Great stay!

The front desk staff were attentive and friendly, despite some sort of disruption occurring just as I checked in. The room was spacious, immaculate, and quiet - everything I look for in a hotel. The affordable rate was the clincher. I highly recommend Hilton Garden Inns (I previously stayed at one in lower Manhattan), and I recommend this property in particular; excellent value exceeding expectations

Staff is always great. It’s right outside the city so it’s less noise and safe for kids. We traveled from out of state, bad weather hit our state and we had to extend our trip. They were super accommodating in making things work! I always choose this location when traveling to Chicago. They’re the best.

Rob the manager was great. 2 family reunions were there. Our bedding was a bit itchy. Room was very clean and comfortable. There was something red spilled on the carpet prior to is checking in.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and hospitable with willingness to go above and beyond the norm to make guests feel welcomed. They accommodated our room needs as we were traveling with an elderly woman that required a little extra attention. We had breakfast in the café at the hotel and our server Lynn was fantastic with serving us and meeting the extra needs of our table. The food was plentiful and delightful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Very noisy on Friday night because of its proximity to I90. Racing motorcycles heard most of the night. Pool was small, no hot tub.

Carpets were dirty in room, elevator and going lobby area. Trash was overflowing in front of hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Please don’t stay here, front desk staff were never around and if they were excluding one lady they were rude and our room was barely cleaned when we arrived, no restock of any supplies and there was pubic hair in the shower. The elevators were old and I felt like I was staying in a seedy motel not a Hilton. What a joke.

Speaking of the staff, Alyssa was OUTSTANDING and made our stay an incredible one. She was amazing, friendly and very helpful. She even helped us get access to a steamer. Thanks Alyssa for going above and beyond making our stay terrific.

Stayed here for my birthday. Room was nice, staff was friendly, property was clean. I liked being able to unlock and lock my door from my phone! I have never seen something like that at a hotel.

Clean but only one elevator was available and was taking long time for the elevator to up and down despite they only have I think 6 floors in the facility

The elevator broke down, which was horrible for my family. We were on the seventh floor. My husband is on oxygen and I have a daughter five months pregnant with twins. Also, she has two toddlers. They all had to walk down seven flights of stairs as we were on the seventh floor, like I said. The elevator was not fixed by the time we left our stay. horrible, just horrible.

We did not get the king bed we reserved and paid for so we had to sleep separately & there was no hot water to shower in the morning despite letting the shower run for 15 minutes. Very disappointing consider it was $150 for 1 night.

Comfortable bed and large full size pillows. When traveling this is my most important feature. Nothing worse than a bad nights sleep. This was not a concern during this stay.

I actually was surprised at the high marks this hotel received. It’s an older hotel that looks like the lobby has been redone because that looks very nice, but the rooms all need remodeling. There were chips in the furniture, creeking old bed, paint chip in the bathroom door, old carpet, etc.

Booked a room that was "accessible". Did not know wording for handicap was changed. Dog barking in next room. Breakfast was soso. Did not have decaf coffee available.

1) The bathroom sink drains so slowly one had to stop running water every few minutes before proceeding to run more; 2). The room had 3 Kleenex tissues in the bathroom and then ran out. We had to go down to Registration desk to get more; 3). The location of the toilet tissue holder was so far away, it was almost impossible to access while using the toilet.

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely polite and professional. Our first room had not been cleaned and he quickly moved us to another room and was very apologetic about the situation. We have stayed at this hotel many times and have never had a poor experience. The hotel was full of families in town for sports so it was very busy and loud. The front desk remained calm and pleasant.

Politeness of the staff is the top choice of any hotel accommodation. This hotel has great training for keeping the standard. I want to say the room is clean but the area from the minifridge has some odor. Checked in pretty late so didn’t bother to follow thru. The openness of the surrounding making the place pretty not creepy at all. It’s a pretty nice area and neighborhood to stay in.

Very nice clean property for folks with dogs, lots of well lit walking spaces for pottying. Well maintained building and rooms, room temps adjusted very quickly to settings. Highly recommend!

Clean but there was no hot water in our bathroom sink. Had to call mantainance but those things should be checked by staff prior to check in

I definitely won't be back.For starters, my toilet was filthy. It had a long straight light brown hair and brown pee splatters on it.My sister, who was in a different room also had a pee splattered toilet. The phone was clear across the room instead of beside the bed. We attempted to call for about 30 minutes to allert the front desk and no one answered. At one point ut must have been taken off the hook because it was busy. My sister ended up walking downstairs because she was in less pain than I. There was no one at the desk and she had to search for a person. We were move to a different room that was smaller than what I paid for and did not have the roll in shower I also booked with my reservation. Only 1 key woked and they did not switch the room number in the system for the wifi. We were given vouchers for free breakfast which were supposed to have been free anyway. The $15.95 breakfast was mediocre at best. It was labeled as a buffet but it consists of pork sausage as the only meat,extremely watery oatmeal,breads, cereal and eggs. The coffee had to be brought out by an attendant cup by cup and she was the only server. Not that they asked how our stay was at checkout, but it wasn't the best.
