We enjoyed our stay at Haus Hanika! The river view was really beautiful and one of the highlights of our trip. Perfect place to relax and unwind while visiting Leavenworth.

Our stay was amazing and the owners were so welcoming and kind! The room was immaculate and the hottub was very well taken care of. We will definitely be booking here again!

The property is immaculate, and they’ve truly thought of everything. Sitting peacefully by the river was such a highlight. The hosts were amazing—definitely five stars all the way! Our room was right on the river with several options for sitting outside to enjoy the view. The breakfast they had in the room was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The fireplace was lovely. The bed was very comfy. The location just outside of the main town of Leavenworth (1 mile away) was perfect and we never had to contend with crowds or traffic. And Ted & Sandy (the owners) were attentive and gracious hosts to us - very hospitable! We enjoyed everything

We had such a peaceful and relaxing stay for our anniversary. Everything was so clean and comfortable! It was truly memorable. We absolutely loved our stay at Haus Hanika!

It is a nice place with a beautiful view of the river. My wife and I spent most of the day relaxing and watching tuber's float by and a family of ducks swimming around most of the afternoon. Plus the owners are very nice and helpful especially if you are not familiar with the area; supplying recommendations for places to visit and eat.

The property was beautifully located on the Wenatchee river, just outside of town. Quiet, peaceful everything we needed for a quick getaway. The hosts were amazing and went above and beyond to make the stay perfect.

The suite was very well decorated and had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable and the hot tub was super clean, and easy to use! It snowed about a foot while we were there, but they have heated mats, heated driveway and everything you need to enjoy the snow with safety and comfort. This is a beautiful place with a gorgeous view and incredibly nice owners, who think of everything before you do. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I had a lovely time staying in the chalet. The hosts have thought every detail, including supplies to make your own breakfast in the morning on your own time schedule. The 2 person outdoor hot tub is wonderful. We will definately be back!

Quiet neighbors with beautiful landscaping. The room was clean and well maintained. Loved the view and opportunity for seeing local wildlife. Convenient location close to town with river access. I liked the make my own breakfast option with fresh fruit and pastries. The waffle maker with Belgian mix was a nice touch. Stairs from parking space are a bit of a climb but owners offer assistance if needed. Nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. Open patio and lawn with clear views of river and night sky. Enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this property.

Amazing view! Splurge for the hot tub… went for our anniversary and had a great time! In room amenities meant we didn’t have to leave if we didn’t want to… and who doesn’t like waffles?! Great place to stay!!

The mountain and river location was far prettier than expected since there was no effusive description of it. (Usually places are less attractive than described, not more attractive.) The Black Bear room was extremely attractive and comfortable, absolutely no complaints. Separate entrance, too. Deer walked along the path right outside my glass door. Warning: Breakfast ingredients are provided but you cook/serve it yourself, or go elsewhere when hungry. Hosts were delightful and helpful, easy to communicate with for advance arrangements. Many thumbs up!

The view was excellent, second to none. The room was thoughtfully appointed. I was under the impression that breakfast was to be served to the room as opposed to in the room already for you to cook yourselves. I think this detail should be clarified at time of booking as one might think of a BNB Bavarian style being brought to your door at a specific time as we did. That being said, I did utilize the ingredients provided and they were good. I was also a bit surprised to see the owners watering the flowers outside our patio prior to checkout. I understand the need to maintain the beautiful grounds at certain times, but I had just showered and was not expecting anyone in back of our unit while we were still inhabiting it. It made me uncomfortable as I could have still been dressing.

A little slice of PNW paradise! Ted and Sandy are great hosts and my partner and I slept so well at night. Haus Hanika is so cozy and has everything you need for a few nights in Leavenworth. The self serve in-room-breakfast is a really nice touch.

Beautiful property, we loved our stay !

These rooms are nestled perfectly within nature. We even woke one morning to a beautiful buck grazing just outside our door. And with a window open, you can fall asleep to the sounds of the river. No sound app needed.

Amazing bed and breakfast perfect for a weekend getaway. The amenities were amazing and the location was perfect. We loved the view of the river and being able to relax in the morning and evenings. Excellent service and stay.

Absolutely enjoyed this place! Sandy and Ted made checking-in an absolute breeze even if you’re gonna be late! Gorgeous place right by the river! I booked the Alpine suite which includes a Hot tub!! It was amazing and had great privacy!! It’s adults only! Highly recommend this suite if you want to get away, relax, and hit the hot tub! And the room has an awesome fireplace as well! A little pricy, but well worth it!! Note worthy, it is also a “bed and breakfast” best part is they provide you with your food in your room! Oj, milk, muffins, asst. fruit, and a waffle maker! You get All amenities!! The wife and I loved it!! Anywho!! If you can book this place, do so!! We recommend the Alpine suite since it’s the only one with a hot tub!!

Ted and Sandy were very welcoming they had breakfast and jacuzzi prepared for us once we arrived. They were very friendly and even welcomed us to their warm home. I would definitely come back and let me friends know about this place.

I cant say enough good things about the hosts. we booked early because we knew it was a busy time of year (Oktoberfest). At the last minute we had a change in our plans, and instead of canceling us, they bent over backwards to make it work for us. We are so VERY grateful, because the place is absolutely stunning, and evrything and MORE than we could have asked for!

Excellent place to get away from craziness of Leavenworth. Quiet and peaceful. Room was a little tight for me and couldn’t quite figure out the AC in middle of night- but other than that- great stay-

Loved our stay at this B&B, the hosts were welcoming and helpful. It is located about 5 min from town which I really liked because it brought you away from the crowds for a while. Clean, very well maintained, and the breakfast provided in the morning was a nice surprise.

This was the second time my wife and I have stayed at Haus Hanika. It’s definitely one of our favorite places to stay in Washington. Sandy and Ted are excellent hosts. They are so friendly and accommodating, it makes our trip so relaxing and that much more enjoyable. My wife and I go for a relaxing time and to take in the gorgeous views that the room provides and it never disappoints. The rooms are extremely clean and have plenty of charm. We always recommend to our friends to stay here when they are traveling to Leavenworth.

My wife had never been to Leavenworth before so I wanted to make it special. I found the Haus Hanika and picked it out right away. We met the owners Ted and Sandy and were treated with royalty. The room was perfect with an amazing view of the Wenatchee River. I fixed my wife waffles and we enjoyed gorgeous view. We met with Ted and Sandy at our departure and they showed us the other rooms that are available. We picked out the suite and will be staying there again for an extra couple of days. Thank you again Ted and Sandy for a great stay and loving memories.

We loved the location and comfort of our room. The view of the river was breathtaking and it was a very short drive to the iconic shops and restaurants. Our was room was clean, cozy and fully stocked with plenty of fruit, coffee, juice, muffins and breakfast if you chose to make it yourself. Our hosts were welcoming and genuinely interested in making your visit enjoyable.

This was such a beautiful place to stay and the Chalet was adorable and it was such a treat to be in the cozy spa watching the rain! We had such an amazing time and everyone who saw the pictures were VERY jealous!

Beautiful river view & very comfy bed!

I highly recommend this establishment. My only concern and disappointnent was learning they did not offer breakfast with the stay. The room was a kitchenette with plentiful fixings for self-serve breakfast with coffee, oj, muffins etc...we are just accustomed to being served at a B&B...this by no means would keep us from coming back as the setting was perfect and the proprietors were very welcoming. Next time we'll know what to expect...we especially enjoyed the Bear theme throughout our living quarters along with the river view! Overall...perfect weekend! Thank you!

The property is absolutely beautiful and nestled right along the river. Picturesque sunrises on the back porch. Quiet but close to town (approximately 1 mile), easily walkable. Highly recommend if planning a trip to Leavenworth.

The Icicle creek boat launch is located about 1.3mi away, where you can park there all day for free. From there the Leavenworth Outdoor Center offers a 4mile scenic inner-tubing/rafting/etc. and then shuttle you back to the parking lot. This is one of our favorite activities and is great since we can avoid the struggle of parking in downtown. Overall, the hosts/owners here work very hard to make your stay exceptional, and you can tell that their hard work comes naturally to them and they love what they do! Definitely a 5/5 star place and we will be looking to book here during our future Leavenworth stays! Thanks again!

A unique and amazing experience in the heart of Washington. The photos don’t do this place justice. You will feel like you are in heaven.

Beautiful room right on the river. Very peaceful and quiet. Ted and Sandy are wonderful hosts. Enjoyed our stay very much. We will always stay with them when in Leavenworth. Just enough out of town where you are close but out far enough where you have total privacy and a peaceful setting. Breakfast in our room was perfect.

Birthday couple getaway in Chalet and it was perfect. Very nice and welcoming staff, yummy food provided in the room, and comfy everything! I don’t see how anyone could not have an enjoyable time here, especially if you come to relax. Downtown Leavenworth is super close too and easy access to the river via path on the property

My boyfriend and I very much enjoyed our stay here. We came into town to hike Colchuck Lake for my boyfriend’s 40th birthday and were met with such pleasure by the hosts/owners. They were extremely accommodating and friendly. Their property is beautiful and well maintained.
