The hotel is very well maintained and clean. I checked in late and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

From check in to check out, the staff was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and accommodating!

For starters let me say breakfast at this property normally is not free. Now for a breakfast you are expected to pay for I would expect more. You can go to a lot of hotels pay less for room rates and the breakfast is free and they have the exact same options. If I’m paying for breakfast which I don’t mind doing by the way. I expect a made to order breakfast yet that option was not available. We however were comp two free breakfast due to house keeping not cleaning our room though it was requested at check in. We were told they were going to do it but after three calls to the front desk it never happened. By the third call we asked can you at least have someone bring us clean towels and someone from the front desk came. The hotel’s appearance was nice. The staff at the bar were very friendly having a bar there was a plus but overall we likely wouldn’t stay there again. There are several options in the area that are better just being frank.

Rooms are nice. Only two disappointments were, the room did not have a bathtub. And never put couples and families with children on the same floor, it did get noisy.

The bar staff was very nice and had good suggestions for a glass of wine.

This place has been fantastic for decades. Excellent service by front desk staff i.e. Dani, Yash, and Jamison. Jamison was under training but he seemed he knew it all and he accommodated my crazy schedule. Great job Jamison and team.

I didn’t like the fact that you pay for them expensive rooms and it’s no microwave in the rooms . One microwave in the gift shop is crazy to me . Also the WiFi sucks there ! Other than that everything was okay .

It was a great safe stay. Very clean and very helpful when you had questions. They said theynhad snacks at night innthe lounge but never saw it. Love theor breakfast rooms were clean and they even had sleep lillow spray which smelled amazing!

Like the Overall Design of my Room, I didn’t like the signs saying not responsible for theft or damage to my Vehicle! For the Price I paid shouldn’t have to Worry about my Vehicle getting broken into but Thankfully nothing Happened and not having a Microwave in my Room was a minor inconvenience

It was excellent other than the sink didn’t drain well.

We reserve a double room. When we checked in they told us they were out and only had a King. That was okay. Once we were in the room their was gum wrappers on the floor, not from us. Also the bathroom light was strobing. They told us maintenance would fix it been waiting 40 min. It’s late, im going to bed.

I had to pay for breakfast the WiFi and to use the gym. Had to go to the Waffle House the white staff was very rude and not friendly towards me. It was chartered to white guest but not blacks! I will avoid this place!

This was a great hotel, very clean and the staff was friendly. The 55" TV is great as well, most hotels have a 42".

The hotel was newly renovated in a very stylish fashion. Staff was attentive and super accommodating.

Second time staying at this property when visiting family in the area. Property is clean, beds comfortable, and staff was helpful and friendly! The hotels electrician had to come to fix the fridge and was quick to respond and such a nice gentleman. Enjoyed our stay.

Receptionist lady refused to provide phone charger and I have to walk 40min to gas station to buy one.

10/10 hotel great gym, was able to get a quick work out in, nice and clean rooms and they staff made everything quick easy and simple

Loved the property and the car remtal

When we arrived the water was turned off. After a day traveling I really wanted to go to the room and wash up. That didnt happen. As much as we tried, we couldn't cool down the room. The air was down to 60 and it felt like 75. On our 2nd night my husband moved the comforter and noticed two obvious blood stains under the bottom/foot corner, left side. Although there was a coffee machine, there were no complementary water bottles. Our coffee was not replaced the second day/night. There was no microwave in the room. In the closet there was no extra pillow or blanket. Of course we were too warm but someone else might be expecting to use them. No complementary breakfast, nothing. Not even a banana. Plus side: (except for the bed comforter) the spaces were clean and the desk staff were friendly. The location was conveniently located off the highway. Although I prefer Marriott hotels, unfortunately next trip I will have to book somewhere else.

My only downside was the surprise regarding the internet. The Wi-Fi was not complimentary for guests but was only available for benefit members or for purchase. I don’t remember seeing this at any hotels these days. Despite this, considering the price I paid, I think I got a very fair deal for the space, convenience, and quality of the stay.

Front desk Ladies were very pleasant

The hotel was beautiful however, I had to ask for a room change 3 times because 2 of the rooms were not clean and had a smell and the 3rd room some of the lights were not working as well as some of the plugs and the coffee maker. The employees were quick about switching my room and they last time they made sure the room was correct before giving me the key. Once that was handled everything was ok but for the price I had to pay I shouldn’t have had any issues like this.

The property was great. The only issue i think that needs addressed was that there was only one server and one bartender for a full hotel. We arrived for a concert along side 100s of others and was difficult to get food and drinks.
