the worst property I have ever stayed at. I've never encountered a hotel with barking dogs and cats like this one. It feels less like a pet-friendly hotel and more like a hotel designed primarily for pets, with people as an afterthought. Long-term residents have left this property in ruins, making it resemble low-income housing. I would NEVER return to this place under any circumstances.

I did not check in. The worst reception she rejected my stay because I had expired drivers license and had renewal proof on email shown to her after all my paid stay could not be refunded nor honor my stay. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone very poor service.

Facility is very dirty. The shower had so many hairs in it. I couldn’t even count the toilet gets clogged every five seconds even when using flushable wipes the manager called me while out saying that we are being kicked out because of the toilet one night there was roaches wouldn’t recommend staying here. Nice area with good food but rooms are filth and management is not good. There was a leak in room 315. I am in room 415 so I’m pretty sure there are the ones that clogged our toilet but we are the ones being blamed for it not OK.

Blanket had stains, bed was making me itchy, room smells like mold, towels had an insect, Hallway is dirty, lobby had leaks on the ceiling the floor was all flooded and they just put towels and bins to catch the water. Would not stay here again.

But cleaning the room is very hard for them to follow their schedule. they clean the room once a week. I have been staying in Union City, California, for over two weeks already. And not even once have they cleaned my room. I requested every end of the week, and no one came to clean. I cleaned it myself. Sad but true. The front desk gave me a broom with a broken dustpan. And I have to return right away after I use it. Fremont and Newark are better and they clean the room every week. I rated the hotel like 3 stars. They have more push cart to use.

I have stayed at this whole hotel several times, but this would be the last time. It seemed like you were guys were running rooms out to the homeless because my nephew said on the second floor everybody had their doors open kids running around and it was very loud if that’s the case I would’ve just got a motel in Oakland if I wanted to be in a ghetto hotel

Love the kitchenette. I saved a ton of money by cooking instead of eating out. I just wish there had been an oven. The microwave turntable did not rotate and the HVAC unit sounded like a prop plane starting up, however.

The rooms do not have any things. Coffe or tea or etc... they are put a kitchen in the rooms but even not have glasses for drink water. Do not forget take shampoo with your self for shower. The hotel is not deserve the price. Breakfast is terrible. I do not recommend breakfast. Do not pay exstra for breakfast.

3 minute walk from restaurants and grocery shopping!

I appreciate that I was able to do a early check in even though there was a charge. There were a cockroach in the bathroom and the fitted sheet on the bed and the flat sheet were both dirty there was hair on it probably from a previous client my hair is blonde the hair was black I took pictures and also there were stains on the fitted sheet and I took pictures of that also, the inconvenience was going to the front desk to get clean linens, hair dryers, utensils etc

The room is very clean, comfortable and well laid out with a small kitchenette. Extra pieces of cooking equipment are available at the front desk. The only drawback is that there is no conventional oven, only a microwave.

The room has a full size fridge and 2 burners on the stove the beds were not the most comfortable but was worth it for the nice weekend

Upon entering the room it had an unusual odor. There was pubic hair still in the tub area and on the toilet seat. The comforter on the bed had brown stains on it. Will not return if visiting in that area.

There is a minimum of a week stay to get the room cleaned. I was concerned if the room was clean at all when I arrived. Then the shower knob would not work properly. Had to wait for staff to come and replace it. It was not a quick turn around time for the repair. Delaying my plans. They are understaffed and put extra burdens on their workers there. It is shameful how the company exploits the workers.

This proptery when walking in has a foul Oder and yellow walls. The room itself was worse, the fridge was rusty and had dents all over it. The bathroom was left unclean, the walls were dirty and the smell had a musty and cigarette smell to it even though smoking is not permitted.

I didn’t take a photo, but there were a good amount of random brown specks on my comforter. The noise issue was mainly the refrigerator turning on at night, which was a bit unpleasant.

The staff were very nice and accommodating, the hotel was clean the room was clean. Anything we needed that assisted. And the hotel was surrounded with food options.

But over all the staff was very welcoming and it was an amazing stay . Very clean , peaceful and quiet.

If you need something like bath towels, paper towel, bathroom tissue you have to go to the front office. If you will stay more than 7 days that’s the only time you have room service. There is a continental breakfast but you can only see 5-8 orange 🍊. There’s no courtesy coffeemaker inside the room.

It seemed more like a place for transitional housing than a place for a solo business traveler. I am glad I tried it but I would not use this hotel again for business travel.

It had a kitchenette and the kitchen was not stocked with anything. The drawers were empty. I had to ask for pots and pans. There were no can openers. No regular things that you look for in a kitchenette.

Really untrained staff, horrible lobby/reception experience. Purchased waters at grocery and left a few at front desk for another member of our party, they were never given to them. Rooms were fine, but everything else was like a bad dream

The drainer in the bathtub was not working and also the shower head was loose so was causing floor to get wet. I requested for someone to look it up and fix. But no one showed up.

Pros: the hotel staff were very polite and professional at all times. This is why I gave a two star review - would have been zero otherwise. Cons: One of the rooms had a broken AC. The staff were able to place us in another room- which was appreciated. That said, the rooms were filthy. It seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time (see attached pics). The AC in each room worked but were very dirty and made a lot of noise, which didn’t help considering two families were staying in the two rooms next to us (each room seemed to have at least 8 people in each room). Reason I know this is because they left their doors open the entire day and night letting their small children run up and down the hallway. They banged on the walls the entire time. Hotel staff did absolutely nothing to quiet them down. In addition, the shower drain was clogged which led to a pool of water while you showered. If you want to stay in a run down, dirty and extremely noisy hotel then this is your place. Otherwise I would stay clear of here. Spend the extra bit of money and try some of the other newer hotels close by.

Had a nice stay only thing the ac didn't work in the room but they put us in a different room so it worked itself out.

There was no restful sleeping during my stay.

Not a good stay. Stain on the sleeping sheet, Phone not working, Some lamp lights not working and guess above making noise with their steps and running water at all the times.

Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The area around the property is quiet. I will stay here next time.
