Reviews
The hotel reviews are mixed, with guests praising the friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and good breakfast. However, there are also complaints about dirty rooms, old and worn facilities, and poor maintenance. Some guests have had issues with the elevators not working and slow or no response from housekeeping.

Old building. Pictures made it look better than it is. Walked in to check in and the gentleman at the front desk was berating someone on the phone. The lady that came up to assist me showed no interest in being there.

The hallway carpets were dirty and some areas were bleached. The elevator walls were scratched up and smudged and the carpet had white powder all over it (similar to drywall dust). The room and bathroom were generally unclean. The bathtub had purple stains on it that appeared to be from the last occupant. The updates at the property consist of paint over paint. Would not recommend.

The pool is their hidden gem. So the weather is great the property is great! It’s conveniently located to great good and bars with slots lol and its breakfast is a $20 breakfast so for the price of the stay the property is top tier. The staff was very responsive to the issues I did come across which were minor

Our room had no fridge. We had to ask front desk. Did not get it until the next day afternoon around 4.

Outdated place. Ok for one night stay. Could have maintained the overall property well and also the carpets were extremely dirty. Bathtubs were clogged and the water power is very low.

Yes, unfortunately. The receptionist on evening shift, spoke to me in raised voice and used rude language. His poor choice to respond to my polite request to get hit water for my tea stood out in a mist negative way.
- 1/5
There was bugs all over my room. I went to talk to the front staff and was just told to call back the next day to see what we can do about the issue. I left they didn’t offer another room or a refund. I called back and spoke with the GA and she said she would call me back to let me know what we can do about the issue. never heard anything back.

I reached late (12:30 A.M.) due to a snowstorm and a late flight. In my hurry, I could not call them. When I reached, the experience I had with the two worst front desk people (Md. Azharuddin and Nishant) shocked me. When I reached, the first thing they told me was that I was late and they couldn't help. The audit is closed. I should just leave and go and figure it out myself. On being told it was a snowstorm outside and that I flew in from out of state, they simply shrugged and said, "It's my fault." I asked them to call the manager, but they said he is sleeping and would fire them if they called. I also offered to pay in case they give me a new room as an early check-in or a new reservation. They seem to be in a hurry to sleep. I had to run around in that cold to find a solution. Thankfully, the well-known brand hotel next door was fantastic, with an amazing front desk staff member. He gave me a room, charged me for early check-in, and helped. Now, that's what I call excellent customer service. To anyone reading this, AVOID this hotel. Those two people are a disgrace to the hospitality industry. I hope Radisson Execs are reading this and take steps to ensure customers come first, even if they are at fault.

The staff was pleasant BUT. The lock didn’t work on the first room so they gave us another room. Then we walked into the new room to a very unpleasant smell. The toliet was disgustingly dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. We were given yet another room which was ok but we left after one night!
- 5/5
Room was very nice. Loved the outlets in headboard. And full length mirror in room. Shower head was amazing! Extra very nice towels. Excellent hotel I will try again!!
- 4/5
Everything was wonderful. Only thing was the room did have a weird smell.. i think it was the air condition they had wasnt working well... but otherwise really great service well equipped. I was happy
- 4/5
Room was great, breakfast was very good, Patrick at the front desk was very knowledgeable and treated the guest like family.
- 2/5
The secondary lock on the door was missing. I made the front desk aware and she seemed unconcerned. The mini fridge didn't work either. The girl at the front desk seemed confused by everything I told her

Sausage patties were pretty gross. Eggs were very good. Would have been nice to have had a choice on meat or a different meat each day.
- 3/5
The place is decent. Front desk was nice but doesn’t match the room for the price
- 1/5
The hotel and my room were filthy. I would have cancelled but my room was non- refundable with hotels.com. I have never paid so much money to stay in such a dirty hotel. I am greatly disappointed in my visit. The person at the front desk did offer me a different room which was the least dirty of the three I saw. The bathroom had mold, the carpet was stained in many places, the room didn't look like it had been vacuumed properly, the furniture was so dirty I refused to sit in the chair in the room. The bathroom tile and floor never looked like it was ever cleaned. I literally checked the bed for bed bugs before I went to sleep.
- 3/5
The room smelled everyday day very musky. The toilet was so close to the ground it was really hard to get up alot
- 2/5
The side doors to the building are broken and smelled like cigarettes. The TV didn't work, the curtains were broken and see to be replaced, shower curtain ripped... The windows and AC/heating unit was filthy. I wouldn't stay here again.
- 5/5
Yhe accommodations were adequate.
- 1/5
This place is dingy! There's one elevator that takes forever to get from the first floor to the third. The room is small, the lights are bright neon as if you are in a hospital, the TV is small, the bathroom is small, the toilet leaks, the air conditioner makes a loud noise if turned on, the heat coils give off a burnt smell when the air conditioner is turned to a temperature higher than 75 degrees. The staff was friendly until I told them we would be checking out early to move into a better place; after that, it was pure hostility -- the manager tried to make me change my room key to one instead of three, as if I would forget to check out and want to stay there longer. The fitness room is so small that more than 2 people working out together would feel uncomfortable, and there's no such thing as housekeeping for extra blankets, etc.
- 3/5
Elevators were out of order for part of the stay.
- 1/5
Not well hygienic otel.
- 5/5
Will definitely be going back.
- 2/5
Chair in wrong spot to watch TV. Toilet seat very loose. Nothing in tub/shower to help you from slipping. No hooks to hang anything on except 1 towel. Light switch at door did not turn on or off ay lights.

The man at the front desk yelled at me and harassed me, among other guests. I need to report this, and would appreciate a refund on charges he put on my card that was on file.

Our family's two-day retreat at this hotel was primarily regrettable. The offensive odor emanating in the elevator, coupled with visibly soiled carpeting. The following morning, our room revealed an unwelcome amount of small ants. The need for carpet cleaning were apparent. While the bathroom sink boasted a contemporary design the slow drain was pretty aggravating. The bathtub, however, bore a significant chip with unsightly black residue all over. The hotel's pool served as its crowning glory, and the breakfast offering was passable. The sausage links were disappointing, though the subsequent day's sausage patties redeemed the morning meal. Consistently watery eggs, but the self-serve waffle station was a delightful feature. The coffee was robust, and the communal seating area was pleasant, although we had to tidy our table after previous patrons. The bins were overflowing, attended by a lone employee who may also have been the cook. A request for additional blankets and pillows at the front desk was met with an unhelpful employee. This inability to accommodate us was deeply frustrating. The staff member in question could certainly benefit from customer service training. When inquiring about a late checkout, we were curtly informed it was not permitted, and furthermore, that we would be denied access to the pool and would have to leave the premisses immediately. I have never experienced this type of service from a radisson hotel.

Wen I checked in the room is a non smoking like what I always do get we hate the smell of smoke and it smelled horrible like smoke , humidity rusty im sorry I never write reviews but it was not worth the money as I got to the bed there was some small stain my son refused to stay there we are there to shower and sleep to get going as my son had a tournament that weekend shower took for ever for the hot water and tub looked dirty I did take some pictures just in case didn’t bother the reception but will I stay another night no sorry p.s elevator needs to get looked soon it sounds and does some notice like is about to break and smell of the weed just saying . Sorry for this review

Not a clean facility. Elevators are filthy are not cleaned. Noisy rooms.can hear road traffic. Hot water in month of August took about 2 minutes. Hallway carpets are bad. Break fast complimentary is bad. Paid 150$ /night for this crap.
- 1/5
When I first got there, the front desk guy told me that the person on shift before him had already booked my room. I was really confused as I had just arrived. To make it worse he was asking me if I’m sure nobody else had checked in on my behalf which is very creepy and scary. I said no I’m here on my own and am just getting here. Then I had to wait until he could get ahold of someone else since he
- 3/5
The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little dated and could use some repairs. The elevator shakes and rattles when in use. Overall it was not the best but it was located by restaurants, gas stations etc.
- 4/5
Not sure what the 1 star reviews are talking about. The hotel wasn't sexy and it was showing some age but the stay was perfectly fine for us. The room was solid and the breakfast was decent. Hot options plus no sugar Greek yogurt which is more then we get elsewhere. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
- 3/5
Seemed to lack overall cleanliness.
- 2/5
Very tired interior. Elevator smelled.
- 5/5
Quiet
- 3/5
Not the cleanest hotel we have stayed in. Upon check in, the entire lobby smelled like smoke from the manager smoking right outside the door. Breakfast was advertised until 9:30 but the sign was crossed out and updated to 9. Needless to say, I did not get breakfast. The trash cans outside the room was overflowing and one had a possum in it. You pay what you get for I guess. The pictures were just deceiving for how nice the hotel is.
- 4/5

- 1/5
Rude managers and staff members. Dirty bedding dirty floors and bathroom. My shower was clogged. Breakfast is nothing but generic orange juice and cereal. Not worth the money. Do not recommend
- 3/5
The guest room had no central light fixture, so no entry switch to turn on a light
- 3/5
The hotel served its purpose of having a place to sleep. The room air conditioning didn’t get very cold and smelled musty. The ice machines in the building wasn’t working, which wasn’t a big deal but we had to go buy some ice. The bathroom….. the tub and toilet were in one room. You couldn’t get in there if someone was on the toilet (I know not a big deal for most but when you’ve got kids who are still young and need help in the potty area if they happen to shut the door then they had to get up so I could get in) the finish on the bathtub was coming off and the grout was molded. It was a quiet hotel, the pool was nice, staff was friendly but not overly. I tried joking with them and one acted like I was bothering them by extending my stay at the desk vs just going to my room. Overall if you’re looking for a place to put your head and leave this is it. If you’re looking for more I’d look elsewhere.
- 1/5
Returned to the hotel at night and there were no parking spaces left. Went in to ask Patrick where to park. He was extremely rude and condescending. Told me there were parking spots (there weren’t) came out from behind the desk and followed me to the elevator, while yelling at me. I did not feel safe
- 1/5
Rooms need a serious upgrade. Paint peeling, carpet dirty, separate shower toilet and sink. No hooks for towel by shower. Also had and ant problem. Hallway smelled like puke and elevator is scary! It says it has last been inspected in June 2023. Felt like it was going to break down. Told the front desk and was informed people have got stuck before and multiple people have complained about it. We ended up, after the 2nd time in it, just taking the stairs to 3rd floor. It smelled like someone peed in it. It is a huge hotel. It is too bad the rooms and hallways were so run down.
- 3/5
The perimeter was dirty and unkept. The carpet was very dirty in the halls. Floors were visibly dirty. Out tub was peeling very bad, we could not give my grandbaby a bath. Hotel needs improvement.

Patrick (front desk) we appreciate the concession you gave us. If it wasn't for that, I would have turned right around and walked out. It was a blessing in disguise that we had to cut our trip short and check out earlier than planned. Never again will I choose this brand of hotels!
- 1/5
We did not have a great experience at all. Our first night we noticed that the toilets did not fully flush. We requested a plunger through room service and was told none existed in the hotel and someone would be at our room shortly to help. No one came that night so we inquired again in the morning. They were able to fix the issue but then it happened again. We ended up using the restroom in the hallway of the hotel. The next morning between 7 and 9 PM we requested room service twice. We came back to the hotel a little before 7 PM and noticed that our rooms had yet to be serviced. I inquired with who I was told was the manager Patrick that they’re always really busy and someone didn’t get around to it yet. He and the gentleman that briefly fixed our toilet went over their notes and seen that we in fact did request room service. I asked Patrick more about the toilet situation and he had an extremely rude attitude saying he has no idea what I’m talking about what toilet situation? I tried to explain while commenting on his customer service and was short and said he would switch rooms with us if that would make us feel better. The other guest in my room inquired about the restroom in the hallway and he immediately shut her down very rudely and said he doesn’t want to talk about a public restroom. I will post our full review as I cannot go over 1500 characters. Do not recommend this hotel whatsoever.
- 2/5
It stated that it was recently renovated which was a lie.Patrick manger had horrible customer service. The refrigerator from the room wasn't working neither the AC to the building, trash all over the stairs also outside the building. our kept needing to be reinstated to work for some of the doors that worked to get in building. The cleaning service would throw all the pillows/ sheets on the dirty carpet then put them on the beds, no clean karts . The towels/ shower curtain were clean white..some of the sheets were spotless white others had stains/ cigarette burns
- 3/5
We stayed at 3 Country Inn and Suites properties in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Illinois on this summer road trip, and this was our least liked. Location is convenient to highway, but front desk service was indifferent (compared to the typically warm and friendly welcome and assistance at other properties). Breakfast was limited and sausage and egg options appeared to have been reheated from a previous day. Overall, I did not feel this property was up to the brand’s standards.
- 3/5
Sink clogged, cigarette butts, smoking near fence by pool, uncomfortable pillows, hot water at breakfast tasted like coffee, pool towels small & like sand paper. and no cookies.

However most of the building was in need of a good cleaning and renovation. The pool was very nice and clean. Breakfast was good.
- 1/5
For the one night i stayed, we got stuck inside the elevator, the hallways where hot and it smelled like Marijuana, our towels where dirty, it looked like blood. Not happy with my stay.
- 5/5
Very nice property. The bathroom was a little dated, but clean. Lobby, breakfast, pool - all great!
- 5/5
Everything was amazing! The receptionist was a bit passive aggressive when i failed to hear him about initials on the form but i only had to deal with him once!
- 3/5
It’s old… the pictures show it nice and new and painted nice and clean. It is not. It’s older and when it’s older it doesn’t always feel clean. Like spots on the carpet and the elevator was so loud and clunky it was uncomfortable. There were stains on one of the comforters. It also says you have a microwave and fridge in every room. Ours did not, we had to call to get one brought to our room. That’s odd to me. And they only have cable, so we couldn’t watch anything online. The one night we were there it was storming and the cable was off and on for hours. And mind you, the tv was 36” maybe a 42”. I’m sorry but if I am paying that much I would prefer something a little nicer.
- 3/5
Food from a prior visitor still rotting in the refrigerator when I checked in!

- 1/5
Staff was rude and short. I asked one question on the breakfast time and they snapped on me. Never staying again. Expedia website also sucked. Terrible.
- 5/5
This hotel was in the perfect location for a race I was doing. The room was great, bed was very comfortable, bathroom clean and plenty of towels etc. I would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Nice and Friendly Hotel Staff. Quiet place.
- 3/5
The hallway floors could have been cleaner. We informed the front desk of pretzels scattered on the floor of the hall and they didn't quite get cleaned up. We requested fresh towels and trash removal. We got clean towels, but the used ones weren't picked up and they didn't take the trash. There weren't always pool towels available. The outside needs attention - overgrown shrubs and bushes and lots of weeds. Also, we got stuck in the elevator for about 10 minutes.
- 3/5
Cleaning rooms once every 3 days saves money but it’s not a good idea. Would be good to leave a bottle of water in the provided refrigerator. Don’t want to find coffee maker in the morning without water!
- 1/5
They gave us the worst room. The air conditioner didn’t work along with the refrigerator. The ice maker didn’t work.
- 2/5
Pros: the outdoor pool was nice and the breakfast was fine. Hot water and coffee available 24/7 in the front was great. Cons: our room smelled really bad of mold. We should have moved rooms it was so bad. The front desk clerk at night was really rude especially to the people on the phone that overheard while checking in (that’s why we didn’t try to move rooms because we didn’t want to deal with this person). People were constantly smoking near the pool which was really gross and ruined our enjoyment of the pool. The grounds were not well taken care of. The room as a whole felt dingy and unclean and tiny- the bathroom is so small I could barely get in and constantly bumped the wall to use the toilet. The automatic motion sensor light in the bathroom was incredibly stupid. We were blinded during the middle of the night using the toliet. Even if you turn it off the second you move it turns on and blinds you again.
- 5/5
Our check in was quick, easy, & pleasant. By no means a luxury hotel but for the area & certainly the price it's a 10/10. Would definitely stay there again when in the area. The sheets & towels had a hint of bleach to them which in my opinion is a wonderful smell when frequenting hotels! Again 10/10 across the board.
- 4/5
Visited for the outdoor pool only as not many have them, most are indoor. The TV didnt work otherwise I would give it a 5 star
- 5/5
Comfortable and quiet. Very clean. Perfect for our weekend trip!

The staff was so polite and friendly
- 3/5
Tv didn’t work and towels need to be replaced.
- 5/5
My family enjoyed the swimming pool very much
- 2/5
Property was very clean. Instead, issues were associated with management and maintenance of the facility. Air conditioner sounded like bearings were failing during each startup and cycling. The elevator closest to rear parking lot did not illuminate the call button when pressed, so it was not clear whether or not the elevator had actually been activated. Hair dryer was in pieces and was missing the power switch button. My wife had to re-assemble it in order to use it. This hotel was well below our experience at other previous Country Inn & Suites. We were surprised by the relatively high Expedia rating for this location.
- 2/5
This property felt safe & secure. Parking was free & easy. The outside & patio was unkept, full of weeds & garbage. The carpet was dirty. My room had an unpleasant odor. The bathroom was clean but had lots of patched wall areas & dirt in the corners. Good location, bed was great, free coffee & very quite!
- 3/5
Property needs to be updated
- 5/5
Front desk very friendly and welcoming. Good breakfast.
- 3/5
Good not great.
- 5/5
After having a terrible experience at an unrelated hotel the night before, we were warmly welcomed by Patrick upon arrival. He was pleasant and quickly got us checked in and directed us to our room. The room was very clean, smelled fresh and was very quiet. We slept well in the comfortable bed. Breakfast was hot with a selection of waffles, eggs, sausage and potatoes. There was also a cold selection. The only minor negative about our stay was the low water pressure in the shower, however, this would not deter us from staying here in the future. Overall, our stay was great!
- 5/5
Great experience
- 1/5
Super dirty. The paint in the bathtub was completely chipped (like huge spots). The front desk man was super disrespectful upon arrival because he was stressed. Unfortunately, that is not the guests issue. The grout in the room was clearly never cleaned (EVER)- I would not walk around without shoes. Crumbs all over the floor. Horrible experience- I will never go back.
- 4/5
Good job
- 3/5
My only dissatisfaction was the actual mattress and pillows extremely hard and uncomfortable and it was a king suite.

Very nice staff and clean. Only recommendation would be to clean up the grounds outside.
- 1/5
The hotel was older, floors were very un-even with lots dips that can trip up and carpet was old. Low pressure with shower and slow toilet. The bathtub was attempted to be renew with paint which was peeling off. Definitely not worth paying for the night. The window thin, all highway noise was clearly audible.
- 2/5
Keys didn’t work, sheets dirty, air conditioning rattled when on,toilet unbearably small. Will not stay again. If you’re going to renovate do it right.

It was just okay. Bed was pretty stiff. The tv was old and a few channels don’t work. The breakfast in the morning wasn’t tasteful.
