The staff were professional and friendly. The room was clean and breakfast had a wide selection of items.

Property is in need of repairs and better cleaning for sure. Vanity light above mirror didn't work. Bathroom door wouldn't close(door hits on floor). Found lots of hairs in places, especially in Bathroom area. Shower areas with sealant had mildew. Area of trim in Bathroom missing portions. Night staff wasn't friendly at all(on personal laptop in the breakfast eating area) Afternoon desk employee was super nice, helpful, and cheerful!

The water in the shower was either very cold or very hot. Could not adjust to warm. 3 of us took a shower and it was miserable. Room 204.

We made a last minute reservation while traveling home from Florida, so we checked in late. The staff was friendly, and our room was just what we needed! And they have breakfast, lots to choose from, and it was good to get us back on the road!

It was my first time at this hotel and I loved it. Very clean and the location was perfect.

Pool was not well kept and had what appeared to be human waste in it. Breakfast closed before the scheduled time, so we had to go get breakfast at McDonalds.

Typical interstate hotel. Not much to complain about not much to brag about

The room was left open and before entering asked the front desk staff. Who said it was normal. Cleaning must not have closed the door. To me this was totally unsafe. Glad I had someone with me. Then the linens had an odor and the couch was more comfortable than the bed. I won’t stay here again

When I checked in the front desk associate was not friendly at all. Very unprofessional and had an attitude when I asked her a question. The room was not updated and felt uncomfortable. The morning breakfast/buffet associate on my stay was very friendly and greeted us with a genuine smile. However the breakfast was sub-par and I almost gag on the power eyes. Terrible breakfast and not many choices.

The only issue we had was our first room was infested with stink bugs. We called the front desk and she put us into another room immediately. The second room was fine without issue.

Our stay was good. We were passing through. The hotel was clean. The staff that we met were nice. The bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked. I wish there were more blankets available. The water pressure was lacking. Overall the stay was very good.

The bathroom was dirty. The beds were ok. They're was a lunch lady overseeing breakfast who was clearly not happy about her life choices.

The first room we were put in smelled stale. The bathroom shower smelled of mold. The shower had both black mold on the floor and serratia covering the shower head. My husband was to have surgery the next day and was afraid to shower there. I went back to the front desk and we were moved to another room. No pink serratia but some mold around the bottom of the shower. The bed blanket had black places in it like it hadn’t been laundered. It was just gross.you could feel the springs in the bed and the walls must be paper thin because it sounded like we were trying to sleep in the middle of the interstate. Terrible night.

Very, very well maintained for a 9-10year old property. One of the cleanest, if not THE cleanest hotel we've ever stayed, and some costing much more than this one. Very friendly and helpful staff, and the breakfast was well cooked and fresh. I would highly recommend anyone staying here when in the Knoxville area. You won't regret it!!

Was kinda grungy. The outlets near the night stand were super worn out and my charger wouldn’t work. The common areas were clean and nice though. The freeway can be loud.

Hotel was fine. But our room had someone else’s dirty clothes in it. After that, I felt nothing was clean. Breakfast was quite good and I love the refillable water bottle station.

Property was OK, with the exception of the bed and the VERY LOUD HVAC vents. Almost couldn't get to sleep.

We enjoyed our stay

The king room was nice. There was tile in the entry and bath and there was a small fridge and a Keurig coffee machine. There was a long table along the wall with dressers and a table top. The chair at the table rolled around easily and was comfortable. The shower was huge but the water ran slowly and I had trouble closing the shower door. The bed was a king and comfortable. We were able to park and see our vehicle from the room window so we felt safe. When we left before 6am there was coffee and fruit out as they were just prepping for breakfast. Overall I would recommend the hotel.

It was good, checkin staff was very polite & helpful & complimentary breakfast was amazing & staff was fantastic for that. Unfortunate when we got ready to leave someone had left a wrapped up dirty diaper by the floor on the right side of the bed. Also the shower needed to have a grab bar & the soap/shampoo dispensers displaced room which makes it difficult to enter & exit the shower. Better location would’ve been towards the front of the shower.

At checking in the employee waited until we got checked then told us all the tvs were out. We went ahead and started to our room then saw the pool was out of order as well. We had 2 small kids that were look forward to swimming. We got refund and left.

Was really hoping for a fresh made waffle! Just some sandwiches, oatmeal, scrambled eggs and turkey sausage patties. The waffles they offered where pre packaged, and may have been previously frozen.

It wasn't as good as the last time missing alarm clock...no do not disturb sign the maid didn't even bring towels up ..sink was stopped up. .light bulbs out and and my.

The staff was great but thats where it ended there were tears in the carpet dead stink bugs all over my room what looked like bodily fluids on one of the headboards and blood stains on the mattress and the bathroom tile was brown(dirt) i was not a fan.

The walls of the hotel rooms were very thin. We could hear the people in the hallway and in the room next door. Also in the am - before 9am housekeeping was vacuuming right outside of our door.

Staff always eating and when you ask them a question, they get irritated becuase you interrupted there meal. Simple questions. Woman working breakfast bar acted like she did not want to be there at all.

One day after my check-out, I realized I left important documents in my room. I panicked. Once I called Natalie at Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Knoxville, however, I was relieved. She was so kind and very much willing to mail them to me free of charge. Thank you Natalie. You've made my day.

I use this hotel for every trip Florida to Michigan. It is always consistently clean, friendly staff and great breakfast bar. The area is one I fell comfortable in with car parking. Close to other restaurant and gas station.

Power went out. TV didn’t work. Building was vibrating. Very strange place. Front desk was very attentive and friendly.

Always my go to hotel when traveling to Michigan.

Great location, near many shopping and eating choices and right off the I75 freeway. The hotel was clean, comfortable bed and the staff very friendly. My friend left her sunglasses behind. We called and Nick was able to locate them and send them to her. Wonderful service.

Overall decent hotel - carpet felt clean. Overall upkeep is above average for this category of hotel. Found that the AC gave me a cough so wondering if it has been cleaned recently or not? Staff was friendly. Should place water bottles in room - don’t like drinking from bathroom tap or in room glasses.

My room was really nice, on the top floor in the back away from traffic noise, which I appreciated. Loved the walk-in shower. The bed was very comfortable. And warm, fresh baked cookies in the lobby, a nice touch! I had a super comfortable night! There were a few stray hairs on the bed cover (no big deal), but everything else was clean and felt fresh.
