    Breakfast was bear there was only waffles and cereal. The coffee look like muddy water. we had roaches in our room when we walked in, and it looked like a blood stain in our carpet. for the price we paid we do not recommend.

    The location . The holes in the walls, crack painting , the bugs I seen and recorded, I didn’t get the smoking room I booked for months in advance . I was told several different stories about how rooms go fast but ,a paid room shouldn’t have been took if it’s already being paid for . The staff played the pointing game nobody wanted to take accountability. The old furniture looks nasty needs to be updated. They had a 75$ deposit that wasn’t told to us until we got there ,which we also were told everything was taking care of with no issues or extra charges . I came with a group everybody didn’t pay a deposit only certain ones as if we were any different from anyone else . Horrible hotel and needs better communication .

    Its an open hotel, the room doors step you out in to the parking lot. The first night of our arrival I had to move rooms. The people staying next to us were smoking heavily with a strong smell of mariguana. If you’re traveling with kids I do not recommend this hotel. We used the pool and it’s not in a good condition. One of our kids had a terrible rash after using the pool.

    The room I originally booked was not available even though I booked about 45 minutes prior to my arrival. The room I was given was filthy the sheets and pillows were dirty and smelled very strong on marijauna. I requested another room and was given a perfectly cleaned fresh welcoming room. Wish they had given me the second room the first time so I could give a better review.

    The hotel needs to be updated. We had stains on our sheets, pillows and towels. The hotel states it is non-smoking but out room on the second floor definitely smelled of smoke. Did not have a blanket on the bed just a decorative cover.

    Location and they had smoking rooms available. Check in at 6:04pm and was told I had to leave a $75.00 deposit using a credit card or $100.00 if paying in cash. I didn’t see that on the Booking.Com site I was given a room that had not been cleaned. Retuned to front desk, and the girl went to the room to make certain I was telling the truth. The next room I was given had a heater that didn’t work. FYI: outside temp was 38*. She provided two electric heaters and two thin blankets. Within 30 minutes the electric breaker had trip due to overload. I had to go into the electrical room and reset the breaker, while the owner informed me via phone where I could locate the breaker. I asked for late checkout and they reluctantly agreed to 1:00pm check out. At 11:00am the next day, I got a call informing me if I didn’t check out I was going to be charged an additional day. After I informed this rude girl of the inconveniences. She said I could check out at noon and I informed her I was given a verbal agreement of 1:00pm. Overall the worst hotel experience I ever had. Rude, indifferent, disinterested and of course disappointing.

    It was a nightmare. There were roaches, suspicious stains on everything (mattress, carpet), the tub was dirty, the mini refrigerator had a yellow liquid on the bottom interior of it. The place literally had me itching for the 15-20 minutes we were in it. We checked out after speaking with both Expedia and facility staff. We were told we could check out and get a refund in 24-48 hrs. I have yet to receive our refund.

    Walking inside the property i ghasped to how not neat and how poor the service was at the door. The women could barely speak english and was extremely disrespectful and making everything so much more difficult. This question is hard because I genuinely can’t think of a thing I can like this property was digusting and the service was even worse overall never coming back. I payed for a room and was never payed money back or even got a room.

    The first room was not cleaned and appeared as if the last person never checked out! I returned to the front desk to explain the condition of the room she then ask if I enter the room, I replied no as I could see from the window that it wasn’t cleaned and looked occupied. So.. she offered me another room. Upon entering the room I turn on the lights and there were roaches on the nightstand on the bed I was mortified and disgusted!!! I ask for a full refund which she declined!! I gave back the hotel key and I left!! I feel this hotel should taken off your site as a desired place to lodge.

    Check in was smooth lady was nice. The room was terrible. Multiple stains on the carpet and couch. Hole in the bathroom door. Walking in it had a moldy smell. They did clean but the room was just old. I didn't want to walk with bare feet. I was suppose to stay 2 nights but I decided 1. They charged my card the full amount and they have to refund my money in 3 days... most hotels don't charge until you check out. I would not stay here again.

    We did not try the breakfast but the room was clean and spacious. Only complaint was checkin could have been more accommodating. I reserved online and even called to inquire prior to completing reservations, however was never advised that when I got there I’d have to pay an additional fee. I feel this is something that should be explained when you call for specifics. Other than that the stay was good.

    There were two different women that I saw go in the room next door but 95% of my two day stay, one or both of them sat outside in front of their room and smoked, talked, and/or talked on their phone on speaker phone. To say they were trashy looking would be a compliment. This went on until about 0400 both mornings that I was there. I did see two males at two different times standing outside and talking to them for several hours both nights. They were well aware that I was staying in the room next to them but had no consideration for me being there. I worked 12 hour days both days and needed to get sleep but they still stayed outside the room the entire time. The room was clean but several things were broken and the tile floor was sticky. I will not stay at a Quality Inn again and will definitely never recommend it.

    This hotel needs to be inspected by the health department. The rooms are unsanitary with a roach infestation. The Oder of the room is beyond repair. My husband and I asked for a refund due to the smell and roaches. We were able to locate another hotel 5miles away from this location. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The people roaming outside the building, it felt very unsafe.

    Hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was OK. A train runs right by the hotel and is very loud if it was just once a day I wouldn’t complain, but the train is frequent since it’s near the port. I was very upset that I was charged a deposit upon check-in. I use choice hotels all the time and there is no reason for deposit in this hotel. I was also not made aware of it before I booked it.

The management was terrible the property was dirty the pool was dirty my 1 year old daughter picked up a beer bottle cap from under the bed and almost put it in her mouth the room was also filthy and the smoke detector was not hung up and that is a fire hazard and a violation I wish I could put all the pictures I took of my stay because I have more and I will be calling the better business burrow because this was unacceptable I feel as if I wasted my money

    We reserved a non smoking room the room they gave us reacked of cigarette smoke. The sheets appeared to not be fresh there was hair on sheets and pillow cases , the comforter was stained, the restroom smelled unclean.

    I had to bang on the door to check-in, I rang the doorbell several times. I could see the worker on her phone in the lobby. The toilet leaked and the hair dryer did not work. The bed spread had cigarette burns all over, we were in a non smoking room. The pictures did not match the room.

    There were a lot of rust stains in the bathtub, around the circular disc just under the faucet. I used a hand towel twice, then discovered what looked like someone had blown their nose in it. The sheets were clean, the bed was quite comfortable, and the floor and carpet were clean.

    The beds were comfortable Cons: the first room we were assigned reeked of weed. So badly we had to ask for another room immediately (my wife is pregnant and couldn't handle it). The new room had stains on the carpet, stains on the duvet covers, the bath tub was stained and grungy, the tv was barely viewable it was so fuzzy, no ice machines worked because, per the office, people used them too much, the outlets were so worn out our electronics couldn't stay plugged in, the toilet had to be flushed multiple times to flush...you get what you pay for. We will spring for better next time. We left a day early to avoid staying another night.

    Did not see anything about the $75 card/$100 cash deposit during booking but I did Read reviews so saw that and glad I prepped ahead of time for that. Aside from the deposit and the train it was a very pleasant stay. If you are a cold natured person, they don’t have “blankets” it’s the flat sheet and a very very thin throw so bring some extra covers if you like to be bundled up. The pillows are little square sheets fluffed up. It was fluffy and okay for me but if you need the standard pillow just a heads up.

    The hotel was more like a motel.I didnt like the access to the outside which wasn't shown on the site. The rooms are outdated. The bath tub was rusted out. The mattress cover had a huge yellow stain on it. I was supposed to stay for 5 nights but i checked out in 3, I couldn't take it anymore. Neither ice machines worked. And the fridge in the room wasnt cold.

    Booked last minute for a basketball tournament. Good price and clean room. Only complaint was the free breakfast. Black coffee, waffles and cereal were the options. No juice or butter or creamer or any pastry/toast/bagel or anything. Two containers of yogurt in the fridge. Just not much to choose from.

    While everything was in decent condition, all furnishings and finishes were of low quality. Bedsheets, blankets, some of the pillows were just folded up blankets in a pillowcase. The couch was small and uncomfortable, the TV could not be viewed easily from the sitting area. Breakfast was non-existent, a wafflemaker and coffee and dry cereals is about the extent of it. If it's available, then you can get by for a night, but not comfortable for longer stays for sure.

    Pretty sure there was a poop smear on the wall in the bathroom. The toilet was incredibly wobbly. There were stains on the towels. And there is a train track like right next to the place, so it can get loud.

    The front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating. I have been here for over a month and a half off and on. Its very close to my job and there are lots of things to eat in the same area. This is a different property from my normal, but for the price and the convenience I give it a 10 out of 10.

    Overall, I was pleased with the room and the cleanliness. Staff was great and helpful. I was, however, disappointed with the television in the room. The TV is obviously older, which is fine, but there was a white line that went entirely through the the viewing screen vertically and the reception was not good on a lot of the channels. The other issue with the TV was the channel line up. There was not really anything good to watch. Did not even have Netflix or any movie channels.

    The hotel is near a freeway and a very large farm to market road and I expected a lot of noise, but it must be well insulated because I didn’t hear a thing. The rooms are large and nicely apportioned. Everything worked in the room. I appreciated how courteous the staff was. It is a slighter older hotel than the others nearby, but it is well kept. There are a few rust stains here and there but no major marks are gouges in walls. If I need to stay in the area again, I’ll definitely stay here, especially since it is so much less expensive.

    Girl that checked us in was great and helpful, guy at front desk the following days and for check out was rude and not friendly at all, other than that, property was average and housekeeping excellent
