The front desk was very efficient, professional, polite and friendly. We good our room keys quickly despite the fact that there were many people checking in. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and well appointed. The bathroom was a handicap appointed so the floors got very went when you showered, blow drying your hair while standing on a wet floor made me uncomfortable. The toilet seat was not properly centered and moved a lot when you sat down. The bed room was large and very comfortable. Overall we we happy with our choice. Privacy for the type of facility.

Fantastic location in a very nice area. Tons of dining/shopping options and staff is wonderful. Property is clean, quiet, and room was great. Have stayed here several times and always have a great experience.

There was 1 large bug in the bathroom, and a lady bug in the suite are. Beds were not comfortable and the price I was charged per night was out priced for the conditions. Last year we stayed here and had no problems. Won’t stay here again.

The staff was welcoming, our room was very clean and spacious. I did not eat at the breakfast bar due to doctors appointment, but my sister did, and said it was very nice. This was our first stay in this area of Knoxville and I was very pleased with the facilities and location.

Hotel was clean, employees were great. Location was great in the aspect of everything you could need was near, terrible in the aspect that the interstate noise was so loud it kept me up all night. I’ve stayed near interstates before, or just off exits and never has the traffic noise been so noticeable.

Room was clean, service was awesome. Wifi was really slow and the AC in the room wouldn't turn off.

The checking was great, very friendly. This hotel is in a great location close to restaurants and all the shopping you desire. However it is next to an expressway so keep that in mind when booking.

Comfortable and convenient right off the interstate. Great location.

Staff was pleasant except for on the last day of my stay a female house keeper opened our door and woke my kids over 2 hours before check out time. I am aware they get to go home once the roons are all cleaned, however they should not be disturbing hotel guests just to go home early. I had an alarm set, my family would have left well before check out time, but with her opening the door and allowing light to shine in the room, my kids woke in a very grumpy mood. Will not be staying at your location. The front desk and breakfast staff were amazing. Room was clean, hotel was clean, quiet and peaceful stay.

The room was smaller than we are used to at other Spring Hill Suites we have become accustomed to their were stains in the couch that looked inappropriate...there were no trash recepticals out front and as a traveler you need to be able to dispose of trash from your travels and not keep it in your vehicle....

I booked king bed suite, it is spacious and clean. This hotel is next to the Texas roadhouse, it is a great dinner option for a meat lover.

This was our second time visiting this hotel. We came back because the staff is friendly, the breakfast was good every morning with lots of healthy options, and it’s in a great location close to shopping and food

Priced too high for the quality of the room

The handicapped room had carpeting making it hard to move equipment necessary to care for him very hard. Also the way the room was configured made it impossible to view the TV either from the bed or the couch. I woould not choose this hotel again.

My only issue was no one attended my room after the first night. Not a big deal but used towels were not replaced, bed not made, and used glasses were not washed or replaced. Not sure if that was a mistake or by design.

We've been here before and always had a good experience, but this week our room was not clean when we checked in. There was a used glass in our room, mold on the shower curtain, and the sheets on one of the beds smelled pretty yucky. Breakfast was good as usual, though!

Pros: spacious, clean, great area, close to lots of shopping and dining Cons: the air conditioner was not working very well and would randomly turn off. I like the room temp to be at 66 and it would turn off at 70

Breakfast good. Didn't have enough towels and there was no bedding for the sofa bed. One thin blanket that was not warm enough.

We had a quick stop here with our family of 9 plus grandma. So we stayed in 2 rooms. Staff was great. Kids enjoyed the pool- it was a little chilly for mom and dad’s liking but kids loved it! Beds were comfy. We plan to stay here again!

It was so good and had great options. My favorite was the individual spinach, Swiss cheese quiche. The only issue I personally had was that the toilet seat didn’t seem to fit right. (Too small maybe). I slide and pinched my leg.

We had a weeklong stay in June 2025. The beds were comfortable & the AC worked good but didn’t maintain set temp. We had great hot water in the shower & a spacious suite. The breakfast was good but disappointing they only had waffles on the weekend & lacked fruit options. Plus, seating in the dining area very limited & needs more. The hotel is conveniently located by shops & restaurants.

This was an amazing place to stay!

Area was nice and convenient. The sink and mirror was outside the bathroom which made it easier to wake up others still sleeping in the morning.

Other than the carpet not being completely vacuumed, it was a nice stay.

My overall rating is strictly due to the cleanliness, or lack of, in my room. There were strands of hair everywhere! The shower. The floor. The toilet. Even the cabinet to the microwave. So of course that made me feel like the entire room was not clean. I had been traveling all day so I dealt with it but it was very disappointing to experience.

Service was excellent, but the hotel itself is a bit dated. Cheap television set up for the cost per night, and the rooms are just alright for holding the namesake of a "suite". The shower drain immediately slowed to a near stop, leading to an unwelcome puddle of water.

My family and I had a great experience. We stayed for 1 night. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The facility seemed new and well maintained. Continental breakfast was also fresh with lots of options. The location was very convenient as there were plenty of shops and restaurants around.

I have pictures of bugs in the indoor pool. Cold water. Debris from previous tenants. Dirty sheets. We were very disappointed with this facility.

Wonderful accommodation, beautiful setting in Turkey Creek and very kind staff. Didn't meet a sour face. room was large with comfortable resting portion and a small office / accessory room that was great for the little work I had to do. Will return!!

We came from Michigan heading to Florida and had already had a bad experience prior to this visit so with everything that this room has that the other one didn’t like HEAT we appreciate having heat in our room and throughout the building! You made our stay amazing!!!!

Next thing I know, I’m getting a charge from them for $20. I haven’t called to find out why-but in the 12 hours we were there, we slept most of it, didn’t use the shower because there was something on one of the towels, and we ate at the desk to make sure no food got in the beds, our daughter didn’t eat, she slept, the entire stay. This was our second time staying there. The first time was great but because of the second time and the $20 charge, I do not think we will stay there when we travel through at the end of the month, there are a lot of other hotels in the area. We love the area and it’s convenient for a traveling family.

Great location with respect to restaurants. Lots of dining options. This hotel is right next to the highway. One side of the hotel is a bit quieter because it faces away from the highway. The other side has rooms that face the highway and it is pretty noisy. It didn't make for a good night's sleep. The rooms need a facelift and I noticed that the walls in the room looked dirty in places. We are a family of 5 and now that our kids are teens, even a suite us a bit tight for all of us. We used the pull out sofa and it looked clean, however the sheets smelled like they had been sitting in the closet for awhile during our one visit and during our other visit in the same week, there was no fitted sheet. However, when we requested fresh sheets both times, they brought them right away. Our family really enjoyed the breakfasts and the variety of options. 2 of us have celiac. We asked what they had that was gluten free and they brought out an Udi's breakfast muffin. Our second stay was met by a person passed out near the ice machine on the 3rd floor where our room was. Not sure if they were sleeping or passed out but they were lying in a weird position and their hood was over their head. We let the front desk know and they took care of it

Woke up early and jumped in the shower only to find that when I put the toilet seat down, there was feces all over the back of the toilet! Gross! I would have requested another room right away if I saw that the night before but we had hurried to bed. I told the manager and showed him the picture of it. He didn’t seem too grossed out by it. He just said he would Speak to housekeeping about it. I wouldn’t stay here again. Breakfast was busy and food was not stocked. Milk was gone. Waited for hot food to come out. It was new and looked nice but Cheaper hotels in area would have been better.

Excellent location. It is not as new as other springhill that I leaved. But it is recommended for family to stay for sure.

We love how comfortable this property is. The only drawback is the noise from the interstate. Bring a device with white noise to make your night better.

The beds are small. The breakfast was convenient. I didn’t like the fact that they only clean the rooms every other day. I wasn’t informed of this. We only stayed 2 nights so when we came back after our day out, I was surprised to find that they hadn’t cleaned the room.

I put in my request to have no down feathers in my room. Then I spoke with two people that assured me that would be the case but when we arrived they were feathered pillows. My son had an allergic reaction and is sick now so I will never be back again.

The hotel overall was nice & the staff was very friendly. However, whenever a room next to us or above us turned on their shower it sounded like a freight train. It was so loud and did not allow us to sleep.
