In my room, the ceiling in bathroom was peeling and falling into the tub. The was very filthy. There were roaches in the room.The curtains were falling off the rod. They refused to give me a different room when requested. They refused to give a refund.

A horror show. The motel is a hemp haven. NO SMOKING PLEASE. Disgusting and filthy rooms. Not the least bit as expected. Beyond a disappointment. A disgrace.

Very OLD Hotel that needed a major renovation.

Room had no blankets or towels. Barely used a sink, and it was already clogged.A four was warped, it may add roach catchers out. I had to use my jacket to cover up.

It was very nasty and the room was disgusting! Upon arrival the door was wide open and the room had not even been cleaned and they were going to check us in. We had already had the room paid for and arrived around 11:00 p.m. so it was a huge inconvenience for me and my husband! The photos on booking look nothing like the rooms in person. I never even checked in the room because it was so disgusting so there was nothing to like about this motel!

You stay at this Motel 6. I genuinely debated sleeping in my car instead, and in hindsight, that would’ve been the luxury option. The only redeeming quality was the bed, which somehow managed to be acceptable despite the surrounding apocalypse. The moment you open the door, you’re punched in the face by the unmistakable stench of stale cigarette smoke, like the room has been chain-smoking since the Clinton administration. Then your eyes adjust… and the nightmare begins. The fire detector? Not installed. Not broken. Just sitting on the nightstand, unplugged, with exposed wires, as if it gave up on life halfway through its job. The walls looked like they had witnessed a struggle. Not normal wear and tear—more like an exorcism was performed and the demon won. Scratches, marks, and scars that tell stories no one wants to hear. The shower deserves its own paragraph of trauma. I don’t know how to explain this properly, but it genuinely felt like taking a shower would make you dirtier. The floor was stained beyond recognition, like cleanliness had been outlawed. You don’t step into the shower—you enter a biohazard. And the floor? Calling it a floor is generous. It’s ceramic tile that appears to have been laid down with hopes, prayers, and absolutely no adhesive. Every step feels like a gamble. The rooms are spacious, and the staff here is amazing.

Well let’s just say never again. The place is infested with roaches. There was a shortage with my AC unit it kept going in and out every minute. Also the laundry was also wet because of the ice machine. The whole place has roaches

The pictures that they use for this is either not theirs or AI generated. The room is not the same room there’s no green there’s no gray. There’s no nothing upon entering the room. We noticed that the whole room was infested with roaches. I’m talking about on the bed wall floor curtains everywhere. We checked out right away because there was no way we were staying in that.

Room was filthy had mold was stink

Even though front desk was kind to check me in before time, the room offered was not clean. Besides, bed sheets were covered by blood and feces. No room change was offered, instead a quick clean up and change of bedding was done. Bathroom shower was never cleaned.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever seen in my entire life. The bedsheets were unclean and had other people’s hair and dirt in them. The room smelled terrible and like cigarette smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room.. The floors were absolutely disgusting and sticky and super dirty. The towels were also very dirty in the bathroom and they probably weren’t even washed because they smelled funky.

The staff Steve is an excellent young man. Very helpful. I appreciate it a lot. He’s a great host.

Room is pretty gross

when we got to the room there were still dirty towels from the previous guest and the nightstand was filled with ash which left a strong smell of smoke in the whole room, you could also tell the room had probably not been cleaned at all since there were several piles of pennies on the floor

The area and property looked decent even though I checked in after dark. However the TV did not work and the room floor was so filthy my socks were black.

Room 128 is the sorriest hotel room I have been in in a long time. Loose toilet seat, moldy flooring in bathroom and outside of the bathroom. Room heat/ac unit only blw cold air. Could not regulate the fan, no heat on a cool evening. Very tired and dirty bedding. I wold never stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and the price was inexpensive. Wouldn't recommend if you are a light sleeper because the walls are pretty thin and you can hear everything going on outside. The room was clean, One of the burners on the stove was broken and the door to the bathroom did not close properly. Everything else was good and just having a refrigerator and microwave for this price point was definitely a plus!

Remodeling

The best was the simplicity and genuine of the great treatment by the staff. I would had giving a whole 5 starts, but the reality is, that the facility was being remodeled. But, inspite off that, as I said, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel part of the Motel 6 family.

Honestly its a motel 6 you get what you pay for.

I paid for a queen room with kitchenette and was informed by front desk when I called if I booked that type of room it came with the kitchenette just to arrive and be placed in a twin double bedroom with no fridge, microwave, and no iron or ironing board. I had reached out to hotel.com and received no help and then the office claim they will inform management and nothing was done. Then when I would ask was told they had to wait til one came available but was told when I booked it was available. I would never book there again.

Look like a drug deal going down after we got checked in, reservation was for a king bed but was put in a room with queen bed, the tv didn't work. We tried several different remotes, they finally changed our room, didn't have proper cover or trashcan in the room so we borrowed the things we needed from the room we had prior. It wss the furst and last time staying there.

Absolutely disgusting place to stay in an unsafe part of town. Had to book something quickly for my kid and they couldn’t stand the place and management was unhelpful. Stay ANYPLACE else!

This property didn't off. It's provide basic communities in the room. IEA mini fridge nor microwave, I had to go out. And personally, buy a toaster oven, just to be able to eat things and ice for my mini. Cooler to keep things cold. There were also tons of sketchy activity. On the property

I got stuck in this situation due to a long drive and needed just few hours shut-eye before continuing forward. It was a terrible experience. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PROPERTY !!!!

Dead bolt didn't line up with the hole; the plate the deadbolt and latch goes into was completely loose on the bottom. Wall by door and door was filthy; no towels. GROSS and completely unsafe!

it was truly horrible. the first room did not work. second room the door had a gap you could see in the room with the curtain closed the bed was unmade with NO blanket no toilet paper and there was about 20-30 dead roaches i will NEVER recommend that spot and WILL be getting a refund

Dirty, bad smell, inside out is dirty

I rented a room for a one night business stay for one of my employees. I picked this hotel since it was about a 5 minute drive from where the meeting was going to take place. I didn’t even notice the awful reviews this place received. Shortly after my employee checked in, he called me to inform me that he was going to stay there. The room and bathroom were filthy, and there were skid marks in the toilet. Completely unacceptable. I told him run, not walk, out of there. F-

The floor appeared dirty. The shower head was dripping for the entire stay, and I had to keep the shower curtain closed, otherwise water would collect on the floor. Also, there were roaches that would crawl on the floor at night.

I never checked in. I called the hotel and they said they don’t have room for me because people who were supposed to check out didn’t leave. I was told to cancel the reservation on the app which I did. I don’t know if I got my refund back.

The outside of the room/s is very disgusting and smells awful. When I don't know what they mopped the floor with inside the room but the floor was very dirty like they used a old dirty mop

Hotels.com shafted me. I booked for two rooms and went to check in to find out only one room was paid for and booked at the site. What happened Hotels.com? I saw my confirmation for two rooms and I was definitely charged for two rooms, but the property did not have that from you! It was impossible to get a hold of your customer service to rectify the situation. The chat option on ur site was completely useless. If you want money stolen from you then use Hotels.com.

Reserved this room for our workers to stay and they say there were roaches AND bugs. They would have preferred to stay in the car instead of the room.

I did not get the king size bed I reserved, the toilet took forever to fill between flushes and when we tried to turn the water up on the toilet it just leaked everywhere so we had to turn it way back down low kNew I didn't even want to bother asking for help. There was obviously someone doing caulking in the bathroom It was everywhere all over the floor the fixtures definitely uncalled for and it was still wet around the door frame going into the bathroom and coming out of the bathroom. Not impressed with the room at all only hard chairs that was set up with a table cemented to the floor. Will definitely st at elsewhere next time in town

I got here and had to wait 25 minutes for someone to unlock the door to check in. Then when I finally got checked in, I found my room and immediately had to leave as there was a very weird man sitting outside my door. Did not feel safe. Place was disgusting

Property was dirty, bug infested and room was in a dilapidated state. I took a shower, went to eat. Upon returning saw bugs crawling on my suitcase. I immediately went to check out - but no one was in the office. Slipped the key under the door and went to another hotel. Definitely cannot recommend staying in this Motel.

They allow pet to stay free. Rooms are clean, but they don't clean floors. Overall, the property needs an upgrade. First night the room (king) had a kitchen sink that was running and couldn't be turned off. Even the shut-off valves under the sink wouldn't turn it off. The window AC unit was busted with all the buttons broken and embedded like someone had beaten it with a hammer. 2nd night they allowed an exchange to a smaller queen room. It was ok, but a downgrade. If the facility was fully rehabbed, the prices would be higher, so you get what you pay for.

My family was in a tight spot thanks to another hotel nearby. The owner Ozzy went above and beyond to help us when he didn't have to. It's hard to find decent people anymore, but he and his staff restored my faith in humanity that day. This property was safe, quiet and affordable. Will definitely stay again, and recommend to others.

Laid back area

Hands down the best hotel I have stayed at while stuck here in Jacksonville. My only complaints would be no Fridge or Microwave to store or heat food, and there is some mold along the baseboards, other than that I am most particularly fond of the fact that THIS hotel has no Roaches, as the other two hotels I stayed at did.

We came for a church event. The room was horrible, we checked in at 3, left for church at 4:30, came back from church, and checked out. I know you get what you pay for. But this is the WORST motel 6 we have ever stayed at. The shower was filthy, There was an old countertop stoved; hanging cabinets, broken floorboards, and a mouse. We complained to the night girl when we check out and she did not even respond. We are evangelists and travel a lot.

The only good thing about this place was the guy at the front desk. He was very nice and gave me my refund after seeing the condition of the rooms. We tried 2 different rooms and both had roaches, mold, stains, and horrible smell throughout. There were cops parked outside which tells me things must happen there often. I did not feel safe. I cant express just how bad the rooms were because it will seem made up. They looked like something out of a horror film. In the end i got my refund and left. Even if you are on a budget, go somewhere else.

Absolutely disgusting. WOULD NOT Recommend. The first room we went to there are patches covering holes everywhere in the room, the floor was covered in cigarette Ash, the bed had cigarette ash on it. We got a second room and not much better, there are stains all over the walls, there are holes from knives in the floor, everything is covered in this oily cleaning solution that I almost fell because of. There is no refrigerator, no microwave, no coffee maker, there is a literally a small cheap TV and two small cheap beds and that is it. wifi is not secure. Just an open account. Don't even know if it's real. Got back from dinner and our key did not work so we got another key, then we got another key, then the manager came with us and forced the door open with a pry bar, leaves a since of security doesn't it?!?!

If you want to stay in a crack infested hotel this is it. We left

This is my second stay there and the ice machine wasn't working.

The first room they put me in, the A/C was broken. They only had one more room and they put me in it and that A/C was broken as well. I gave them back the room key and found another hotel. Jazz who works for the hotel said she would cancel my reservation and give me a refund the next day. I haven't heard anything back from her.

They didn't have a cleaning service and the shower curtain had mold on it so we had to turn it in for another one. Some of the guests were loud but unclear if that was only temporary.

When I got there to check in, I could immediately tell the front desk guy didn’t want to be there, making me not want to stay there. He was very short with his answers to me. There was 2 of us in the room but I couldn’t get both keys, I could only get one of the keys for me. I got to the room and has to bodyslam the door to get it open and then to shut it once I finally got in. The first thing I noticed was all the bugs in the room. They were everywhere but mainly in the bed

Moldy. Staff that checked me in didn’t want to be there, wouldn’t even look me in my face. Checked out early within an hour of checking in, wife couldn’t even try to get comfortable. Disgusting.
