    DO NOT STAY HERE!! I have stay at other Motel 6’s and have never had an experience like this. Disgusting stained linens and towels, no accountability, the most non professional establishment that I am shocked is even in business!!! Reported to the Health Board and Chamber of Commerce and Corporate. I paid upfront for multiple nights they refused to refund me, only opted to change locations if I paid more. Have photos to back up everything!! One maintenance guy was helpful to try and get us assistance but the cleaning ladies and owners very unprofessional. The Worst hotel I have even stepped foot in.

    I liked that we were able to check in late since we were on the road for travel and only needed the time for a quick rest not sure if it was the room we received but it did not look like anything like the photos and it definitely was dated but it was clean the bed was comfortable it was fine for the time we needed .

    I hate it. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room that had clearly not been cleaned. The room was dirty, had a strong odor, and showed obvious signs of prior occupancy. I immediately returned to the front desk and requested a different room. I was then reassigned to a second room. Unfortunately, this room was also in unsanitary condition. There were visible makeup stains on the bedding and pillow, as well as hair in the sink. These conditions fall far below basic hospitality and sanitation standards. Due to these issues, I was unable to stay at your property and did not receive the service I paid for. Despite this, I was charged on April 19, 2026, and then charged again on April 20, 2026. I only checked in once and did not authorize any additional charges. The explanation given by the property—that I “did not close the door properly”—is unreasonable and does not justify a second charge.     Staff was rude the picture tube on the TV in my room faded in and out and the manager demanded I pay 200.00 dollars to replace the Tv which wore out to no fault of my own or they would kick me out of the hotel. Then it took 4 hours for them to bring me another Tv will never stay at motel 6 again

    Being charged for a room on the 18 of last week when I had already been in room every since the 16 of October so their was no way I should have been charged twice in one day .     First room (107), the A/C stopped working, but they promptly found for me another comparable room (104). A/C in second room was a much newer model, and worked perfectly! Bathtub in both rooms could use refinishing. Beds were comfortable and firm. Large towels seemed dingy, so I made do with the smaller towels.

    Was very dirt inside and outside of the motel. Grease and dirt on the out side and inside of the bathroom door, literal garbage bags full of trash 10 feet from the room. Room smell like cigarettes really bad had to go buy some lysol, Cigarette burns all over. No cable/satellite, A/C didnt wor. Buttons were shoved in to the point you could see the conntrol board. Looked at a different room, it was just as bad. Stayed only 4 hours and left, got a nicer place for like 7 bucks more.

    I did like how close certain places where such as target , dennys, gas station, and the shopping center was close as well. The room could have been cleaner. Stains on towels, the bed sheets, and opened bar soaps left on the sink and shower which i can only assume were used. Thankfully there new bar soaps there already. Parking was not a problem and the receptionist that was there in evening and night was nice as well.

    So... given that the review rating of this place was "disappointing" when I booked, the facilities were surprisingly good. There was floor instead of carpet. The A/C unit was not musty and produced fresh air. Walls were painted an attractive color and textured, helping to avoid the place feeling small or dingy. Full size refrigerator with excellent cooling power. Countertop stove and cookware available. The furnishings used at this Studio 6 were very simple but well-designed to accommodate a variety of traveler needs, I'm sure. I had 2 small cats and the room design & furnishings were very well prepared for pets: No bed skirt, no way for pets to get under bed, base of bed goes all the way to the wall, curtains are thick, durable material that isn't the wispy type of fabric that can tempt some cats to screw around with it, no hidey-holes for my small (7 lb) cats to get inside. Lighting was adequate and well placed. Water got hot easily (maybe a little TOO hot) and water pressure was fine. Laundry room nearby for Studio 6 guests, including ice machine and vending machines. I also liked that the room was easy to clean MYSELF. It was an extended stay with pets, and I preferred to do some cleaning myself every other day instead of rely on housekeeping. The design of the room made it super easy for me to clean quickly myself. Staff behavior and practices at this hotel can be unexpected and odd. I can see how a guest with limited patience can become irate and make a bad situation worse. I just tried to minimize reason to ask for anything and kept requests as simple as possible. Check-in was a mini disaster: I gave my ID and payment card, then without sharing much info she insisted they were charging me up front for the whole stay. Maybe she meant AUTHORIZING my card up front for the whole stay? No, she said they were charging me. Can I at least SEE what you'll be charging before you do it? That was also hard for some reason, she wasn't sure how to give me a breakdown of room/taxes/etc. After all that, she gave me keys but didn't tell me where to go and gave me no info except the wifi code. She wasn't mean or rude, but she just seemed like this wasn't actually her job, maybe? I tried to extend and that was weird, too. Front desk told me they couldn't do that and I needed to book on booking.com. I have experience in hotel industry and I understood this was not strictly true but they could have a reason to ask me to do that which they are failing at communicating well. Fine, I extended by creating new online reservations throughout my stay. Settling up between these reservations was a hassle the first time because the rate was not accurate, and that took some effort to get on the same page about. I was helped several times by Artie (I think was her name) and Artie was actually calm, friendly, and consistent. Props to Artie. Also the staff that checked me out for having good vibes that day. My other interaction with her some days before was weird and It pepped me up to leave on a better note. Just smile and be casual, y'all! It helps with the vibes...

    I had to change rooms three times.the first was dirty looking .the bed felt like it was going collapse in the first room .change to a different room the bed was so worn out you sink when sat on it and the toilet didn't work.so they change me again to a different room which wasnt as bad.but in the middle of the night people were load screaming and pounding another rooms door .and yet no police show up.i would recommend motel six regular rooms to any one there nasty. just pay a little more and stay in the studio six rooms.at least they look cleaner .

    The service around to the hotel, I have never really experienced anything so disconcerting. I felt so vulnerable not being able to do anything about the situation that was happening to me. When I was showering, the water that was running began to spread throughout the room. This did not end with the shower.     The service around to the hotel, I have never really experienced anything so disconcerting. I felt so vulnerable not being able to do anything about the situation that was happening to me. When I was showering, the water that was running began to spread throughout the room. This did not end with the shower.     Dislike: Bathroom smelled of urine. Items from a previous guest were left in the bathtub / shower. Food stains on the bedroom dresser. Very uncomfortable mattress. Old and worn. There was a dip I would roll into and I could feel the bed springs.

    The rooms are in need of some maintenance and furniture replacements. The floor tiles where peeling off at the center of the room, Sink faucet was loose, furniture had major wear and graffiti. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

    This was one of the most disappointing places I've ever stayed. Had to ask to be moved to another room because the shower in the first room has sewage backing up into it. The walls were disgusting and nothing was clean. Never again.

    Check in was quick & easy. Employees were kind. We entered our room & it completely smelled of cigarettes & it looked and felt dirty. There were stains on the bed sheets, walls & toilet seat cover. The toilet seat was old & discolored, & the floors had crumbs all over it, so we went back to the office to ask for a new room & they accommodated us immediately. We got a room a couple of doors down, it ended up still smelling of cigarettes & all the other things listed above, but wasn’t as bad as the first room. We stayed but I left our window open just in case our car got broken into bc the ppl staying here are sketchy. The area this motel is in is very noisy, there were guests arguing and fighting outside in the parking lot & there are signs all over the motel saying “motel is not liable for any items stolen while unattended”. I was very upset with our stay here & will never be staying here again.

    Check in was easy. Grounds were ok, lot of broken down cars or homeless. Lot of night noise on the weekends I was awake til 2am.. The bed was terrible, felt like it was 25 years old with lumps and body grooves. Works if you’re on a budget and traveling but next time I’ll pay more somewhere else.

    For the second time of me staying here. The front desk has let someone in my room. This morning around 4:30am a woman use a key card and opened my door while my children and I were sleep. Then the front desk called and questioned me. First off this is the second time they put my children and I in danger. I’m really disappointed in this motel. Then the girl at the front desk just tells me ok I’m sorry. I will have the manager talk to them tomorrow. Really tomorrow, where is your sense of urgency. I’m done with this motel.

    Each time I go, it seems bad though it’s getting worse and worse. This time for my 4 night stay… the ice machine didn’t work. When asking for an additional ice bucket I was told they didn’t have anymore and gave me a trash bag instead… turns out i didn’t need it because the machine was broken. They should comp us some way… maybe like free laundry or something…

    This place is so filthy. Next to the toilet roll dispenser in the bathroom in room 200 there was visible fecal matter attached to the wall next to the air conditioner on the right side of the front wall. Someone spit on the wall and it was still attached to the wall. The floor was hairy and in the bathroom there were pennies on the floor. The bed was uncomfortable.

    A lot of loud music coming from parked cars and rooms at the property. The noise was so loud and went on for nearly an hour each time. Security can do a better job of monitoring the situation and taking immediate action. I immediately reported the loud noise and was told by the front desk to call the police, instead of them actually having to do their job.
