    The 1st room 203 ac was not working so I had to be switched to another room that was ion the do not rent list. The room was invested with roaches. The dishwasher was full of roaches. They were crawling everywhere. We paid $100 for that room and it was terrible.

    Do not stay in this hotel unless you want to be infested with coach roaches I was traveling with my children and we were getting tired it was late so I stopped at the nearest hotel with a reasonable price because all we were doing is sleeping and leaving when we woke mind you it’s 11 at night we go to go in I turn the light on there are about 10 roaches on the floor the were on the fridge they were everywhere I walk right back out I told the lady I couldn’t stay there that I wouldn’t stay with bugs and there were no signs of it at all and I don’t receive a refund I jus want everyone to know so they don’t waste your money ROACH INFESTED

    The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the bed was soft. I slept like a baby. The person in the room above me seemed to be having a wrestling match upstairs. There was so much loud banging from 8am- 10am. Not sure what was going on.

    They charge a $100 deposit and they don’t say that anywhere before making the reservation. There is not even a water fountain, but the worst part was how dirty the room was, I found AT LEAST 5 roaches dead and alive, a fake nail, the “kitchen” impossible to use, under the bed full of dust. They did not clean this room for us, they just “made” the beds. It is very disrespectful to charge a $100 deposit fee that was not announced before making the reservation for a room to be that dirty.

    The whole place needs to be renovated. Several of the rooms were missing different things. The first room that they gave us was missing the TV the couch the table there is no doors on the cabinets. There was barely any water pressure.

    the location and easy access to the expressway Children, apparently without adult supervision, were playing and making noise in a room until 3 a.m. There was no one at the reception desk from 12:25 a.m. onward to complain to, and it seemed to be a normal and frequent occurrence at this place, because no one ever came to do anything about the unbearable noise all night.     I need to start by stating the staff was wonderful!. The negatives are nothing to do with staff: the entire building smells, dirty/old/mildew. The rooms need major upgrades, my window view was trash and broken fences and a covered pool. The bedroom area has no light, night stands look to have been removed. 2 small pillows on the bed. 1 trash can only in the bathroom when this place has a kitchenette. The kitchen drawers missing, the bathroom pocket door to the bathroom was hard to move. The bathroom sink and shower clogged at every use. Patch work all over without touch up paint. The sheets had an off odor, we brought ours from the car and used it on top. The place is in a prime location, the staff is great and friendly. The problem is the lack of money going into maintenance for this building. We are huge fans of extended stays and this location was awesome but the room was really a nightmare. I hope the owner will put some tlc into the place and it will be a better place.

    The manager pushed her way into the room exclaimed that we were smoking in the room and told us we had to leave immediately call the cops. I had just gotten out of the hospital 3 days ago. I have one arm and can barely stand. I've been walking all the way outside and 100 ft away from the door to smoke so why would I have done that if I were smoking in the room? I would have just smoked in the room at that point. This lady is a scam artist. There was not even a couch in the room. We've already paid for the night for our second night and now are being forced to leave. My wife is at work with my car and all of our stuff in the room with me and I had to figure out a way to get it all out and another place to stay and somewhere to go with my belongings. Little lady is a two-faced scam artist that works at the desk year. Do not go here

    My stay here has been wonderful. I’m a little confused on some charges I have but overall the stay has been great I really don’t have any complaints. I think they could use some updates done in the rooms and around the building because it is a little outdated here but it’s still livable. The staff are the absolute best here!!! Everyone I have encountered here has been so nice so helpful just completely amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will be staying here again when needed

    The first problem was that even though I extended my stay on hotels.com and talked to the front desk about it, they still kicked me out of my room and told me my stuff was there illegally only to let me check back into the same room a few hours later. I had to leave work to come back and get my stuff. Then they cancelled my key card a day early because they were mistaken about my check out date. Also, the tub dripped constantly and the last day I was there, it wouldn’t turn on to the shower at all.

    Room was not as advertised. It was missing the sofa bed. Outlets did not work in the bathroom. TV did not work and remote was missing. Took forever to let us in, despite calling twice. Place was very dirty and had bugs, including a roach. Entry reeked of skunk. We spent less than 30 mins there and demanded our money back. As we were leaving, a truck pulled up and a lady of the night left a car and got into the truck. Did not feel comfortable on the property, felt gross after dealing with the dirty floors and bugs. Attendant was friendly and tried to help - she was the only redeeming quality of the hotel.

    We stayed for a quick overnight business trip. We chose this hotel strictly on convenient location and price. It was cheap so "you get what you pay for". The property is old and not in the best condition, but at least the room was clean, even if a bit run-down. Staff was friendly during check in, but the check-in hours are limited. If you need a place to crash for the night, it will work - don't plan a vacation there with the family.

    The staff here is just amazing. They are very welcome they know who I Am by name they seen and is a nice surprise compared to other places that don't even look at you as a person just as a dollar bill or a headache.     They provided not even the bare minimum, no chairs, no couch, nothing for the kitchen(you had to pay extra for everything you needed), their toilets barely flushed(no plunger), there were no trash cans in the kitchen or bathroom, holes in the ceiling, the pictures they provided for the rooms is not what you get at all, there wasn’t even a stopper for the tub to bathe my kids in! There was no phone in the room to even contact the staff. And when I finally got there number the phone was disconnected! The only good thing was the beds were comfortable. Never again will I ever bring my family here. Oh and there was a lot of people smoking weed inside the hotel

    This property is ran down. It’s filthy dirty, nasty, everything is old and breaking. The doors don’t even close and lock securely. A bunch of addicts and homeless people live here. There’s roaches and fleas in the rooms. The rooms weren’t cleaned properly. Still had old food in the fridge/freezer. The staff was loud, obnoxious and ghetto and the facility is a complete reck

    Staff were very friendly, and the location was very convenient. However, my room had a lingering cigarette smoke smell to it. It wasn't bad enough that I felt the need to change rooms but it was noticeable when walking in. You could tell the suite hasn't had much maintenance done because you can see various dents, chipped paint etc.

    we had a half full big trash bag left in the trash can from the rpeople staying there before us shower curtain rail broke out of the wall during a shower and nobody cared , even qe complained everyday after 5 days still the same no one came to fix it no fresh towels only if you pay $2 each towel housekeeping only after 14 days of a stay sleeping couch dirty on the inside and the pull out bed no vending maschine a/c didnt work on cold just heat never been fixed either

    Worst experience. We had so much inconvenience -We booked a room which had refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and oven but the front desk refused to provide any utensils or dishes. They said all things are locked in a cabinet and they don't have the keys. I have stayed in many other extended stay hotels and had good experience but this one was THE worst. The rooms have poor lighting and are so untidy.

    One of the worst experience with hotel and expaedia customer care . Cant say which was worse. Booked a room and went there. Boooking was with my name. I presented my id and card. Lady on front desk said that other person with me need a id too . Unfortunately other person doesn't had a valid id at that time . Though booking was with my name but lady refused. I have been a frequent traveller and never faced such issue. Lady was ready to cancel the reservation and asked to call expaedia . Expaedia customer care agent was so rude . I told him hotel is ready to cancel but this guy bluntly said no this can not be cancelled. I have used Agoda earlier and faced flight cancelation and they went out their way to help with hotel booking.bad experience with expaedia. Will try to avoid expaedia as much as possible in future

    It’s a roof over your head if you have nowhere else to go. Overall It was a cheap option for my family when we were displaced due to construction at our home, which was what we needed so I won’t say it was horrible but there were definitely some issues. Staff were friendly but not always available, even at the front counter; during check in we had to ring the phones until someone showed up. The lobby area is also only available if you already have a key card so we had to wait with a poor Uber eats delivery person until a guest at the hotel saw us and let us in. There appeared to be one rolling bellhop for the entire hotel, elevator was maybe safe to use, and there was a strange overpowering smell only on the first floor that we could not figure out. Hallways sometimes clean of trash and sometimes not and we caught a gentleman sleeping in the hallway one evening. If it came down to it we would stay again if there wasn’t any other option, but given the choice and funds we would probably stay somewhere else.

    Every night of my stay, there were loud, violent arguments/confrontations on the floor above that drew attention on the lower floor. It was impossible to report because it is next to impossible to find a staff member, especially 'after hours'. The outdoor pool. Is only partially filled and judging from the green and brown tinge to the water/pool, probably NOT a good idea to take a dip (the toilets are cleaner, but that's really not a high bar to exceed). Even the exterior dumpster was overloaded with an abundance of trash and full trash bags scattered on the ground and spilling into the parking lot. I realize that a hotel can do little to determine the clientele, but this location felt more like a transitional housing location for the homeless, NOT a cozy 'home-away-from-home' and CERTAINLY NOT the welcoming, convenience of home residence.     Given room 307 on top floor go in was filthy smelt of urine and big massive stain they looks like urine on floor sofa bed stuck up in the air broke unusable and dirty Sheet directly on the mattress no mattress cover they can be satanized bath tub dirty garbage cans full no one to contact to get a different room this room needs to be condemned As we only had 2 nights we decided to suck it up. But on arriving back at the hotel after staying out over 13 hours the elevator was broke and was told to walk to the 3 rd floor I explained I could not walk stairs.     Dead bugs in sink, room door would not close properly and could be pushed open from the outside. We were told repeatedly that maintenance would come fix it, or we would be moved to a different room - neither ever happened. Instead, the front desk clerk came up, slammed the door closed, said "it's fixed now" and walked off. Also heard yelling, fighting and people slamming into the wall during the night. Ended up leaving and going to a different hotel. Not safe, not clean, and there is no one onsite for issues/emergencies from 10pm-9am. If anything goes wrong during the night, you're basically screwed until 9am the next day. And then good luck getting the front desk to help. Filed a complaint with Extended Stay Corp Office - haven't heard back from them either.

    Horrible experience, the room had roaches, toilet seat, broken, bathroom door jammed would not close, dirty fridge and tub, floor filthy with brown filth on it, under the cabinet wrappers from previous guest, linens smelled like urine, staff was horrible did not do anything to correct any of these issues?

    Staff was very courteous and accommodating. Beds are tolerable but room wasn’t very clean and saw two roaches. No breakfast as advertised.

    The website needs to be updated with actual photos of what the place looks now, not at the time of opening. Smell old, carpeting is dirty and worn out, shower pressure is awfall.

    Great rates, quiet and peaceful, clean and well kept are a few things that come to mind when choosing to stay at Extended Stay Salisbury.     Extended stay has far exceeded expectations. The property is very clean. All staff and management are amazing. Staff always goes above and beyond to make our stay here the best possible. My family and I have enjoyed staying here and will continue to stay at this location when staying at a hotel. I could not ask for a better hotel, location and staff.     If you’re here, you’re trying to get a deal I get it. While the room is actually ok, it’s get crazy stuff going on around the property including the front entrance. Expect a scene either there or in the lobby. There are some long term stay type folks there are living there and they ain’t doing so good. Oh, and the people staying in the room next to mine were clearly on a different schedule and stayed up all night. Lots of drug use and partying going on at this place. So if you cool with that and possibly your safety, this place ain’t for you, especially with a family. My wife would have made us leave if she was with us. And breakfast had no coffee. Just hot water, some dried oatmeal, and some muffins that ran out.

    I called to tell them that we would be having a later check in time when we arrived they had no two bedroom rooms available. They only had a one bedroom and it was a very last room. We couldn’t get any utensils, no dishes, no pots and pans. All I wanted was a fork Day too talk to the manager about a discount who said I would have to talk to Expedia. Still haven’t heard from you guys after going back into the room. There was a smell. I went back down managers gone. I’m told manager would call us. We leave for the day come back try to get utensils again we can’t managers nowhere to be found told she’ll call me never heard from her go back into the room smell so bad we have to leave the window down and the air on all night found a live cockroach, and then we found a dead cockroach went back downstairs to talk to somebody and half the time when you go downstairs no one at desk. We were on the second floor. The floors were not vacuumed. They were all dirty, went outside to walk my dog. The garbage can for your doggie Doodoo was full and no one changed them the whole time we were there I’ll never go back to this property and I’m trying to get my money back right now.

    Pretty bad place to stay. Broken bathtub , broken sofa, dirty shower tub, smelly bed sheet, no kitchen amenities apart from the stovetop!! What more could you ask for!

    This hotel should be condemned. It reeks of odor. Great very fortunate thing is my bed was comfortable, but I did have to keep my windows open so that I wouldn’t smell anything, and that worked. Even though it has a kitchenette, there are absolutely no supplies whatsoever to use the kitchenette. There was a sign to ask for supplies at the front desk so I went down and ask for a spoon and a knife and they didn’t have either one. The place just appeared soiled, especially the carpet, the elevator, the outdoor sidewalk, entryway.

    I attempted to call the hotel to confirm our stay but could not get anyone to answer. At one point I was on hold and told I was number 100+ in queue and to leave a callback number, which I did. They never called back. We arrived at 8:30 pm and there was no one at the desk. We waited about 20 min for someone to arrive to try to check in. We had reservations but the room was not available. We were told it was "first come-first served" and reservations were meaningless. After much discussion, she came up with a lesser room for one night, though we had planned to stay for two. It was suggested we check out in the morning and check back in the next afternoon (IF a room was available) - which we declined. The room was not nearly as nice as described and not worth the price.

    This the WORST place I ever stay, infact I check back out after seeing the room, the place had NO ice machine on the floor and when I asked was told they had no ice machines, people hanging around the building ,I didn't feel safe. Ourside the elevator was trash laying on the floor, the smell in the room and elevator was HORRIBLE!!!

    I had trouble checking in, but don't know if that area was from Expedia or the hotel. The floor to our room smelled terrible. The carpet was full of stains and very gross looking. The room itself had fake wood floors which looked nice. The room also smelled bad, but a different smell than the hallway. Room was very spacious with a small kitchenette. Our bathroom sink drained extremely slowly. By the time the 3rd person washed hands it was filled to the top. Luckily the kitchen sink worked fine, so we used that for most of our needs. The pull out couch mattress was disgusting looking and sagging in the middle. We opted not to use it. Breakfast consisted of packaged muffins, granola bars, some quacker grits packets and coffee/tea. No fruit, nothing cold, nothing cooked. No ice machine (possibly because you have full size fridges?) in hotel. Quality wise this place is definitely one of the lowest I've been to.

    Staff was not in the lobby hardly ever. You had to wait until someone popped up to be serviced. No bell or anything to notify someone. 3rd floor was absolutely disgusting. The floors were not vacuumed or taken care of. I felt unsafe. There was a homeless woman knocking on everyone’s door asking for money and a ride. No one had escorted her off the premises. I will never bring my family to this hotel again.

    There was food in the pull out bed. I had to go down twice to request someone to clean it (they never answered my calls) the 2nd time the woman said...you want ME to clean it? Im assuming she thought i was going to clean up from the last people who stayed there. There were alot of roaches and a very unsafe looking plug outlet

    We had roaches in our room, the keys kept messing up, and we had no towels. I relayed all these issues to the manager herself and her fix was a 10% refund off of $250. It was not acceptable the conditions of the room nor how they felt like they should compensate the situation.

    Upon entering the building, the smell of cigarettes, marijuana and mildew hit hard. The wheels on the luggage cart were torn up and it was very difficult to roll. The room smells like mildew and is unclean. The floor is sticky, there was dirt on the sheets of the pullout bed, there were no trash cans anywhere, the fan on the a/c made a terrible noise, the bathroom looks dirty, everything is old and outdated, the outlet covers were broken and/or missing and there were people running up and down the halls yelling until after midnight. I have never stayed at a worse hotel. My two kids are with me and we feel very unsafe here. We can’t wait to leave in the morning.

    It made me nauseous when I walked in and smelled it, I woke up with a headache. I complained but according to the front desk there was no other room. Dirty hotel, corridors and elevator, room stinking of mold and dog snarl, shower water did not heat up.

    When we got to the hotelat almost 11pm, we were told that we would not have a room as they were completely booked. Then when she took a second look, suddenly there was 1 open. The room was in a very smelly and musty hallway as there was a garbage room in the hallway. The room was in need of some TLC as the paint was bad, the dishwasher was missing the knob, and the fridge was banged up.

    If you plan to stay here DON'T. If anything "unpredictable" happens you WILL NOT be compensated for anything. Latricia Wright is the district manager and she never got back to me about the entire hotel not having running water for 7 hours. I simply asked to be credited for an extra day and they refused. With that being said i will continue to reach out to the corporation to get compensation for terrible service and smelly room and terrible mattresses to lay on. This is the worst hotel I have been to. The lady even had the audacity to request a good rating... here's your rating . TERRIBLE
