Reviews
Guests generally appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. However, many express frustration with ongoing renovations, lack of communication about construction, and inconsistent breakfast offerings.

Easy, clean and convenient!

Room was fine. Large and plenty of room. Hotel is dated but overall in good condition. Breakfast was fine - your normal hotel breakfast fare. Grounds were great. A few staff at the front desk could use a better attitude toward guests (I don’t have names). I was told there would be charges for checking in early (even though a room was ready) and that there would be charges for checking out late. Additionally, there is no day to day room services. If you need something you have to go to the front desk, nobody comes to collect trash or refresh your towels. And I never got my bill at the end of my stay.

Nice amenities and a great property
- 3.5/5
Quiet, nice kitchenette. Staff not very friendly, breakfast was so so. Coffee terrible. Not much of variety of fruit. Had to pay for parking. Room wasn't very cool,no matter what temperature you set it.
- 5/5
Spacious room with everything you would need for a longer stay Breakfast in the morning had plenty of options. Staff was always nice and friendly. The parking situation was a little odd, it shares with a commercial property. It wasn’t bad just weird.
- 5/5
Clean very nice receptionist
- 5/5
I appreciate the staff regarding helping me with bringing down the cart for my luggage. Also giving me a first floor as I overpack and it is easier with a first floor. The kitchen adds bonus as I don't have go out to eat.
- 5/5
Good size suite. Staff were super helpful when had to change room due to unfortunate noise coming from room above. Appreciated it being pet-friendly and lots of green space surrounding property. Felt safe as a solo traveler.
- 4.5/5
The staff were extremely accommodating and kind. If I had to be picky, the sheets were stained and the room could have been cleaned a bit better- attention to detail behind the bed.
- 5/5
Everything was nice and the staff was very hellpful

Totally enjoyed our stay as usual. I try very hard to stay there every time I’m in Lone Tree.

We loved the fire pit outside ! Breakfast was great also.

Location worked well
- 5/5
Loved it.
- 5/5
Very courteous helpful staff. Excellent room with everything we needed. Like a nice apartment.
- 5/5
Spacious rooms.
- 3/5
Good service. Clean room. Reasonable price. Good breakfast. Down side - don’t stay in the 2nd floor. All you smell is food, not pleasant. Could be the placement of their kitchen. Our neighbors above and next door. Very loud. Pack a fan if you want to sleep.
- 5/5
Everything was 5 star the staff is always 5 star so warm and welcoming. This is my 2nd time back see you next year thanks for everything

No good make better bacon and orange juice
- 2/5
It was centrally located There were homeless people hanging out in the parking lot and even some drug users living out of a van parked by the pool. We had to ask the front desk to clear them away because they were looking into vehicles. It appears that one or two staff members knows the people using drugs because they came out a few times to hang out with them by the dumpsters. Additionally, the hallways have clear dirty hand streaks all down them. We stated ten days and they were never cleaned.
- 3/5
Location was very nice and the room was spacious. The room had a very odd musky, sweaty smell as soon as you stepped in. The carpet felt very unclean and I had to ask for a new shower curtain due to strong mold smell. I also used the laundry equipment and they seemed like they haven’t been cleaned in a long time. Full of gunk and a TON of animal hair.
- 4/5
Location for us was paramount, entire property was well kept. Beginning to show its age on the interior (rooms/hallways). The common areas appear updated. On a personal note, I found the supplied room coffee (and the coffee in the breakfast area) wanting. So bad, in fact, after trying both I drove down to the local WalMart and purchased a Keurig machine.
- 5/5
I will most definitely be back. Love the people ove the culture
- 5/5
We only used the room for one night, but it would have been very comfortable for a week. Spacious, workable kitchen with a full sized refrigerator. The bed was firm and comfortable. Room was quiet and the staff exceptionally friendly. Good basic hot breakfast. Even though they have ample parking all around the property they charged $5 per night for parking. Kind of made a cheap impression. Why not just raise all room rates five bucks and offer free parking.
- 5/5
I enjoyed the variety of breakfast options. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
- 5/5
Great location and very clean. Only thing that could have been better is room servicing. We showed up and the toilet paper was almost empty, had to go get some at the front desk. We stayed 6 nights and no one ever came to our room to make bed, swap towels or empty the trash.if you don’t mind going that, then it’s great
- 5/5
It was great!!!
- 4/5
The room was clean but definitely a tad dated, especially in the bathrooms (outdated fixtures, scuffs on doors and walls, etc).
- 2/5
The breakfast wasn't even close to what website states, including the "staged photos". It is only available until 8:30 AM. The rooms smell. I understand that windows are secured for safety. You are only able to open them for about 1/2 an inch. That is insufficient for ventilation. The tub in the bathroom is missing safety strips to prevent from surace becoming slippery. The halls smell of pot. The staff is pleasant. They aren't the problem.
- 4/5
Room clean and courteous staff
- 3/5
250 incidental and took it down to 100 then kept 33.40 I cleaned left a tip. There was maybe half the items that would typically be available
- 4/5
Room clean, staff very friendly, location great for what we needed.
- 3/5
Subpar food
- 5/5
Staff was amazing and the room was perfect.
- 5/5
The complimentary breakfast was a highlight - wow! Biscuits and gravy, pancakes, cheese omelet, bacon, cold cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, bagels with cream cheese, yogurt... you name it, it was there! And the staff were super accommodating, letting us enjoy it all at our leisure. But the real cherry on top was the late checkout at 1pm - huge thank you to the hotel for that! We had a relaxing morning and were able to check out at our own pace. Overall, we'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Can't wait to come back!
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Forgot my phone charger after I loaded up in car and they took me straight up to get it. Kids loved breakfast! Will stay again.

Staff was friendly and the rooms were nice

The huge downfall for me is not having enough lightning inthe parking lot.it is a safety issue. Overall i like the hotel.
- 2/5
TVs only have 60 cable channels and no streaming services and bed sheets smelled like piss smfh! But the breakfast was good
- 1/5
Extremely dirty room and so loud. We have a young baby and she was woken up 3 times in the middle of the night from the noise upstairs and next door. Staff was friendly.
- 5/5
We LOVE this hotel! It’s our 3rd time staying and eventhough breakfast is not the best part, everything else is great! Area is super nice and safe, hotel and rooms are always clean, close to lots of shopping and grocery stores. We are a family of 5 and the 2 bedroom suite is AMAZING and super comfortable with all the things you need. Will for sure be staying again and will keep suggesting it to our friends. Keep up the great work!
- 4/5
Clean room, good staff
- 5/5
Chris at the front desk was very nice - and the room was functionally great with two queen beds, one king and a fold out if we needed it .
- 3/5
Property is due for renovation. Front desk was not available at all time. Room pillows were so soft.
- 5/5
Great place when you are traveling a whole family.
- 3/5
The property was pretty nice. We actually stayed in two different rooms while we were in town. The first room was very clean and comfortable. The second room was kind of strange because the drawer in the bathroom had not been cleaned and was full of someone else’s items. The second bedroom was missing a shower curtain and shower door. In addition, every morning we were there, a woman sat in the breakfast area collecting food in a box and then on a cart. The first morning we were there, the same woman stood at the pancake machine for a very long time and made plates and plates of pancakes. It was just strange. Then, when I asked about it at the front desk, the girl I told said that she didn’t speak English. The whole thing was a little unsettling.
- 5/5
good place to stop and sleep for the cost
- 2/5
Could hear foot steps all night from maybe kids above us.
- 5/5
Very quiet, sound proof. Our one bedroom suite is very spacious.
- 2.5/5
Our room was a suite with a kitchen in it TERRIBLE WATER PRESSURE. Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. We had prepaid for the entire trip but got stranded on the way and had to delay our check in by a day. When we arrived first thing the following day we were informed by the hotel staff they cancelled our room without trying to contact us and provided no help whatsoever resolving the issue. The asian lady at the front desk at the time was impatient and rude. Booking.com luckily fixed the issue for us instead of the hotel and we were able to check in that day. The rooms and hallway all smell terrible, like shit that they just tried to cover up with the smell of chemicals. They make you pay for parking separately. Breakfast was missing items and not refilled despite arriving with hrs left before it was suppose to be done. Great size tv but no option for your own streaming or anything, only limited dish channels.
- 4/5
This property was quiet and had everything I needed. The full kitchen was a huge plus.
- 5/5
I had a great experience. The size of my room was bigger than I expected, and staff it was nice. The breakfast was decent and included eggs, sausage, bacon, muffins, pancake, waffle, and other usuals. I intentionally chose the rolling shower option, and the shower room was spacious enough for my wheelchair.

- 5/5
Family friendly
- 5/5
Staff was helpful and courteous and they leave you alone, if that makes sense. It's an extended stay so they don't change the linens unless requested but they always have them if you request. Breakfast could've been better with an earlier start and later finish. Overall it was great Extremely high deposit 250.00 Breakfast start and finish times
- 3/5
For starters the front desk staff seemed to not have answers to simple questions. It hars to answer questions when they are eating at the front desk and speak with food in there mouth. Optics look terrible. They offer breakfast. Although not very good, same ole fake egs and cardboard sausage patties. Plus it was crownded most days as the employees seem to out number the guest gather breakfast. Again optics look terrible. The room was nice. Toilet seat falling off showere head clogged. The dishes and cups look like a collection from randon garage sale, nothing matched. Coffee maker was filthy. Room had a funny smell to it. As I mentioned earlier I will pass next time.
- 1/5
Not advertised about a 300$ incidental and refused to discount or refund my trip. Never was able to stay there the front seat people were rude and the refusal to refund me is the worst part we had to sleep in my car that night. Thank a lot for the horrible customer service and shady policies.
- 4/5
Clean room. Staff.
- 5/5
Very good value in a convenient location
- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 5/5
Excellent hotel. the room was superior and hot breakfast was a real treat.
- 2/5
I had a problem with the refrigerator the first night I was there. It was squealing. I called front desk at 2:00am Wednesday August 20th and they said they would send maintenance man in the morning. He came 7:30 am and sprayed it with WD40. Didn't help. So i called back and they said they would clean a room and it would be ready in 90 minutes. I waited most of the day and called down to front desk and they said it was being inspected. I finally went down 30 minutes and asked about it and they said 10 minutes longer. After waiting another 15 minutes and had to ask again they finally had my room ready which was almost 4:00pm Thursday. I wasted a whole day waiting. Then I found out I couldn't stream Netflix (which on the website it said I could). I feel I need to be compensated for the inconvenience.
- 5/5
Great stay in a nice neighborhood. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again at any of their locations based on the experience at this particular location.
- 2/5
I think the sneaky additional charge for parking your vehicle takes away from the experience.
- 5/5
The hotel met all expectations. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was varied. The pool and its surroundings were also perfect. One thing that could be improved is the breakfast hours: it ends very early (8:30 am; 9:00 am on weekends). Guests who come to relax usually want to sleep longer in the morning. The serving time should be extended at least until 9:30, as in most other hotels, where it usually lasts until 10:00 or even 10:30.

Perfektes Hotel. Hilfreiches Personal, super sauber, ruhig, Pool, Grillplatz. Einfach TOP

Nothing special, easy place to spend the night and close enough to everything you might want to do.
- 5/5
Everything was great except the kids upstairs and you can’t fix that.

Other than the room not being ready for check in until 4:45 the rest of the stay was fantastic.

- 4/5
Very Quiet room, clean and bright.

Once they figured out my bill (after contacting hotels.com and they contacted the hotel) it was great. Good breakfast options that changed, really nice staff, and a comfortable bed!
- 4/5
Breakfast was great. The rooms were dated but clean for the most part. Great value for the money.
- 4/5
Two room and two bathroom with living room and kitchenette was perfect for our group
- 5/5
The pool was nice!
- 5/5
The outdoor pool was very nice!
- 3/5
All in all, our stay was average. I’m actually surprised at all the positive reviews,
- 1/5
Blood stains on the carpet, filthy hallways, used cup in our shower
- 1.5/5
They charge 5 dollar per night parking. Also, did not change the towels or made the bed at all. They say they do it if anyone stays for more than a week. This is ridiculus!!!
- 4/5
my biggest problem was with Booking.com. They quoted me around $800 for the week then charged my card over $1100. total bait and switch.
- 4/5

- 1/5
This property is in poor condition and not worth what they want to charge for staying there. Stay at a days inn or something similar for a lot less money!
- 4/5
Nice clean big rooms
- 5/5
Always pleasant stay
- 1/5
The hotel room smell was the worst I’ve ever experienced
- 2/5
The two room suite layout was great. Gave our family a great space to relax and be together. The room was not clean at all. In fact it was pretty gross. There were long hairs in the shower. The shower in not bash would not drain and the toilet in the other bath struggled to flush. There was just an overall unclean feeling.
- 4/5
I had a handicapped accessible room and was in Denver to have ankle surgery. While the room was somewhat accessible. There were a few things that were difficult. No light switch near door to bedroom. Only lights were across room next to bed. The controls for the handheld shower spray are at the top-unreachable to someone in a wheelchair or using a knee scooter. The auto open close for curtains -great idea, but they aren’t near the bed, they were across the room by the door and difficult to operate. Badly designed for handicapped folks.
- 4/5
This is a very comfortable and high quality hotel, but a much more reasonably priced hotel compared with comparable hotels in the area.
- 4/5
Clean and quiet room Not enough towels, toilet paper and the kitchen should be better stocked.
- 4/5
I thought the hotel was awesome. I have stayed here several times and it has always been good. This time, however when I checked in at 4 o’clock, and I asked where the ice machine was, I was told that there is no ice machine and I have an automatic Ice machine in my freezer and it will start providing ice in about an hour. Well, it took three hours, and I still can’t believe they don’t have a nice machine…
- 4/5
Great location, good breakfast and nice outdoor pool. Couch in living area not comfortable for sitting.
- 1/5
We wouldn’t stay here again and we won’t stay at any related hotels either.
- 3/5
The hotel is fine, in sort of a weird area outside of Denver where it's just all strip malls and sprawl. The room is good, the bathroom showers could use a more modern upgrade. The only problem was the guest staying in the room above us, always playing music loudly or watching TV loudly starting at 7:30 in the morning.
- 4/5
Overall good, breakfast could improve some. Elevator needs upgrade looks very old and outdated
- 3/5
The property
- 5/5
super great!
- 5/5
Close to conference workshop seminar
- 5/5
Pros: relatively quiet, good neighborhood to walk the dogs around with access to a bike path down the road. Brewery within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Pet friendly and the price of them to stay is cheaper than anywhere else we’ve stayed. The mini kitchen came with a pot and saucepan for cooking. The full fridge and freezer were helpful to avoid having to eat out too often. There were two large TVs and the bed was very comfortable. Cons: we had to pay $10 total per night for our 2 vehicles despite plenty of parking. Maybe this is an issue but I didn’t understand why. They only clean the room once a week. I was working from the hotel so I couldn’t have them clean until the weekend. I should have asked sooner but they weren’t really able to fit my room in on a weekend day because they had so many other rooms to clean. I understood, it was on me for not reaching out sooner but just beware of this if you stay there. The breakfast options often ran out on weekends. Weekdays it was more stocked but they still were out of a few things regularly throughout the breakfast service. There was no frying pan in the room.
- 5/5
The pool area was great with some games and a firepit. Rooms were clean and spacious.
- 2/5
Insanely loud, walls and floors are paper thin.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 1/5
The lady who checked us in was very rude
- 5/5
2br rooms were fantastic. A bit dated but everything worked. Will stay again!

Expedia did not offer me my military or senior citizen discount at time of booking. Expedia website is very hard to maneuver through and use. Couldnt find the discounts drop down or tab. We wanted to book direct with the Suites but was always transferred back to bullcrap Expedia. Why? When asked to direct, I was told that we would be connected to reservations and of course it went right back to Expedia. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper in the room for the entire 5-days and we went and bought 2-rolls ourselves. There was no house keeking services offered for our 5-day stay. Dirty towels were never picked-up for 5-days. We had to ask and go get our own resupply of towels. Sonesta took a $250 incidentals deposit and we were never told about that either until we checked-in. I asked for my military duscount upon arfival and was told to contact Expedia to receive, which I never received by the way, and received no help, zero, nada, none at all, to obtain my discount by the Sonesta staff. The Suites teased us with an email for an upgrade to a 2-bedroom j7st prior to making our flight and when we arrived was told the Suites were full and no upgrade was available. Very poor customer service overall and staff very reluctant to provide any assistance at all. Extremely We've stayed with Sonesta multiple times and this experience may have pushed us away from Sonesta and may make us choose other options next time.
- 3/5
It was fine, a little disappointed to see portable air conditioners in the room when we got there and it smelled faintly of smoke. We were only there 3 nights and arrived late the first night, so didn’t want to bother getting the room switched.
- 4/5
A place to make yourself at home away from our Home.
- 4/5
We were there for a conference, chose this place because it was cheaper than the block room rate for conference participants yet had everything we needed and was conveniently located. Friendly service, great amenities, exercise room, and breakfast. However, no recycling or composting options, which I know the city has.
- 3/5
Dishes in kitchen were dirty. Lots of loud guests at all hours
- 3/5
Good location. Definitely a budget hotel, nothing fancy. Ran out of food before the posted breakfast hours had lapsed and staff just shrugged and said, Oh well. I probably won't choose this property or chain again. No big deal--and not a horrible experience, just not what I expected.
- 5/5
Great rooms, nice staff. Clean and beds are super comfortable!!
- 4/5
Nice location. Staff very friendly.
- 3/5
Walls are also thin and you can hear just about everything in the rooms around you.
- 3/5
Had to ask to switch rooms as the first one had a weird cigarette and candle smell which hurt my head and nose. Second room was okay but better. Both rooms were not clean, it needed to be vacuumed. They told us they only have housekeeping every 7 days when we got there, which now makes sense. There were hairs in the bathroom walls and floors. The staff were really nice and breakfast was good.
- 4/5
It was in a good location near the HSC hospital.
- 5/5
Rooms Clean, friendly staff!!!
- 4/5
My stay was convenient. Staff was courteous. The only negative was elevator and area around grounds was dirty. Overall would stay again.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
The room is refurbished and feel almost new. New TV, kitchen, bath and a wonderful king size bed with five pillows. Two large windows with lots of light. The only things that could be different is the carpet needs to be vacuumed and maybe shampooed. It does not smell just a little dirty. Als the kitchen floor and bathroom floor also needs to be mopped more often. The buffet breakfast is eggs and all white flour things, no fruit or muffins.
- 5/5
Lovely.
- 2/5
Sheets were spotted upon arrival and dirty. It was very noisy and it appears people just lock their dogs in the rooms and leave for the day. Super loud ariund 11pm/12am. A maid knocked on my door and I said no and they came in anyway while i was changing at 9am on a day I was supposed check out at 11am. Would NOT stay again
- 5/5
We stayed here for 5 days. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. Breakfast was great.
- 4/5
Looking forward to another stay
- 3/5
Additionally, the breakfast time may work for working folks but to stop at 8:30 rather than 10:00 am was not ideal for leisure travelers. The place was convenient for our stay but I don’t think I’ll be back.
- 5/5
This hotel is very fabulous when we have family get togethers. We can all come and stay very comfortable.

Great value, nice property, good breakfast, thin walls. I'm a light sleeper, and had to listen to the "sounds of amor" the first night and woke up twice afterwards to doors slamming between 4:00 and 6:00 AM. The next night, one of the neighbor's left their T.V. on literally all night long.
- 3/5
Off the beaten path, really needs an upgrade. Shattered glass in the parking lot from a car window break-in a couple of nights earlier.

Pleasantly surprised. Will stay there again.

Overall excellent.

Some of the staff was nice but overall really poor. I heard people all afternoon
- 5/5
Love it
- 4/5
Love it, so let friendly and clean!!
- 5/5
We loved the numerous dog areas, and the friendliness of staff. The beds were very comfortable, and our suite was exactly what we needed.
- 5/5
I loved this hotel. Very clean and up to date. My room was so comfortable. The kitchenette was awesome. The freezer had its own ice maker so I didn’t have to leave the room for ice. The sink had a garbage disposal. The decor was cute and made me feel right at home. The breakfast was way better than any other extended stay hotel I’ve been to. I will definitely stay here again on my next work trip!
- 4/5
I thought this place was great! It was in a nice quiet area with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom area was pretty small compared to other hotels but that wasn't a huge deal. The shower was probably the only real negative thing, the faucet sprayed water everywhere and the shower head had low pressure and could probably be replaced with one that worked better. But even that issue wouldn't deter me from staying here again. The breakfast was standard, probably less options than other places I've been but again, thats not a reason to not stay here. Overall it was a great place to stay over the weekend.
- 5/5
Good for the money
- 5/5
staff was very nice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
- 5/5
The breakfast is delicious. Close to Walmart and Costco. The room is clean provided all the necessities.

The property was quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the room had everything and more that I needed.

- 4/5
Great location, very good front desk and cleaning staff.
- 3/5
The room was overall okay, matches the pictures online but it definitely needs renovation especially in the hallways and elevator. Friendly staff. You need a parking pass which I thought was ridiculous especially since the deposit fee is so high. Somewhat enjoyed the stay but wouldn’t come here again.
- 1/5
Worst place ever, rude and unfriendly staff, dirty, old, will never ever come again
- 3/5
Room was dirty had to get another room wait in lobby for 30 mins to see if she can find manager she couldn’t so she asked if we wanted to wait while they cleaned it again lol or another room to see if clean smh
- 3/5
I have to say I was very excited about this property until the moment I walked in. It looks pretty in pictures but the reality is it’s an old building and not very spacious. My room was tiny even though I booked a “studio”, didn’t smell like clean and didn’t have room service in a 3 night staying. Plates and kitchen supplies were dirty, didn’t risk to use them. You can hear people talking from the room next door.
- 4/5
The hotel itself is very nice and comfortable. The room felt a bit cheap and bathroom/shower a bit odd. Overall it was a nice stay. Will return again.
- 5/5
Very good breakfast. Mostly quiet. Very clean room except commode. Don’t know if they are still doing $5/night parking but that is a horribly policy and I consider that a hidden fee. $250 for ‘incidentals’ is far too much. Very comfortable and inviting.
