Overall, this hotel was much nicer than expected for a "Garden Inn." The room was nice and good size. The staff was very friendly as well. I had bad experience at breakfast. I walked up to the only waitress and asked to see a menu. I don't know if I upset her or what happened. She said that she did not know how long the made to order breakfast would take and recommended I instead go with the buffet, which I obliged. After that, she never provided any service to me after that. I had to walk up and request my utensils, and she never came to my table to provide service (I actually wanted to order a water). I finished my meal and waited around for five minutes, but she had disappeared. I went back to my room and called to the front staff to charge my card for a buffet; I hadn't tipped a waitress in years or longer, but she literally did nothing, so no tip was provided. Otherwise, it was a good experience at this hotel. The beds are somewhat hard, but that is personal opinion.

The Hotel was clean and nice. The day staff especially Kayla was very good, nice and knowledgeable. I had a problem with the first room she put me in and quickly changed me to another. When checking out, the night manager seemed a little too busy when I went to check out. Overall, it was a nice place and the breakfast was very good.

My boyfriend and I stayed their last night for a night get away. This morning around 7:45Am it was storming really bad and I could hear water dripping we checked the window it was fine. We turned on the light and found the ceiling in our room was leaking and the wall was bubbling and water was dripping all over the carpet and down the wall and dripping onto the electrical socket that had the lamp plugged into it. I hope they end up fixing the problem. Otherwise the hotel was nice and clean.

The king bed and pillow was very comfortable and the corner room was quiet. Everything was good except the hotel didn't provide water bottles for free. All other hotels I stayed provided 2 bottles of water daily and I didn't bring my water bottles which made me feel anxious. Small details make a significant difference when trying to create a positive impression. No shower gel, hand soap was on the shower wall next to shampoo & conditioner which doesn't make sense.

Kayla is the absolute best! I felt like I was at home as she endured my stay was flawless from the quick check in to a friendly face to welcome me in the lobby. The breakfast was amazing and totally worth it. The hot tub is perfect and the pool was lovely. I like that there’s a fridge and microwave. I felt like I was at home and will be returning. Thank you Kayla and Sarah too because you made my stay very memorable and I appreciate your too tier customer service.

Everything was as good as it gets - staff, facilities with everything included.

Breakfast had great variability but the eggs and potatoes were cold. The Fire alarm went off at 12:30 AM. No explanation or all clear was given or compensation offered.

While this was a very nice stay I was surprised that there was not even minimal housekeeping services for our two night stay. I can appreciate that bedding change is done every other day but not even coffee cups or towels were replaced We have stayed in many hotels on our recent road trip and while this was probably the nicest and most expensive stay it did not provide even a complimentary continental breakfast as all the other did

whole building under construction, no front office, poor signage to locate where to enter. the closet they were using as the office was the only place to get ice even though there was a machine on the 6th floor where we stayed. Construction noise both afternoon and morning. i used Expedia to find this place and there was NO MENTION of all of this. this was to be a romantic anniversary staycation. Had i known the above i would have happily chosen an alternative. I have used Expedia for years but am seriously reconsidering.

The hotel was under renovation. The room was great. Couldn't figure out where to go. The main entrance was blocked. I finally found it.

We had a suite and had some grandkids stay with us. The room layout was perfect for that because we each had are own space The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok.

The first night was perfect, but when we got to the room the beds weren't made, the towels were dirty and we had to go to the lobby to ask for clean ones, and the trash wasn't taken out of the room.

The shower was horrible, no water pressure! It trickled down to the point that it was difficult to rinse off the shampoo! The wood furniture full of fingerprints and it looks old and worn out . I guess wiping the wood is not part of the cleaning in between guests.

Overall, my room was good. The constant loud noise from the room above mine and the hall on my floor was ridiculous. My bed would shake when there would be a loud bang from somewhere else. I also went to use the pool, there were beer cans, dirty towels and trash all over the patio and chairs. There was even trash floating in the pool from cigarette butts, plastic cups and plastic wrappers. There was dirty dishes laying on a couple of the tables from what I’m assuming was breakfast? The hot tub was green and it smelled like a dirty gym. I won’t be staying there again.

Friendly staff, quiet hotel with a comfortable lobby. Pool was clean, as was my room. Hadn't stayed at a hotel in a while that charged for continental breakfast. That was the only thing i didn't like. Full breakfast wasn't much better so i saved some money by going out and having better food.

Our room was apparently an adjoining room and we could hear conversations from the guest in the next room. Also, seem to be an odor on the floor due to those guest. They were attending a class reunion, all engineers. There was also an adult prom going on but the person that checked us in made sure we weren't on the same floor as those attending the prom.

Based on my experience with this Hilton, I won’t be staying at another. People stay at hotels for a variety of reasons primarily rest. In our case we were in town due to a terminally ill relative in hospital. I had booked a hotel room for my relatives on watch at the hospital to take rest breaks and I am so grateful I did not choose this Hilton for that purpose. I was on the third floor of this Hilton; my aunt and uncle were on the second floor. The Hilton chose to book a massive party on December the 6th which involved very loud music right under our rooms. Loud enough that it disturbed me on the 3rd floor. I called the reception, and they had no idea how long it was going to last. I called again and they said they would talk to the party. There was no manager on duty despite the large party. Around 11 at night, I got dressed, packed my bag and checked out to go out and find a different hotel. Bottom line is that the hotel chose to inconvenience one set of core clients to gain more money off different clients. I should also mention that the lobby at 11 at night smelled like microwaved fish a smell that permeated up onto the second and third floors at least. The comfort and well-being of core clients is not the concern of this Hilton. The coffee maker did not work. They did not clean my room. When I asked about that, they said that patrons had to ask to have their room cleaned. But that was not the case with my relatives in the same hotel.

Love the property location central to everything restaurants, shopping, bars, and shopping. Content to support and stadium. Property needs some updating carpet has a slight odor to it.

My wife and her friend were terrorized at night for over 3 hours by someone trying to forcibly enter their room and cursing obscenities at them. Police were called but they attacker was gone when they arrived, coming back immediately after they left. Front desk was unreachable for hours by anyone to provide support and an escort out.

Only one of two elevators was working. There was lipstick on my pillow, which I did not detect until in the morning. The shower was luke warm and we were missing the body was bottle. There was no other soap available. The staff was friendly.

Providing at least water and coffee for the guests since there's no breakfast would be helpful. Also, being located within 15 minutes from DFW, a shuttle service would be an attraction.

The food choices at the restaurant were mediocre. The breakfast choices for gluten free people are only simple scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. Other hotel restaurants offer eggs Benedict, eggs scrambled with chorizo and cheese, etc. I ordered a steak medium, and it was delivered well done. Outside by pool there were smokers. It would be nice if they had a different location to smoke and not bother people using the pool.They were completely out of their ice creams. Having some healthy alternatives for the frozen foods is really appreciated. Gluten free choices appreciated.

I loved my stay. The reception was amazing, and the amenities were well provided, too. I just didn’t like how room service opened the door without waiting for someone to answer it for them. They just knocked and didn’t wait as I was walking to open the door; they just opened it with their keys. That was a shock to me. But other than that, it was an amazing stay.

The pool area was inadequately lit at night which was a huge safety concern when there were tons of kids swimming in the pool. Also, some of the plastic lid plates to the pool were missing retention screws and could easily result in an injury if someone stepped on one and it slipped out of place.

We arrived at 3pm to find that our room wasn’t ready. Jordan at the front desk was extremely rude when I asked for an estimated time that it would be ready. We had a seat in the main lobby, which was dirty ! Breakfast food was all over the sitting area! We watch Jordan check in multiple people and give them their room keys . After an hour of her ignoring us I went back to the front desk and ask if our room was ready, she started laughing and said I forgot that you were waiting for a room !

I booked two rooms and paid extra for breakfast to be included. We’ll go down for breakfast to learn that it is a hot buffet but not everything is included. If you want an omelet or waffle it is another $11 or so a person. The waffle was an extra $11 and came with choice of bacon or sausage which was part of the hot buffet. So essentially the hotel wants you to pay $11 for a $2 waffle that should be included in the breakfast you already paid extra for. Rip off! Had we known that breakfast wasn’t a full breakfast I would have not paid the extra. Don’t pay extra for the breakfast. Not worth it. Go to CFA instead.

Shower was small and handlebar inside was broken off with rust coming off of it into the tub. AC unit was loud and carpet was filthy.

Many adults openly drinking alcohol at the pool in front of children. The pool was over crowded and we couldn’t use it.

The hotel is great minus the fact this is the second time we stay at the property and the elevator is broken.

Double charged. Paid through hotels.com and then was also charged by hotel. When I called to complain about double charge the night desk lady was one of the rudest condescending people I have ever talked to. I am not sure about the other rooms but don’t stay in room 422, the air conditioning unit sounds like a freight train going on and off all night. Horribly loud. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.
