Room was updated and nice. The hide-a-bed was pretty dirty underneath, but the rest of the room was clean. Would stay there again. Very quiet as well.

Good location in Highlands Ranch, Lonetree and Centennial. Plenty of great restaurants and a a easy ride into Denver. Just don't travel in morning or afternoon rush hours. You'll need a rental car for this hotel location. There is a Budget Rental a mile up tbe road. You do need rental car at this location.

Easy parking, very friendly staff very close to all kinds of shopping/food options.

See below 1st room toilet leaked at the base. Drying new paint fumes made my wife ill during first nite.Then moved from the 2 double bed room to what we were told was the only other room available which was a larger, studio room. One double bed and a pull-out sofa bed with a 3 inch mattress. That bed had crumbs in it. Miserable, but did not complain further. Breakfast was okay except only fruit was bananas available ab out every other day. We know which motel chain not to recommend. Oh, and our stay was for 8 nights.

Fast and prompt check in. All the staff is very kinda nd friendly! The property is in an odd spot that the GPS usually gets a bit lost, not really the properties fault just technology fault. Unfortunately lots of bugs not in the rooms thankfully but in the hallways and stairs. Breakfast is ok. Mainly consists of carbs.

The staff were all very friendly. We were given a room initially that was loud and vibrating. The owner lived 2 hours away and was the only one who could turn off the vent for the pool apparently. Eventually we were moved to a smaller room because of a cancellation. We could still hear the noise but not as much. We did get moved again the next day and that was fine. The breakfast is ok but not if you are diabetic and trying to limit your carbs. But they don’t claim to have a hot breakfast so that’s fair. Just more informative. I’m on the fence whether I would stay here again. There are so many other options. I’d probably skip the franchise.

It’s literally impossible to have two people in the weight room working out at the same time due to the fact that it is that incredibly small, lack of equipment, lack of weights no water, no towels. No bench. You should have a few more options for breakfast on the protein side, such as bacon sausage, maybe a variety of different style eggs, other than scrambled for seven days in a row I booked online a king size bed and when I checked in, she said it wasn’t available and I got two doubles. Complete waste of space for a guy who was travelling on his own for seven days. I booked a reservation. I should expect to get the reservation I booked. Staff, however, was extremely friendly!! Which was amazing!!

This hotel is very stinky. The whole first floor smells like chlorine, and the rest of the building & rooms smell like cigarettes and mold. The property is in a nice area so you don’t have to worry about your vehicle or belongings, and it’s very quiet, maybe bring a candle or some air freshener with you on your visit

Definitely will spend more on a hotel room next visit to Littleton!

Coffee was cold still from night before and could only get room on west side which is very noisy from interstate.

The breakfast is weak compared to other continental breakfasts, but that’s my only complaint.

Nice place to “home base” out of while we were visiting family.

We booked the larger room because my son is in a wheelchair, and we needed space to park his wheelchair. The room was clean, and the bed, pillows, and blankets were comfortable. The breakfast offered a decent selection, including both hot and cold options. The property is conveniently located near the Park Meadows shopping mall and numerous dining choices. There's even a Starbucks just across from the hotel, which is a nice perk! While the exterior of the property looks a bit outdated, the interior is clean and well-maintained.

As always, this stay is easy and clean; we appreciate the included breakfast and the staff are always so agreeable and helpful. We appreciated the laundry room this visit - it was clean and in great shape.

Breakfast was very minimal. Very cheap paper plates and coffee was always running out . One small carafe for many people. No fruit.

The person who greeted us late Friday 7/11 was great and super friendly (didn’t get his name or see him again during our stay). Other than that, service was ok, breakfast was fine but same stuff every day so after 4 days, we were over it. No ice makers on room floor so had to ask the front desk every time which was not convenient. Beds were comfy.

I booked this hotel last minute and the staff was so helpful! As a single female traveling I felt safe and cared for by the staff. I mentioned my concern and they gave me a room right near the front office. They accommodated all of my needs and were very friendly. The hotel was clean, smelled good and was very up to date. It was a horrible experience staff not professional rude there was fight with the security/receptionist with one of the customer in front of us he didn’t know how to operate the machine very scary environment needs new management. And need to pull tape of the argument! I need my money back

The breakfast was delicious, and getting a good, filling complementary breakfast was one of the key factors in choosing a hotel. My only complaint was I thought the exercise room was limited in that there were only 1 elliptical and 2 treadmills to use, but they did the trick when I went for an early morning run while keeping warm inside.

Lovely lady at check in. The hotel has a few years on her, but clean. The ac was pretty loud, as was the exhaust fan in bathroom. For a one night stay it was fine.

Need more breakfast meat options

The staff were absolutely amazing. Always going the extra mile to help us. Some of the best we've seen at a Marriott. This lower rating is because of two things: 1) The pot smoking and 2) the breakfast. Now, the pot smoking probably isn't under the hotel's control. We were on a floor where someone who smokes pot was staying. We were assured that the guest wasn't smoking in the room, but outside. The smell was still strong down the hallway. The 2nd issue was the breakfast. Probably the worst I've ever had at a Marriott. The eggs were rubber and almost inedible. The milk was bad (came out of the cartons chunky). And there wasn't much variety at all. Two of our family ate a banana and that's it. Would've loved to give this a higher rating, but bad breakfast and the pot smell made that hard to do.

25 minutes later, the audit was finally done. We didn't get an apology or any attempt to remedy the issue and were met with frustration trying to check in as the credit card reader kept failing and couldn't read the card. We finally got into the hotel room a little after 3am. Quite a frustrating turn of events when you expect your hotel room to be ready for check-in, especially at such a late hour, and when the staff isn't friendly about it at all. I do, however, want to give a shout-out to Cindy at breakfast. She was attentive, caring, and so kind. She went the extra mile to make sure all of our needs were taken care of.

Best front desk clerk in a long time at any facility, not just the Marriott. Very gracious. Was quick to resolve TV issue. Had a great attitude.

The hotel was very clean and nicely designed. The breakfast was great and so was the breakfast area. The workers were very polite and kind. The front desk even gave us a bottle of water when we checked in. We had a wonderful experience at this hotel and will go back every time we are in the area. I never write reviews but really thought they deserved it.

The room was on the ground floor. We requested a room change because there were people smoking outside the building and the smell entered the room through the ventilation systems. The change was made without problems.

Coffee and oatmeal at breakfast were always lukewarm at best, for all 3 days of our stay - not OK. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Quiet area

The property was clean quiet and the staff were absolutely fantastic.

The staff, especially Nico, were pleasant and eager to be of service. We had a change of health and needed to change our reserved days and the staff worked to accommodate that. I would/ will stay there again.

Breakfast was the cheapest possible. , not to say junk!! No cups, glasses or mugs in the rooms or available in the eating area . Coffee in the morning was just water, when I ask if there is more coffee available I was told that no this is. It’s better to not offer anything at all then Ofer this !!

Location is convenient for shopping and dining around Littleton/Highlands Ranch and close to the Park Meadows mall. Very easy to get on C470 and access I25 or I70 and other highways. We used this place for one night while attending a performance venue in Denver. The staff offered an exeptional service at our check in time to correct a reservation error without any additional cost. Thank you to Expedia and Fairfield Inn working together to help!

This was my 2nd stay here and it has now become my go-to hotel anytime I’m in the south Denver metro area. Easy parking, nice staff, good breakfast selection, and clean and comfortable rooms. In-room recycling is nice as well.

Overall, this was a really great hotel. Friendly staff, nice accommodations, really clean rooms. However, breakfast was on the slim side-there weren’t very many hot choices when we arrived before 9:00, and the breakfast was being cleaned up prior to the 9:30 closing as well. Our room was very clean, but the pool wasn’t-it wasn’t nasty, but it could have used some TLC.

Our stay at this location was Awesome, close to restaurants and shopping and easy access to the highway. Only bad experience was our room was next to the elevator having to hear the door opening and closing and the bell ringing constantly was very bad. Staff was amazing!

I usually stay in Denver Tech. Have been having issues with strange people hanging around the hotels. Not this one. No strange people. Didn't hear any neighbors. Nice and quite and SAFE. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. It is the BEST.

A little hard to find because of location but worth the stay. The room was clean and comfort, staff friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great.
