Value for money. However if you want to sleep in late, be careful about this choice as lots of guests are migrant workers and they get up early to get ready for work. Their trucks can be loud.

Decent value! Keep in mind, you get what you pay for. Beds were clean but the bathroom could use a little deep clean. Otherwise, hotel served its purpose well!

The Toilet would not flush in the bathroom of our room. It was not fixed during the two nights we stayed there.

Stay far far away!! They had roaches and I had to argue for 20 minutes to get a refund when I had pictures. The rooms are so gross and outdated and they charged me $164 plus a $100 deposit when I only stayed one night! Never again, I would rather stay in my car.

Shower did not work at all..........water barely trickled out and could barely leave the showerhead. Not a great area either. Will be looking for a refund - yes the place is that bad

It is an older style Quality Inn. It is kept clean and has great service. It has a breakfast for those who need to get going in the morning. It is simple and good. We enjoyed our visit.

The pool was not blue.. it was green. In the room, walking in it looked nice. The toilet had a stain in the bottom that looked kind of like blood the didn’t go away after flushing. The sink and shower didn’t have much water pressure. Overall it was a good stay. Was just a place for us to stay and sleep and get ready to go out.

The positives were that we had a roof over our heads,we had safe place to sleep at night and the staff was friendly. Now I wasn’t expecting anything fancy by any means, however this place lacked cleanliness. All the linen was stained including the towels. They really need to invest in some new stuff because who knows how long it has been washed and reused for. It was literally falling apart as well. Only was night was spent and it was do able, but the property owners and management should really consider upgrading linens, towels and pillows.

Urine on toilet, stained sheets and blankets, walls. Holes in walls, room not cleaned, Bath tub had a really huge patch on the inside of it and looked really gross, so you wouldn’t be able to take a bath, They also charged us 100.00 deposit, after we arrived, said it was for if the room got destroyed. This wasn’t listed on line when booking the reservation. Over all, don’t book this nasty, Gross hotel, It’s the worst we have ever seen and stayed at, didn’t sleep was scared I was going to catch something! Doesn’t look like the picture on line. The lighting in the room is very dim so you can’t see all the nasty and grossness! Also we told them it has a spot for an iron but no iron and he just looked at us like we were crazy! We took video and pictures we told them, They should have given us a refund!This hotel shouldn’t be on Hotel.com. Also was in a very bad area, looked like druggies walking around, went to a McDonald’s right by the hotel and we were in the middle of pay the guy at the window and he just started cussing at the other employees.Very bad area in Knoxville Tennessee, will never stay in Knoxville Tennessee again. Also was to scared to eat the free breakfast after seeing and staying in a gross Hotel.

Photos online dressed this place up considerably. I felt like i was staying at a dirty motel 6, especially with the black mold bathroom

WARNING: All appeared ok. There was no desk in the room so my stay for business was not good. The bed was not comfortable AND each day I woke with BITES ALL OVER MY FEET..............BED BUGS. Breakfast was only carbs, not proteins. Our initial non-smoking room reeked of smoke so we had to get a second room. Overall, the maintenance and upkeep of the place was poor. Our second room was better so we stayed because it was late but not a place I would want to use again.

There were 2 people screaming at each other, slamming doors, and pounding on the walls from 2:30-5:30 am. It ruined the experience.

The TV remote didn't work, but the man at the desk gave me one that worked well. I got in late and did not get up in time for breakfast. Temperature was easy to regulate.

The check-in staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The only issue is the electrical plugin behind the TV did not work. I really wanted to see morning local weather before heading out. Nice TV, just didn’t work.

The AC was not working and the hotel said they would not charge us as we could not stay there.

Staff was friendly and very helpful when we reported a broke hair dryer. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Roach in room and the male housekeeper walked in while I was naked an hr before our time ended. He did not knock or make himself known, he let himself in at 10am and our check out time is 11am.

The lobby smelled bad, our bathroom had a filthy shower curtain. pool advertised as being open through October was closed & they ran out of food for breakfast except for cereal but no milk. coffee, juice & dry cereal only. friendly front desk clerk & comfortable bed though. bare bones one night stay near the highway to sleep & shower only.

Check in was easy. Clerk was professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms were sufficient with all the basic amenities. Breakfast items are available, but we did try it. Overall we were happy with our stay, and will probably book here again in the future.

The AC is filthy and sticky! Bed baseboard is sticky, I had to wash it. Every time I enter the room, it smells like cat peed or something like bitter smell.

The motel was close to the event we attended, so a plus on that. However, the motel is located in a kind of sketchy area, but we had no issues and felt fairly safe. There was a noisy group that came in around 2AM, did not appreciate their rudeness. The room was OK, the shower had a weird, springy bottom, made balance a little tricky. The motel could use a makeover and clean up the area around it. Worked well for our needs and the price was good.

Do not stay here. There is a homeless camp just outside the property. Actually right in front of where you park your car. Police were called the day before but they all came back. Furniture and debris all over the place. I was traveling by myself and did not feel safe. Moved to a different hotel. Couldn’t get a refund.

Terrible property. There was an unbelievable amount of what appeared to be Drug addicted, homeless people surrounding the property. The rooms were dirty and a stench of cigarettes.

Upon entering the room it had a terrible sewage/stale cigarette smell in a non smoking room. One the of pillows still had makeup on it from the previous guest. We informed the front desk that we need new sheets because of the makeup covered pillow and left again for the evening. 5 hours later we returned to the bed remade but the pillow with the making STILL HAD THE DIRTY PILLOW CASE ON IT. Went to front desk to get another pillow case and they said they didnt have any at the front desk, she reluctantly then gave me 2 pool towels. There were burns marks in the comforter as well. There was hair in the shower and the drain was in disrepair. The mirror looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a very long time. Unfortunately the staff I encountered werent all that friendly to top it all off.

The room was almost 90 degrees with the air being off. Took several hours for the room to cool down. Room was dirty, property was completely run down. The place looked like it should be condemned.

They dirt under my sock indicated that the floor was dirty. An earring fell and went under the bed. When moved back, under yhe bed was full of dirt, dust and crumbs. One of the bedspreads had two cigarette burn holes in it. I killed 7 green flies in the room. There was a trash can near the steps by room which may account for this.

Room was somewhat clean. My wife had to re clean the toilet before we used it. spare parts laying on toilet lid.

I cancelled my 2nd night and went somewhere else. Vents had mold, light bulbs had been stolen, the fridge didn’t work well causing my food to spoil, there was a weird loud whining sound that kept going off, and it just felt unsafe. I feel embarrassed for thinking this place would be an okay idea. If you want safety, look elsewhere.

This property was very aged. The room had a smell and the bedding as well. The bathroom is in horrible shape and was not clean.

Nothing worked on the property not the vending machines nor the ice machines went to the front desk and was told ya heard about those issues but absolutely no intrest in making it better.

The room was in dire need of repair. A plug was hanging out of the wall. Mirror trim was loose and about to fall from the top. Sheets and pillow cases were stained. Definitely not the room i saw in pictures. Bed was ok. People standing outside room smoking and carrying on was disruptive. It was close to interstate and our event we came here for. And the pool was clean. I didnt swim.

Room had been previously a smoking room. Had significant mold in bathroom and missing grout with water damage. Room itself very small and outdated. The mini fridge was sticky to the touch. AC unit cycled and room went from stuffy to freezing. Definitely not worth $163.

Worst hotel stay ever. I will never stay at a Quality Inn agains after that stay. Room smelled like a wet basement, the chair in the room stunk, blankets and sheets were all stained. Worst $100 I've ever spent.

Hair on bathroom floor in corners upon first arrival. Shower was very nice though.

I booked this room on the wrong day. I canceled it on the very next day. I still have yet to receive my refund for the room. I called quality Inn about my refund and I was called dumb by the person who works there. I will never use Expedia again and I definitely won’t ever book a quality in.

There was a cup of noodles behind the door when we got in. The bathroom is falling apart(tub insert coming off the ceiling). Blow dryer didn’t work, but got it to when we removed it from the wall and out it in another outlet. Smells musty in the room.

The property was run down and the bed was clean but everything else was dirty. Breakfast had no hot served food except waffles but well stocked with everything else.

It was very convenient for our activities downtown without paying a downtown hotel price. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Staff was excellent - very helpful. Would stay here again.

It was fine, average stay for what we paid for. The only problem i had was that our room constantly had a sewage smell to it, but it wasnt the worst.

It stand a few upgrades and we could not connect to the wifi. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. They ration towels.

Checked in late evening only to find a room with stained facecloths, dirty carpet attached to another room with very loud occupants. “Made do” for the night and checked out the next morning- changing reservations from a 4 night stay into an overnighter.

We just needed to stay one night on the way to myrtle beach so didn’t need anything fancy. But we had adjoining rooms with our kids, the door frame in-between the doors was moldy. Other than that, it wasn't too bad. People around were a little sketchy.

The morning breakfast person showed compassion towards a couple who came in to try to eat a free breakfast even though they didn't stay there. Good job 👍!

The staff was friendly and polite, but the place was very dated, bath tub was stained and leaking, beds weren't the best and it didnt feel safe when you're there. I probably wouldn't have an issue with the place if it was cheaper, but the weekend rate for a room to just sleep in before getting back on the road was not reflective on the quality.

I had reserved a non-smoking room but the room evidently had been used by a smoker.

My room was dirty. I dropped my phone on the floor under the bed had to go on my hands and knees reach under it it was absolutely sticky and filthy. Walls had a bunch of marks on them. TV was small and had really poor reception. The cloth that goes over the bed had white stains on it. Broken outlet wall plates. And on the skirt of my bed there was what looked to be a s*** stain. People were in the parking lot drinking sitting on cars probably their cars but very ghetto. And rift raft tweakers running around the motel at night and during the day. I was very disappointed and will never go there again.
