Breakfast was outstanding! Happy hour was added bonus with food! Staff was super friendly and attentive. Only issue we had was we found a huge roach in the bathroom floor corner one morning maybe came out of the shower drain, but the housekeeper came and cleaned it up immediately. Will stay here again for sure!

We are Drury fans. We had 2 rooms for 3 nights. Service was wonderful. Rooms very clean. Breakfast is great and evening kickback is even better! The lobby is a fun place to meet other guests. Nothing!

Hotel doubled booked my room and blamed it on BOOKING.com. I believe that they doubled booked the room because I didn’t check in until around 10:30pm and they had a wedding party needing rooms.

My number one thing at hotels is always cleanliness and in that department I was more than satisfied. The staff was friendly. When I arrived to check in, there was no attendant available to let us into the building.It was past 10pm. A guest who had already checked in graciously allowed us inside. After that, we had to wait at the counter for some time before the attendant arrived to complete our check-in. I do not believe this was the employee’s fault. It seemed like they may have been handling another urgent task that could not wait. However, for a busy night, additional staffing may be helpful to avoid guests having to wait outside or at the front desk for an extended period.

For many years we have stayed at this location. It always impresses me that the same staff are there year after year. We are always made to feel welcome. Thank you for another great stay! Also, the rooms are clean and the morning and evening food service is very good.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. the breakfast was basic free breakfast you’d expect to find at any 3star hotel. The Drury a little on the pricey side but it always consistent.

The breakfast had plenty to choose from each morning. The coffee was very good, which may be the most important part! There was plenty of seating in the dining area and it felt fairly private (other places I've stayed have a big open room with a blaring tv). I saw several people with dogs, and even two cats, so it's pet-friendly. It was convenient to the Convention Center - about 15 minutes via Uber. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and well kept. I got a back corner room at the recommendation of the registration desk attendant, and it was quiet. Although it was quiet, my room had no view. My window looked out on a dumpter and part of the freeway. The breakfast tables often had crumbs that needed to be wiped off. I either wiped mine down or walked further back to find one that was clean.

This Hotel offers it ALL. If you are traveling with kids, this is the place. They feed you breakfast and dinner plus a few FREE alcohol drinks per adults in the evening. The hotel is clean and the staff is extremely nice and friendly.

My stay was only one night due to my schedule and that I wanted to try this hotel for future visits. The staff were all wonderful, and the room exactly as shown, with comfortable beds and very nice bath accoutrements. It was good to see that the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were in handy dispensers in the shower, rather than having little plastic bottles. So, both easier and more eco-friendly. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options.

The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I personally loved paying at check in as opposed to check out, it was one less thing for me to worry about in the morning. The pantry area was well stocked and i was able to grab water and a powerade without having to run to the store. The location was convenient with plenty of parking. The area was well lit and safe. The room was extremely spacious, clean, and well appointed. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. My son enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and said it was the best breakfast he ever had in a hotel. That is a big compliment from him! I would definitely stay here again!

The Drury Inn in Knoxville was simply marvelous. After several travel days where our hotels were mediocre to just plain awful, this was exactly what we needed. Their Happy Hour was well managed and the staff so very attentive and genuinely happy. Breakfast was nothing like the standard packaged carbs and watered down coffee. My husband said the coffee was excellent! When you figure two dinners and two breakfasts, this was beyond economical.

This was our first time staying at a Drury Inn & Suites, and I can assure you it won't be our last. The staff were all so friendly! Like out of their way to help you friendly, and that is so rare these days. The food was fantastic, the hotel was clean, and our family mentioned several times how much we enjoyed our stay here and this was our favorite on our journey. I've already looked up other locations of Drury Inns and the only complaint I have - there's not enough of them! :)

Great Property in this location- ideal for UT families

My daughter and I stayed on our way to N.C. and then on our way home we stayed again. Excellent is the best way to say how our stay was. The room and beds were perfect the dinning was great I will always stay in a Drury Inn no matter where I go.

What a lovely hotel!! We had the best stay! Check in with Matthew was wonderful. Fresh Hot popcorn popping in the lobby. Lovely free meal, snacks, sodas and cocktails were great! Pool and hot tub were great! Room was spacious, beautiful walk-in shower, very clean with super comfortable bed. Breakfast was fantastic! Fresh hot Biscuits and gravy, potatoes, two kinds of scrambled eggs, waffles, delicious oatmeal, fresh fruits. Attendants to breakfast and dinner were welcoming and very helpful.

It is always a great day when you say in a Drury inn in this location was just the same. Having both the breakfast and a dinner makes it a best days when you add in the pool to boot. The staff was extremely nice and on top of everything when it came to making us feel like at home.

When traveling I stay at Drury motels because they are first class facilities. Always clean, great breakfast and kickback suppers are good. I don’t have to get out for anything after checking in which is a plus for me. The beds are comfortable and the staff are all friendly and do their jobs superbly. Very satisfied.

Drury Inn is the best of all the hotel chains! In this particular Drury’s, all the staff members, from front desk to kitchen to housekeeping were friendly, helpful and professional. We also love the free evening buffet and the breakfast— delicious, plus real dishes and silverware instead of nasty styrofoam and plastic! We also appreciate that they are pet-friendly. A great choice!

The facilities were remarkable for such a price. The beds were very comfortable. We will now intentionally look for Drury Inn and Suites when we travel. We may even choose our destination because it has a Drury property. Great experience!

Clean room, nice amenities, clean common areas, my only slight complaint is the water pressure in the shower is like a gentle rain and I prefer a fire hose.

The property was basically clean - the food service staff was excellent. However, i found dog "kibble" & a piece of dog "poop" on the floor. Luckily, i did not step in it - & it was in a walking area.

Staff was outstanding in all aspects of their service and attentiveness. Room was clean and comfortable. Both Christian and secular Christmas music played continuously in the common areas - great!. Food service was excellent in both quality and variety.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed, bedding, and pillows were exceptionally comfy. The climate control was easy to adjust for the perfect temperature. The bathroom was very clean and well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. My only criticism here would be the very poor quality of the toilet paper and Kleenex. The staff were exceptional in every way from the front desk to the housekeeping team. All were very friendly and efficient. My only criticism with the staff was that I had to leave them at the Drury Inn and couldn't bring them home with me. These are the reasons we always look for a Drury Inn first when traveling. We are always guaranteed a great night's sleep in a familiar establishment.

The room was great and the staff was very nice. Only issue that we were traveling with a dog and they require anyone with pets to stay on the 7th floor which is not convenient for taking dogs out for potty breaks. Also my dog was scared of the elevator.

The staff was available and willing to help with all our needs. We arrived in time to enjoy dinner and the pool was great fun for the kids and the hot tub was hot. Breakfast was excellent. The room was clean, the staff friendly and accommodating. Love the light bites and drinks in the evening. The breakfast is so good. Shout out to Adam who kept refilling the dinner buffet while a pack of senior citizens descended like wolves. And Matthew who was at the bar in the evening and back again in the morning. They were working hard to make sure everyone was taken care of.

This was our first time staying at a Drury and I mainly picked it because there was an indoor pool and hot tub but I will be back, I now prefer this chain. It has created a new standard that I prefer when traveling. When we arrived the lobby was lovely and very homey feeling, I felt safe. I was so happy because this was my daughter’s birthday weekend and just me with my two little children, it made everything so nice. Staff was so friendly and kind, the rooms were very clean and beautiful as well. Then, the food was heaven sent and just an overall wonderful experience that exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness blew me away and I am so thankful for getting to stay there. Everything from the layout, amenities, the rooms and cleanliness I give 5 stars. Totally worth what you pay and we loved it.

The only critique I have is that the shower was like a gentle rainfall, and I prefer a torrential downpour. Other than that, the room was quiet, clean, comfortable and updated, the grounds and common areas were clean and nice, loved the popcorn every night. It was a great stay and I will return here when I'm in Knoxville again.

This is the best overall mid-tier hotel we have stayed in. The front desk agent was prompt and friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was comfortable. Even the pillows were good quality and size - something that is hard to find at hotels these days. The included breakfast buffet was excellent - better than some cook-to-order breakfasts I've had at other chains. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Knoxville.

This hotel is in a busy area along I-75 and looks like other hotels on the outside, but step inside and be welcomed by the friendly staff and enter the fresh, clean, quiet rooms and feel better about your whole trip. Even though this was only a stopover on the way somewhere, we’ll be back!

Our room was very comfortable. Our beds were very comfortable and we got some the best sleep ever. Housekeeping was on point even though they didn't speak any English but they were very sweet. Ourbeds were changed and clean towels everyday. Our trash was emptied everyday as well. Breakfast was awesome delicious!! If was hot and delicious. And it was a full breakfast. Sausage, Eggs, Biscuits and gravy, waffles, Cereal, toast, muffins, 4 kinds of juice and hot chocolate and coffee. The kickback saved us from eating out in the evening. Taco bar was delicious!! Our check out was very easy and fast. Everything was perfect. A big thank you to the whole staff for everything you did for us. This job can't be easy dealing with the public every day. Oh we were there for the creepy con 2025. It was at the convention center with was about a 20 minute drive. Sorry I didn't take any pics of our hotel

We travel often , yet we had never stayed at any Drury Inn hotel. It was immaculate, the service was outstanding and we were pleasantly surprised by your complimentary alcoholic beverages, snacks, soft drinks and dinner. The room was spacious, the elevator was quick, and the rest of the amenities were top rated. We plan to travel in a few months, and we plan to look for a Drury Inn Hotel. Thank you.

The property was clean and mosern.

Then I go to my room. The beds are not clean. Pillows have full face make up on them and one has hair all in it. So, I report it. It takes 30-45minutes before I find out they cannot send anyone up. They just have to move the room. It’s 1am and I have to pack all my stuffs up and move to a new room. At this point I really don’t care how nice the staff is or how kind people are. I have a migraine, I’m tired and I am i conveniences beyond anything else. I paid a lot of money for this room and there is no upgrade that could fix it. I am ticked off. It was down hill from there

I try to stay at Drury hotels when traveling with kids. Rooms are clean, pools are warm, and the evening kick back saves a lot on dinner. The food is good. We grab dinner, grab popcorn, watch a movie in our room to end the day.

Very impressed...3 free drinks and dinner were a pleasant surprise. No other hotels have offered such perks. Will want to seek this hotel more in the future.

Had an issue with the sink - drained slowly. Cleaning staff should check sink drainage as part if the room preparation.

The staff was very helpful. Got a free upgrade to a king suite when I checked in. Rooms were updated and clean. The only downside was that I could hear the upstairs neighbors through the floor. But you get free breakfast and 5:30 kickback drinks 👍

Extremely clean, kind and helpful employees, great breakfast each morning, free bar drinks and food in the afternoons— few loungers by pool area, and not a fan of dogs being allowed- barking dogs woke my family up and dogs growled at people or other dogs in the lobby…

We always stay at Drury Inns when traveling, never disappointed. The staff was friendly and the kick back is nice.

Drury Inn hotels are the best hotel for me. In this trip I stayed in Knoxville and Atlanta. Last stay was in Marietta and Savana. The company maintain the same policy clean, happy place and very good food.

We stayed in room 412. It was very clean and had so much room.

The only negative of the entire stay was the furniture in the sitting room was uncomfortable and worn out.

This property is very close to the freeway. The staff knows how to service weary travelers by quickly checking people in, making the traveler aware of the complimentary meals and answering any questions the traveler may have. The rooms are comfortable and spacious.

This hotel was amazing! The staff was very kind. Our room was very clean! The drinks and snacks nightly are very nice! We will definitely be staying there again! Go Vols!!

Great stay for our daughter’s regatta in Oak Ridge. Lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. Very clean

We have stayed at several different hotels over the years, but we keep coming back to the Drury! This particular one in Knoxville is fabulous, great breakfast, we love their beds, everything is so clean, and the location is full of restaurants and anything you might need!

This location and hotel were perfect for our family in town to celebrate graduation. Would definitely stay there again!

Breakfast quality can be better.

I was staying overnight with a friend so I could pack up my daughter from the university of Tennessee and take her home. It was a quick trip, but it was a beautiful hotel and a lovely room. So nice that they had food for everyone in the evening and a wonderful breakfast in the morning.
