Overall the property was clean and the staff was nice. However, there was 2 situations when the elevator broke down. The power went out in the hotel and I had to use stairs. Also, during my stay—housekeeping did not clean my room for my 5 day stay which is disappointing

Location is good, the young manager was very sweet and understanding. I was made to wait 1 hour in the lobby with my family, it was close to 3 am and the "night manager" told me I had to wait an hour while she sorted out receipts. She even told me "you can cancel if you want" and I wasnt going to get refunded my 203.00 per night. It saddened me that all my family was tired and we were waiting in the lobby for an hour. She was the bald headed woman (I didnt catch her name) giggling w the white male that was there like if it was funny to treat us that way. Luckily I spoke to the main manager in the morning and she apologized and told us that she wasnt suppose to treat us that way. It was a very comfortable room nonetheless.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. No problems from the time of check in to check out. I wasn't able to utilize the amenities this trip but hopefully next time. Not many eateries or shops around, but again this is Houston nothing is very close together so that's fair. Definitely would stay again.

Location was easy to get to with good parking including parking deck. Room was big. Front door to room didn't close with large gaps that made it loud to outside. A/C took a few hours to cool off room. Shower drain (no tub) got too much of bathroom floor wet. We didn't ask for ADA room but got one anyway. All the faucets were loose. Room needed renovation. Didn't like all the lamps without a main switch. Highway noise was an issue but used our phones for white noise.

Room was clean and hot tub was nice and room with the balcony was a nice treat.

It was ok. The day we got there, there was only two towels, we had three people. Also we had no liquid soap, we had to leave a note so the housekeeper could fill it up. Minor things but we the customers should not be worrying about those things. The front desk at midnight could not help me with my safety Box. She did not know how it worked.

Even though we had leave early, it was amazing. Not just our room was clean the entire grounds was beautiful. We will definitely be back

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, well-priced, comfortable and well-appointed rooms with excellent beds & good chair!

I stayed on the 7th floor (I'm guessing I got an upgraded suite due to being a gold member), the room did not have a suitcase bench. The fridge barely worked, didn't really keep drinks that cold and the washroom seems to lack a ventilation fan, windows fogged after a shower including that mirrors outside the washroom (I had requested for this to be checked, but there was no change). Also the hotel is right next to a freeway so expect lots of noise. The custom menu OS in the TV was very clunky, very hard to navigate once you want to change the channel. The breakfast options were very limited, mostly geared towards people who eat pork, unfortunately we don't. On the last day, my wife found an insect in one of the cereal dispensers to which she showed the staff, they didn't change the cereal and left it as is which was shocking. The stay was without issues though, I had no issues navigating in and out, but I wouldn't stay here again, you could get everything they have in a cheaper hotel in my opinion.

One thing I did appreciate was that makeup remover wipes were provided, which many hotels no longer offer and are genuinely helpful. Other than that, while this is an okay place to stay, it’s not a great one.

My stay was very disappointing. The bathroom was outdated with cracks and old fixtures, and the toilet leaked and ran water all night. Noise from the nearby freeway made it hard to sleep, and the bed was so worn out that I woke up with back pain. The front desk staff seemed uninterested — one was watching a game on TV during check-in and barely paid attention to my questions. The included breakfast was very minimal with little variety, not worth the extra cost. The elevator also looked old and concerning, with no key required for floor access, which didn’t feel secure. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

What I liked about the property was the cleanliness. What I didn't like about this stay was that day did not offer a free Continental breakfast. Also they did not give me my points or wanted to give me my points and they said I could not get points for staying here because I booked it through Expedia. I would like to have my points because I stayed here several times and over the country

Friendly staff convenient location

The Staff was rude. Sent us to wrong room that had been occupied then said we made a mistake with our booking. Threatened to kick my family out because we were not pleased with how we were spoken to. The lady Melanie? was really rude on the phone and despite their mistakes, we received no apologies. I DEFINITELY would NOT stay here ever again.

Clicking noise all night from AC unit and huge gap under front door so could hear noise in hall and have light come through. Facing highway, you can hear loud speeding cars.

The propety is nice and the rooms were Clean. The only thing is that the pool wasnt clean. But also when you go for the breakfast...which we thought was free...it isn't. So just be aware of that.

The spa tub was broken and I called before booking at that hotel make sure the spot was working and the lady told me it was my disappointment got there. They said it was broken for three weeks and it was my daughter‘s birthday weekend and that’s all we talked about before but the manager was very nice. He gave us complementary dinner on the house

This is our go to hotel every time we are in Houston. Great location to the highway, restaurants and shopping. Rooms are clean and comfy. Highly recommended!

Only problem was the toilet in our room did not flush very well. Not enough water pressure.

If I could give them a 100 I would. We had the best relaxation there. It was our anniversary, and we had a delightful time. Plus, the room was very beautiful, clean and spacious and I am very pleased with the price, it easily could have been tripled the price. We would definitely be back.

Houston Marriott Energy Corridor was an excellent hotel. The location is easy to access, the facility was beautiful and the staff was great. I will definitely stay in this location in the future.

I called for an early check in. The front desk told me my room is not ready yet @ 0215pm. She said my room will be ready at 3pm. I went to the front desk at 3pm and the front desk told me my room isnt ready yet. long story short i waited from 3pm until 530pm to check in my room. If there was any problem with my room the front desk should have called me and alearted me or upgraded my room. the only thing they can say is were sorry and here is two bottles of water.

nice place and staff, however, bad location

Going downhill at this location. Broken fixtures in the bathroom, and when I arrived the toilet and sink did not function. In the morning I found the half and half in the in-room coffee service was solidified and a full five months beyond its expiry.

On the other hand the bed was wonderful. The restaurant workers were very sweet and accommodating. The pool is good.

Quick weekend stay was overall great. No complaints. Easy check in and out.

Pretty good hotel for the outside appearance, it may not look too new but the inside is really enjoyable.

The only negative thing I can say about this property and the rooms were the beds!! The mattresses are hard and we're not comfortable at all. The pillows went flat and we're just so uncomfortable and the bed should be the most priority of hotels!

They didn’t have bottles of water to drink coffee in the room. I asked to put me far away from the freeway they put me right next to the freeway. It was so noisy. I couldn’t even get some rest.

Very nice property for a great price! They were short-staffed but the staff that was there worked very hard to let us check in early & get us different pillows. Pool is nice. Convenient to Katy & Memorial eating & shopping.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and each time it does not disappoint. The breakfast is awesome. The staff are very helpful. It is conveniently located and the rooms are quiet.

Rooms are a little dated - bathrooms need caulking or extra cleaning. It was good for what we needed for a last-minute stay.

My bed was lon sided. End of the bed was higher than the head. The cook didn't come to work so by the time they got someone it was 9pm before I got any food. The food was delivered on to go containers and not on plates. Poor experience for a Marriott

The hotel is clean and appears well maintained. The staff were very helpful with any question and the breakfast is well worth the extra amount. I would recommend.

Everything was great for the most part! The only issue was one of the reading lights was not working and one of the switches was not turning on the lights by the fridge and closet area. Other than that just a minor inconvenience.

Very very clean hotel and room, comfy bed, parking lot security was nice, didn’t use any amenities or the bar/ Starbucks but was available if needed. We were on the 6th floor and the view was nice. I definitely recommend and will stay again!!

The staff is so friendly and helpful. The location is central to many areas and easy to get in and out of. I felt safe a secure with security in the parking lot full time. Love the option of a balcony room too. The balconies are spacious and private.

The staff at the desk and bar are incredibly nice and personable. No issues at all with that. My issue was my room. The bed was uncomfortable but I could manage. It was the loud clanging sound from the air conditioner I’m assuming. It was horrible. Came on randomly and disturbed my sleep. I can hardly describe how awful and loud it was. I have recordings. The walls are also paper thin. I could hear everything around me when the AC was sounding like it was going to explode. The last day as I was getting ready a pretty big bug crawled out of the sink. That was disgusting.

its a marriott, built in the 80's it felt like but its nice, little overpriced but not exorbitant, and i booked day before

Was the same until it finally reached temp very early in the morning. The pillows on the bed were by far the most uncomfortable pillows I’ve ever used. I slept horrible because of them and the temp. I won’t be staying there again.

for a 3 star hotel , it is pretty well kept and clean, I would stay here again compared to a 4 star in houston tx
