    Pool closed, blankets were uncomfortable, "the milk" at the breakfast was either extremely watered down or sat out so long it literally separated. The yogurt and butter were frozen. The only helpful people were the young lady who checked me in and the young lady who checked me out. I know the breakfast is free but the quality was horrible.

    The hotel is aging. The staff was polite and helpful. There are no coffee makers in the room there is a musty smell which definitely reflect an older property. The pool was out of service so unable to rate. The breakfast area was very small and had no grab and go pre-wrapped items, something we appreciate when staying in Jacksonville for Mayo appointments. We also had someone attempt to enter our room after we had checked in, which made us a little uncomfortable. Grateful for the metal door hook for extra security. Bed was comfortable and pillows were great!

    It's an older building and it shows the wear but was a clean and very quiet stay. Cost definitely helped us in our time of need. We actually had a free room at Extended Stay around the corner, through the American Cancer society but those rooms were so dirty. Not some place for a healthy person to stay, much less a cancer patient like my wife. so we needed to find something cheap but clean. We were able to get a first floor room also which helped a lot. Staffs were very helpful and understanding.

    The hotel was closed when we arrived. It was simply an abandoned building. Someone came out and told us there was an issue between the owner and Radisson back in 2022.

    I am truly disappointed in this entire transaction. The hotel was booked back in July of 2022. Sometime during the hotel closed in January 2023 and no notification was sent to me letting me know about this. I was super lucky to be able to pivot and find another room at a different location. I wish there had been some communication about the closure. Hotels.com did come through in getting me a refund.

    We stayed 2 nights. Bed smaller than expected, hot water took a few minutes to warm up, entry card/doors had technical issues. Overall a great location for the price. Staff was helpful and very polite. Would stay again in the future.

    We had not toilet paper in room when we first checked in. Had to go to front desk to get it. We did not get room service for a two day stay. We left for the day and came back to a dirty room. Had to make my own bed. Had to go to the front desk to get towels and other supplies. I was told that they don't do maid service for two night stays. The breakfast bar was empty by eight in the morning. We will not stay here again.

    First I called two day's before arrival to change from king bed to two queens. I was told my the lady that answered the phone that I could do it at check-in. Well we arrrivied and I requested the change and the lady said they were full and I could not change. The cleaning staff were still cleaning rooms at 5:00 pm. Needless to say they were not booked there were not many cars in lot. The carpet in rooms and halls were soiled the bathroom was not clean the entire place needs some attention. I stayed there 6 years ago and it was nice but now it is horrible. I stay at country inns when I travel but will not stay at the one on Salisbury Road in Jacksonville Florida again.

    A sign at the front desk informs you renovations are underway however no mention of this when you book. The hall carpet looked like a herd of toddlers without diapers crawled through leaving their deposits. The furniture was dusty and obviously not cleaned. Some type of goo was on the wall in the bathroom. The tub had more than one ring around it. The coffee maker was missing the pod holder. When I mentioned this to the front desk person, he offered no solution. The sheets appeared clean though I hate to think of the last time the bedspread was washed. There was no TV channel menu available though after 10 minutes of scrolling channels I eventually came to the TV guide. The hotel had very few cars in the lot and I can't believe they are unable to take care of the few patrons they have during low volume days.

    - The motel was in much need of repair and renovation. It appeared that it may well have been in the process of updating and renovating the property. Workers were moving through the halls when I left at the beginning of the week. Computer/booking system could not keep the number of available rooms correct apparently, I overheard the desk clerk turn away either in-person or over the phone several guests due to "no availability." Even told me that when I wanted to extend my stay by a day, but I was able to go online and easily book that extension (to the clerk's surprise).

    I reserved a single queen bed with a roll in shower. I got two doubles and a bath tub. I wasn't able to shower! Almost the whole hotel was under construction, which was not mentioned until we got there. They just put us where we'd fit. Not a great experience in the slightest.

    I loved the warm yellow lighting in the room. Many hotels only have white lighting but the yellow, warm lighting feels very home-y and comfortable. The bed and sheets were incredibly comfortable.

    You can tell no one cleans behind the night stands or under the beds. A handful of gold stars and dirt bhind/under. I cleaned the bath tub and it was pretty dirty. Soap scum wiped right off shower knob and faucet. Precious guest left their towel on the back of the bathroom door. It was still there when we arrived to our room. No signs with times for continental breakfast. Pool and firness center were both closed for renovation but nothing online and no one at check in tells you that. Very disappointing as we had children.

    The rooms are outdated. Carpet is old and very stained. Our a/c did not work in the room. We went down and told the front office guy and told him it was on 60 when we went into the room. He blamed us and said we froze it up. When we came back to the room after being out, it was still not getting cold. We contacted the front desk at around 2am and the night clerk gave us another room and apologized.

    Although our bed and bathroom was clean, the carpeting in the room and in all hallways is filthy and full of stains. There was a strange chemical smell in our room that you noticed when you walk in, but didn't cause us any harm that is known. The ice machine on the first floor is broken. The staff we dealt with was pleasant and helpful. Its pathetic that owners don't find it important to clean the carpets.

    The common hallways were disgusting, carpet was very soiled, floors sticky, overall the property needs an overhaul. Rooms were ok, but the condition of the shower was disgusting. Grout was missing and what should have been white grout was dirty and brown. Leftover hair from prior guests adorned the shower walls. Skip this location until they go through a remodel..

    The room was clean and comfortable but getting to it was another story. We were told that the side door closest to the elevators was broke. The carpets in the halls were worn out and stained. When the elevator stopped a ceiling panel fell to the floor just missing us. It is obvious that there has not been any money invested in this hotel for a long time.

    The carpets were stained. The bathtub was rusted and had paint chipping off of it. The lamp in the room was rested and the desk chair was ripped. Also the customer service at the front desk was not good and then we asked for another room trying to give it a second chance and it was the same issue and the second room we went to and it was even on a different floor. I would not recommend going to this hotel.

    The "Suite" was nothing more than two rooms with an open door in between; bed removed from the entrance “living” area and replaced with couch and chair. "Bedroom" area had very little lighting. The original entrance to that area was a dark and useless space. They could have left the overhead light and put a desk there. The Staff was very responsive in providing a suitcase caddy and a new TV for one that did not work. After taking a shower, the staff alerted us that our tub was leaking into the lounge downstairs. The Staff was going to move us, but it would have been inconvenient at that time, so we just stopped using that tub for the rest of the stay since our "suite" had two bathrooms.

    I’ve stayed at this location many times over the years to include inviting large groups traveling from MD to Jacksonville. This is the first time I’ve stayed without a group and I’m glad I did. I would have been so embarrassed if I was traveling with the large numbers of people of normally travel with. The first thing I noticed was that the grass had not been cut and was so high I almost past the entrance. As I was going to my room I noticed the carpet and how filthy, dirty and the very large stains that were the length of the hallway. When I got to the 2nd floor the carpet was in the same condition. When I opened the door you could Immediately smell the mildew throughout the room. There were rust stains in the bathtub and the door would not close. I was given another room on the 4th floor and the found the carpet in the hallway in the same condition as the main floor and the second floor. While this room did not smell of mildew the bathtub drain was tarnished gray with green spots. The only reason I didn’t check out immediately was my credit card was already charged. I was more than unhappy and disappointed with the condition of the hotel. I will take my business elsewhere.

    For starters, the receptionist at the desk was very rude, no smiles, was just obnoxious. She had a sling on her arm, however if you’re too injured to do your job you should probably not be there doing it. The room had no toilet paper and none in reserves also the shower and bathroom was moldy and falling apart. And whoever designed those tiny pillows needs to be hanged. Overall my stay Was probably the worst I ever had.

    This place is run down and very dirty. Im shocked at the good reviews it does has. The outside has not been kept up and did not look inviting. After checking into our rooms we discovered mold in both rooms. The smell hit us as soon as we opened the doors. We asked to be moved into different rooms, upon moving the next two rooms were just as bad. The rooms were also very dirty, hallways had many stains and smell to it and the lobby was dark and dirty too. Not a very nice place at all.

    The hotel was disgusting, from the carpets to the shower and bathrooms. Paint chipping from walls and cielings, toilets and bath tubs peeling, (never saw that before), elevatornot working and unclean, garbage in the halls, T.V.s not working, (had to switch rooms because of that), rusty lamps, dated furniture, etc. Just a repulsive stay and regrettable booking all around. Will NEVER book there again... Would rather sleep in my car, and wash up in the bathroom at work. The place was GROSS..

    I wish I could have gotten my money back!! The outside appearance almost made me turn around but I’d driven to far. The front desk was clean it had a stale smell but the elevator area was hot as heck! There was a group of teenagers roaming the halls and sending the elevator to all floors. The carpet had stains in it the room looked okay but the sheets had burn holes in a non-smoking room the pool that according to the advertising was open which it was closed and should have had a cover over it cause it was disgusting the sitting area was horrible I just really wish I would have booked elsewhere!!

    Room very out dated. Bathrooms were the worst. Needs a paint job, bath tub was very old and clean as there was hair on rhe shower walls!! Left the pillows up and behi d the bed was dirt and hair!! Room was not a clean room. The carpet in rhe hallways was very very dirty.

    Roaches were crawling on the floor and the floors were very dirty as week The room smell like old mold so I turned the AC unit on 68 to avoid the smell Overall room was descent but a hole in the carpet New some updates throughout the facility

    The property was way below my expectations and experience for a Country Inn and Suites. Room was shabby and shower was dated. Bed was comfortable.Employees for check in and check out were very friendly and provided good service.

    This was one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed at. Specifically the common areas which were nasty. And then when you add the the high price, it encourages me to boycott the entire chain.

    The hotel staff is very pleasant. The hotel itself is just a little old and in need of some paint and fixing up. Other than that, it is a good place to get some rest before continuing your trip.

    I have been to this hotels before. This has by fair been the worst experience. I paid for a four night stay for vacation. When we got there, there was some type of construction going on. The pool was closed (water was green) He hotel smelled like smoke and needed to be updated. Our room smoke alarm had a plastic bag over it. The air conditioning unit had a strip of the thick gray tape on it. The chair at the desk was peeling and the covers were very dingy and worn out. The bed had an indention in the middle. I reported the room and was told they were sold out so I had to deal with that for four nights. There was very little upkeep to the property, the side door had caterpillars crawling all over it and the side door did not lock. Since my last stay at this hotel, it has become very run down and I'm not sure of that a reflection of management's hiring or what workers are being paid. Sadly, I know not to come back to this hotel. Best part about staying there was the fact that Dave and Buster's is within walking distance.

    The stay was excellent. The front desk person was amazing! The phone was ringing off the hook and he was managing three things at once but always made me feel as the top priority - unique quality!! When I came downstairs, he was sweeping the main entrance. Amazing man!
