    The property was great! Great location. It was safe. The facility was clean and so was the room. The beds were super comfortable in my opinion — I think one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on in a hotel. The only complaint I have is that the light in the mirror wasn’t working. Other than that, everything was good.

    Location, simple to navigate. Property is noticeably going down hill. I have stayed here at least 5 times a year for the past 5 years and it’s not what it used to be aesthetically. Front desk has peeling decorations, mind you this is what the guest is looking at while being checked in.

    I stay here because the price. And when they don’t give me my $100 back for incidentals… it basically takes away the entire reason I’m staying there. The vents in the bathroom leak a yellow liquid onto you if you’re using the toilet, gross. And the bedding was stained up pretty badly. But the people there, are great. However, I’m a little more upset about them keeping my money than anything.

    I forgot to mention that it was Spring Break. There was literally someone outside throwing up in the parking lot and a couple on the other side yelling at each other and pretty much everyone was half naked and it was only 7pm so kids were still coming through the lobby which is crappy. I’m just surprised, I definitely wouldn’t expect this from a hotel like Hyatt Regency.

    I travel almost weekly or my sons wrestling tournaments. This has to be one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. The check in was smooth or so I thought. Everything was booked online with hotels.com I checked in at the front desk and went to register my service dog and the lady confirmed everything was done online and I was good to go. The second day of my stay the hotel had no hot water and no answer when it would be back. I decided to check out a day early as soon as I asked about any type of credit or compensation for not hot water the staff member started deflecting and arguing the had to move other rooms because of my dog. No compensation was given then to top it off after I left my card was charged a pet cleaning fee of $81 and change. The websight clearly states no fees for service animals. I have been trying to get in contact with the manager about this for 2 weeks now and have yet to get her on the phone or get a returned call. This has been the worst hotel experience I have ever had and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

    A random staycation night with the wife was a hit. The rooms were nice and clean, very comfortable beds. I was surprised that the deposit was $100 though. Also, breakfast was extremely early 6:30am to 9am is insane. People should at least have until 10am since check out isn't until noon. Lastly breakfast could use a few more options but it was decent. All in all I give it a 8/10 and would stay again.

    Great stay option. The staff was very good and reaponsive. The property was clean. Lots of dining optiins. Rooms were huge. Parking was great. Only downside is I stayed from Sunday to Thursday and the cleaner did everything but neber cleaned the toilet once. The hotel was also skimpy on towells. I do not know about others, but I like lots of clean towells, but I felt towells were rationed. Everything else was fantastic. I enjoyed my stay.

    At the arrival we got room keys and when we opened the room there was someone already there!! Their dog came out than the people. Really akward and unacceptable. Receptionist didn’t even apologize for it, just gave us another room. Breakfast on Sunday was until 10am, we went down at 9:20 and there was almost nothing there! No plates, only 2 forks left, no hot food, no juice, no napkins, no coffee. Wouldn’t recommend it!

    On our first night, the power flickered a few times, going out for less than a minute before coming back on. It was a little inconvenient, but it only happened that one night and didn’t affect the rest of our stay. A couple of minor details could be improved. The citrus-infused water in the lobby would have been much more refreshing if it were served chilled with ice, rather than at room temperature. At breakfast, everything was well presented, but a bowl of oranges that were past their prime stood out as the only blemish. Overall, these were very small issues in an otherwise enjoyable stay. The positives far outweighed the negatives, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

    Clean hotel the only thing is you can hear everyone next to your room. Each night it was something different it was either the kids next door, people arriving at 2 am drunk and noisy, someone snoring that was not in my room, or someone else's alarm at 5 am! Clean but you hear everything!

    This property is very nice and the staff is also very friendly and accommodating. The only issue I had was that the ice machine was out of order our whole stay and we had to go to other floors for ice. This became a issue because waiting on the 1 elevator that worked took quite a bit of time. Other than that the stay was pleasant and relaxing.

    - Elevators - two are there, only one working. Supposedly, it’s because parts were stolen off the other elevator. But, guests that have stayed here in the past say the elevator was out when they were here the last time. The wait isn’t slow either..it’s brutally slow. - tattered chair in the pool area - I sat in it and didn’t want to say anything to the staff I fear that it would be removed and not replaced. So, I just dealt with it. - Probably the worst thing - I got woken up by a guest in the next room - they had their TV at basically 100 level - sounded like Call of Duty - constant shooting, shouting. This was at 2am. I called the desk and in the end was put in a different room to sleep the night. I relayed that complaint to the staff upon checkout and I think they provide some relief to me on my bill, so I guess they made it right in the end…but these pos should have been asked to leave.

    When we first checked in, our first room had a large blood stain high up in the bathroom wall. They changed our room and the second room had no tub plug. The agent did get us a tub plug. They only had 1 elevator working and all rooms were full so there’s was a lot of people staying in the hotel. The breakfast was fair. The waffle makers didn’t work well at all. They stuck to the plates and were gooey in the center. I was a bit disappointed in this hotel. However, the bed and pillows were comfortable. Likely won’t stay here again. I also got no receipt at check out or an email detailing charges.

    Beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean. Breakfast was okay. Main issue was very thin walls. We were able to hear conversations, toilet flushes and television from adjoining rooms. Could also hear the train as it went by. This was concerning late at night and early morning hours.

    One of our worst hotels. Pool was green with filthy water and cigarette butts floating Breakfast was cold eggs in cold bowl with burnt meat something. Staff was unconcerned with our requests and when told about the pool, just said ok. Bar not open because the front desk said they forgot to renew the liquor license. Was told they didn’t do housekeeping every day, no trash removal. Furnishings were nice and room looked good but untrained and uncaring staff made the trip almost comical. Hotel maintenance is not a concern for this property. Look elsewhere.

    I only stayed for one night and at first glance my room was nice. I however noticed when I turned on the light to the bathroom that there were 2 roaches running for cover. I then also noticed that there were also roaches on the work station/desk. I have my back in a plastic back with all of my clothers in it to make sure that I did not bring any of those things to my home. I did let the staff know and the lady that I told did not seem to care at all. I was in room 409.

    The room was clean, no issues. The following morning breakfast was an absolute nightmare. Below is a copy of the email I sent along with photos,to the manager and corporate. I am writing this letter to you to inform you as the general manager of the Hyatt Pl., Houston Northwest Cy-Fair, your morning staff In the breakfast area has failed you and the Hyatt brand miserably. As you can see from the pictures attached the food that was out for your patrons was inedible. The kolache’s resembled more of horse excrement than they did a kolache. The sausage resembled hockey pucks. Actually, they were so hard you could carbonate them. Your oatmeal resembles cookie dough before it’s baked plus you have non-paying guest in the form of roaches. There are photos attached so you don’t have to just take my word for it. You can see them for yourself. This is the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever seen and I’ve traveled for over 28 years for business. Motel six puts out fresher, and more appetizing items than this. I did inform the front desk and she stated that she would also contact you. I let her know that in my personal opinion, the food not only was not edible, but should be removed from service Immediately. I’m forwarding a copy of this to Hyatt corporate, as well as the site I used to book my room, so as to not recommend this hotel in the future. I am also going to contact the Houston health dept.

    The room was spacious and easy on the eye, very comfortable for my sister and me. We did hear more noise than we expected, from the elevator and laundry room on either side of us and — more disturbingly — from some rowdy younger folks on our floor and what sounded like furniture being moved late at night.

    Literally only stayed here about 8 hours given my travel schedule. Easy and fast check in process. Room and bed were comfortable. A couple more hot sauce options at breakfast would be nice, as well as bigger containers for the orange juice. Liked the electronic check out option.

    While thr rooms were cleaned smelled moldy as something in the room perhaps the carpets or mattress were wet and didnt get proper ventilation. We brought it to staffs attention but nothing done

    DO NOT STAY HERE! We had our vehicle broken into within an hour of check in as did another gentleman within 30 mins of him checking in. Cameras on property can’t make out type of vehicle or plates. Hotel staff was notified not long after the break-in and did not call the police. When I questioned why the police were not called in our vehicle was left broken into for over 12 hours putting it at risk for more stuff to be stolen or potentially the vehicle itself stolen we are told that they called the Constable at 11 PM and 7 AM. I found that to be a lie because the Constable‘s office is only open 8 to 5 so there is no way that they were able to call. I did call and verify with them that there was no report of the break-ins to the Constable‘s office as well or any other agency to include PD or SO. I did question if break-ins are a comment occurrence at this hotel, and I was told by the staff that it was, but because they had signs in their parking lot for people not to leave valuables in their car that that should’ve suffice for that not being disclosed. I ask what Security measures Were taken to prevent this common occurrence and save people the stress expense and aggravation, and was told that their poor cameras were there only Security deterrent. The hotel refused to refund my stay after I ask because I wanted to go stay somewhere else in fear that it would continue to happen And I had spent a lot of money on repairs for my truck.

    Hotel had a foul oder that lingered throughout. Smelt like wet carpet or something! Only one elevator was working and that one took forever to come. 15 minutes later people were stuck on it and the fire dept had to come. Great! On the 3rd floor no elevator and my son recently had surgery and had to walk down on a boot! Room had a broken light next to the bed. Well it was broken all the way off! Another was super lose, beds were stiff and not comfortable at all. Glad it was only a overnight stay. Great location for restaurants. All in walking distance

    The stay was amazing. My only issue was that the lights next to the beds did not work. Not a huge issue, we didnt really complain about it. Overall it was an excellent stay and we appreciated how friendly the staff was. The breakfast was always delicious!

    I asked and received a late check out due to circumstances. So grateful. The room was clean with the exception of what appeared as a pee stain from a dog. We don’t have dogs. Placed a pillow over it and went on. Did not notify front desk to move wasn’t that big of deal.

    We needed a convenient hotel for a couple of nights after a fire in our apartment. This was the perfect place for us to destress - quiet rooms, lovely furnishings and a wonderful walk-in shower. Very nice housekeeping and front desk staff.

    It was way overpriced for the quality. For starters i didn’t like the smell of the hotel and the big bugs that were in it. The over powering smell of bleach like they were trying to hide mold. It was stains on the couch and the bed sheets were not cleaned had stuff on them! THE TV DIDNT WORK AT ALL NO CHANNELS WAS MIRRORING WIFI OFF MY PHONE i wanted a refund and couldn’t get one 0/10 in my book. The next hotel we went to did us well after this experience
