    It's a pretty clean place to stay but the building itself is in need up some upgrades/maintenance. The rooms are not very sound proof, stains on the carpet in the rooms and the bathtub hot water tap didn't work it would just bring itself to max heat without touching it during use and the pool was seemed really cold.

    Just not what we expected from A LaQuinta hotel pool area stunk of mold room was not as clean as other LaQuintas we have stayed at television remote didn’t work properly and they couldn’t get anyone to come look at it until the next morning after 0800 we were checking out the next morning. Just totally unimpressed with this hotel probably won’t stay at this one again.

    The room was very clean and the hotel was quiet. The breakfast was the worst I have ever seen. There was no fruit at all nor any yogurt. The bagels were stale. The gravy looked like grits(not sure how that even happens). They had an automatic pancake machine but the pancakes were undercooked. They could at least put out some breakfast bars and that would have been better than what they had. The room was fine. Bed was great and room was clean. I would stay here again with the expectation of not eating breakfast.

    The carpet was a bit scary, but the bed was clean. Just bring some extra socks and all is well. We greatly appreciate the price for having a pet. They charge way less than other hotels.

    My stay was under subpar. Room was below standards and needs to be renovated. Staff informed me that, due to the holiday season, housekeeping was off the entire weekend and no clean towels would be provided for guest for two days. In addition, there was no running water for several hours, and the front desk attendant was unable to provide information or a resolution to any of these concerns on site. This was the worst hotel experience I have experienced. There are several higher quality hotels in the surrounding area. If you want a good night's sleep and quality stay, avoid this location.

    I traveled from Arkansas to Florida and back over the course of 5 days. I stayed at 4 La Quinta’s and this one is by far the worst. First, it was the most expensive out of all of them by about $60 per night, and it wasn’t even the nicest. I’m not sure why, the cost doesn’t match the experience. Second, when checking in, the lady at the front was off putting. Not a great attitude, almost like I was causing problems while checking in. When I entered the room, there was a loud noise coming from the refrigerator, it was the condenser failing. The AC did not work, tried everything, eventually I set it to 60 degrees, with the fan on high and just had a slight breeze the whole night. The WiFi didn’t work, I called the front desk and they said “hmm I’ll call the cable guy” and then hung up. It was never resolved. The bathroom had no soap or shampoo. Overall, this was helpful because it made me realize, I’m done with La Quinta and I’ll start staying with Hilton from now on. Thanks!

    This was my first time staying at a LaQuinta and to make a long story short, it’s my last time time. The door to the room was janky, toilet seats look very worn out, paint peeling all over the room, and the mattress was horrible.

    The bathroom was not clean properly; it had pubic hair on the toilet seat and the bedding had long black hair on the comforter. However, the staff Jasmine and Julius were wonderful at accommodating me on my stay at LaQunita. Also, the TV didn't work Jasmine had to replace it with another cable connecting device to see anything and it worked for a while but stop. The stay was not pleasant at all except for the kind staff members who tried to make it as comfortable as possible, therefore I would thank them and say KUDOS

    It need some remodeling. Even the front desk ladies. Don’t be rude for no reason and have a hotel where the room floor is soaking wet from the AC. The bathroom locks automatically. The front door doesn’t lock. Got roaches in picture frames. The hotel is about 85 degrees. Pool is absolutely terrible.

    I was staying at the Laquinta inn for work. The hotel never had enough towels and I had to bathe with a large towel. Every time I had an issue whoever was at the front desk had an attitude. I requested my room be cleaned for 3 days fortunately on the 4 day some one finally came to clean. I would not recommend this hotel, the whole staff needs communication training.

    Trim in the bathroom was being held up by painters tape. Even though we booked a room almost a month in advance, they gave us a disability room, so there was no tub and no lip on the shower, so water got all over the bathroom. There were no bags in any of the trash cans. The room smelled like it hadn't been air-ed out inna decade. Of all the places we stayed on our trip, this was by far the worst.

    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, updated, and had plenty of towels. It smelled fine and bedding was crisp and white. The area was ideal for our son’s ball tournament with several great restaurants and a target nearby. A very safe area. Easy check in and polite staff.

    Front desk clerk was snappy/ irritable, booked for the pool went to go swimming and was told that “they run things differently” so pool was closed early everyone was sent back to their rooms. There was constant running and stomping all night and well past 5:30 in the morning so could not get any rest. Room was missing trash bags, tubs drain stop was broke, appeared to have mold that was painted over.

    The beddings had stains and holes, the ceiling was leaking, the towels looked used with stains on them, they had no blankets on the bed and were not able to provide one due to giving them all out, as I was informed. The phones in the room don’t work. No garbage can in the bathroom. The room was dusty. Hair on the bed sheets. There were like 4 or 5 bed sheets on the beds which were poorly made. Never again did will I stay there and I dont recommend. I was so uncomfortable. Kids running up and down the hallways. After not being able to refund me for the second night, I just left. I could not stay.

    Cons: Room was a little tight on space. Bathroom was even tighter. Chair in the room appeared to have human body fluid on it and needed a deep clean. Furniture in the room looks like it was held over from before reno. Beds were decent. The worst feature was the disappointing breakfast. I'll eat almost anything and had to pass on breakfast the second day other than a biscuit and cereal. For a $150 a night hotel, I expect more. The room size with the breakfast reminded me of when I used to stay in Super 8’s. At $75-80 a night this is a decent value.

    The room was clean and nice. We booked here due to the pool for kids and the Hot tub for us adults. However the pool room was not inviting as it showed to be in the picture. No tables at all, just a few chairs by the wall. Our teen girls said it was cold and did not stay in long at all. The hot tub was covered over with a wooden deck which looked to be pretty permanent. The room was cl3an and beds was soft. Breakfast we ate at 830 was very stale the pastries were hard and dried out. the sausages and eggs were also very dried out .. cereal and oatmeal made from a package was the most edible thing.. unless we hear of changes will not stay again.

    Clean Comfortable stay. The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway. It's very close to shopping and restaurants and 10-15 minute drive to Memphis and most attractions. The staff was friendly and gave good restaurant recommendations! What I didn’t like was the process of getting more clean towels. I had to ask several times and they leave them hanging outside your door. Other than that, everything was fine.

    We checked into our hotel late (about 11:00 pm) our first room was not only very dirty but the smoke detector kept beeping like it had a low battery and it was hanging out of the wall by wires. So I went to the front desk and they changed the room. The second room was extremely hot. We turned on the air conditioner and it was blowing hot air. Went to the front desk again and we were asked to change floors and this time we got 2 double beds and we asked and paid for a king. The next day we left early to go set up for my sister’s anniversary party and when we came back to get dressed the keys did not work and the ladies at the front desk still had the incorrect room information listed for us. Some type of communication should have taken place between the staff. However kudos to the young man that checked us in, he was very nice and helpful. I was just very disappointed with this stay.

    The bathroom has a very very weak spot right in front of the walk in shower and seems as if the floor is giving in, veryweak spot! The Sunday morning check in clerk was very very rude, kept a mean look on her face! She wasn't friendly at all and never spoke to any of the customers what I witnessed and her tone of voice was just ugly! She need to be trained to greet your guests and at least pretend to be friendly. But, the Saturday evening clerk, he was absolutely awesome, everything you would expect in any hotel clerk!

    Booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool. Got there and checked in, was told the pool had been closed until the next day. My 5 year old was not happy, especially after needing to swim out some energy after being in the vehicle so long. In the room was clean, but the air was not working properly it was hot outside and the room would not cool, the window unit air conditioner fan kept kicking on and off. Asked if any other rooms were available and the front staff man said they were completely booked. Tv was not working and no instructions so the man had to come to the room; the hdmi cord to the tv had been unplugged from previous guest attaching gaming system. Also, this hotel only gives three towels and wash rags; a different guest was complaining about how hard it was to get clean towels.

    Terrible! I don't usually write reviews. The front desk refused an early check in. So we waiting 3 hours to check in after driving 7 hours with 2 young children and our dogs. The front desk ran my card and then asked if my dogs were over 50 lbs. I said yes that they were under 65 lbs. They then refused to give me a room. Even though the online policy says dogs under 75lbs are welcome! This hotel does not follow that policy!! Needless to say now we are driving another 7 hours after wasting 3 just to be turned away! Absolutely ridiculous!!

    Was on vacation with my kids, and one unfortunately ended up throwing up on the covers. I went down stairs to ask for extra towels and covers so she could lay down in a clean space free of vomit. I was told they didn’t have anything extra or anything for me to clean the vomit up due to house keeping being gone. No resolution was provided. I was told I needed to wait until 7am the next morning (it was around 5:30pm when this happened) to get my stuff replaced. I was expected to stay with my kids in a room full of vomit. I then called customer service number and they contacted the property directly. Only resolution was an extra cover with no duvet which was not dry all the way. We ended up leaving the next morning. I would not recommend this place if you are traveling with kids and especially if you don’t do well with rude workers

    DO NOT STAY HERE! Booked this for 2 nights for 5 people. When booking it said there was a couch. The plan was for two children to share a bed and a third child on the couch. Checked in, asked about a blanket for the couch to have the clerk tell me, we don't have couches. I say when we booked it, it said a couch, that's why I booked it. Then he changes his mind and said some rooms do have couches but they are big couches and that the hotel is pretty much full. Go check our room out and there's a chair no couch. There are only three towels. We reserved it giving the details it was for 5 people. When we asked for more towels we were told there arent anymore. Then given pool towels which are extremely rough. Tried out the indoor pool it was really really cold. The inside of the bathroom door appeared to have mold on it. Asked for towels again in the morning to be told there aren't any. Then a manager walked in heard part of the conversation, said there are no towels, then went looking and after a long time finally came back with a few extra towels. It was so much trouble just to get a towel for everyone. Would not recommend. Would give zero stars if it was an option.

    The room was horrendous. Bathroom door does not close all the way. Shower pressure was so low that you couldn’t even take a shower. Mind you, this room is at the first floor. Towels were dirty. The refrigerator was so loud, I had to unplug it to get some sleep. We didn’t even bother with breakfast. If the hotel is this bad, we’re pretty sure breakfast will be a disappointment as well. I can’t believe Hotels.com charges over $100 to stay here. Shame on you. Never again will I stay at any La Quinta hotel.

    The pancake machine was an issue for several days. Wasn't a big deal until today. A couple of little girls were waiting patiently for the woman to fix the machine. This went on for over 15 minutes, but yet right at 9 am a man came over and started removing all if the breakfast items. I felt bad for the kids.

    There was an unpleasant smell in the room. There was metal sticking out of the bed and we cut our legs on it. Air conditioning very noisy all night long. The breakfast was terrible, the tables and floor in the dining room were dirty.

    The hotel was clean. However our beds were not comfortable. The beds sweeked and were hard and uncomfortable The TV did not work in the room. I asked the person at the front desk how to turn the TV on however he did not know how to turn it on and we would have to wait in the morning to have the maintenance person to check it. The next morning I asked the person at the front desk about the TV not working and she came up to our room and showed us how to turn the TV on. Overall I would not recommend this hotel.

    Older property needs updating. The beds were good at least. Only 3 washcloths for 5 of us, after asking twice for 2 more. No conditioner available either and the bathroom layout was super small. The chlorine odor from the pool was strong and pervasive.

    Check in went well but everything else was poor quality. Couldn’t get towels (asked three times and just kept giving us hand towels), breakfast was inedible (old, crusty, and not a lot of options), the door to hallway from room had huge gaps, pool was cold and dirty(stuff floating, rusty chairs, etc).

    The hotel is nice but still aged obviously and is worn in many areas from the tile work of the walls to the floors and the elevator and pool. After going swimming in the pool it was easy to tell that there used to be a hot tub but it was covered up a long time ago, rust covered the ceiling as you swim and the pool is not heated. The room we had was comfy and nice but the same principle applied the room was worn everywhere from the furniture to the flooring. The double bed room me and my wife had was good but the restroom was really small and most of the provided items to the room were forgotten and i had to ask the front desk. We had a dog for the stay and the hotel was very friendly about us going up and down with it.

    It was close to several stores and highway. The hotel itself was quiet and calm. However when calling the night before about getting in early due to traveling all night with a child, they said that they were booked but would put in a note that if a room was available we could check in early. We get there and no note was ever placed and the manager was a bit rude. She said come back around 2. We had to go around and find things to pass time half asleep. We come back and manager was stil rather rude and said they dont do early check ins but gave us the keys. Our room had a broken sink, the closet had a miss knob, the door look was broken and halfway out the wall. Pain was pealing and hair was still in the shower. As affordable as this was we wont be staying here again

    My son and I were in town for a concert. We felt safe, which was my main concern. There were lots of stray hairs found in the bathroom, refrigerator, stuck to doors, etc. The shower rod was held in place by cardboard and the indoor pool was freezing. For $100 a night though it was better than I expected.

    The bed was a king size and had 3 small pillows on it. Not to complain too much, but typically you have king size pillows on a king size bed. At breakfast the next morning the entire room was a mess. No one cleaned up after people ate and there were spills all over the place.

    Our shower head was not all the way attached so water would not come out properly and the kids could only use the tub. Broken closet handle. No trash can in bathroom. Breakfast is very limited and not great at all.

    The elevator was out while we was there and our room was on the 3rd floor and I’m parceling disabled. Climbing 3 flights of stairs was a very hard task

    Room was dated and worn. Dresser drawers would not close, had to prop up dresser to keep from walking into drawers. Bathroom had ‘bad’ odor. Wiped down floors- very dirty! Doors, light switches with leftover stains, stuff stuck on etc. open drinks left in fridge. Only stayed one night. Wiped down with Lysol wipes and dealt with it but won’t stay here again.

    Please know that I am rating my stay in my room this review does not reflect the conditions and stay of other customer rooms. The stay was okay. The hotel was very noisy and I could hear snoring through the wall. The bathroom ventilation system is not great. You can see water damage at the lower boards of the walls. Due to the moisture and humidity in the bathroom creepy crawlers tend to make their way to the shower and sinks. The hotel in general has an odor but I’m sure it’s from the humidity throughout the hotel that keeps the odor around. The coffee maker was dirty and the cups had old coffee drippings on them. It was gummy bears stuck to the carpet and beside the beds. I also notice spider webs in the corners of the room. The iron was not usable due to a previous customer burning something on it. The blow dryer did not blow hot air. Overall my stay was okay.

    Poor customer service, limited towels in hotel bathroom, called front desk to ask for towels they stated they were completely out. No trash bags in room trash cans . Elevator was down all weekend. Breakfast horrible, front desk rude. Over charged my debit card.This was not a pleasant stay at all.

    Room is not clean. Had to get wipes and they were dirty after cleaning. Tub has mildew, room smells, overall dirty. You can tell cleanliness is not a priority. No crib available for my child. Had to ask for towels even know they know the amount of guest.

    Rokms are nice but our toilet ran all night long. We also had a room above us where the people were making lots of noise. A call to the desk and I was told he's tell them to be silent. They were about 10 minutes.

    Human hair was every where in the bath room. Pet hair was every where. The room was very dusty. I found a pink pill and a round cotton pad by the chair in the room. I'm sharing these specific details to say, that this room was not cleaned at all. The bathroom floor was dirty and the area by the closet had something sticky smeared on it. Literally it looked like the housekeeping staff just made the beds in the room and didn’t do anything else. I asked for another room but I was told the hotel was sold out. Then she offered to check me out and cancel my reservation but since I booked through a third party, it would be up to 7-10 days before I could get a refund, so i just stayed the one night. I spoke to the general manager, Kristin, at check-out, she said my room rate was already discounted through 3rd party and I explained that the price I paid had nothing to do with the terrible condition of the hotel room. She insisted that my room was already discounted. I spoke with hotels com and the agent said she gave me a 10% discount. The response of the general manager proves that cleanliness and hospitality is not a priority for management.
