Being a woman by myself I wish I could of canceled but I chose to stay, they did have a Don Julio restaurant next door very good food. It is your old super 8 with older look and feel, would I book again No!

While the price of a one night stay was rather reasonable, Wyndham needs to do a much better job with on site appearance & maintenance. I stayed at this site the night before my retreat AND the night after in 2 different rooms. First stay: when I sat on the toilet, a sudden jolt as the toilet was NOT fully attached to the floor! Quite alarming, shocking & unacceptable. 2nd stay: I had to call mgr up to room as an annoying dripping from the shower head wouldn't cease after my 1st attempt. The mgr corrected this. Then there were No cups for drinking! Unacceptable & a 2nd call to the Mgr! Yes, the mangers were polite. Also site appearance needs cleaning, repair, attention. For ex. the Super 8 carpet below the check in window needs cleaning!

I arrived about 10:30 pm. The bathroom floor was wet around the toilet; it looked like urine or dirty mop water on the floor around the toilet. The toilet seat was also dirty. There was one dim light over the bathroom sink. The bathroom mirror was dirty and didn't look like it had been cleaned. The window was filthy on the inside, covered in greasy handprints and fingerprints and the window (with no screen) had been left open. The air conditioning wasn't plugged in; I had to plug it in only to find that it blows warm air which is probably why it wasn't plugged in when I arrived. The floors in the room weren't very clean and the bed was terrible, appeared to be very old with a big dip in the middle of the bed. Prior to check-out the next morning, I took my bag to the car and came back for my briefcase and was locked out of my room. I had to go to the front desk and have my key card reactivated. Management is clearly negligent here. I would not recommend this property to my YouTube follower's, AARP or AAA membership. Overall, very poorly maintained.

The AC is a somewhat older wall unit very noisy. TV has static lines when turned on and could not be used. Floors were sticky but I think it’s the floor material and what is used to clean them. The room overall was clean.

Okay place to stay. No smoking (as preferred) but my room had an almost overwhelming incense smell. There is also little in the way of sound deadening so there was significant road noise from the adjacent roadway. Glad I always travel with ear plugs!

There was some kind of drug dealer in the room across from me. There were people coming and going all night. The windows are paper thin, you could hear all the traffic noise. There was hair in the drain in the shower, and the toilet wasn't cleaned.

I would never stay at this property. The room had a terrible odour, the sheets weren’t cleaned properly. I have been trying to deal with properly regarding this and they hsve been rude, hung up the phone and give me the run around. I want to make people aware before you spend your money on this hotel

When we entered the room, we noticed the desk lamp was not working. This was a significant problem because the room did not have a main ceiling light, so the lighting relied mostly on the lamps. We reported the issue to the front desk right away, and the staff said they would fix it. Unfortunately, nothing was done. During our stay, we went back to the front desk several times to remind them, but the lamp was still never repaired or replaced—even by the time we checked out. Because there was no main light in the room, the broken desk lamp caused a lot of inconvenience, especially at night. When others were sleeping, we couldn’t turn on the bedside lamps without disturbing them, so we had to move around the room in the dark. At one point I almost fell while trying to find my way around. It was disappointing that such a simple issue was not addressed despite multiple requests. I hope the hotel management can look into this and consider providing some compensation for the inconvenience caused.

The beds were very comfortable. There were no instructions on how to use the TV. A hard copy of the networks available and how to access them would be helpful. Also there are very limited channels on the cable service. We would have been happy with an upgrade in the networks available.

Check in was a nightmare as we werent aware or prepared for a $100 incidental fee. When we got to the first room it smelled of smoke. We called and complained and were moved to a different room that did not smell, however, the bathtub filled all the way woth water and we were unable to shower as it wouldnt drain. The outlet in the bathroom didnt work. The toilet seat was broken and we had to unclog the bathroom sink with a plastic fork.

The room was great. Exactly what was needed for a quick night away so that I could properly study for an important licensing exam. Bed was perfectly comfortable. The heating system was immaculate and I liked the fact that it didn’t make me feel dried out. Bathroom was very clean.

Breakfast was a minimal as they could put out so they could say that breakfast was included. That shouldn't be allowed. Two very small double beds that were really too small for two people but my wife wouldn't sleep in the other one because she was scared. Do not recommend.

The room overall was good for the price and was fine for a nights stay. It was comfortable and clean. We might have had bad luck with the room though. The TV didn't change from the channel it turned on to. The front office person tried everything they could think of to get it to work, so I would consider the service to be good even though it was not able to be fixed and we were stuck watching college football (not even our teams). However, the toilet ran all night, there looked to be mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, and the bathroom fan didn't work. The walls were pretty thin as well. We could hear the people above us walking around, the people in the hallway, and the people next door talking.

Matress and pillows were quite poor. Fridge made a weird noise we had to unplug it. Room was clean.

What a dump!! The lobby, checkin area was unsanitary. When another guest checked in and wet to his room, he found it had not been cleaned from the last guest. There is no elevator in a three floor hotel. What if an elderly person had checked in? The only staff member to speak English was the guy at the front desk.

Staff wasn't at the front desk anytime we went there and there was just a sign up saying they'd be back.

Definitely just a motel ish for a few hours at best to be near airport. We got 2 room since we were five. Check in was quick and basic. First time all I’ve had to give all ids for guests but this ain’t no westin. It’s really dated. I had amenities but the rooms body wash and shampoos were empty. The walls are paper thin. I can tolerate hearing through the walls we were here for 5 hours between flights. Low prices attract all types. The kicker, on our floor, there were 2 rooms across from each other with the doors open at 11 pm till 1sh with kids and adults talking and running from room to room. That was unbearable. In a hotel like this, nothing to do… basically paid to take a mediocre shower… yes it was cheap but I still can’t believe I paid for that.

I did not expect a hotel near the airport that was affordable to be so quiet, clean and accommodating. We asked to change rooms and were easily switched. The room was clean and comfortable. I was surprised that the Mexican food restaurant within walking distance of the hotel was very good too. This coming from someone who lives near Mexico. I would highly recommend this place. It felt safe to stay at as a mother traveling with children.

This place has improved a lot since the last time I stayed. New paint, clean rooms, great incense aromas. Room air was stale. Sun pounds in window all day. Price probably at bit high for the value, otherwise pleasant easy stat.

Non smoking property but it reeked like you were in an old bar that’s been open 100 years and is full of smoke… I got sick due to the strong smell of cigarettes…

The pillows were soft like I am used to. The bed was comfortable. The air unit needed to be cleaned along with the filter. It was cool in the room, but if the air unit was cleaned it might have worked better. There is no pool, but that was not a requirement for our stay. We just needed to be close to the airport for early flight, which it was. We did NOT hear noise from outside the room, either through the window or hallway. And when we turned out the light it was DARK. No light seeping in throught the curtains, these both were a huge plus.

Hotel is clean and modern, comfortable, no issues with asking for extra towels, room was clean and modern, breakfast was basic but free - coffee, juice, yogurt, muffins, banana, cereal, all good. Walking distance to an amazingly great Mexican restaurant right in the same parking lot. Comfy stay, would stay again without a second thought.

Pluses were the price and location was convenient and not too far from SPAC; we saw three Phish shows. The worse thing was that I paid for a 3pm checkout on Sunday and some idiot comes around banging on every door and waking us up at 11am to get out. He banged and banged and woke everyone up (incompetent) and while the manager apologized for that later and blamed new and untrained, that doesn't help me at all; does it? I needed the sleep and paid for 4 extra hours (3 to sleep) and they stole that from me. The final insult was that I asked the mgr for a final statement and he wouldn't give me one until he examined the room. 1st time ever, boo!

Listing stated that there was free breakfast. They apparently do not serve breakfast, and when I asked, I was just offered packaged cinnamon buns and yogurt cups. It was an otherwise fairly clean and acceptable cheap chain hotel experience.

This property is dated, not well maintained. Room 112 has a damaged door that does not close completely around the whole soor frame. When asking for a resolution management was not helpful until a complaint was filed with Wyndam. Rooms are not worth the charge.

Worst experience ever!!! Avoid this place! It’s a scam. Workers lie after they make promises. My experience is too bad to even talk about. The manager Jay sucks! The room I had was filthy. They didn’t even take the time to clean the room… Extended my stay with one worker then on the day when my first stay ended, I was told that it’s a higher rate after been told I would keep the same rate. Diabolical

Over all our experience is very good as a family of 5 with children, only that I have sensitivity with odour, not sure if it was the perfume or cleaning solution they used but not so ok with the smell of the premises especially the bathroom.

Quick and easy check-in and checkout. My flight wasn’t getting in until 1am and they were very flexible with check-in time. Very clean room.

Decent stay and an affordable option given that we were staying in the area for 10 days. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was pretty basic. In the beginning of the trip the cleaning staff made sure our room was cleaned and that we had fresh towels. However, toward the end of the trip even after hanging the cleaning needed sign, speaking to the cleaners and the front desk we had to ask for fresh towels. My husband should have been given a tip for taking out the trash. If he hadn’t there would have been quite the trash pile after checkout. Overall, the experience was ok.

We have Stayed at this hotel Several times in the past. But the Last 2 times I have noticed the Rooms have not been the Cleanest. This time there was stuff on the bathroom wall and the Floor felt sticky.

Charges me a $3 processing free for booking threw Travelocity asked for cash not happy with the staff it’s an older hotel with no elevator and I have a hard time walking they put me on the top floor all floors require stairs up or down. Will not stay again

Short term stay it was adequate

This property was very limited. The breakfast was consistent of package muffins and honey buns. Also, there were no USB ports in the room for charging phones. It didn’t have an iron or ironing board in the room. The staff wasn’t very welcoming as well. Would never stay there again.

My only complaint is the allowing of weed being smoked in the hotel. And how they allow smoking in some of the rooms

The room was freezing in the middle of winter . The heater was off and took forever for our room to warm up.

I had a spontaneous trip to the Albany area and was able to find this hotel a few hours before departure. The reviews were mixed but I found it quite comfortable. Easy to access, convenient to shopping and dining ~ good value!

We go up there a couple of times a year for swim meets. I had read the reviews and was skeptical at first. When we arrived we were greeted with politeness. We were placed on the first floor non smoking room. The room was really clean! It was comfortable. More importantly, it was quiet! There were no hints or smells of cigarettes/marijuana down our way. Breakfast was simple for us and nicely put together; cereal, yogurt, muffins, pastries, coffee/tea, apple juice, milk and orange juice. It was safe and secure. Large tv and comfortable ac/heat unit. It’s walking distance to a small outlet of stores; Target, Starbucks, CVS Pharmacy and an amazing authentic Mexican restaurant across the parking lot. What a gem! Ignore all of the negative reviews. Excellent stay! I will be booking again!

The hotel was clean but needs to be renovated. The entire hotel smell like marijuana even if you have a non smoking room. Not good if you have allergies. The breakfast was very basic, only a few pasties and drinks. You cannot even make toast.

One night stay on family business. The rooms are newly renovated. The convenience to our destination and price were the deciding factors. Also there is a brand New Mexican restaurant next door that was wonderful. Don Juan’s. Don’t skip it.

Not as clean as other reviews suggest. Bedding is adequate but shows its age. Television has too few channels that are not sports shows. Good price but next time will spend a bit more for better accommodations.

Apparently smoking rooms are still a thing, and they’re all they had left. Had I known, I would’ve specifically booked a non-smoking room. They tried to spray the room and open the windows, but I still left there smelling like an ashtray.

There were a couple of incidents early on. First they sent us to a room that had not been cleaned at all. Then once we settled in a new room, someone else tried to come in because they’d been given a key. Then we had to get someone to come figure out the TV because it was not connected to the cable and would play nothing. Other than that, we had no issues besides the smell of pot. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area around the motel is nice and convenient to shopping & dining.

Went on a last minute getaway to do some shopping. If you’re looking for something cheap and a place to sleep for the night this is your place. Bed was comfy but a little small for two people, we slept just fine though! It says there’s waffles and all sorts of breakfast items but you’re limited to about two options of cereal but there’s plenty of dining options around so it was no concern for us really. Staff was friendly at check in and check out. We were surprised by the $100 refundable card hold after checking in but as soon as we checked out the $100 hold was gone and back in the account, so no issue just surprised if you’re on a budget. Overall would stay here again, nothing fancy but good place to start and end your day!
