Bathroom needed facial work.

The value was good but it's true that you get what you pay for. The location was just right for traveling. I choose a non smoking room but still the smell of cigarette smoke lingered all through the room.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful with everything that I needed

The room was old, dirty, and full of broken amenities. Brown marks on the walls, dirty marks on the bed sheet, hair on the towels, broken drawers, TV didn’t work, light fixtures with broken bulbs.. about all that worked was the shower and the toilet. We had a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke and the people next door to us were definitely smoking in their non smoking room, but the staff didn’t do anything about it.

Facility is older. Needed basc cosmetic attention. Electrical outlet covers were broken. Front of air/heat unit was missing as well as some of the knobs. Paint chipping off ceiling above shower. Everything in the room worked. Floors were clean. Bathroom was clean.

What hot tub and if they have one I would not recommend getting in . Room was not clean at all curtains holes in them blood in the walls and floor dirty sink , countertop, toilet sink and floors . Bed sheets stained and cig burns in them shades are dirty and dry rotten . Horrible hotel . Rude did not get the room that was booked . Someone actually came in my room as I was blow drying my hair . No breakfast not even a coffee maker in the room . A few roaches .

The room looked nothing like the picture advertised. There were stains on the bedding, curtains, floor and ceiling. The door didn't meet so you could see outside. The curtains had holes in them. The shower spigot wasnt connected to the shower wall so the pipe was exposed. Hairdryer had electrical tape on the cord.

Great stay and everyone was so helpful

First room smelled like smoke in the smokeless room. Changed to a diffrent room, Both Bed sheets had stains, we had to ask for diffrent sheets. Walls were Dirty, a/c seemed like someone took a hammer to it but it worked. Big space under the door, had to place towels to seal. Fire alarm went off at 3:30am in the morning. No fire, it finally turned off at 4:30am.. only stayed because kids needed rest and only used the room to sleep and leave.

They were very welcoming to my 2 small dogs. He even waived the pet fee for one night because we agreed to keep them crated when we were not in the room

Clean room staff was helpful

Our stay was for mid-travel, sleep only. Room was clean, but well worn. HVAC unit was damaged, but did work. Smoke detector was missing. Bed was comfortable. Despite pre-registration, check-in took several minutes.

We stayed in 3 different hotels during our trip. This was the first one and thankfully the other hotels after that visit were so much better. The bed was terrible. The furniture in the room was practically falling apart. The caulking in the bathroom sink area looked like it was done by a child and some kind of bug ran into a hole in the wall by the sink when I turned on the light. We paid less at a hotel in Pidgeon Forge and the quality was immensely better. We will never stay at a Travelodge again.

Gentleman who checked us in was great, opened the door to the room and off scurrying was a cockroach! He offered another room we searched and seen none

Staff was great after Expedia incorrectly informed me of how many the room would sleep. We were expecting a pullout sofa for guest 5, but staff moved us to a room that had one at no extra charge.

I stayed for 4 days and way never given a towel or anything. They was a few roaches but thays expected of a $50 a night hotel. I dis leave with everyrhing i came wirh.

Its a quaint property, great if all you need is a bed and shower. Its very hard to see/find until you're at the driveway. Very noisy alot. Also, not staffs fault but night protocols for everything front desk including check in doesn't give one the feeling service is available. We didnt want maid service because we travel with a cat, but there were no do not disturb tags and no one came to check. As we were leaving, we saw the poor desk clerk cleaning rooms. Very low to no staff and i felt sorry for him.

I knew I was signing up for a cheap room, didn't expect anything special, but did expect clean rooms, without cigarette smell, and with working AC. The staff was very kind and tried to help me by giving me a different room, but the whole place is falling apart and there's not much they can do.

I was looking forward to breakfast but was informed there is no breakfast.

The room . Condition was good, everything was clean and bathroom was updated. We had a smell issue in the first room but staff quickly gave us another room, so no problems there. My only issue was the bed was uncomfortable, three of agree it was a bad nights sleep

Im used to cheaper hotels for work, but this one may take the cake. There was just one really itchy brown blanket. The sheet had obvious human fluids on them. The ac temperature adjust dial broken. Would not recommend.

The check in process was rather less than stellar and my room had at least 1 roach in it and my wash cloths were dirty.

The front lobby had a roach crawing on the floor as soon as i walked in. However the guy who helped me was awesome. He deserves to work at a 5 star hotel. So accomidating. So i ket the roach thing go. The room was ok for a 8 hr sleep but the towels in the bathroom had holes on them or almost all the way thru. Then when i was getting my shoes on to keave the next morning a roach crawled rught bu my shoe. Si when i went to check out i finally got a woman to the window after ronging the bell 4 tomes and waiting on her for 10 minutes. Roach motel for sure. But, guy that checked me in was awesome.

I enjoyed the front desk agent working mid shift. Was informative, freindly while going above and beyond to make my stay a good and comfortable experience.

We booked a smoke free room, walked into our room and was greeted with a strong smell of cigarettes. While inspecting the room we saw a roach, the bed sheets were dirty and the bathroom towels were dirty as well, where was a dirty shoe print on the towels as if it was walked on, folded and put back up for use. The AC unit did not have a filter so it was just blowing out dirty cigarettes air. Never again.

The staff is really nice and they greet you when you come onto property they are very easy going with getting you checked in and getting you to your room. It’s a nice area and quiet area and its safe surroundings. Rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable and it’s one of the cleanliness hotels I been too. Definitely will be staying more often.

Not the best. There were many places to stay at this interstate exit. There were cigarette burns in the sheets. The sink was damaged. Noise from the interstate was quite noticable at first, but the room HVAC provided the "white noise" to cover. The desk clerk was very nice and helpful when we needed coffee in the room and help with the tv access.

This is not a place to be open its nasty the bed are nasty the staff is rude it smelled like old dead people and the drug trafficking is horrible NEVER NEVER STAY HERE EVER AGAIN…

Bed was newer but room and building old.no breakfsst.Didnt feel real safe in the area.

The room smelled like smoke as soon as you walked in (the room was supposed to be nonsmoking), the room was dirty- stains on walls, lamp shades, sink, curtains etc.. the coffee maker in room was melted. The fridge didn’t work, even the remote control was missing buttons, looked like it had been chewed up, and the batteries were taped in. Overall would never stay here again, would have cancelled and just lost money and went somewhere else except for the fact it was Memorial Day weekend and everything was booked. Do not stay here unless you absolutely have no other choice.

We were very disappointed. We booked this location based on previous reviews and Images. This property is nothing like it is portrayed via website, description or reviews (I have images). The ceiling in the bathroom was covered in mold, the sink was backed up and a nasty film around it, there were muddy dry shoe prints on the floor, the pillows were flat, you could feel every spring in the mattress, a bottle of water was knocked over accidentally and when we cleaned it up the towel was BLACK (not sure when the floor was mopped last), the fridge did not work, room smelled extremely musky and no matter what I did, we could not get the smell out of it, we had a double queen room, and we were only provided one towel, 2 wash cloth, a hand towel and a floormat (when we went up front and requested more towels, we were handed a towel and a washcloth and were told that all they could provide at the time. The staff weren’t rude but definitely not welcoming. We definitely wouldn’t recommend or stay again.

Convenience is only positive for this motel. Broken hair dryer, broken shower bar, thin-as-paper towels and washcloths, and roaches in the bathroom. Only book if you can’t find a room anywhere else.

Had we not already unpacked in two rooms we would have left the hotel for a different choice and forfeited our money. Mind you, we are NOT picky people. This place was just gross.

There was nothing to like other than the staff. The room was dirty, burn holes in the comforter, smoke detector missing, mildew and mold in the bathroom. Floor was completely filthy. We arrived around 3am after driving straight through the night. There was alot of activity going on in the parking lot, from cars just driving around to someone actually putting their ear up against the doors of the rooms. We ended up asking for a refund and driving to Pigeon Forge and getting a hotel. Do not stay here.

Did not stay. The pool wasn't open. The room was nasty . It stunk there was no bedspread or pillows. Box spring were exposed and dirty. So I didn't stay. Had to come home because the $ I paid couldn't be put back on my card immediately to pay for a room somewhere else.

The overall experience was good, but the bed was slightly hard. Thats kinda a personal thing since some people like a stiffer mattress

This hotel needs updating. The room had a musty smell the furniture was old. There were stains on on the curtains as well as the shower curtain the bath was awful. The room was not clean. Was a big letdown for this brand

Really great front desk staff. Quiet location and rooms. Rooms are dated but clean and has all the conveniences needed - microwave, fridge… Shower has great water pressure!

We ended up not staying there. Their website said they had a pool and free breakfast. After we checked in they said pool closed due to the rule changed and they had to close down pool and no breakfast. We only booked there for the pool and breakfast. So we went somewhere else close to them that had an open pool and free breakfast. Don’t know what their problem was but won’t stay there again

Service and check-in was good. Very accommodating. They serviced the room with fresh towels, didn’t mess with my stuff, including laptop that was left in room. Only one handicapped parking space on south side of hotel. I’ve machine and vending worked. For the price, I would stay again.

Very disappointed in the room! The blanket on the bed was stained. The bed skirt was awful, hadn't been vacuumed. I'll know not to pick Travelodge again!

Hotel, office, grounds were dirty. We did not stay after seeing condition of the hotel.

Easy and fast check in. The employees were friendly. But the hotel overall needs major improvements. Turned the shower on and the shower head blew off, no big deal we just went to the store and bought one. The ac controls was a guessing game (the marked setting were worn off) all night it would continuously make weird noises and keep cutting on and off like it was about to kick the bucket. If owners would do updates this hotel has potential. We just slept there so it served our purpose. Overall it was clean and reasonably priced.

Bed was uncomfortable but the sheets were clean. There were areas of the carpet that had been missed while vacuuming; and the toilet rocked.

Room was the most horrid and nasty hotel we've ever embarked on. Bed had burn holes from cigarettes, it was a non smoking room but old smoke smell with mildew lingered. Carpet was stained in mutiple areas, and just overall avoid. Checked out in wee hours of the morning and drove back. Avoid at all costs, more cleanly to sleep in your car to be honest.

Bed was dirty. No bulbs in the lamps. The stairs where held together by duck tape. I will say the guy at the front seat was very nice and offered to move us to another room but we were already settled in so I just asked for clean sheets and changed them myself. The pool was closed and there was no breakfast due to COVID.

It was horrible!!! The cockroaches were crawlimg everywhere. The room smelled like sweat and stale. The beds had springs poking out of them. The beds had no bed spred. Only a drape laid across the bottom. When i told the front desk she was rude and said they can't control the cockroaches and dismissed me. My husband called and asked for management. When he spoke with him he was also rude and dismissed my husband as well. Never again will i stay there. Oh and also the drug addicts were all over the place and you could smell Marijuana strongly in the breezeway.

The property was almost comically gross. Cigarette burned and dirty bed sheets, along with half a bag worth of popcorn in the pullout, were some of the highlights. I slept fully clothed and used my pullover as a pillow to avoid the funk.

Oh wow, where to start. The staff was bothered by our presence. It took forever for the desk staff to answer our ring. We got 3 rooms, two smelled horribly of tobacco, we did not ask for smoke free rooms, but one smelled like my Grandpa Walter was sitting on the bed smoking his pipe and the second smelled of a cigar party. The third room which was smoke free smelled of dirty feet. As for cleanliness, I will let the pictures below speak for themselves. I checked for bugs and found none thank goodness, but that is the best I can say. I truly hate leaving bad reviews, but the staff was just as irritated we were there when we checked out the next morning. This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Absolutely disgusting, was given a smoking room when booking a NON smoking because we don’t smoke and have a baby,I immediately got a headache from the smell of cigarettes in this dark dingy room as my boyfriend went to go ask to switch rooms I walk though the place looking for a light and on the light switch for the bathroom there where 2 roaches who scurried off when the light came on I literally wanted to puke I didn’t let my child walk on the floors the bed looked like it had just been laid in but made and there were burn holes in just about everything on that room...we get switched to another room this one is a handicapped room (bigger bathroom) is the only difference apparently although I’m hoping it’s a suite cause the last room literally had me running. The new room we get does not smell thank god,however everything is just very dirty...stains in the tub,water by the toilet in the bathroom. No lighting in the huge bathroom but one small light by the tub..the carpets are so old and worn I had black feet after walking on them for 5 min..ha e myself and my child prob 3 showers during this stay,everything just seemed so gross and uncomfortable and trust me if I could find any positives I would y’all but there’s just none! I’ve stayed a hole in the walls before just to get off the road for a couple of hours...places $35 a night and this place was no where near coming up to par with something as trash.the dude with glasses at front desk is the only salvation in this place!

This was not the best place to stay , it was reserved by my daughter upon getting to the room was met by a young man appearing to be high on something . I stayed with my SA and the next day was met up by the same man again following me to my vehicle and then again by another man hanging out all day on the second floor by the storage door also apeared to be on something ? Following me to my vehicle as well . Room was old outdated and not very clean . Won't put this on my stay list again .
