Rooms were small and cramped. Only cleaned once in five night stay. Ice machine not working. Pool not available even though picked primarily to allow my kids to swim. Breakfast waffle batter rarely refilled.

Management not paying attention, poor room housekeeping, bed made without top sheet, prior guest’s vodka bottle left in room, no hairdryer, staff frequently not at front desk, only one fork for kitchenette, one coffee, and dang, no half and half for the morning coffee. Basically, very badly managed.

Close to IKEA. Not as dog friendly as expected. Very little area to walk dog, 1 empty doggie bag receptacle and no convenient waste receptacles.

The location was great, not too far from Red Rocks. Felt like a safe area to be. We got the 2 bedroom suite with the kitchenette. It's definitely worth it if you're staying for multiple days. Breakfast was decent enough.

The front desk was very thoughtful and professional. My primary criticism is that the decaf coffee wasn’t warm twice, in the evening and morning during breakfast.

There was a bug in the sheets in one of the rooms. A big axx toenail clipping in the living room area on the foot stool. The elevator light was out for 1 whole day of our stay. Location and customer service were on point. ??♀️??♀️??♀️ Maintenance and housekeeping need improvement!!!

Beds were comfy. If you were needing a place to stay for several days it'd be great as it' has a full kitchen in each room. So you could fix your meals there rather than eating out. They needed biscuits and gravy for breakfast.

This is the reason we didn't score Town Center higher. We do not like cheese everything had cheese on it. There was only 1 waffle maker therefore there was a long wait to use the waffle maker because families were making many waffles. Have breakfast selection without cheese on it or in it!!

Room set up was wonderful however carpet and furnishings were worn dirty and needed replacing ( chair couch) pull out mattress was stained, windows broken, fridge seal hanging , toilet seal broken and sewer smell filled bathroom II requested to be moved to new room after first day and 2nd room was better but still worn dirty chair & couch and carpet. I guess you get what you pay for however that shouldn't be the case with such a nice set up. Raise prices and clean things up

proximity to I-25. very friendly staff. seemed a bit rundown. stains on tub, leaking faucet when running the shower, furniture stained and old.

Absolutely disgusted with the smoke smell. It was smelling like a cigarette till midnight. Room needs major update. Was not expecting this from Marriott

Our room was on the end closest to the exit door. The outside door on our building slams closed and is very loud. I realize it has to be a secure closed door. If it could have a soft close system it would be better! That was the only disappointment of our stay!
