Hotel was nice but room was small for the price. The parking option was pricey for the valet and a long walk for self park option.

Overall experience was great. However one of the elevators were done and it was super busy with competitors for a robotics competition, so elevator service was slow. Also, 1st night we waited 15 minutes for bar service that never came so we eventually left and noticed all servers chatting at the hostess stand while we were walking out.

I loved the Hyatt Regency Downtown Houston location. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful.

Room needs to be renovated and the breakfast was not free as advertised it was an additional 25.00. No shuttle but there was a bus parked on site. Valet parking was 60.00 and it was not even on the property.

The staff were exceptional, particularly the housekeeping staff.

Fantastic service from the time we checked in, to when we departed. The staff is friendly and it’s clear, they pride themselves in great service. The buffet breakfast was wonderful, and the staff delightful! Will definitely stay again.

The location was incredible When u get there they charge $75 per night for deposit something that should of mention, then got stuck on the elevator no staff apologize or was sincere, also one of the blankets had dry blood stains on the blanket but they tried to covered it wit putting white sheets on top like u not going to move the covers around, don’t have a shuttle to and from airport but have a shuttle bus sitting outside

The room was so out of date. Very 70'ish and lacking any modern touch. Nothing on any of the walls and lighting is poor. Bathroom is very old with still an old bathtub with small showerhead.

Large upscale hotel well located downtown. The room was comfortable but my bathroom really needed updating. There's a large atrium and it is quite loud at night. You can easily hear the noise from the bar inside the room, even from the 12th floor. The staff was very professional and friendly. I was attending a conference which was held at the hotel. Very convenient.

I will say it definitely gave “it’s a hotel for people who are in town on business” or other professional matters! They also have a 24 hour food spot that prepares hot bagel pizzzas etc so that was also a plus! Very pleased with my stay. Pool area was clean, quiet, and lowkey.

Our experience was great from the moment we walked in until I was awakened by the smell of sewer in the morning. The smell went away by 11AM but we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Otherwise, the check in was easy, the property was clean and the staff were kind.

It was my first time in Houston and i couldn't choose a better hotel to stay in. My experience was definitely a 10 out of 10. The front desk staff was great. The house keepers was awesome and made sure you had everything you needed. I will definitely be back to stay. Thanks alot Hyatt for a comfortable stay.

Was closed for maintenance which was not stated on the site when I booked the room. We would have stayed elsewhere. I’m part. Of the Hyatt rewards programs and always had a good stay but this was not as what I thought and wanted

The staff was so nice! Very friendly, quick check-in, and lobby is welcoming. The rooms are outdated, bathroom was just ok. It could have been cleaner, and sheets on the bed we harder than I’m used to.

Bathroom and shower were terrible but everything else was nice.

Overall, a great hotel. The only negative, house cleaning did not clean our room on the second day of our stay. They did bring us clean towels when called the front desk.

Nice rooms. The main area with all the rooms is a very cool site to see. The bagel place had great sandwich’s and was open at all times.

Property was very upscale in a nice area. Escalators were out requiring a lot of stair climbing to parking garages and the ice machine on our floor was broken. Overall. Nice experience.

Everything was wonderful except the elevators. The hotel was full due to a convention and we waited for elevators for 15, 20 minutes. When one finally opened, it would be totally full. Several in our group took the stairs down 19 flights and still i was waiting. I know this was not the only time the hotel was full so this must be a regular occurrence. When we finally got on an elevator, we ended up stopping at every floor on the way down, many times to find nobody there. My guess is that they took the stairs after waiting for some time. I saw several times when the elevators just bypassed the floor without stopping. The other thing that was an issue was valet parking. We waited 30 minutes for our car at one point. At this point, I'm glad it didnt work out, but I paid extra to be on a high floor only to end up on the 12th floor. After the elevator issue, i guess I'm relieved. Everything else was great.

Great stay as always. This is my go to place when I stay over in Houston. Great hotel and absolutely great staff.

Waited over 30 minutes for the elevator. Had to take 16 flight of stairs.

Elevators out of service except for 2. It was a 25 minute wait to get to the lobby. Also unhelpful that they weren’t allowing for late check outs upon request. Would not recommend
