Throughout my stay any problems I had they were fixed immediately. Now what can say the eggs over the weekend suck. They were runny, no taste and these were suppose to be scrambled eggs. Now however Monday morning was very appealing. The cheese omelet is tasty. One last thing, I stayed in 219 and found chewing gum stuck to the wall and the pans were dirty, so that let's me know housekeeping does not do a job cleaning, other than that I enjoy the hotel.

The picture is beautiful and even more striking in person. We saw a roach in the bathroom, and the housekeeper did some cleaning, noticing a few pieces of trash on the floor.

The Property was clean, stylist, inviting. My husband enjoyed the breakfast and the fitness center. However, there was a molded or pet odor on the 3rd floor! The tub needed touch ups! The sofa needed shampooed!

We enjoyed our spacious, 2 queen bed, room. It was recently remodeled, nice and clean. Very comfortable, pleasant stay. Even though the hotel is at a busy intersection, it was very quiet inside. There are 4 restaurants within walking distance. Parking was plentiful.

There was no greeting other than, “you want to check in?” Once we were checked in, we proceeded to what was supposed to be our room. Upon entry, we discovered that the room was occupied already. Thankfully the family was not there at the time. Can you imagine someone just opening the door and walking into your room?? There was no apology by the desk clerk at all, just gave us keys to another room. The desk clerk wasn’t necessarily rude, but not friendly or apologetic. During the night we were awakened by kids running up and down the hallways and banging on doors. This went on a really long time. I’ll have to rethink staying here again.

The breakfast for Monday morning was great. Different sausages that you could actually eat. The cheese omelet was tasty too. I always enjoy my stay.

Clean room, bathroom, towels, sheets(I checked). Water pressure was good. Water was hot. Breakfast was fine. Sausage was weird. The lady at check in checked me in so fast. She was nice. I could see my car from my room which was nice. No issues at all. Will stay again.

Our room was spotless. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. The only issue we had was the elevator was out of service the last 2 days of our stay. It was not a huge problem as we were on the second floor, but my wife and I both have mobility problems so it could have been worse.

Unfortunately a day into our stay the elevator went out of service. It would not have been an issue if they would have put us in a ground floor room like I had requested and they had promised me, because it is very hard for my wife to climb stairs due to bad knees. They were unable to fulfill their promise though it was noted on the reservation and we arrived early for check-in.

The elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor when we checked in at 3:30 with the option to cancel with a full refund but we were limited on time. rooms on first floor were being cleaned and I feel like that should of been a priority so guest did not have to go up 4 set of stairs. Also, ice machine on 1st floor was broken. I needed ice but could not get it on 4th floor while carrying my bags and then would have to go back to 2nd floor. It was just an inconvience.

The assistant manager at comfort inn went out of her way to accommodate my family by getting sugar free products I am a diabetic and she apologized for not having anything available and went and bought some products to help me out.

No luggage rack in room. No sweetener or creamer for coffee maker. No laundry bag. Appeared room was rented prior to maid service being completed. In breakfast area only one waffle maker with several guest waiting in line to use. Eggs watery, sausage dry. Young children riding in elevator without adult supervision.

Our work vehicle was broken into here. They broke the back glass and made off with thousands of dollars worth of tools. They obviously need security.

Overall cleanliness staff was lazy did not clean rooms. When asked breakfast was late in preparing. They closed breakfast early 30 minutes early kept the lights off you had to ask were they seven breakfast because the lights were off very very poor very very disappointing. Needs to be corrected immediately Will not return because of it.

Actually had microwave in room as advertised. Vinyl flooring in rooms which I loved. Breakfast included. $50 deposit for stay. Has a fitness center but the treadmill needs to be serviced as it does not work properly and is a safety hazard.

The room was clean and sufficient. The staff were sweet & accommodating. I didn’t have an issue with parking. Breakfast could’ve been a bit better as far as options. I would’ve liked to see some fresh fruit and a different selection of pastries, however there was a plethora of restaurants around me that were walking distance so it balanced out.

Place was very nice but Travelocity did not secure the room I paid for. Receptionist was very helpful securing me a room.

My wife and I were in town to visit our grandkids. This hotel was conveniently located and easy to get to. The room was clean , bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. The breakfast was good but they did run out of some things. The parking leaves something to be desired. There are not ample spaces and the lot is crowded and hard to maneuver. Other than the parking, however, we had a fantastic stay!

I was a little skeptical of how clean the room would be when I smelled the hallway on the second floor upon getting off the elevator, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was pretty clean, bathroom especially was great. I've been to more expensive hotels that I find hairs in the bathroom still. Not the case here. Breakfast was just okay, but it was there, hot, and free with the stay. I would stay here again.

The hotel was fine. Breakfast wasn’t very good. But there are good restaurants within walking distance. The bed was too soft for me, the room itself was pretty nice. It wasn’t too bad, I just didn’t like how soft the bed was.

The suite option is very family friendly and clean, and the breakfast area was very relaxed.

This room smelled like body odor and the bathroom door had noticeable damage, like it was kicked in from the previous occupant. We reported the damage to the door to the front desk immediately. A staff member came to the room to see the damage door for herself. Now the Hotel wants us to pay $500 for the damaged bathroom door that we reported to them. This is ridiculous!

The room was very clean and nice for the affordable price. The breakfast and breakfast area was very nice as well. The only downfall was no pool, which I should have paid better attention to when booking online. We only were in the area for one night though, so overall it wasn’t a big deal.

The staff were great - all friendly and helpful. Our room was musty and running the air did not help. The carpet was stained, a light was out in the bathroom, but the beds were FANTASTIC! I suggest imposing the “No shirt, No shoes, No service” rule as there was a guest who walked about And ate breakfast barefoot. Ick!

My room was clean, but I wouldn’t choose to stay there again. There was a hole in the wall by the door, and I noticed three small roaches in the bathroom. On a positive note, the breakfast was quite good, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. Although the hotel seems a bit dated, the room rate was reasonable overall.

Stayed here regularly but the quality of the stay is changing. The check in clerk is friendly and she has been there for the last 3 stays. This visit the room seem to not be as clean. Meaning some small items like tags around the room. And there was mold on the head of the sink faucet, I only check because black debris keep falling in the sink. I used bottle water i brought to brush my teeth. The tub was ok, but not sure if I'll be back. The elevator had issues for 2 days and had to take the stairs down but was fine going up. Breakfast was decent. My pictures won't load but are on google.

The elevator doesn’t work so if you need a bottom floor it’s impossible to get one. Overall it’s a nice hotel, very clean, and great staff. They should tell you the elevator is out of service because this was a major inconvenience for my mother with her bad knees.

I hate to complain or write a bad review. I booked 2 nights. Didnt sleep well and woke up in pain. Took a shower to work the kinks out and there was a hairball on the inside curtain. Fast forward i spoke to the front desk to see if I could cancel the 2nd night. I was refered to the 3rd party i booked thru, so i chatted with Hotels.com. Rep was nice and called the manager of the hotel who said no refund. The front desk told me they would clean the bathrrom very well. We left in the morning for the day. The couch and ottoman were very worn out and looked like it should be set out on the curb. The elevator was broken and the ice machine didnt work. The breakfast was meh. My husband and i stayed the second night since we were out late, and we slept in the other bed. That one was so bad, my husband and i had to go get massages when we got home. Before heading out i took a shower and the hairball was still there!

Great location off the hwy with multiple restaurants in shared parking lot. Very clean and spacious room. Breakfast buffet was minimal but adequate for quick bite with clean large areas to eat. Staff was polite and helpful. Our room was near the vending machine so we did have occasional noise from it but it did not disturb our sleep. Great place for price point.

It is one of our regular places to stay when visiting Houston. The hotel area is rather crowded with limited parking when busy. The staff were ok, nothing special. The breakfast was minimal at best. The room was clean, however the bed mattress was very soft and lumpy and the small square pillows would smash down to hardly any depth. Both nights were very uncomfortable and restless. The price was acceptable.

I arranged for a 2 night stay with the hotel due to moving for myself and 3 kids, i was given a 1king/1 double sofa. I get to the room and i seen a small mini couch definitely not a double, only one kid could fit. I called the front desk to explain and she said your reservation was for a king bed and single sofa, i said no thats not what my reservation say, after going back and forth with her, i went to show her my reservation, she said oh yea we don't offer double sofa's, all of our sofas are the same size and hotels.com false advertise. So i then asked well why did you tell me i ordered a different room? We went ahead stayed, but then the next morning my kids went to get breakfast, only for the cook to stare at them until they left out and then ask my other daughter if we was staying at the hotel or if the was coming to get food, then the cleaner came by and made my daughter leave the room so she could clean, my rold her but we are not checking out and my daughter was told, she had to leave anyway until she finished. I dont know when that changed that we was made to take housekeeping and second believe me no one was trying to steal no half cooked food from the so called buffet that was definitely a small breakfast. This will be my first and last, but to be comfort inn they definitely need upgrading. I really wanted a refund because the reviews for the hotel had to be made up by people on hotel.com cause there is no way they should have 4.2 stars.

I was skeptical based off other reviews but I'm glad i didn't let it stop me bc I was on a budget. We were only there 1 night but it was clean and the location was convenient. The person checking us in was not that friendly but the person who assisted the next day with check out was great.

Would stay here again. Everything was great except for strong bleach odor in the room.

Lots of homeless around

Stains on walls, bedding, towels, and carpet coupled with several hairs, crumbs and smells made us feel like the room was not cleaned at all like it should have been. The tiny bugs here and there didn't bother us too much, but stacked with other issues, just made us glad to leave. The beds were comfortable, but the really loud train made it hard to sleep well. We should have asked for another room as soon as we got in the room and noticed the shower was leaking bad enough to splash water all over the bathroom floor. Or when I opened the door to the closet and it smelled like someone had peed in there. We were only there a couple of nights, so sucked it up, but won't be back anytime soon.

We needed a place to sleep for two nights while our house in under renovation. So, the location was convenient for our situation.

Friendly staff and a clean large room. Breakfast was decent and easy access to the freeway. The sunrise was beautiful and I woke up to it right outside the large window. I’m extending 2 more days because I really like it

This property is not gamer friendly and when I call and ask about connection issues for my PS5 way I was handle was improperly and I will not be returning back.

The staff is very friendly and food was good. What I didn't like is some of the furniture need to be updated and the tv is small for the room.

Pretty decent hotel

The facility is very clean with a great atmosphere. The landline phone did not allow me to make an external call due to my cell phone not working, the business center did not function nor did staff seem to have an urgency of fixing the computer. A big roach from outside was in my shower.

The property was very clean and smelled amazing. However, the water was only warm. I couldn't take my usual hot shower for two days. Some of the furnishings could use updating. Overall, decent place to stay.

I liked that the breakfast was more than oatmeal and food bars. The hotel was a nice surprise in many areas for my concerns. The staff was helpful and supportive. The only draw back was limited to one elevator transport. However there wasn't a ton of people using it. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving reservation and our under-21 son arrived several hours before us and they allowed him to check in - SO helpful! When we got into the room the television was broken. We told them we were going to be gone for a few hours and when we returned the television had been replaced. VERY important for NFL football viewing on Thanksgiving! Very thankful they were so helpful on all fronts.

THE STAFF HERE IS COMPLETELY RUDE! I STAYED HERE TWICE. Once in February 2024 and then recently again November 24, the same girl served me. I think her name is aman or something, shes indian looking with black hairl. every time i come here its an issue. They are rude, unprofessional and unorganized. Wont be staying again

Decent hotel

I was very happy with the stay at this hotel. As soon as I opened the door I knew I was going to like it! It has a wonderful fresh smell, it wasn't strong it was a very nice scent. The room was clean and very comfortable. There were a few stains on the carpet but that comes with wear and tear of a public business. I highly recommend this hotel. We didn't have time for breakfast but it did smell good!
