I recommend only construction workers to stay here it’s terrible mode in numerous of the rooms we notice in 1 room staff moved us it was in the next room look like termite ate the Funiture this is a TERRIBLE idea of stay we were heading to Jamaica and needed a room close to Memphis airport bc of early flight worst mistake ever

I’ve stayed here multiple times and I’m assuming since my last stay the hotel has been independently acquired. The front desk area had a funky smell. Some of the furniture was broken and worn in my room. The free breakfast was very very minimal. Looked like 7-Eleven breakfast sandwiches. The lady at the front desk didn’t seem too eager to help during her shift. The fitness center was pretty decent. I will not be staying at this property in the future.

I went down for breakfast around 730 and there didn't seem to be anything left but cereal. There were alot of workers that were staying here and I dont know of they cleaned out breakfast or what. Cereal, 1 orange and a yogurt were available.

Absolutely disgusting room and was told they would move me to a different room with a king bed and a pull out couch and the bed in the couch wouldn’t even pull out and the lady staff member couldn’t even open it. Then they refused to give me a refund after I could. It even stay there. The man on staff in the morning was very unprofessional and rude. Would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone!

The font lady stayed on her phone using it on speaker while checking us in. So rude and why in speaker mode? The carpet had previous customer’s lashes and crumbs so no the carpet wasn’t vacuumed. The bathtub had black stains. Just over all gross. We avoid private hotels for this purpose but here we are!

The check-in process was a bit frustrating because I was trying to hear the girl at the desk over the personal call she had on speaker phone and the guy just kept talking even when she told him she had a customer. Besides the fact that the AC didn't cool, the refrigerator didn't work, the sink and shower didn't drain, the tub was dirty, and the room itself was dirty and had trash left on the floor... The room started out with a faint cigar smell. We reported it to the front desk to make sure they knew it was there when we checked in, and not from us smoking and they offered room spray, but we expected it would fade quickly enough so we just sprayed a bit of my husband's cologne to freshen the air. Instead of fading, it changed to cigarette smell and then to the smell of marijuana, and then back to cigarette while becoming increasingly stronger and stronger. By 1 am, my husband was hoarse and my throat was burning. That's when he went on google and found multiple reviews stating that there was a horrible smell in the rooms and they were charged $150-250 for smoking in a room they didn't smoke in. The person working the front desk obviously didn't care and insisted that she just worked there and could nothing about the issues and there were no other rooms available. We travel extensively for business and we rarely leave a bad review, and we have NEVER left in the middle of the night before this.

Stayed four days and housekeeping never came in to clean the room. Went to the front desk to ask for clean towels was told to ask housekeeping when i asked for clean towels was told they could only give us 2 sets but we had 4 people checked in. Bathroom tub was stained room had a order. Will never stay here again

Did not stay checked in and checked out the shower would not turn off more then just a leak. The room smelled moldy, the refrigerator did not work

My stay was good.

The towels were dingy, No closet, beds were a full size not a queen, only one chair, and pool was out of commission. The staff yelled at my elderly mother after we borrowed a chair for her room.

The property is clean but it's dated and needs a lot of freshening up. There is evidence of effort - nice shiny floors and fairly new carpet, but there are marks on the walls and patched areas. The ONE elevator is dark and dingy. The receptionist was nice but I couldn't understand half of what she said. I tried to get on Wi-Fi and wasn't able to connect. We were placed in a room on the interstate highway side and the traffic was noisy. It wasn't horrible but I wouldn't stay here again.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful, I have absolutely no complaints about them. However, the room quality was not ideal. From the chair in the room being very old and having large rips all over it, to the table lamp shade being held up on one side by a random screw. The entire room looked very cobbled together and poorly built/ fixed. The overall stay was nice, including the provided breakfast but you are getting what you pay for in the aspect of a cheap hotel room.

I started staying here a few years ago on my yearly trip and it has deteriorated a bit. No water pressure. Parking sucks. If you come in after 4pm you will park around the back and walk around to the front because they refuse to now use back entrance as an entrance. It smells. Its always loud.

The lobby was clean but the rooms smelled of smoke. They need some upgrades to the rooms and bathroom. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good.

The bathroom was in bad shape. Built-up soap still in the tub, rust and wall damage, looked like someone had spit toothpaste on the faucet that hadn’t been cleaned off. Remote and TV didn’t completely work.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Was not able to get my suit swept , mopped, or vacuumed but it was nice non the less. I will use them again. Fresh clean smell when you walk in. Nice place overall.

Property was well maintained. Unfortunately being next to the interstate we heard traffic all night. So sound proofing the room would have helped. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was the normal free breakfast fare.

This is one nasty hotel! My introduction to the hotel room was seeing The water in the sink was slow to drain, after washing your hands, the particles left from your hand sticks to the bottom and side of the sink due the slow drain, very gross. The bathroom was without a tub just open to the floor to drain. The water pressure was very low, and the bathroom only had one small counter with the sink that doesn’t fit much else. I flipped my bed cover over and the mattress topper was gross yellow with multiple tears, like they keep recycling the same ol mattress topper already ripping with strain. The lady in the front desk told me the yellow gross strains on the mattress topper was due to bleach caused by reusing the topper over and over (go figure). I paid for 3 nights but was on edge the entire time. This hotel is not clean!

Don’t let the lobby for you, it’s an old property. And the room is reflected. The deodorizing spray that greeted us in our bedroom was overwhelming. Made me wonder what was in there before we were!

It was a pleasant stay with the exception of the mildew smell i think it was coming from the Air Conditioner. I was greeted when i arrived and the lady at the desk was vey pleasant, and helpful.

Rooms were nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable.. employees are nice and friendly. Would definitely book again.. hotel is close to a lot of good restaurants and stores.

An employee walk in our room while I was changing. She turned around and ran down the hall. When I asked the front desk why an employee would enter our room, the comment was, “she didn’t know anyone was in there.”

I would not recommend this hotel, our experience was absolutely terrible. We stayed 2 nights. When we arrived at our room we were met with the smell of mildew. The sheets and pillows were all damp and there was mold on the ceiling from the obvious moisture issues. I went to check the bathroom and found hair in the shower floor and the walls, as well as pubic hair, pee and dust all over the base of the toilet. The provided shampoo bottles in the shower had black stuff all over them, resembling body scum from not being cleaned. I wiped it with my finger and it came off so my suspicions were correct. The bathroom sink would not drain. On our second night as we were watching tv a roach called across the wall. People were running up and down the halls at 1 am. We were on the ground level and someone was outside our window smoking and the ac pulled the smoke In our room in the middle of the night. The curtains were broken and wouldn’t stay closed, I had to use a hair clip to keep them shut. I would never stay here again.

Parking is a little awkard but nice place to stay.

It was very noisy, dirty, and unsanitary. The bathroom sink faucet was loose and moved around and the hot side was cold and the cold side was hot. The sheets and blankets had such a strong 'perfumy' smell it plugged up our sinuses. We had to remove them and use towels as blankets. We should be refunded our money frankly.

Guests on my floor slammed their doors into the morning hours. A few sketchy characters linger around in front of the main entrance and parking lot at night.

The area was quiet and convenient. Not to far away from shopping or dining. The staff was great and very helpful

The front desk staff was great; however, the maid service was not great. I came back to my room and the bed looked like a5 just old made it up. Pillows thrown on it looking like they did when we woke up (not fluffed out), the sheets were 1/2 tucked on one side and not tucked on the other. Nothing was smoothed down. I wish I could post the pics.

This property has the biggest outdoor pool in the area. There are a lot of restaurants that take less than 5 minute to walk to. Near Walmart,Petco, etc. the only thing I did not really like about the property was the use of the induction stovetop. I had bought a room with the stovetop to cook in. I was informed that they could not turn on the stovetop at all after I went and bought what I needed.

0 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend. Rooms were filthy and smelled terrible. There were holes in the walls. Bathroom door didn’t close well. Hotel lobbies ceiling was leaking in multiple sections. Pool was barely opened for usage. Housekeepers didn’t want to clean your rooms properly. Ice machine didn’t work either.

Sliding door of bathroom shower did not shut, never left 4 towels for our party of 4, ran out of fruit for breakfast, TV in lobby didn’t work, musky smell in room, room humid leaving items in room wet, AC loud, front office staff not eager to help, roof had multiple leaks. Ceiling tiles stained and exposed in breakfast area.

Even though the hotel has okay accommodations (beds were not very comfortable, the ac fan was extremely loud, the shower door leaked so the floor was super slick and there was water rot damage on the wall) the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! They did everything possible (talking with Hotels.com directly, calling hotel manager) and made sure to find a room for me. She was extremely nice and patient through a stressful situation.

The building looks a little run down - cracks in ceiling, walls missing finish, etc. I found two dirty napkins in the floor by the window. The hallways and elevator smelled of mariquana. The breakfast and the hostess were nice.

Our bathroom had wood rot by the shower and mold on the ceiling of the shower. The door to our room has a gab big enough for someone to see into our room. So we asked to change room was a bit better but had hole in the walls. Would have like to gone to another hotel but didn’t have the money and we didn’t feel safe at all had to pile all of our suitcase in front of the to feel a little better. We were stranded in Memphis due to weather

I did not like being in town for a church convention and the smell of weed all over the place, the guy at front desk was a tad bit rude. Not my first time staying but it will be my last. If it say smoke free that’s what I expect. No snaps, everything was out of stock until we left.

I had two rooms one room we had to stream apps from our phone just to watch TV and the the other room had a TV that didn't even work thank goodness we had our Xbox. Dude up front seemed kinda creepy kept hovering over the young lady working up front in a weird way my door looked liked someone had punched it in the other room there was something splattered on the door I will never stay here again js

My only complaint was the breakfast. Have stayed here several times, but this time they didn't have a big variety. No way to fix the otmeal since the bowls and plates were not microwaveable safe. Just not as good as it had been in the past.

Room smelt very musty and almost wet feeling. Type smell almost made us sick. FedEx gets boiled out of the airport all night and they were very loud. I would not recommend this place.

Clean, quiet, and walking distance to alot of restaurants. Only thing I was upset about was that the pool was closed and it wasn't mentioned on the website when I booked.

I was informed by the General manager John that I would be issued a refund as the room smelled like urine and old rain water. The smell was so bad I couldn't stay here. Literally after rolling in I rolled right out. The manager although agreeing to a refund he had no intentions on refunding the money. This location needs the department of health intervention as that smells was very unsanitary. I do not recommend anyone to stay here even if it was free.

The hotel is OK I ended up switching rooms because my original room has an old musty smell like mold or mildew probably from the carpet being wet from pool goers. My second room was slightly better but overall the hotel could definitely use a facelift and the breakfast is extremely limited.

The lobby looked and the room was updated, but the bathtub was not clean. The water drained slowly in the bathtub. The breakfast was not good at all. Breakfast was a waffle and yogurt.

the beds are not comfortable they were full and not queen and the breakfast bar could cover hot grits and oatmeal; need a person just for breakfast people want have to wait. Just a few minor adjustments to make it a 5 star hotel.

Gym was terrible. It’s like this hotel was renovated and they stopped before they were done. Did not meet my expectations for the price.

This was a good place to stay as it is was a 15 minute drive to downtown Memphis. Had plenty of dining options around and was quiet. Check in was super easy and staff was nice. Small breakfast options but it was good.

The night clerk was rude i informed him that shower was not working properly. He told me i didn't know what was doing. I told him it looks like a piece was missing. He said i doubt that. I said i cant figure out how to use the shower or tub. He suggested i try again. My mother had to wash up in the sink. I told himtbe next day i can't figure it out. He said well the only thing I can do is give you another room.

Needs a renovation although the rooms are fine. Also not really a breakfast.

The property was disgusting. The smell of weed in our room upon arrival made us sick. The ceiling was bulging, bathroom wall destroyed from water damage, our sheets had blood AND white creamy bodily fluid on them. The manager got us new sheets and made excuses for the condition of the room.

Kinda felt sketchy. Lobby smelled really bad. Lost appetite, could not rat breakfast due to smell. Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. Room had a funky smell. Bathroom had missing lock. Toilet seat was very loose. Rust on ceiling. Thankful for it just being a quick place to sleep during trip. Would not recommend.

I must have just had a bad room because the my last stay(×2) I didnt see none of what i seen this time. THE staff was good & I made no complaints to them. The rooms was full other wise i wouldve ask for a change. It was small things that added up. Like loose cap around fire sprinkler head you could see whole pipe, repair holes not smoothen out, above the mirror where the light connects you could clearly see the wiring, toilet paper holder broken one arm hanging, towel rack broken the two attachments left in wall, & finally everything under sink is showing. You can see all the chalking & bear wood. Like I said the staff was good but the room needs a little TLC.

I have asthma and when we arrived they had are were still cleaning the carpet. The smell was so strong that it was hard for me to breath. I approach the front desk explaining my issue and the manager said that i needed to call my 3rd party to get my refund, but when customer service called he refused to give me my refund. I will not be recommending this hotel for anyone.

Room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was hot, but the walls of the property are paper thin. One night, we heard what sounded like college kids chanting and partying all night long. You could hear children running up and down the hall, and people talking loudly in the hallways. It was not a quiet stay. When the college student situation was addressed with the front desk staff, she mentioned that she was trying to give them a chance to quiet down, but when she received numerous complaints and called them, they berated her. The police should have been called promptly, as the entire property was being disturbed during sleeping hours. Would not recommend for a good night's sleep or a good breakfast.

The room smelled like Mildew, the bathroom wasn't clean, and housekeeping didn't change the linen or bring fresh towels even though, the request was made. The trash wasn't emptied and when I spoke with the front desk, I was told that the housekeepers English was limited, and she probably didn't understand me. That was inexcusable, because there was no dnd sign on my door.

We had a great stay! The surrounding community was nice, safe and had plenty to do and the hotel was clean, quiet and the service was great!

You get what you pay for. Towels, wash cloths and bedding were all stained. Bathrooms were small, difficult to bathe a small child if you need to. There is only one mirror and it is in the bathroom if multiple people are needing to get ready. The wall in our room looked to have some water damage. The bathroom door knob was falling off and had to be fixed. Overall it was ok but I wouldn’t stay again.

We stayed here three nights and stayed in three different rooms. The front desk staff was accommodating and very kind and helpful however the amenities were very poor. Every room we stayed in the comforters weren't completely dry from the wash, leaving a very musky scent in each room we stayed out aswell as just an uncomfortable sleep. The first room the shower head fell off the nozzle and wouldn't thread back on, the bathroom door handle was falling off and the smell was nauseating. The second room was a lot better structurely but once we got back to the hotel room for the night the key reader was broken and we couldn't get into our room until 9:00 the next morning. One of the guests staying in the room was diabetic and luckily had a spare medical pouch in their car with insulin. We were placed in our third and final room where the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way. We had no access to a change of clothes, our chargers, or our packed food for the trip on our final stay at this hotel.
