Quality Inn Kodak Sevierville

This hotel was rated so high on Hotels.com so my expectations were also high. The property is just an OK motel to me and the rooms smelled and it felt sticky on the carpeting. It was a typical "fairly clean" hotel, but nothing special. Maybe the bag of peanuts and extra toiletry items were an effort to make one feel special. It did not work with me. Breakfast was also so so. This is an old hotel in a great location and to me, would be worth renovating.

We arrived late at night and there was no additional people outside wandering the area. I felt very safe! The shower pressure was excellent probably the best shower I’ve had on this whole trip! They were so cute- They had a staff wars where they had amenities that you wouldn’t think of that you maybe left behind that you would need as well as a quick snack amenities box- it was well thought out! And we’re beyond thankful Probably the best day we’ve had all week!

It was in a great location to stop for a quick night stay. The room had a stale odor and noticeable stain on the white bed sheets. I don’t recommend staying there with children, I would pay a little extra to stay in a hotel.

Wasn't aware they were a "motorcycle inn" so was not expecting the motorcycles coming in and out, esp at night. I had asked for a back side room and was told none was available. The room itself was one of the cleanest room I have ever stayed in, that was a pleasant surprise.

Unusually clean for a motel. The room also included spare toiletries, which can in handy when I found I had forgotten a comb. Would stay again.

Took to long to return my deposit

This was the 2nd time I’ve stayed and I cannot say a bad thing about it. Everything from check-in to the property to the room to the amenities is outstanding. Keep it up and I will be back. Love staying at this location…thanks for a great stay.

The room was visibly clean but as soon as we opened the door to enter, immediately the musty odor and old stench of smoke was embedded in the room. The price was good for one night, traveling through but I couldn’t get over the smell.

Hotel very convenient to many attractions in kodak and sevierville area. Located right off 1-40. The room was pretty soundproof. We had a big rain and windstorm come threw overnight and we never heard it. Beds were extremely comfortable. Good water pressure in shower. Breakfast was hot and plenty of seats in cafe area. Nothing.

We just want an inexpensive place to spend the night on a long road trip and found this hidden gem!! Such a comfortable stay with more amenities than expected, right in the room! Including a friendly note! A reflection of how kind the staff is. Delicious breakfast with make-your-own waffle station, biscuits, eggs, sausage, etc. Every space was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and the sheets, nice and crisp (the way I judge any hotel stay). Don’t pass this place up. I wish we stayed longer. The bonus? Buc-ees!! Stones throw away💗

Hotel and room were very clean. Staff was very friendly and kind. It's a simple, motel style hotel, close to shopping, food, etc. Only 20-30 minutes with traffic to popular destinations in the area (Pigeon Forge, Smokies, etc). We would absolutely stay here again. The only thing that really could be improved is a quick cleaning of the bathroom celing vent and less salt in the breakfast items. Otherwise, it was excellent if you're looking for a clean, simple, inexpensive place. We have stayed in probably 20-30 hotels over the last several years and this was one of our top.

My husband and I were traveling home and booked online late in the evening I chose the property because of the reviews I was hoping they were true. From the moment we checked in and went to our room we had nothing but a positive experience the staff were very friendly and the room was spotless I would definitely recommend this property and will definitely return if I am in the area. I wish we could have been there earlier they had a beautiful patio outside with a fire going which would have been great to sit by and enjoy the evening but again we got there very late and needed to get to sleep. Room was clean with a good TV, fridge, and microwave. It's an old motel style that has been painted and somewhat upgraded--just don't look too closely at the seams and such. Price was fair compared to other hotels in the area. Man at the front desk was not the most pleasant but he stopped short of being rude and got us in our room promptly. Breakfast is the usual suspects, but no fruit that I could find. Overall a nice, overnight stop after a long day on the road.

I understand all the great reviews. This place was so good I stayed an extra night. Breakfast is great, rooms are clean and feel safe and comfortable. I wads blown away by the customer service and the little details in the room of snacks and sweet notes that made it feel so personal. It was a really nice touch. Also the beds are comfortable.

Clean and comfortable bed. The only thing? At check in we were charged $100 for “incidentals.” The room had water, coffee, sewing kits, all kinds of things, but we were unsure as to what their definition of incidental was. We were sure not to take or use anything. The only reason it got 4 Good instead of 5 Very Good. The breakfast was nice!

Room was very clean, even in the corners. The little touches like a sewing kit, razor, and extra bottled waters were appreciated. We are picky about hotels and usually pay twice as much, but saw the reviews and gave them a chance. We were very pleased and will stay again. Had to change rooms, 1st room had been smoked in. The gentleman who checked us in was able to change rooms for us quickly. Older hotel remodeled, a little dust on the lamps. But otherwise fairly clean, comfortable beds.

I was unable to rate this property because Expedia never made the reservation. I had all the paperwork saying you made it. I spent the night in a Buc-ee's parking lot. The bathrooms there are 5 stars

I received several messages from the hotel about my reservation but then when I arrived they did not have it. I then spent 45 minutes on the phone with hotels dot com customer service to finally be rebooked at a neighboring hotel. Customer service was apparently unable to resolve the situation with the hotel.

The hotel must have been a former motel. Our room had an odd smell and the weather stripping on the door was sliding off. Our room never really got cold. It was ok for us to rest before continuing on our journey.

Finally, a room with a TUB instead of a shower stall! It’s the little things you don’t realize how much you appreciate until spending time in rooms without such amenities. This room felt more spacious and clean than other places we’ve stayed at.

This is the most wonderful place to stay right off the highway. It is quiet, clean, has a wonderful breakfast, and the nicest staff. It is a family oriented and family run hotel, with a Christian kindness attitude. Lots of extra amenities including bottles of water, snacks, coffee, tea and candy. Also lots of personal amentites too, such as combs, toothbrush, sewing kit, etc. I love that it's safe and perfect if you are traveling alone, as well as with others. No other place compares to this and I have stayed here every year since its beginnig!

Having allergies I was very thankful to have a place that did not allow pets ( except service animals). Management was on top of concerns. The soap/shampoo products are great smelling. The shower is wonderful and is equipped with a handrail. I slept very well in the comfortable bed. This property is a great place to rest and relax after fun day in East TN.

Such a clean and amazing place! Definitely the best hotel I’ve stayed at and a budget friendly price. They go the extra mile to give you snacks and extra toiletries. Their breakfast is superb! I will go out of my way to stay here on every road trip.

This property appears to be an older Motel that has been refurbished. However, the wall unit air conditioning units are so loud that we were unable to sleep in our first room even with ear plugs. The room also smelled so bad of old cigarette smoke and some perfume smell that they apparently tried to cover up the smell with that we couldn’t hardly breathe well. We ended up changing rooms a couple of hours after checking in because we could not sleep in the first room. The second room was better - but not great - and we were able to sleep through the air conditioner noise with ear plugs. The room and the rest of the property was otherwise very clean, but there are so many newer nearby hotels, there is no reason the stay at this property.

Great property! Three minor issues, the faucet in our sink was just a dribble, so we had to remove the aerator when we used it, the air conditioner was a little loud when it ramped up and no hairdryer. These things in no way outweigh the positives. Extremely clean and the hot breakfast was great! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Don't judge a book by its cover. I booked this last minute as my son(17) and I needed a place to crash before completing our drive to Ashville, NC. Wanted something nearby and cheap. When we pulled up my son was like "we are staying here?". He had never stayed in a 'motel' type building with doors on the outside. He changed his tune once we got inside. Big clean rooms, super comfortable beds and great pillows. They also had snacks (free) in the room, a keurig coffee maker, packaged toothbrush/paste (he forgot to pack his) and excellent bath supplies (soap, shampoo, conditioner). Great quick overnight stay.

I’m not much on motels and usually prefer a hotel, but this place gave me a new appreciation for motels. Everything was exceptional from the front desk service, the room comfort and amenities, plus the free breakfast! I can’t say enough good things about our experience at this establishment. Loved the swings outside and the flowers on the tables were a beautiful touch. Breakfast was delicious with a big variety.
