    An employee came banging on the door at 5 am demanding that I pay to fix his mistake. He claimed he only charged me 15$ for the room. As I was half asleep, I handed him my card to take care of it. He came back saying he charged me for 2 days instead of the one. Then I realized he had the wrong room. They refunded it, but it was insanity for that to happen

    The property was very clean, staff was very helpful at check in which i appreciated after a hard day of travel. the only issue that we had was that online it showed to be a smoke free hotel, and once we arrived at the room it was in fact a smoking room. it did not smell of smoke but there were ash trays on the bedside tables and a few small burn marks on the side of the jetted bathtub. over all it was a pleasant experience the presence of smoking in the room just caught us a bit off guard. i will state that usually I try to book hotels that do not allow any smoking as I have asthma and it can sometimes be triggered by the smell of smoke, but there was none. leading me to believe that the staff does an incredible job cleaning and airing out the rooms.

    the room was pretty good size and had a range of lounge/work areas within the room. these weird little stringy bugs were in and on my bed. Didn't know that anything could scare me as much as roaches but yep sure enough i didn't sleep after that. The towels were similar to paper towels. No coffee or coffee maker in the room.. thought that was a pretty solid standard across lodging. Also extremely over priced I mean this was in no way shape or form carrying the value of $100. Everything was very old and outdated and that is not even a big deal but if you charge a hundred for that room just to get a kitchenette feature at least throw in some coffee or utencils for people to use with it.

    The staff was friendly and it was easy to get to my room. AC worked well and different pillow options was nice. The bathroom definitely needed updating. Dirty shower head, I assume calcium build up. There were bugs in the bathroom; found three at separate times during my three night stay. I assume there must be a crack they’re getting in from because the living/bed room was perfectly fine.

    I paid for the room through booking.Com and when I arrived, it took a while before the desk person cleared it and gave me a room key stating it's pending after the money was drawn from my account. He had me calling booking.com whose customer service was horrible after I had been driving 5 hours and tired already.

    Convenient to our son’s apt. Hair dryer didn’t work. Room smelled like smoke. Lights in the bathroom didn’t work unless you turned on the lights for the whole room.

    The staff was VERY helpful and polite. Room was nice with a very large kitchen. Walk in shower. Few amenities as this is an extended stay hotel. No Kleenex, but had soap, shampoo and lotion. Generous with towels, but they weren’t big fluffy ones. Located in a safe area.

    It’s nice that the room has a partial vinyl floor not just carpet. It’s helpful that we were given a first floor room for my disabled child. There are no room coffee makers. The deadbolt had been smashed off the door and the door was dented from whatever force knocked off the deadbolt—made us feel unsafe.

    I dont anything about the property because they wouldn't allow us to check in. Their reason was i hadn't paid the full amount. I used a reward night thru hotel.com and the remaining balance was 9 dollars and change which i paid. The phone number they have listed DOES NOT WORK! My friend was arriving before me and had to had his phone to the attendant. When i spoke to the attendant and gave him the confirmation number and the name the room was under along with my name who paid for it thru the app he refused to talk to me. My friend was told to leave the property.

    Bruh this hotel is trashy! I ain’t have NO MF CLEAN sheets! It had atleast 10 yellow stains from who knows what. The restroom is probably worse than the bed. Hairs everywhere....The towels were dirty, smelled like cigarettes. It really was a waste of $84 !!!!!!! This place was worth max $50 not no damn $84 dollars for a night... never again!

    Loved this place! The management was very pleasant and accommodating. We were pulling a covered trailer and they had the perfect place for us to park. The manger checked on us to be sure we were pleased with our room. The room was very nicely decorated and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and it had a great little refrigerator. The bathroom was nicely done with an awesome walk in shower and a great shower head. We realized we needed to stay another night and had no problems adding an extra night on. Highly recommend this hotel!

    My family and i was very disappointed with this property, there was no where for kids to sit and play. I called expedia the same day about leaving the hotel and i spoke to someone that stated to me, we would get a call the following morning of 8/31/19 and noone ever called. My family and i was bite by bed bugs. My husband was bitten the most and had to go to the doctor, get a shot and 3 bottles of medicine. Myself and my grandson also has bites on us.     The room was beautiful, clean and comfy. The check in and check out could have been way better. There was no warmth or welcoming feeling i get at other hotels. Very impersonal. I was also charged an additional charge to use my debit card. Didnt care for that. Overall, very nice rooms but horrible customer service. I'll probably be staying else where next time because of this.

    The only bad thing is that there is not really a comforter. Just a thin sheet and it was cold when we went so I was shivering the whole night even with the air conditioning on a reasonable temperature. The blanket also had burn holes in it even though we were in a non-smoking room.

    PROS: 1) Initial meeting with Staff was friendly. 2) Parking lot extremely well lit. 3) Very Quiet 4) Room very spacious 5) The cleaning everyday was nice 6) Elevator 7) convenient to everything 8) Free Wi-Fi 9) Cable TV with every channel you should need 10) Very clean "CONS": 1) Realized I paid way MORE online than I could have paid at the front desk. 2) Laundry is available, but only 1 Washer and 1 Dryer 3) Nowhere to hang clothes 4) Only 2 "little" drawers if needed 5) Weird lighting system that requires the main room light to be on and a main cutoff switch that keeps the bathroom lights from turning on 6) bathroom floor gets a little slippery (with shoes on / rubber) which I assume is from the AC inside and the heat outside. 7) Wi-Fi spotty sometimes Hope this helps!

    It was a pleasant place to stay for the value of the room. Well stocked with more amenities than I expected, and a grand lobby with a large breakfast nook, plus overall quite clean (aside from a few dead bugs and cigarette butts on the second floor walkway).

    Wife and I paid for a non-smoking spa room after checking in we discovered the room smelled like cigars, we requested a different room they moved us to a normal room not a spa room but were still charged for the spa room after contacting Expedia the hotel still didn't want to refund me the difference Expedia finally ended up refunding me out of there own pocket. The blanket/comforter is barely thicker than the sheets I would not recommend this hotel at all! FYI the hotels argument was we chose to change rooms and that its not there fault someone smoked in the room!!
