Room was pretty decent with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Second bed was located a little too close to the air conditioner.

We were informed at check in that we had to pay a pet fee. When we got to our room, it was really gross and poorly kept. Stain on the couch, support beam missing from bottom bed frame, rusty/mildewy tub, old unwrapped and used soap in the shower.

The lobby and breakfast was nice. The room was not clean at all, behind the bed was candy and lipstick form previous guests.

It was a good location for our trip. The staff is friendly. They have a good place for the pets to walk on the grass. It's reasonably clean overall. It's not carpeted but has laminate which if great when there are pets staying there as well as less allergens and much cleaner than carpet could possibly be. I would stay there again. Breakfast was good with many choices including eggs and sausage and waffles etc. We ate at local Chop House steak restaurant that was very nice. Not really any complaints.

Convenient location. I wound up staying 2 nights and took a ride into Great Smoky Mountain National Park, about 45 minutes away. Bed was a bit too soft. Shower drain is incredibly slow. I found myself standing in shower water as the drain took over 4 minutes to empty the tub.

Breakfast was okay, room was clean, air conditioning was adequate, blackout drape for window is inadequate to block the lights coming in from all the building lights. You must use the hanger and clips method to block out lights.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the bed was very comfortable for a good night’s rest. We didn’t get a chance to use the amenities or try breakfast, but I have to say, the breakfast area smelled amazing the next morning while checking out!

The rooms are very comfortable although some furniture may need a little extra cleaning. The staff as always very nice. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Location was convenient next to the highway.

However, the washers on-site did not work well, which was a bit inconvenient. Parking was also difficult some nights due to large trucks and trailers blocking spots.

Rooms are very outdated and in need of repair. The back door to the property did not lock and remained open during the night and early morning hours.

The woman at the front desk was a gem! So sweet and friendly, she even came up to help us with the t.v! Our room was fine, refrigerator and an alarm clock, comfortable bed. The bathroom really needs an upgrade. It was a wheelchair accessible bath, but quite rundown. No counter space or shelves for your personal care items to be set down while you get ready.

My main complaint was that we had a double queen suite with sofa bed. The two beds were crammed into the room and one was blocking the AC airflow and there wasn’t any room to get in/out of.

The property was good. There was a staff member that went above and beyond but had other staff members that just didn’t want to be bothered. Checked in and our room had a bed that was bowed in the middle so when we laid in it, it would sink us to the middle. They changed our room but the ac didn’t work but by the bed. So the whole room was hot but by the ac unit. Our fridge didn’t work either. The food wasn’t bad. Just wish there was more love in the breakfast like the biscuits seemed to be raw and the eggs had a lot of water in them where you had to drain it.

Small spider on the bed, MUCH LARGER spider on the curtain and in the bathroom. Our television didn’t work nor did the outlets to charge our phones. The hotel was fully booked so we were unable to move into a different room. The front desk staff recommended us speaking with the manager Marco in the morning, waste of time. He acted appalled, yet don’t really look at the pictures provided to him nor did he even think apologize. As a guest who’s stayed here for years, several times a year it goes without saying I won’t be back

Front desk lady was friendly and assisted with help. Clean room no complaints and stay was comfort. The air conditioner was very old but could sustain by providing room heat. commute is easy travel to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg.

The beds were comfy but the room had a strong smell to it. We couldn’t figure out if it was coming from what they washed the sheets in or what they cleaned the room with.

Breakfast was fantastic!!! Eggs,biscuits, sausage, bagels, waffles, toast, muffins etc you name it they had it.

The staff was wonderful. The biggest complaint I have is that the rooms no longer have refrigerators with freezer space for diabetics to freeze their ice packs for storing their insulin in coolers for traveling.

The hotel's cleaning was not good at all. Bath tubs were scratched up , toilet seat was scratched up. The floor seemed like ut had not been moped since a long time as one sec bare foot would make the feet hell dirty. There was a wierd moldy smell in the room. It is a not a 4 star property at all. They are luring people in by saying they are 4 star. The cleaning and room condition are not like a 4 dtar property what so ever!

Bugs in the bathroom, had terrible time turning on shower, and entry floor sticky/dirty.

First off, your pet fee is absolutely ridiculous. You have the highest fee at $75. Secondly, your pet area is way too small, dogs need bigger room to sniff and do their business. I would not call your hotel pet friendly by any means. The room itself was plenty big enough, clean, but the tub was a bit too slippery when stepping in so I put a hand towel down to avoid slipping.

We stay here on our trip to Texas each year and love it. It's nice, clean and has a great breakfast.

In the 90s you could book this level of hotel and no it would be satisfactory much of the time. Now it seems so many of these hotels have been updated, but not “really” updated. I was disappointed to open the refrigerator in our room to place a drink inside for the next day to be met with an order that about knocked me over and mold. The corners seemed neglected all throughout the room. I was just passing through need of somewhere to lay my head to sleep, but I would have been even more disappointed if this was the place I selected to stay for my vacation.

We enjoyed everything about our room. Comfortable beds, good breakfast provided, clean. Only reason we chose 4 star instead of 5 is they didn’t service our room unless we asked for. Will I stay there again - yes!

Due to so many people being diagnosed with diabetes there needs to be a refrigerator with freezer to freeze ice packs for insulin containers.

Room was spacious. Beds was comfortable as well as pillows. I liked that there was 4 pillows on each bed as most hotels only do 2 per bed. House keeping needs to do a better job at cleaning. Shower had a hair tie left in the soap holder which makes me believe they didn’t even clean it. Floor was not swept in bathroom either. The area beside the bed was gross. Looked like something had been spilled down the side of the night stand and had never been cleaned. Besides needing a good clean the room itself was fine. Air unit didn’t work very well. Air was cold but barely blew out. Didn’t eat breakfast as it was not open yet when we checked out. Plenty of parking, quiet area

3 night stay in vacation from Florida. Check in was quick and pleasant. Room was comfortable and had all the necessities; coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. Beds were comfortable, might be time for new pillows. Breakfast was always on time, fresh and well maintained. Would stay again if our travel finds us in the area again. Thank you.

Our room was clean the pool area was so-so the water was clean but the pool needed a good scrubbing. It said it was smoke free but it smelled smoky in the halls

We prefer a fixed shower. It was kind of hard to wash and rinse without a generous amount of water being on the floor outside the shower. The bed was comfortable and the room very nice. We appreciated the tile floors instead of carpet. Please include regular yogurt options instead of lite. Not everyone needs or wants Sucralose as a sweetener. Overall, we are very satisfied.

The landscaping around the hotel was in need of some tlc. The bed was FANTASTIC! I have had back surgery and hotel beds can be problematic for me. Not this time!!!

check in went smoothly. The room upon arrival was damp, and the air conditioner vent was too close to the bed so the air couldn’t circulate in the room very well. It appears that the hotel has attempted to update as much as they could using some of the existing structures. The beds were very uncomfortable because the mattresses have not been updated.

Overall the stay was fine however the bed in the room had a broken frame and the mattress was awful. The center sunk in so my husband and I couldn't get out. It was dilapidated, lumpy, and misshapen.

DIRTY!! I do not understand the high star reviews. I would never stay here again. This place was horrible. As soon as we opened the room door we immediately regretted our decision to book this hotel. We were hit with a musty, damp, old stale smell. Floors were dirty and coming apart. Lamp shades, curtains covered in filth. The pictures don’t do justice on how dirty this place was. The bath/shower had mold and mildew all around it, I wouldn’t even use it. The furniture was old, worn out and dirty. The door to the bathroom was falling apart from water damage. The bed was so worn out it had a huge divot making it horrible to lay in. Beyond frustrated this place claims to be newly renovated. There was nothing new about it except the paint. Even in the lobby if you look closely at the chairs they are all faded and discolored because they are old. They are definitely doing some major false advertising with the heavily filtered pictures on their website. Do not fall for it like we did.

The one redemptive part of this stay is the afternoon desk attendant with Marco did allow us to check in early so, our groceries in the car could be put in a fridge…. Would not recommend…. Non-smoking should mean non-smoking.

I was surprised to find a more than triple pet fee that also increased if I stayed longer than 4 nights. Most other hotels charge ~30 fee per night at a flat rate. Also, this was not published anywhere that I could find prior to my stay, otherwise I would not have stayed.

Beautiful room! Very spacious. Everything worked as should. Full spread for breakfast. Very close to the flea market. My mother said numerous times, "this is the best room you've gotten for us!"

Asked for a ground floor room. Constant noise from door(s) slamming. Especially loud during shift changes. Door yo our room had a 1/4 gap. Curtains damaged and could not close completely.

Everyone was so welcoming to us and our two fur-kids. Room was big enough they could play and very clean. Absolutely would stay here again!

The free breakfast had good selection to choice from and was good every morning. The staff was very friendly and asked how our room was. Only improvement that we could think of was a tv mount that you could adjust to face the couch and bed. May be sound proof the rooms that facing the interstate.

Spacious room, sparsely decorated but comfortable. Nice bedding. We were unable to get the TV working which was annoying, and the shower curtain in the accessible bathroom wasn’t long enough to contain the shower spray very well.

Great midway point hotel during a business road trip from Windsor, Ontario Canada to Greenville, SC.

The employees here were all kind. The premises felt safe, but I’m going to be honest, the hotel itself left a lot to be desired. We were only here for a single night, but the smart TV in the room wouldn’t connect to WiFi, and the lock on our door was one good push away from being completely ripped off the door entirely. I probably wouldn’t recommend. I feel like you can spend comparable money on something better.

All over good stay. Decent place to stay for an overnight trip. Amazingly close to the interstate and not very far from attractions. There was an odor in the room and within 30 minutes my daughter and I had to kill 8 stink bugs. Beds were comfortable and the free breakfast was a plus.

This place is great very clean and nice, just off the Interstate so great for traveling. You are close enough to attractions if you want to check out or stay in the area. The new Bucee's is also just across the street so that was great.

The property is located real close to the flea market which is huge but by 930 am only about one third of the booths were open

Mike did a great job of checking us in. All downhill after check in. Got in room and refrigerator didn't work, they had to bring us a new one. Air co ditioner blew cold for a few minutes and then warm for a few minutes, which made it rough for someone with asthma. They did offer to take the window out and clean the coils off but they said window would be out for a few hours. It was already warm enough in there didn't want that when it was 90 degrees outside. Didnt get much sleep because it was so warm in the room. Floors was dirty, sink didn't drain. I felt like they didn't care about their patrons, because if they did they never would have rented that room out in the condition it was in. I guess it is all about the money their, as they never once offered to compensate for the conditions we had to stay in or even offer to move us to another room. I didnt think choice hotels family chain would treat their patrons that way. It was 4th of july weekend so maybe they was booked solid and could not move us to a diffrent room which i understand that, but did not even offer anything for the horrible conditions. I even ask for a fan and they couldn't even accommodate that such a joke.

This Comfort Inn is very clean, comfortable bed. We stayed in a king size room with 2 mini fridges, large screen TV, coffee maker. The staff is very friendly. Easy check in and easy check out. The breakfast was good. The hotel is conveniently located on the outskirts of Pigeon Forge. We would stay here again!

The mattresses were broken down and uncomfortable, leading to a restless night's sleep. There was no extra bedding available for the fold-out bed which didn't even have a sheet. Additionally, the tight space around the bed made it difficult to find a place for a devices and phone chargers, which was a significant issue. Overall, our stay was unpleasant, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The place looks renovated, however the bathroom shower drain stopper is rusted and does not pop up and down. The rack in the shower is barely holding on. There is also a screw that is about to fall out of the shower curtain holder.
