Very friendly staff, value for money. Overpowering aromatic scent in the communal/lobby areas which is completely unnecessary. Of the 5-day stay only once did housekeeping attend which is a big no no.

Family of 6 traveling. Room was absolutely great! The property overall is clean, spacious and up to date. Hotel staff was amazing, I didn’t catch anyone’s names but from the front desk to the bartender, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The free breakfast in the morning was great! Hot foods like pancakes, waffles, grits, bacon - all the works!!! Thank you so much Embassy Suites, we’d absolutely stay again.

Arriving I was greeted by a lady named Van who is from Galveston and is so nice. She introduced me to Cameron as well. Both made me feel welcomed. My check in was quick and easy. Ms. Van handed me the keys and away I went. GREAT EXPERIENCE. will no longer be stopping at any other hotels on I-10.

Great Hotel The hotel was booked to capacity. My family and I went to the Houston Rodeo and came back to the hotel late and found the pullout sofa had what looked like dried blood on the mattress. So all three of us had to sleep in the queen size bed. So on Saturday afternoon we went back out and came back to the hotel late again to find that they did change out the blood stained sofa mattress but did clean the room

Gentlemen was kind at the counter quick and easy check-in. Wish I could remember his name job well done.

Unfortunately, our experience was not great. The lady at the front desk was clearly having a bad day and was very rude. We could tell she did not want to deal with us. During check-in, she failed to inform us about the complimentary cocktail drinks and breakfast. Luckily, we already knew about these amenities because we stay at Embassy Suites often. The room we were assigned was extremely small—the smallest we’ve ever had at an Embassy Suites. The hotel looked new online, but in person it definitely was not. Overall, I would rate this stay a 6 out of 10, and I will not be staying at this location again.

Breakfast did not taste as good as previous stays here. On the first day of check in, tv cable did not work and finally came on at 10:00pm. The TV in living room area was so dark you could barely see what you were watching.

Hotel was really nice and rooms were clean. We got a great room on the top floor. Van at the front desk made us feel right at home!

Customer service was the best, make sure to meet Van, at the front desk she is the best I have ever meet at a hotel front desk, she’s excellent both on phone and in person.

Great place to stay. Got extra welcome package from hotel for water and snack for free. Building is new and staff is friendly.

Everything was good except I had to wait an hour for the essentials to make up the sofa bed. Van was amazing and so was the other young man that was there. The girls loved the pool and happy hour was a plus for the adults.

Van was great checking us in. The room was nice, but the toilet is way too low in my opinion. Happy hour was nice and the bartender was very attentive. Breakfast was ok. Food was not warm.

I enjoyed my stay. I just didn't like that the housekeeper didn't understand English. My son speaks a little and he asked he to come back for cleaning, considering we were still in the room getting ready to leave. She never did, even tho she said she understood him.

Old and in need of a remodel. Everything was run down and in poor condition. The room had stains everywhere, carpet, walls, and even the lamp shades. Shower had mold in multiple place.

Hilton management and staff please be encouraged to continue the high level of quality service for a reasonable and affordable price. We really do appreciate your attentiveness to details and great customer service.

Excellent rooms. breakfast is great especially with the omelets option. Also had dinner there where food and service was excellent. The only thing is that the noise level was a bit high from the highway and my room was facing the highway.

I extended my stay by booking a second reservation for two more day (what a mistake), I had to ask for housekeeping services to come clean up and when they sent her, the housekeeper was upset because I asked for a clean set of sheets (I had to make a new reservation and pay new incidental) but she was clearing upset, my 9 year old daughter even saw her attitude. Happy hour is over packed, restaurant staff was respectful when my family and I got their attention but did not randomly come to our table to ask how we were doing and give us friendly service as they did a certain demographic group. I live 45 minutes away but booked for 4 days just because of my previous stay but I can see things have changed. Waste of $224 a night.

The property was nice and my stay was pleasant. Everyone at the front desk was very nice. My only issue was when I got to the room there were dirty sheets on the bed. I called the front desk and they had new sheets sent up within the hour. Also some of the towels had spots on them. I called for towels but I think they bring them while I wasn’t there, when i came back and tried to request them again, no one showed up so I just used what I had. And the ice machine on my floor (8th floor) had mold in it. Very disappointed by that. But the room was decent besides that

There is plenty of parking and it’s free. They offer an onsite restaurant and their complimentary breakfast is the best compared to other hotels chains. I’ve stayed there several times in the past while visiting family and will continue to do so.

My stay here was wonderful. The room was excellent. The bed was so comfortable. I slept so well. The atmosphere is pleasant. The bathroom is amazing beautiful shower with the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The countertop was very spacious with soap iron you even have a desk in the room to take care of any paperwork. I enjoyed my stay very much. This place is very clean very secure and well lit lights are amazing. Also, this is my first choice Auto any hotel

One night stay but we forgot how much we enjoy staying at an Embassy Suites. We took advantage of the complimentary happy hour and breakfast. The room was very comfortable and clean as well. The staff was very welcoming.

My stay was overall pretty good. My one complaint is that the young lady working the front desk was not friendly at all! She seemed like she did not want to be at work.

We were on the I-10 side of the hotel, 5th floor, and the traffic noise was a lot louder than I expected. Especially when motorcycles went by.

The rooms were very small. I was not able to sleep for 2 days due to very loud person on our floor. The noisy continue for 2 days. I will definitely not recommend this property.

The reception was amazing and the atmosphere was welcoming. There was a large group staying at the hotel as well, however, services was not impacted. Breakfast was amazing and of course the reception was delightful! Irma (bartender) was prompt and intentional. Will be staying again!

I booked a King Studio Suite expecting the comfort and quality associated with the Hilton brand. Unfortunately, my experience at Embassy Suites in Katy, TX fell far below expectations. The suite was extremely small and cramped. The refrigerator was not cold, which caused two bottles of champagne I had brought to go warm. I also experienced an allergic reaction to the feather pillows and down comforter, something that should be disclosed clearly in the room details. Housekeeping was another major issue. I had to beg for the room to be cleaned, and despite calling the front desk, they told me cleaning services were done for the day—yet no one ever came to clean the room at all during my stay. Things got even worse when I was in the shower and saw two cockroaches—one large and one baby—crawl over my clothes. I tried to grab my phone, dripping wet, but missed the chance to take a photo. They scurried under the sink. I reported it immediately, and when I informed the front desk, Meghan questioned me for proof instead of addressing the concern with professionalism or empathy. Her attitude was dismissive and made me feel unheard. Lastly, I called in advance to notify the front desk that we would need an extended checkout. Despite this courtesy, I was charged an extra $50 just to check out at 1 PM—a fee that felt excessive and unappreciative, especially given the series of issues we experienced during our stay.

My trip was for Business, which went good. I’ve stayed at this hotel probably six times each time has been excellent. The food is real good for breakfast. The only thing is their stuff at night for the happy hour drinks they need a little bit more of snacks, other than that staff, everything else is great, especially the Restaurant staff

I have stayed I think four times, always pleased but this last stay the tv had an annoying blue tint. I called and maintenance guy admitted they know they have blue tvs in some rooms and the only fix is replacement, which they have ordered. I was disappointed to find out the hotel is aware of the issue and still selling those rooms. I had to watch The Masters in blue

Best hotel ever

I believe reviews for this hotel are over exaggerated. The happy hour snacks was a joke. Pool is blurry and over crowded. The towels are room have stains.

Disappointed. Thought we were paying the extra $100.00 for a nicer hotel. The bathroom was old and rusty. Rooms are small and the pool was cold. Not sure why this hotel is $100.00 more than the others. My daughter was having surgery so we wanted it to be nice but would have been better off somewhere else.

My stay was quite pleasant! I wish the property could have been closer to the airport, so I could use the shuttle to pick me up from the airport. All in all I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel!

We love Embassy Suites. The layout for breakfast here is really well organized. Great glow. The workout space was nice and great for pilates/ yoga. Also has a peloton bike and several treadmills. The pool was closed but looked nice.

The hotel is a chain; however, it was well above average. The hotel and room were very clean and fresh. The room was large in size, and the bed was comfortable. However, the breakfast was sub-par, especially the eggs - which were in edible. They must have been previously cooked well ahead of time, because they were cold and tasteless.

The property is well located, close to plenty of dining options and shopping. The staff was quick and friendly. They offer free breakfast and a happy hour with free drinks and snacks. The room was clean, the bed was mostly cozy. The only complaint I had is the room did not cool down.

Beautiful lobby, nice evening reception, yummy breakfast, great indoor pool, etc. The rooms were a good size and clean. The beds and pillows weren't the best but weren't the worst either. The staff was really sweet! Definitely will return in the future!
