The staff was so friendly! Very accommodating and very helpful! Jesse one of the staff memebers gave is a complimentery shuttle ride to the spectrum and he was so friendly professional and made us feel very welcomed. The property was also clean! Pool was nice and fireplace was so nice

The facility was clean and the staff was professional. I used Booking.com to book the room which I’ve used 100’s of times, but when I arrived they did not have my reservation. The staff found me a room and it was not anyone’s fault but technology. The one thing I’m seeing more of is charging $25.00 per day to park. I know it’s extra revenue, but your not responsible for my car if it get broken into so what am I paying for the convenience? I can see if you are paying to keep my car secure but you are not. It seems a bit shady, but I get most hotels are doing it.

Would have been nice to get fresh bath towels, wash clothes, toilet paper, and coffee supplies for the room coffee maker. I had to go down every day and ask for all these items.

Great for kids as there is restaurant downstairs with friendly staff and everyone is helpful! I recommend for newborn as rooms are clean and you font need to go anywhere as everything is located in hotel. Food, amenities, and entertainment.

This location was great for what we needed. We felt very secure on the gated area. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Came for a baseball tournament and the location is perfect. The rooms are spacious for my family and parking is so easy.

They let me check in early without any charge. Breaksfast was very good and the staff were great. The only negative thing is the toilet paper, like very cheap and they need to renew the towels please.

The room was fine and the front desk staff were very courteous. However, the staff at the bistro all should be fired. We tried to get their attention last night to see what they offered at dinner. They saw us but totally ignore us. We left and went to the spectrum to eat dinner.

The staff is probably the best aspect of the hotel. The towels are very old. Also the bathroom is a little outdated and the quality of the toilet paper is terrible it is like sandpaper. The breakfast was good and the staff at Starbucks were always polite and nice. The shuttle is a plus they can take you to the Spectrum center for free.

What an absolute gem! I would rate it 5 stars just for the location but this place is absolutely perfect. I had originally planned to stay 2 nights and then go to LA to spend 4 nights there. But after experiencing this hotel I decided to ditch LA expensive trashy options and stick with Irvine for the whole duration of the trip. Stayed a total of 6 nights and everything was absolutely amazing!!

Clean. Spacious room with separate tvs for the bed and couch. Hotel staff is super friendly. Shout out to Rebecca who let me use her persona umbrella to deal with the rain. Room was quiet. Nice walk in shower. Great place. Also appreciate them doing early check in for no extra cost

Great getaway exceptional service from check in to check out. Breakfast food gets a 10 rating and the manager(Daniel) hope we have the correct name, he is awesome greeted us during breakfast and even poolside in our Cabana which was also amazing and even had TVs to watch the game. We didn’t have to bother with parking to do our shopping because Marriott has a shuttle service !!!! Truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait for the next trip to Marriott Irvine Spectrum

Room design is awful, the shower wall is right behind the bed, if you’re in bed and someone is taking a shower you can hear every drop of water. Not worth the money at all! Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Only negative - cleaning staff inexplicably removed all the unused washcloths from my room one day, so I had to go downstairs and request new ones.

Probably the nicest courtyard Marriott I have ever stayed in and the service also was the best I have experienced. Good location near spectrum shops and movie theatre. Walkable!

Dining staff was eager to shut done the dining area 20 mins before closing. Other than that, nice area and hotel to stay at.

staff was great. room was clean and quiet. the only thing that we didnt like was that we were given a key that was not working. then when they got it fixed the to our surprise the room was actually still occupied by other guests so we have to go back 3x to the lobby just to get us the right room and the right key. other than that we love the breakfast and there's starbucks inside.

It was in a nice area and had private parking which was very convenient.

All good, but the air conditioning wasn’t working so it was a little warm at night. We slept with the window open but they didn’t open very far so it was still warm. Other than that it was nice and clean and we enjoyed the gym and pool and hot tub.

Pros: Close to Spectrum, quite, safe, comfortable, friendly staff, clean, great pool/spa/gym. Plenty of amenities. Cons: Only one towel hook in the bathroom. I will never understand that. One towel hook doesn't work for a family of four with four towels. It doesn't even work for a couple as it is only a single prong hook and you have to layer the towels. Nothing dries. Please...put up a couple more and make them two pronged hooks. The cost would be minimal for the hotel but would make it much more comfortable for the guests.

We enjoyed the very versatile gym and are generally thrilled with the cleanliness of this property. The bed and pillows were fabulous. Will definitely return. The room is exceptionally clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The hotel is conveniently within walking distance of the Spectrum Center. However, the food could use some improvement. I dined at the bistro for both dinner and breakfast, and unfortunately, the meals were mediocre and fell short of my expectations. Aside from that, it’s an excellent hotel overall.

The room is a little outdated, but we enjoyed it anyway the lobby was great. The pool area was great. Not happy we had to pay for parking being a hotel guest and for that reason alone probably would not go back.

The property was great, and I loved the standing shower over a tub. It's in a great location next to a huge mall with activities and food options.

Really enjoyed our one night stay. The room was nice and clean. The hotel lobby and pool area were beautiful and nice areas to relax. Also really liked that the Irvine spectrum center was within walking distance. My family and I had a great time staying here.

We had a wonderful stay. We stayed for four nights. The staff is amazing very helpful. We love the pool very clean and huge. The bed was very, very comfortable and very clean. We will definitely come back.

Modern, functional decor in spacious rooms, nice pool, excellent gym, plentiful and tasty breakfast. Chargers for electric vehicles. Also, walking distance to Irvine Spectrum mall with many shops and restaurants. Cannot wait to come back!!!!

Our stay was perfect! Alex at the front desk was excellent! He treated us very special for our anniversary stay! This hotel was close to Irvine Spectrum. Room was clean and comfortable. Great outdoor area with activities such as cornhole, putting green, and ping pong. Pool was clean and large:)

The house cleaning staff was so awesome! She tucked in our little ones stuffed animals and it made him feel so special. We loved our stay and we would for sure stay here again!

Had a one night stay here. The staff were so kind to let my family validate parking when they came to pick me up for lunch. Kept my car parked with them til after checkout and they let me use my room key to get out of parking. The staff was easy to talk to and addressed all my questions. I actually wish I had a longer stay here. Will definitely come back next time. Special thanks to Derrick from the front desk for all his assistance.

Customer service at this hotel is top notch. Hands down best courtyard Marriott I’ve ever stayed at.

My first time sleeping on a “sofa bed”. It was better than I thought and expected. I let my family take the beds but the whole experience was good, better than your average hotel! Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to shop around the area or go to a sporting event.

Everything was clean and well kept. They have a great seating/lounge area with a bistro and Starbucks and an outdoor area with a putting green, ping pong table, fireplace and swimming pool. The staff was friendly and very helpful! We felt safe and city of Irvine in itself is a great place to stay, lots of great restaurants, shopping, 20 mins to Disney and about the same to Laguna Beach.

This is the perfect place to stay if you are in town for a concert at the amphitheater. I booked here several years ago because it was close to the venue, I had no idea they offered complimentary shuttle service! Game changer! Now, I stay here often. Love the property: beautiful pool, fun backyard activities, cozy fire pits. Check out the rooftop restaurant, Hive and Honey, at the Marriott next door, for some great food, drinks, and amazing views.

Excellent service, and beautiful clean property. They provided us with a shuttle to the five point amphitheater which was a wonderful surprise, and picked us up when the show was over. The hospitality was incredible. Would happily stay here again.

The sheets were clearly not changed and had visible fluids and crust on them. They did not bring all new sheets and gave me a hard time about this.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. We were seeing a concert in Irvine, and they provided a shuttle to and from the concert, which was definitely a money saver! Only small little thing wrong that was a little too hard for me but service was excellent.

Friendly staff from beginning to end. Checking in and sitting at the bar all customer service providers were friendly and attentive.

Excellent hotel for family with young kids. The courtyard was fun for our kids. It had a ping pong table, foozeball, beanbag games (cornhole?) and mini golf. Pool looked great but we didn't use it. Close to the Wild Rivers Waterpark. Walking distance to the Irvine Spectrum for excellent dinner and place to wear down the kids.

The hotel is great, there is a shopping mall, the Irvine Spectrum, walking distance (aprox 8 min), from the main entrance take your left that way is closest to the mall. Lot of nice restaurants, stores and a Target. The only problem I had was the sofa bed, it was very uncomfortable.

Overall a great stay. Only downfall would be the elevators, slow and if there are a lot of people you will be waiting.
