    We had blood on our sheets and mud on the bed. None rooms were being maintained over the weekend. Also, we had no way to get towels. I mean the upgraded room had a second sink, so cool I guess. The phones don't work appetently either. In all fairness, the loby was closed, but like... Fr.

    It’s a red roof and I like staying at them and watch my vehicle as I carry a lot of tools. There are too many things to list about this location. First of all, you have to check in using a kiosk. There’s absolutely no personal service. This is definitely a Habib Hilton. They have Roku TVs in their hotel we’re the only channels you get are pretty much garbage that nobody watches because it’s free. They can’t even spring for basic cable. It’s ridiculous. If you try to get a hold of them by phone, whether it’s your own personal phone or the hotel room phone the front desk attendant does not answer. They keep hanging up on you. I left a pretty scathing review on Google and the manager responded with the same typical response that we try to do better. This place is a shit hole go across the street to the Comfort Inn and spend the extra five dollars

    Northing about this hotel is good, I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. Nobody was helpful and the staff was rude. not much else to say about it. When going to check in there were 3 staff members in the lobby, but instead of them helping me it was a women on a kiosk trying to check me in, none of them spoke great English, so I couldn't understand them. When I booked my room it said they were dog friendly, I was traveling with 2 pets and a service dog. They said they could only allow 2 dogs in the room and denied my service dog. The man at the front desk was rude and said he didn't care that it was a service dog they only allow 2 pets in the room total.

    Clean property had lots of food places around. Sadly the AC unit had issues and was very difficult to sleep. . Management knew apologized and tried to rectify the problem sadly it continued and no solution. If AC was working as intended would have given 5 stars. Bang for buck it was okay. Maybe if I go another time my luck might be better.

    The room that we stayed in was very clean and well kept upon entering, the staff was very nice and very helpful too! One down side though was the TV that was in our room, it was stuck in Spanish and we couldn't fine a way to switch it back to English.

    There was absolutely no staff working the front desk. Check-in was via a kiosk computer screen and the person was difficult to understand; however, she was very nice. There were hairs in the shower and NO hot water when showering. The batteries for the tv remote were dead and since there wasn’t anyone working at the front desk, I had to go buy some replacement ones. Also, it was not as quiet as I would have liked it to be. Finally, believe it or not, but the housekeeping personnel the next morning were very friendly.

    The key fob wasn’t working, had to ask them to replace it twice. I asked for the extra blankets as the existing one was smelly, but they said there was no housekeeping to provide it. Finally, the bathroom lock was broken.

    Blood stained sheets not discovered until AFTER sleeping in the bed - was then accused of tampering with the smoke dector - I don't even smoke - blamed for the dirty linens and not given my deposit back. Will never stay with them again. Avoid at all costs this location.

    It’s a $100 deposit! $100 for a hotel or just the hotel is not worth the $100 deposit. Yes I got it back the very next day after checkout. BUT $100!!?? Insane!! It’s not worth it. I only needed a room to sleep as i was only in town for my mother surgery. There is no amenities what’s so ever! No mini fridge no microwave in any room! Need a microwave you would have to leave your room with food in hand walk whatever distance from your room to the main office to use there microwave. Only coffee is complementary all day. I get it you pay for what you get but when we walked in the remote to tv did not work asked front desk to assist she called maintenance who pushed a few buttons put control down and said it worked and walked out very quickly. Which I thought was off so I checked the remote to see if it indeed worked and it did not. I left as I had plans with family to attend returned to finally remote working but toilet after I use to not flush correctly then not at all where water would almost overflow. I was over it. I went to sleep and checked out next morning at 6am. This hotel as I seen and heard in the less then 24hr of having the room os for parties or 3rd party truckers. A lot of police monitoring. Honestly huge mistake on my part to be cheap and book this room. I just needed a room with a bed to sleep in for the night.But comfortably and this was not comfortable.The bed made noise every time you sat in it or moved in it.Sound like a sheet of metal rumbling under bed!

    First time i stayed was tolerable and i appreciated the upgrade they have made over the years. My second time however was not. The TV was super old and not the greatest of getting any type of channels. The have new sinks and facets but there isn’t a lot of space to wash your hands without having water splash all over. Supply line's for the sink backwards, hot is cold, cold is hot. No bolts securing the toilet to the floor. Lastly I never once saw anyone real work there. They have a machine and while it really cool, the lack of professionalism and care was missed on my second trip.

    Everything about the inn and staff were exceptional and we plan to use the facility in the future. GREAT JOB RED ROOF IN !!! HOWEVER, the experience of Expedia screwing up the booking was beyond the pale and Expedia's refusal to correct the booking or refund our money was criminal. Expedia does everything in their power to avoid taking responsibility when THEY SCREW UP. i should have never booked through Expedia in the first place. Instead I went direct to the Inn to book the room CORRECTLY, but Expedia refused to refund our money from the booking THEY SCREWED UP. ***DON'T EVER USE EXPEDIA they will never admit (and fix) what they screw up.) I will get money money back from those criminals !!!!!

    I was in room 304 and it was recently remodeled. Very nice improvement. Have stayed here on several occasions as I travel a lot for work and I am always looking for cheap, clean,and safe places to stay. Yes this hotel does have direct entrance from outside instead of being enclosed but it has never been an issue for me. Nice job on the remodeling. Makes the room much brighter and love that you added a kitchen sink in addition to the bathroom sink . Saved a lot on bottled water costs.

    I reserved a room for my brother for two nights, but unfortunately, his experience was far from pleasant. The shower in the room was malfunctioning, and they didn't provide any amenities to make his stay more comfortable. On the second night, he had to check out early because he was feeling suffocated; it was a long night, and my father couldn't sleep at all. The only positive aspect of the stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

    2-We were not given WiFi info(tv and phones had no service. Called and it seemed like it was such a hassle for the man) not told about any of the construction going on and the mess in the parking lot. 3-Someone left the fan on in the room and the floors and bedding felt wet! All the floors, fridge, sides of fridge were all wet. 4-HUGE chunk of ice in the freezer, alarm clock/radio didn’t work and the room smelled like weed & some chemical.

    We are handicapped (I had a stroke and my mom is 91) and we requested 2 rooms on the first floor. They took our money and put us on the second floor. Their beds are on platforms approx. 3ft high, too high to get into. Some of the outlets didn't work. They are in the process of remodeling and have old sinks, cabinets, etc., just laying around scattered all over the halls and parking area.

    I had a very pleasant experience at Red Roof Inn PLUS+. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable—definitely a step up from standard budget hotels.     I was rather disappointed in the condition of the room. Baseboards were pulling away from the walls and the bathtub looked as though white paint was carelessly slapped on it. The wide plank floors were buckled from previous water damage. I would not recommend it to anyone.

    Overall time consuming check in. Bed ok room dirty floor crumbs everywhere bed sliding as trying to get in. Room oder pet's. Dirt shower bathroom smells mildew. Overall stay terrible.

    Rooms are affordable and pet friendly. Could do with more cleanliness of the floor and allow vacuuming as part of house keeping on carpets. Also bed, sheets were not clean on arrival but were easily swapped out.

    Well kept older property. I stayed in a Superior King room and no problem with cleanliness of the facility...and I travel for work so am very picky. Have stayed here a few times now and have no major complaints.

    Good stay. My room smelled a bit with former smoke but that is one thing, everything else was alright. Good service, digital quick service when the from fest wasn’t there. Warm water, coffee available. I felt safe, in the light. Thick walls. I didn’t hear much others. Doors to outside. I like it. Good stay. Recommend! No mold.

    When I came to the room and I noticed the bed sheets are wet. I spoke with the front desk and they didn’t send room service. I had to get new bed sheets from the front desk and carry it back to my room.

    Check- in was smooth, the room however was very smelly, the table and dresser had dust all over it. Towels were clean but very old, whoever cleaned the room and did the beds, done a very poor job. The security safe box was not working, receptionist was called for a fix, the reply was they can’t help, as none of the safe were working any other room either. Over all I won’t recommend this place l.

    Pros: -Comfortable bed -Property well maintained and clean -Employees polite and professional (when available) -Conveniently located. Cons: -Fees charged not what is advertised on Hotels.com (other reviews verify the same thing). $12+ as opposed to $4+ -internet didn't work for entirety of 4-day stay. Was told it would be fixed...it wasn't. -No luggage carts -Lobby closed for extended periods due to lack of staffing. -Small and cramped rooms -No "do not disturb" signs in room. Afterwards, I had to repeatedly go to front desk because it was removed from front door

    Bath tub was not great at all. It was almost as if it was fresh painted and no one informed anyone. I found this out as I was going to take a shower and when I stepped in, I stuck to the floor and got paint all over me. It took 20 mins to get off and it was very frustrating. Hopefully this gets brought to attention and prevented in the future. Overall, the room was good.

    The staff was very friendly and great. The surrounding area was nice safe n had some things in walking distance like the gas station, IHOP and some shopping. As for that property/facility it was a tad bit poor. The parking lot has some pretty sizable pot holes. The room I stayed in was also pretty poor. Wasn't too clean with dirty on the bed/blankets, floors and decks. Along with one of the bed sheets having a few blood drop stains on them. The AC worked but not too well. Overall I'll give this location a 5 out of 10 or 2.5 out of 5. Not bad but not also good.

    I made a last second reservation through Hotels.com to be closer to work for an event. When I went to check in, I then realized that I did not have my current ID, only my expired ID. I was refused a room. Now over 2 weeks later and a ton of phone calls, they are refusing to refund me.

    One irritation right up front: There was no microwave or refrigerator in my room. The front desk person told me that they'd be happy to upgrade me to a "better category" of room with microwave and refrigerator, of course for some additional money. I declined - but I pointed out that I had stayed in 30 motels over the last two months, and this Red Roof was the first not to include a microwave and refrigerator. My room was clean and pretty-well maintained (there was a cockeyed light fixture on one wall, and it seems for some reason they painted the bowl of the bathroom sink). All the rooms open to the outside. There was a fair amount of noise from people hanging out on the balconies. There was no included breakfast. Notwithstanding the discussion of room upgrade, the front desk people were friendly and helpful.

    Check in was a breeze.Front desk ,housekeeping, and the virtual assistant in the lobby all were soooo nice and made the stay memorable.My only complaint is the paint in the bathtub was cheap and needed to be redone.I didn’t tell front desk because changing rooms would’ve been too much.I just dealt with it.I couldn’t bathe my toddler due to the paint at the bottom of the tub peeling and irritating her sit down area.I had to shower her instead of a bath.Which was a task .Other than that everything else was perfect.Excellent price , perfect location, and housekeeping was sooooo sweet :-)…Just please fix the paint in the tub y’all..Management if you’re reading this review.Go to the room I was in and take a look at the tub!!To be honest I feel I’m due to some type of compensation for having to deal with that *cough*Just kidding lol…Unless….You guy’s want to ??!Nah just playing :-).Thank you!!!!!!!

    It’s got great dining options, but I was there 4 nights and no one cleaned the room at all. No fresh towels, nothing. There was old blood stains on the pillow case which were gross, and the mattress protector and some sorta yellow staining going on. It’s an ok place to sleep, no microwave, no fridge. Close to lots of restaurants but if you’re not on a super tight budget consider going elsewhere. Tried calling the number to speak to someone and got nowhere.

    Check in was weird, they have a desk but you have to check in virtually at a kiosk.... they dont bring items to your room when requested, there were no little soaps or lotions, and the shampoo and conditioner bottles in the showere were completely empty. The room has a funky smell, almost moist/mold-like. And it hadnt been swept as I can see crumbs under the sink and around the edges of the walls. I guess you get what you pay for is all I can say.

    I think you have to be careful getting to your car. Lots of scary folks smoking pot, drinking beer and cigarette's in the parking lot. Did not feel safe. But it is a red roof inn so I didn’t pay for safety either. So you get what you pay for I guess.
