Hotel is in a prime location with plenty of food options. Staff was friendly. My only complaint is that they told us that they had overbooked and didn't have the room that we reserved through Expedia. We initially booked and paid for a 2 queen bed room and instead was given a 1 bed with a sofa sleeper. Anyone who has slept on a hotel sofa sleeper knows exactly what I'm going to write next. My 18y/o son powered through it but had back pain the entire stay. To further add to our dissatisfaction, the toilet was clogged on the 1st day. Maybe this was the luck of the draw or just plain unlucky. I will probably reconsider staying here in the future.

We stayed 5 nights will recovering from a hip replacement. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was fresh and varied. Every restaurant imaginable close by. Would definitely return

Our stay was brief but we were treated like royals. The breakfast was amazing with a large selection of food to choose from. We really enjoyed being close to the mall and restaurants. The hotel was conveniently close to I-25 and C-470 for easy access to Denver and Colorado Springs. The staff members were kind and helpful. They were also available 24 hours in case we needed anything. There was also a small store in the lobby for extra food and snacks. We will stay there again soon.

Quiet, clean and pleasant.

During this time I contacted the Hyatt to let them know what was going on and that we would not be getting to the Hyatt until in the late am. I communicated with the Hyatt Hotel as soon as a new these changes were taking place. The Hyatt said I had to go through Expedia to communicate what was going on, which I did right away. I spoke with Expedia about getting a refund for the first night, but that we would be still coming for the rest of the trip, May 29th - June 1st. The Hyatt said we were marked as a no show, even though Expedia had communicated to them about the canceled flight until May 29th. When I called the Hyatt on May 29th when I found out the plane was delayed again and giving the Hyatt an update. They said our whole stay had been canceled, so we did not have a hotel to stay in for the whole trip. Expedia said we still had a room, May 29th - June 1st. We had to stay at my daughters 1 Bedroom Apt, because the Hyatt had given our room away to someone else and did not have any rooms left. I called Expedia again for help. Expedia said the Hyatt gave us a room for the 30th & 31st. We were not told this until May 31st. We had to pay for2 days out of our own pocket. Hyatt charged us for 3 days that we did not stay

This hotel is really nice and in a safe area. Spotlessly clean, spacious room, attentive and friendly staff, close to shopping and restaurants, amazing breakfast with healthy options and sugar free syrup. Be advised that there is a daily fee to park in their lot.

Showed up late at night to be informed that the hotel was overbooked. We booked the double queen room with the pull out sofa for a family of 5. They asked if a king room with 1 pull out sofa couch would suffice. The hotel doesn’t have pull out beds to offer. They waived the parking fee and threw in 2 additional bottles of water for the inconvenience. Would have been nice if the hotel would have reached out prior to our arrival so other arrangements could have been made that would have worked for our family. And not sure how waiving the parking fee & bottled waters did much for service recovery. Just disappointed with the whole situation.

Overall an acceptable stay, but a few areas missed the mark. The breakfast quality was underwhelming, and the small ‘restaurant’ space felt inadequate during busy times. Still, the hotel offered reasonable comfort for the price.

Great location next to the mall with plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. Staff was helpful and rooms and property were very clean. My only negative was the $15 per night for parking. They had abundant spaces and didn't feel they should charge. That being said, I would recommend and stay again.

Staff was efficient & helpful but not overly friendly. Breakfast was justaverage and the breakfast area extremely small for the size of the hotel. They had to use a conference room for the overflow. Rooms were modern with great TV, however the design of shower/toilet space was pathetic. You couldn't full open the door because it was so wide it banged into the shower. That plus the fact you had to stand between toilet and shower if you wanted to close the door. Overall I would rate this hotel average at best.

FIRST FLUSH OF THE TOILET WITH NO SOLID STUFF CREATED A STOPPED UP MESS. CALL TO THE FRONT DESK TO HAVE A MAINTENANCE MAN TO FIX WAS ANSWERED WITH "I CAN BRING YOU A PLUNGER BUT WE HAVE NO MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL ON DUTY" THE PLUNGER ARRIVED AND I CLEARED THE TOILET. ABOUT 10 PM THE FIRE ALARM WENT OFF. A CALL TO THE FRONT DESK WENT UNANSWERED. A FEW MINUTES LATER A CALL INFORMED THAT A SINGLE ROOM HAD CAUSED THE ALARM FOR THE ENTIRE BUILDING.

They have started charging for self parking, which is new and very unusual for a hotel like this that has lots of outside parking in a suburban area. Feels like a deceptive money grab.

Bathroom had a mysterious substance I had to scrub off and the beds were not good. We woke up with crinks in our necks. The AC wouldn’t go below 67degrees. The breakfast was the winner!

My only disappointment was the need to pay to park my car in a parking lot around the hotel. $15 was a lot to add to each nights stay and unless we are paying for someone who patrol the area to ensure the of our car, belongings and persons are safe it is just another way for Hyatt to make $ off their customers

Easy access to food, shopping and transportation.

Yes, the room appearance was very clean. The bathroom has a nice set up to use shampoo, conditioner, body wash witch really like. The bed was comfortable and relaxing. TV was easy to use no complains. The second stay overnight, morning breakfast was excellent on Sunday morning. The swimming pool a little cold. I staid two nights. My first morning breakfast was not great tater tots and the little round canadine bacon and waffles had a weird techier.

The rooms were large, clean and. comfortable. The breakfast was just ok. The location was great as we didn’t have a car in the morning and we could walk to Park Meadows Mall.

Parking is $15 per day, which in this area of town is really ridiculous! I will absolutely not be staying at this hotel again for that reason. Especially when there are literally multiple hotels that are just as nice in the same area that do not have any additional charges!!

The price is nice it’s a comfortable stay. The bar area is usually a happening place. If you stay on the first floor it could get a little loud but it’s not to bad.

This Hyatt was a wonderful experience. Very good property, great location. But by far the best part of the experience was the staff. Very professional, very friendly always greeted us with a smile and rapidly responded to any requests we had. It was a perfect experience. Quite enjoyable.

This Hyatt is well located near a lot of amenities. The breakfast were above average compared to a lot of other hotels, but still not what you would expect at a restaurant. Overall, no complaints and will stay there again.

I had several family members also book here and they enjoyed the stay. Very close to shopping and restaurants… even in walking distance of in and out which was nice. The first day breakfast was not that great which was a Tuesday but when the weekend came about breakfast so so good! I’m not sure if it had to do with their cooks. They have a variety of options like bagels, cereal, oatmeal , and of course your core breakfast items like eggs , bacon, pancakes, tater tots. My mother in law had a not so great experience with a front desk worker late at night as she wanted peace and quiet away from the kids and was asked to leave the area and ask if she was homeless although my mother in laws key card was on the table. Once reported to a manager of some sort he apologize profusely and even gave her a free “Starbucks” coffee. Which we were appreciative of. Other than that great stay!

Room was clean but all drawers were left open and pull out coach didn’t have cushions put back in place. Not sure they were really ready for us to check in even though it was an hour after the check in time.

Our stay at the hotel was great! The only thing that would’ve made it amazing was not having a group of teenagers hogging up the pool and running through the halls at different times of the day. Breakfast was good. Derick made out stay even more pleasant by checking on us at breakfast and in the halls! That man was awesome! Would stay again!!

I’m blown away by the kindness and professionalism by the staff every time we stay here. We travel to Denver often for various reasons and stay here about 90% of the time. Not only is it nicely located by park meadows mall, but it’s easily accessible off of I25. We enjoy our stay every single time!!!

If it’s a downtown or a place where there is lack of parking I get it but in the suburbs where there ir a lot of space I don’t consider they should charge for parking but anyways it was only 15 a day. Great area near the mall and lots of shopping and food. I wasn't happy with the $15 a NIGHT parking fee. I could see $5 a night but $15 was a bit excessive. Also when I booked it didn't inform me of that cost.

Traveled with my husband and kids, it was In A very quiet and safe area and close to a lot of shopping. Room was spacious enough for all of us and clean. Kids enjoyed the pool. The Breakfast spread was very decent for a hotel continental breakfast, one of the best I’ve seen. (Not just your basic beagles and yogurt cups like most.) Will definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.

Usually we like staying here for spring break but weren’t happy with the frequency of cleaning. We stayed three nights but didn’t get cleaning on day two because we slept in and didn’t notify the front desk by noon about getting a cleaning. Even though the housekeeper saw us leave from the room across from us. Had to ask for new towels each night. Will probably look at other properties next year.

This hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and wonderful to our family. She gave us all the information we needed including the whole menu for the breakfast. We are definitely staying here again when we need to stay in Denver. The room was beautiful and roomy for our family. And the breakfast was delicious! There was so much to choose from. My children loved it. The coffee was soooo good! The breakfast staff was also so polite and greeted us in the morning. I give this hotel a 10 out of 10

Improvement suggestions: TV too big that one could run into (hazard), bed/mattress is relatively smaller that didn’t feel like a queen size. Smaller for 2 persons to sleep in comfortably.

No sink in shower...was outside of the room with no light over the sink. Room walls had nothing on them...room echoed, no sense of charm oflr comfy room vibe, stark white and loud...heard everyone and everything.

Nothing like a wiggly seat to make you wide awake in the middle of the night trying to stay on! Thank you for not doing that Hyatt Place! We have already booked another stay and we’ll use this hotel for all of our travels to the front range/Denver area. Love this property and the nice folks who work there. Thank you!

POSITIVES: Staff was courteous. The bed was super comfortable. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good, not great, not all it was hyped up to be, but not bad. It was quiet. NEGATIVES: Charges for parking in an area I don't think is real estate challenged. Lucky I didn't have a car rental. The pool, which I do use for a fitness routine, was of course. . .down. Not a huge lobby for desk work/laptop work. Fitness center was minimally equipped. I will probably return to my previous hotel next time unless I need to be in this specific area.

For some reason one of the elevators wouldn't work limiting the hotel to one single elevator, making it a hassle to get our luggage in and out amongst the crowds. No adequate space for breakfast and the food was flavorless and subpar. I appreciate the gal opening up the meeting room but most of us had already had to eat holding our plates by then. Children had to eat sitting on the floor so they could be near the low coffee table.

The location to shopping and dining was excellent. Room was very large with a sofa, desk, and a kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker and small fridge. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows. You could hear road noise intermittently through the night. The breakfast was excellent with a full spread of scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, granola, bagels, juice, coffee, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. The only negative surprise was you have to pay for parking.

I needed a place last minute when family was in town and this place was perfect! We had a couch to hang out on and visit and a pool for the kiddo. And then free breakfast!

It is not pet-friendly. They charge a $100 fee for a one-night stay. Another 12.00 for parking at the hotel. The hidden costs made this way too expensive for this mediocre quality.

We stayed here for a total of five days and we had housekeeping come in on the fourth day. My husband went looking for garbage bags and fresh towels, and coffee..

The hotel room was clean, large and nice in general. The main reason I did not give it more stars was the lady that was the manager who checked me out charged me $12 a day for parking that I was not aware of. She wouldn’t even discuss it with me and this hidden charge gave me a bad taste in my mouth. Other than that, the location is good and the price was reasonable.

This was a nice hotel! The staff was friendly and everything was clean.

Everything and everyone is always friendly and great. They truly care about your comfort. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The beds are very comfortable. Parking is always available. The area is safe and Chris the night shift front desk staff always checking around inside and out for your safety in the parking lot late at night. Makes me feel more secured. Overall it is a great hotel and I am a very, very picky person with OCD. You won't be disappointed.

The front desk people are always warm and welcoming. They make sure you are comfortable. They show that it is about you and your stay, which is why go on a regular basis. This was one of the best hotel stays my family has ever had! Price was affordable. Staff was TREMENDOUS!! All the spaces of the hotel were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had everything you needed. We didn't expect any housekeeping as it indicated light housekeeping on day 3 and we were only staying 3 nights, but we got back on night 2 to a pristine room!!! We will stay here anytime we are visiting the area!

I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast; it offered a nice variety of fresh options to start the day. Overall, my stay at this hotel was very good. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Hyatt Place Denver South/Park Meadows to anyone visiting the area!

We were greeted warmly by Monica at the front desk who was super helpful and informative! The rooms were clean and well stocked with what we needed. The pool was great for the kids. The breakfast was perfect! Location was perfect too!

I don’t understand why I had to pay for parking when I’m staying at the hotel. It’s not like I parked there and left on vacation. Most of the “hot” breakfast was cold and I got there 2 minutes after the breakfast bar opened. Everything else was fine except for those two things.

Everything was great; except parking is $12 per day and there are no laundry facilities in the hotel.

Bed was just OK, sheets were stiff and uncomfortable, though. Bathroom door wouldn't lock (mechanism broken). Insulation isn't awful or great, but we definitely woke up at 5- something in the morning to the people getting ready upstairs. Breakfast was actually disgusting and not kept up with. You could go down hungry and leave without an appetite. The only edible thing, really, was a bagel or some cereal. Better than nothing, but I've never stayed somewhere with a spread so cheap or repulsive. Parking is expensive - and to be fair, I didn't see that it was additional when we booked, or I wouldn't have. I've never stayed at a 3 star hotel ANYWHERE with a large parking lot that charged - especially as much - for parking your vehicle overnight. Like I said, the staff was friendly and I don't have anything bad to say about them, and I appreciate that checkout is defaulted a bit later than most, but this area is full of hotels (many I've stayed in personally) and any one of the others, in my experience, is a better choice. We definitely won't be back.

The shower was not clean, the beds needed to be replaced they were so uncomfortable, I could hear everything happening in the room next to me even though they weren’t being really loud. You have to pay for parking and when I booked the hotel they had not started charging for parking yet, and the pool was so cold.

The hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast options were great. The room was a nice size!

The service was not great, there was hardly anyone at the front desk if you needed to speak with someone. They told us we can check in early and then get there and they have an issue with us checking in. They also make you pay for parking when you’re already paying quite a bit for a room. It should be included in the room. Are you supposed to walk there?

Hotel room was clean and very spacious for a family of four. Glad this room has a mini-refrigerator and microwave. Convenient to local eateries and shopping. Breakfast was varied with a lot of options and plentiful. Will be staying at this hotel again the next time we visit the Denver area.

The rooms are large and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The walls were a little thin, I could hear voices from the room next to me. The parking was tight due to some construction. The staff is what won me over.

This is our go to place to stay when visiting Denver. A little disapppinted that we now have to pay for parking and half the parking lot was closed down during our visit. Staff are awesome. The room was clean but had a cigarette smell to it when we first walked in.

Quiet and clean hotel, and room. My two dings against it are the showers, at least on the 6th floor, are short. Someone over 6' has to squat down to rinse his hair. The other is the beds absorb heat and/or air circulation is lousy. Both nights tossed and turned throughout and kept turning the temp down to get a cooling boost.

Nice quiet and clean hotel. The staff was lovely and told you all you needed to know about your stay.

The room was clean. The bathroom was super small. You couldn’t open the door fully. When you open the door it would only partially open up against the shower doors. So you had to wedge yourself between the shower doors and the toilet to open and close the door. The mattress at one time was a pillow top. But was flat. The staff were super friendly and check in was great. But they charge you $12 a day for parking.

Breakfast was alright they had a variety of foods but 2 out 4 things I put on my plate were not good at all even my husband didn’t eat them.

This property was very clean and comfortable large rooms.the only complaints I have are the shower and toilets were in the smallest bathroom possible.you couldn’t even get to the shower or toilet without some difficulty. The other was our room was outside the elevator which dinged 24/7. The breakfast and coffee were really fresh and good selection. I will definitely stay here again.

The room was nice with plenty of storage. The complaints would be first the bathroom set up. It was almost impossible to get out of the shower with the door open and I am a women of 140 lbs. The air conditioner was very loud which was annoying.

I recently visited the Denver area to shop at Park Meadows Mall. This hotel is about 3 minutes away. It was quiet, the bed was comfy, the breakfast had many choices, the staff was very friendly, and it was close to many restaurants. There is even a bar in the evenings! I'd definitely stay here again.

Only thing was is that the rooms AC couldn't get it to cool down past 73 during the day and early evening.

Very clean room. There is NO reasonable justification for a $12 outside parking fee-total rip. They put us next to the elevator and we should have asked for a change.

Our room was clean however the vanity was non existent. When we used the sink at the vanity there was a pungent sulfur smell each and every time. We did let the front desk know but it wasn’t address during our stay. No channel guide on tv, front desk gave us a laminated guide after we asked. Didn’t meet expectations of a Hyatt property.

Hotel good quality , very clean, polite I thought great area. The bathroom has the worst design is seen. Like Everytime someone went in their you had to explain how to close the door. I also sometimes use a cane or other mobility aid I didn't need one this trip but if I needed a cane or anything this would have been totally a no the door almost hits the toilet. The area was great food, the mall, shops and good a price.

Staff and accommodations were excellent, the a/c didnt seem to be working properly in our hotel room but they offered a different room. Only complaint the lines in the parking lot were very narrow, not giving much space at all.

I thought there was suppose to be food available for dinner and when I got there, there was only 1 person checking in and no one to offer food. Not what I expected. Also, road construction going on outside and so I did not sleep very well because it was loud outside my room.

We always stay in a different hotel. Because of full occupancy, we booked a last-minute Hyatt. Glad we did. We like the swimming pool, the room, and the lobby with a quick bite. You can also walk to Park Meadows Mall for shopping and dining. Costco and Barnes & Noble bookstores are close by. Thank you to the hotel staff for their wonderful service.

I love staying here every time I’m in Denver.

Convenient location to the highway. Two queen plus sofa bed rooms were large and spacious with fridge and microwave with kitchen sink area. Hotel cleanliness was lacking with sticky elevator floors, residual food on floor in the common area, and one of the rooms had a washcloth left in the bathtub.
