This is an older hotel with a VERY good remodel! Everything is clean well kept and working as it should. I have stayed here many times and always been happy with the customer service. Very well run operation!! Nothing! Not a single issue.
- 4/5
I requested top floor because heavy feet wake me easily and I had super long drives to get through. They did as requested and even gave me a unit that had two separate bedrooms so my daughter had some privacy for once during the road trip. I loved that the bathroom was very clean, well kept and it had timers for the shower. The beds were also very clean and the staff were extremely pleasant. One thing I didn't care much for was the white lighting. It made the space look quite severe. I prefer warm lighting as it adds a sense of welcoming to any space.
- 4.5/5
Could have been a little cleaner.
- 0.5/5
They stole my money Location had needles everywhere
- 5/5
Room was clean, lots of ammenuties in the room, staff eager to please and kept the room in good order!
- 1/5
So sorry to to say but the room had a strong smell of cleaning chemicals. The lamp shades had 1/2 inch of dust built up around the rim, one shade seemed to be broken and the picture on wall hanging crooked. The kitchen sinks had black beans stuck in drain. Overall just didn't feel like a place we could sleep. We left and rented elsewhere. on the
- 5/5
Nice location close to stores and restaurants. Good sized room with kitchen and nice bath.
- 5/5
Great little roadside motel
- 5/5
Front desk staff was very friendly
- 3.5/5
There were stains on the bathroom walls and we didn’t know there was breakfast available
- 4/5
No breakfast offered
- 5/5
Everything that you care about in a hotel room was nice — we had enough blankets, the heat was great, ample towels, a shower that genuinely got hot. It’s not matchy-matchy like a chain hotel, but who cares? The manager was incredibly thoughtful and kind. Admittedly, the bed was a bit uncomfy, but you can’t really complain at that price. The room had a full sized fridge and kitchen, which came in handy because we were returning from an out of state trip where we stayed at an Airbnb, and so had a lot of leftover stuff to refrigerate. And the shower, oh man, the shower was phenomenal.
- 5/5
The gentleman at the frot desk is always so friendly, and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. Great place!
- 4/5
Overall a good experience. Very clean. A bit less air freshener would be nice.
- 5/5
Easy to book, easy to check in, good stay no complaints
- 2/5
booked a kitchenet didn't have available the first night moved room on second night. The people upstairs walked around all night long for the other 3 nights. We are moving to another motel next week.
- 4/5
Beds were comfy, room fairly clean, nice staff, actually had a rollaway which is rare but beneficial when 3 guys are traveling together
- 5/5
Room was spotless, had a great time and the hospitality was awesome!! If I needed anything I was able to ask for it and receive it promptly!
- 4/5
Place was good! Sketchy area but there are deadbolts on both doors (bottom level) and someone at front desk 24/7. Room wasn’t the cleanest, stained walls, baseboards dirty, doors super dusty; but it wasn’t bad enough that I felt gross staying there. Kitchen and bed were clean. Bring your own blanket, top sheet is scratchy and comforter is thin. Hardwood floors and jacuzzi tub were big plus’s. Comfy recliner and pull out couch were nice to have as well. Big new fridge, fully stocked plates/bowls/silverware/stainer/knives/etc kitchen which was amazing and a huge money saver since 3/4 burners worked and oven worked well too. Hot and cold water but no ice. Overall 8/10 would stay there again and probably will :)
- 5/5
Super clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Helpful staff
- 5/5
Quick and easy check in.

- 5/5
Great room clean and very nice
- 1/5
Not for the faint of heart. Possible fire danger with old dirty unsafe elect stove and kitchen outlet. Wall furnace near kitchen showed signs of burning. Dirty walls and doors. Very stong incense smell to room. Not to recommend unless desperate
- 5/5
Larger than anticipated. Could almost be considered a studio bedroom. A welcome bit of rest at the end of a very hectic day. Staff was friendly and prompt. Would recommend.
- 3.5/5
Close to everything. Has two separate bedrooms which is nice. Friendly staff. Taco Bell is right beside the hotel so you can hear when people order late at night. Other than that it everything was good.
- 4/5
The hotel attendant was so helpful. He carried our suitcases up the stairs to our room which was gratefully appreciated.
- 4.5/5
They don’t serve breakfast, that’s ok and the owners where so nice and friendly
- 3/5
The property and room are in need of renovations. Some have been done but there are still many updates needed
- 2/5
Someone purchased a property with potential and a great layout and let it rot. Never investing in the business. Charging highest prices and never put money into the property.
- 4/5
The gentleman checking us in, was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were clean.
- 5/5
Room was a lot larger than expected. It came with a full on kitchen and large bathroom vanity. Pet friendly was a plus
- 5/5
Kind staff, amazing rooms with unbeatable prices!
- 3/5
Room was a little smelly (often the case in hotels that allow dogs/animals) but was clean, comfy beds, cable tv, WiFi, easily accessible, solid a/c, updated bathroom. Very nice & helpful people ruining the place!
- 4/5
Staff was very nice, the property outside was tidy. The inside needs to be updated. Doors and walls were chipped up closet door was off the hinges, the curtains had no blinds behind them so you could not run the air conditioner without the curtains blowing open. Couldn’t get any channels on the tv and the refrigerator was out of refrigerant so it did not work.
- 2/5
It was dirty and whatever cleaner, odor or laundry stuff they used stinks. Its over whelming. Can smell it down the stairs. I scrubbed the tables and the bathroom with some disinfectant wipes. There were marks of stuff on the tables that came off when I wiped them down. The bathroom door was dirty I also scrubbed that it came fairly clean. There was gum up under the lip at top headboard of the bed. There was stuff still on the floor. Hair in the tub and also marks that came off inside the tub. Its out dated and so the price of 120.00 is steep. Also the walls are not even made with drywall. They feel and look like cardboard. The room was painted awful browns and yellowish colors. Last but not least it looked like a toddler threw a cup or plate of food at almost every wall.
- 5/5
A bit worn and dated, but very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Loved having the kitchen with the fridge and freezer! Plenty of lighting, quiet, and located close to many restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
We liked the pet area...the pillows were terrible...the kitchen seats were broken definitely didn't look like the pictures.... But we survived.
- 4/5
Good price for value.
- 5/5
The room had all necessary amenities, not to mention full kitchen with even some utensils. The only complaint was the mattress - I felt the slightest movements of my wife which was quite disturbing.
- 3/5
Bed hard and uncomfortable, moves when other person turns over. Big gap under door, walls dirty and could use fresh coat of paint. Strong overwhelming smell off incense.
- 2/5
It got me by but for the money I expected to get a bit more. Like an alarm clock by the bed and things to work properly. The bathroom exhaust fan when you turn it on it sounds like a race car engine running(excessively loud). And a phone by the bed would be nice so if necessary I can contact the office.
- 4/5
-appeared like an older hotel online, however our two rooms had modern appliances qnd amenities. -its an older building with small little things in disrepair. We had a chair arm come loose and a towel rack come off the wall. The front desk were very kind and said it was no problem and they would fix it. -the bottom floor rooms are pet friendly for a fee which was a huge plus. -king sized bed on metal springs was pretty decent, the Pillows could have been a bit larger. -would recommend and would stay again.
- 3/5
The kitchen was kinda gross. Walls covered in food, fridge sticky. The bed was very uncomfortable. The place has it's charms but really needs a good cleaning
- 4/5
Fair quality for a fair price.
- 3/5
The check in person was very friendly. We chose the hotel based on previous ratings but it’s not in the nicest area. It did have a grocery store, gas station and restaurants close. It was pretty clean if you didn’t look too close. It was nice having the kitchenette but doors, cabinets, walls were dirty and not wiped down and shower curtain bottom was dirty.
- 1.5/5
That I got a parking right outside the room. Everything. Room was dirty. Towels were full of spots.
- 5/5
The hotel is older and does show it a bit. But the room was fine. Nicely appointed with a kitchenette and utensils, plates, etc. Fridge/freezer worked well. AC worked well. Bed plenty comfy. Bathroom clean. Desk and chairs could use updating and more padding! TV is large and worked fine. The managers were super kind and accommodating For the price, this hotel was fine for my needs and I would recommend it to others..
- 2/5
The hotel was really good what I didn’t like was that hotels.com charged me for the stay and then the hotel also charged me for the same stay
- 5/5
Clean spacious rooms
- 4.5/5
No
- 5/5
spacious room with a full kitchen. hot water was always hot. caring staff. thank you very much for the accommodation.
- 5/5
Great place for dogs!
- 2/5
Our room smelled like cigarette smoke.
- 5/5
Clean, great value, super staff!
- 3/5
This hotel is fine but old. The receptionist was very nice and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
- 1/5
The room above the office we stayed in didn’t have bathtub mat and caused my wife to slip and fall. I went down and told the office manager this issue and was given a useless mat. Then the manager suggested that use a towel instead. No ice machine on site. Body injured and bone fracture took a long time to heal and recover from the pain. The worst thing is now the manager said nothing happened that night to avoid paying our loss.
- 5/5

The staff was very friendly and professional. I enjoyed the kitchenette and large refrigerator. Room 2B was very cozy and spacious and I enjoyed my stay.
- 4/5
We were passing through and this motel was a good option for a short overnight. The welcome staff was friendly, kind and welcoming. She also recommended a good restaurant for dinner.
- 1/5
The hotel was awful!
- 1/5
It’s a motel not an inn & suites. The staff is rude and the rooms are not very clean looking. There’s also a strong smell of cigarettes regardless of it saying smoke free. Lastly, if you have a bigger vehicle chances are you will not fit as parking spaces are very limited and compact.
- 3/5
Keys didn't work and room wasn't very clean
- 1/5
This place is a dump. The room was filthy and smelly. The parking is not secure. There were several people loitering around, and while advertised as pet friendly, there was nowhere to walk my dogs. We left after we checked in and paid. I will be disputing this stay with my credit card company. Also, we were on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. My husband is handicapped.
- 4/5
Nice large room with kitchenette, but not terribly well-stocked. Good location, easy access, conveniently next door to Taco Bell when you’re tired from traveling. Very comfortable beds. However, two things brought my score down. First, a couple of lights had dead bulbs, or perhaps not replaced to save money. Second, the table and chairs were ridiculous heights to make them usable.
- 5/5
Very nice staff and property
- 1/5
The room was dirty and in disrepair. The "pet room" is located directly under the managers quarters and extremely noisy. I just wanted to sleep and the loud foot steps kept me up all night. Terrible plane to stay.
- 4/5
The property owner was very accommodating, friendly and patient (I locked myself out of my room 3 times). The refrigerator had a lot jelly smeared around, there was a piece of hair in the tub and the bathroom sink.
- 4/5
This was a good experience. The rooms seem to be undergoing a refresh. At least the one we had did. It had a new tub/shower and surround. There were three doors into the room. One locked & blocked. Assumed that was an adjoining room to make the suite larger. One at the front and one to outside and the back of the property.
- 4/5
Close to our kids place, good dining options and grocery store nearby. Staff always friendly. Parking is a little tight for our suburban
- 5/5
We stayed for three nights and were comfortable. Our room was spacious and clean and had a kitchenette. The couple that run it are friendly and courteous. We will definitely be back.
- 5/5
The guy checking us in was awesome.
- 4/5
The room was like a studio apartment, very clean and quaint.
- 4/5
Staff on site were very nice.
- 5/5
It was very nice and the staff were very criendly
- 3/5
There was a $50 charge for having our pet (dog) with us. I get that pets require additional cleaning attention, but $50 seemed excessive. The charge is typically $25.
- 5/5
It’s a really nice set up for my dogs! Back door to grassy area is perfect!
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay in spite of the following criticisms. It was definitely dated from an earlier era, but that's why it came with a full on kitchen(!), and a back door to the pet area. AND it was very clean, as well. I was by myself so it didn't matter that one of the two beds had a good mattress. And both beds had noisy sheet metal foundations. Could be discouraging for an amorous couple. Like I said, I was traveling solo, so it all worked well for me.
- 5/5
The property is small but very convenient, especially for pets. Rooms are nice and clean, staff is friendly.
- 4/5
I think the hotel is overrated. Our room has refrigerator that keep us awake because of noise. No ice maker available in the premises.
- 5/5
Great room with balcony over pond.
- 4/5
This property was quiet and clean. Has a small kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave. Has a stocked kitchen so you were able to cook your own meals. I liked the lay out of the room as it felt more like an apartment rather than a hotel.
- 5/5
The room was a little old but I did like the look. The staff was real nice and even allowed my family and I to check out a little later. For the one night that we needed it, this place was great. The kitchen was cool too
- 5/5
The room was somewhat dated, but it was very spacious, clean, and in good working order.
- 4/5
It is a very basic motel. An added plus is the kitchen
- 5/5
Quick stop for the night but found this to be a gem of a hotel! Room was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen and an outdoor patio!
- 1/5
This place is like something out of the 60's. Its mucky smelling and A/C units very loud. for $150 I would expect more yet I guess my age is showing because on this trip I am 2 for 2 1 stars. Prices certainly have gone up and will spend the extra money next time to avoid these hole in the wall places.

We booked this hotel last minute for a stopover on our way to Lassen National Park. Arriving exhausted at 9 pm, we just wanted a clean and quiet room to rest. Unfortunately, the experience was far from ideal. Unhygienic Conditions: Upon entering the room, a strong odor of uncleaned cooking oil filled the air. This indicated a lack of proper kitchen sanitation. Disappointingly, the bathroom lacked essential towels, forcing us to use our own. To our horror, we spotted several small cockroaches in the kitchen upon closer inspection. Exhaustion prompted us to just turn off the lights and sleep. Disruptive Night: Our sleep was interrupted by loud noise emanating from another room. Singing continued until we intervened directly. Cockroach Infestation: Waking up in the morning, we were met with a horrifying sight. The room was overrun with cockroaches – on the nightstand, near our toothbrushes in the bathroom, and crawling freely in the kitchen. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel! Staff Incompetence: The sheer number of cockroaches suggests the staff is either unaware or unconcerned about this serious pest problem. This lack of care demonstrates a deep disrespect for paying customers. Overall: This stay was a complete nightmare. The combination of an unhygienic environment, disruptive noise, and a disgusting cockroach infestation left us feeling frustrated and disgusted. We strongly advise potential guests to look else
- 5/5
It was very comfortable and clean. The only negative was that the base of the metal bedstand made a metallic popping sound every time you sat down or moved in the bed.
- 3/5
Good value for money
- 4/5
It is a older motel, but we found that it was very clean and quiet at night
- 4/5
Nice motel for a stopover - a little rough around the edges but decent value and comfortable - nice manager who obviously takes pride in his business/property. Would stay again on a stopover.
- 5/5
Got there late. Good nights rest
- 2/5
The walls had some sort of something dirty splashed down the walls. Streaks of something. The shades in the 2nd bedroom wete so dusty and dirty. The trash can in that room had something in it when we got there. Parking was very tight! We have a truck and it was hard to park. Yes, i understand for what i paid, i should not complain but at least if it was clean I would have given 5 stars..
- 5/5
A full kitchenette, dishes, silverware etc. Full size refrigerator, comfortable bedroom, tables and chairs etc. Great place for a longer stay. Perfect low price for my one night just passing through. Black bear diner just up the street, grocery store very close.
- 4/5
Fast, pleasant and easy check in. Very friendly manager. Office and room smelled clean and fresh. Quiet space.
- 4/5
Very nice and helpful staff members. Clean rooms but quite old and worn out. Good for the price.
- 4/5
Low price but nice
- 2/5
sheets were dirty and the water pressure to the shower was awful.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. The only minor issue we encountered was waking up in the middle of the night to the smell of cigarette smoke, apparently from someone smoking outside our room (9A), despite the “No Smoking” signs clearly displayed.
- 4/5
Front desk host was pleasant. Room was pretty good. I thinks some newer beds might be in order. Our room had a separate bed for the 2nd party. Heater was excellent Shower was good and coffee as it should be.
- 5/5
We got the best service and the room was so spacious and clean.
- 5/5
They take cats, and the room is large-a little cold with a noisy heater and fridge, but definitely great value for the cost. Nice location, next to an Albertsons. Good service.
- 4/5
Shower needs upgrading. Room and staff great
- 3/5
I could not use hand clean liq soap on my face and use glass out of kitchen cabinet without knowing if it is sanitisezed. body soap and shampoo did not pump in bathroom.
- 1/5
*We dis not stay at the motel. We called in advance to cancel our reservation since there will be a snow storm in the area. Manager could accept this fact and insisted on charging us despite the effort from Expedia to ask her permission to wave the penalty.
- 2/5
kept 20$ of deposit for a towel with makeup on it
- 5/5
price and service was good
- 4/5
soap dispencer did not work well and there were no sanatized cups other than kitchenette glasses
- 5/5
Spacious rooms
- 5/5
Amazing- friendly, accommodating, fast, knew who I was before I provided ID based on my online booking. Just so great!
- 3/5
Super nice guy at check-in. Affordable. But man, it's a little funky. Skimpy blanket, hard pillow, small tv, but what did I expect?
- 5/5
Welcoming, clean, comfortable, roomy, with the perfect set up for our dog! Just what we needed on a quick overnight stop.
- 3/5
Strong chemical smell, old, falling apart.
- 5/5
Greaty!
- 4/5
It’s an older hotel but very clean and great for traveling with friends 2 rooms both with TVs very comfortable
- 5/5
The staff at this property, especially the man who checked us in, we’re incredible. Thank you for a great stay!
- 3/5
Despite the name, this is not a Townhouse Inn and Suites that you may be expecting if you stay with Townhouse often. This is a smaller place more like a motel that just happens to have the same name. It worked though, and was fine. Beds were fine. Shower was fine.
- 4/5
The room was very large and clean. It is an older motel, but quiet. Would stay again.
- 3/5
Get what you pay for
- 3/5
This property was ok. Parking was limited bed was not the best but it was ok for what we needed. Stayed one night then resumed our trip home.
- 3/5
Overall the beds were very uncomfortable, the cleaner they used was very potent and if you have any sensitivity to strong smells you will likely be annoyed. There is barley any parking since lots of people have big trucks or 5th weals taking up two spaces. And while you can not hear other guests you can easily hear people in the parking lot or those in the 24 hour Taco Bell next door.
- 2/5
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody. I requested a refund & the manager refused arguing that his rooms are clean. My 2 year old daughter & I stayed in 8A on 8-4/8-5-23 & the room appeared to be clean. However, after walking around barefooted on hardwood floors, our feet were black. I spent a good percentage of the evening using diaper wipes on our feet to clean them, every time we wanted to lay on the bed.
- 4/5
Very nice and well maintained. Room was large with a kitchen, even a back outside patio area. Room was quiet even though it is on a pretty busy street. Manager was friendly and willing to find me a ground level room at a good price at my request. Bed and pillows...very comfy--nice quality.
- 3/5
You get what you pay for. The room was expansive - full kitchen, king bed, good TV channel variety. Room was clean but dated, parking was very tight and nearby food options very limited. This option is better than Motel 6.
- 5/5
Very nice- we were on the first floor and it was like a converted apartment. I would suggest they upgrade their toilet paper, tissues, and towels.
- 4/5
Large rooms.
- 4/5
The only bad thing was nail clippings in the bathtub; otherwise, it was all good.
- 5/5
The rooms were actual Studio apartments, very spacious. The staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, property was clean. The only issue was limited parking, difficult to park big vehicles.
- 5/5
Treated like family and was an over all good experience.
- 4/5
Management were VERY nice and hospitable. Bed was comfortable.
- 5/5
The room is superb considering the price. It contains everything you need.
- 3/5
The manager was helpful and courteous. There was a strong perfume scent in the hallway and room that was overpowering.
- 5/5
Friendly and accommodating owners/managers. Rooms are clean with a nice frigerator and kitchenette.
