Did not use clean room, did not eat breakfast or use Bar.

Cleaning was good, staff was amazing. I have one suggestion give water bottle 1 pcs everyday, if one passenger try to give one king bed room not double queen bed room.

Clean facility and helpful staff. Only downside was that many softball teams were staying on the premises and it was very loud and chaotic at times.

The furniture and room finishes also showed significant wear and tear. The leather chair was torn, the carpet looked overdue for replacement, and the bed sheets were noticeably worn. The restaurant was ok, but I was disappointed by the billing practices. A gratuity charge was automatically added to the bill without it being clearly explained, and then I was prompted to leave an additional tip on top of that. For a meal that cost around $100, I ended up paying approximately $185 after gratuity, service charges, and taxes. Paying nearly double the menu price felt excessive and left a negative impression. Not a place i recommend

The chair provided was worn out with peeling leather. Breakfast staff was very rude in demeanor.

Great stay. Until this morning when we saw a roach and killed it in our room. They gave us back our parking for free, but that’s still not good to have a bug like that in a room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I booked this hotel because I was graduating and needed a place close to the theatre. I’m so glad we chose the Doubletree. The room was clean and perfect. The bed was so comfortable and the room also had a pull out sofa bed. The staff was so friendly. Definitely will stay again.

I paid $230 for one night and expected a nice room. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed in this hotel. The staff and free cookie was nice. However, the hotel was in the middle of nowhere with no restaurants nearby. The room itself had the tiniest sink I've seen in my life, I could barely wash my hands in it because it was 1 inch tall. The room and bathroom looked old / outdated with the walls coming off.

I had a great time. Love the place. I’m gonna try and see if I can get one for tomorrow.

Why do I keep returning? Besides being clean, this hotel has the best blackout curtains I have seen at any hotel and is very quiet. The climate control is also superb with your own thermostat and quiet HVAC. In the bustling region we call Southern California, this is very important for those with sensory needs. The staff have always been friendly and very accommodating. They're always available to serve you and do so proudly. No other hotel's staff recognizes me. On top of that, they not only have the mandatory DoubleTree cookies but also offer fitness rooms. I didn't stay in one this stay but have on several occasions in the past, and this unique offering is very useful for anyone going there for sports reasons (which is many people in my experience).

Room was super clean and staff was incredibly friendly :) the 24 hour market was super convenient for late night snacks without having to leave the hotel! Happy hour at the restaurant was delicious as well (prosciutto flatbread and brussels)!!

The room was clean and quiet. The hotel had easy parking, and it was close to the mall.

I like that it’s dog friendly but there’s no dog area outside. Parking is not free. To pay that much per day and still have to pay for parking , I think the hotel is just into maximizing their revenue. When checking out I was told I cant get a receipt because “ my computer is not on. She should have her computer I. And ready first thing . Front desk service could be better. I will find an alternative hotel next time.

This hotel is nice for a business trip. The room was cold at night in January even with the AC off but the extra blanket in the room was a big help.

The only bad thing we got in at 3 AM and our key card scanner was out of batteries. Had to have a staff member come in to let us in. Was fixed first thing in the morning. Was very grateful!

Comfortable room, modern bathroom, convenient location to both 405 and 5 freeways. The mini store downstairs came in handy for snacks and middle of the night cough drops.

Our room was clean and good-looking. Everything worked well as it should. Our room was comfortable, as well as our bed and pillows. The shower offered strong water pressure, which felt nice. The room temperature was perfect and quiet, enabling a restful sleep. On the day of our check-out, we decided to have breakfast away from the hotel. A quick search showed many options within a short drive, even on a Sunday morning. The area felt very safe and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was great; service was very good at the breakfast buffet. We were a little annoyed that the beds are uncomfortable. The night shift did not know where blankets were stored. My daughter ate something at Knotts berry farm which upset her stomach, and she threw up all over the bed. We waited for 45 minutes for new blankets. All that was brought to us was 1 sheet and soft blanket. Unfortunately, the blanket smelled so bad, like feet. My husband went downstairs, and they sent us to a new room since they had no idea where to find blankets -so weird. So, the room the put us in was a king with sofa bed, worse sofa bed I have ever seen. My child decided that she would rather sleep on it as a couch instead of a bed as she felt the springs in her back. Best thing about the hotel was the cookies, obviously. I probably won't be back. Not knowing where blankets are stored is ridiculous.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. My mom had an early morning flight and was supposed to take the shuttle. When they realized that there wasn’t a driver, they immediately called her an Uber! I truly appreciated that!!!

Clean and nice area with Irvine Spectrum shopping nearby. The only problem is parking lot is bit small and EV chargers are useless. There was only two chargers and they were already taken. It is almost impossible to use it.

If the guest is a light sleeper, try not to get a room near elevators or pool. Excess noise. If barefoot, be careful when entering/ exiting bathroom of room 305. Tacks (sharp ends) protruding up from where carpet meets bathroom tile. EYE OPENER! For the we paid, there are better hotels out there to relax/ vacation at.

There is no vent fan in the bathroom, which causes major humidity and an overall bad smell in the bathroom. Room was extremely small-we were in a double.

This my second time staying here and the staff have always been very nice and helpful.

The hotel is clean, the lobby is very welcoming and has lots to offer, the pool is easily accessible and wasn’t busy at all, and the staff who checked us in especially was very nice! We’d like to come back.

Room had a musty/moldy smell. Pool was closed.

My shower drain was clogged and I was showering in a pool of water for my 2 day stay. Maintenance came in but it didn’t resolve the problem. As soon as I walked into the room it smelled like musty mold odor coming from bathroom. Just wasn’t pleased with the stay for how much the room was for the weekend. The pregnant manager when I checked in was very rude, terrible attitude. Just could have been a better experience, but i definitely won’t be staying at this hotel again.

Room is clean and ample. Bed is very comfortable. The pool was great in hardware but lack of management. There were kids throwing food in the pool intentionally. When I tried to stop them, the parents indicated there’s no sign saying no food inside the pool which was true.

Shower water was either hot or cold, can't adjust for warm. Toilet does not flush half the time. Rooms are very noisy

The building is a little outdated but not bad at all. Clean and comfortable. Location is convenient.

I would definitely stay at this property again! The front desk customer service is always there and the rooms were very clean! Both pool and jacuzzi are heated as well which is nice. Didn’t have a single issue although I do wish the parking was free for customers ($30/night).

Charge you $30 for overnight parking even after you just paid $220 for the night. Temperature gauge is broken and blows straight into your face in the room I was in and apparently most rooms.

Clean, spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Found out that the soap dispenser was empty during my shower. It's a 30 minute walk from Spectrum Irvine. $30/night parking fee is ridiculously expensive.

My doctor says it is a 2nd degree burn..this is also a Child issue... the solid doors were also very heavy and bruised my wifes arm.. At 75, we dont heal as fast as we used to. This hotel is also difficult to get to unless you pay for the toll road..It IS easy to get on to the 5 tho. The hotel did have fast food and a resturant in the lobby..

Nice property in a quiet area, but no shopping or restaurants nearby. All was good, except for the unexpected $30 dollar parking fee. That’s pretty insane, but seems to be standard these days. Reminds me of banks charging all of those fees.
