I was very satisfied. Clean and very comfy room. Staff was very helpful and friendly. There were two tournaments in town so they were busy but in spite I felt seen and taken care of. Also, it was convenient to shops , restaurants, and Costco , but I didn’t feel like I was anywhere busy or noisy!

The weekend staff were clueless, unknowlegeable, and lacked the willingness to assist customers with issues. I had pre-paid and they attempted to charge me again saying they got new systems which didn’t show my payment. However, I had my receipt.

I recommend for a low-key hotel, with great service, hot standard breakfast, and clean rooms. My family and I rented a car, and decided to stay here due to proximity to DFW airport & because it was in the middle of the many cities (Plano, Frisco, Downtown Dallas, Fort Worth, etc). We also needed a room with a sofa/trundle bed, and most hotels all around Dallas did not offer this at a reasonable price. Staff always said hello and goodbye with a smile, and the breakfast bar had great options, offering so many oatmeal toppings that aren’t usually offered and delicious muffins. Loved how drip coffee was available in the lobby 24/7! The only downside was there was only one working elevator; the other was broken and did not have to wait too long, but hopefully it’ll be fixed soon! If you prioritize being central to downtown Dallas or having a hotel with more amenities and extra bells & whistles, may not be the hotel for you. Overall, I personally would stay here again for a quick trip to the area!!!

Hotel is renovated and in great shape. Breakfast was decent and several choices. The only inconvenience was that their spectrum cable was not working so not TV besides streaming options. Overall was good for 1 night stay

Clean room

Front desk was great, especially the man up front checking people in during the pm session. I don't remember his name, but he was very personable and attended to our very needs. He also, remembers the guest, which is excepationally great. HE NEEDS A BONUS!!!!!!!

Perfection

No lights in room until evening. Large family reunion with children happening in the lobby right in front of the front desk and obstructing easy access to the one elevator that was working. Larry at front desk was helpful with the light situation. Wished the bartender would have stayed at the bar to serve the customers.

Staff was pleasant and the hotel grounds, lobby and room was clean. I really liked that the trundle bed could be moved anywhere in the room because the room is HUGE

The hotel was busy, with many people checking in and out. But our check-in process was seamless. The breakfast selection was good. We did not have our room cleaned (we stayed for 2 nights), but when I asked for one clean towel, the cleaning person said they don't have any more. And she did not even bother to tell me that she would provide one later. So that was a bit of a disappointment! Unheard of from a Marriott chain hotel. The other thing is the elevator. I don't know what it is, but it doesn't matter what time of the day, the elevator takes forever to get to your floor (going to the lobby or taking it from the lobby). You always have to wait a long time for it. The stay was good, and the hotel was clean. I'm only giving it 4 stars because of those two things.

We really like the daybed with the trundle bed. We like the stand up shower. We didn't like that the door to the toilet room was right in front of one of the beds. Overall, the room was clean. The breakfast was very good. The guy checking us in on Saturday night was very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

We had no running water for a day. We also had our bathroom door locked for over 12 hours and no one came to open it until we called the next morning.

Clean rooms, but the staff is what gets this 5 Star rating. They were incredible, from top to bottom.

There was an employee named Relick at the front desk who was incredibly kind and helpful. The room condition was great, the price was good, and it was the best hotel I've ever stayed at.

amazing stay! front desk both am,pm, and evening were fantastic. staff was very attentive, younger gentleman in the evening was amazing to chat with and he even hyped up my New Year’s Eve outfit! when I came back, I needed a bandaid and the front desk worker helped me out. breakfast was amazing and had lots of options. checking out was quick and easy. this is my second stay and forever my go to hotel in the area!

While I was in my room asleep a couple walked in with a front desk worker who stood there and asked me my name. When I got dressed and went downstairs and expressed my displeasure in the absolute unprofessional situation, the front desk called the cops. The cops favored my side and after working 12 hours, no sleep and working another 12 .. I went to my room and slept and then got out of there and won’t return.

We always stay at Springhill Suites when we are in the DFW area. It is clean, service is great and the breakfast is always satisfying. It is a consistently nice hotel for a great price.

Elevator has been down for some time but other than that, the facility was clean and well kept

I loved everything—the room, the very attentive staff, the peaceful and family-friendly atmosphere of the hotel. And the breakfast was amazing; everything was delicious, and they were always making sure to refill anything that ran out. We had an issue with the room’s air conditioning, but they changed our room as soon as we mentioned it at the front desk. Honestly, we were very satisfied with the service. I especially want to thank Diamond, who helped us right away after we told her about the air conditioning problem.

Water should be provided as its basic need. Apart from this, the experience is good.

We love the Springhill suites. They are spacious for our family of five. The only inconvenience we had with this particular property was there was only one elevator in-service during our stay which made for long lines at the elevator. If you wanna climb stairs that would have been good option. Hopefully it’s just a short time out of service. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property itself was very beautiful and accommodating. The experience was awful due to my son's truck being stolen from the property. There were no cameras and the hotel is not responsible. Stay at your own risk. I will never stay again.

It was great! Everyone was so nice and welcoming, the cleaning staff was so respectful and loved our kiddos, and the free breakfast was great and constantly being restocked. I highly recommend!

The Springhill suites was very nice. I have to compliment the front desk staff who were very nice to work with. The only problem was that only one elevator was working and it was slow.

The first room we were in was a king size room and very nice, however there were ants everywhere. The staff was very considerate and upgraded us to another room. Unfortunately, the ants had gotten into our suitcases and clothes by this time. The new room was nice as well but noticed that much of the decorative panel strips were coming unglued. The door to the bathroom with the tub did not want to open once I was in there. My husband had to force it open. It had come off of the track. At one point in our stay, we did not have water. We were not notified that the water would be off and that was a bit inconvenient as my husband was just getting into the shower. The breakfast was good, and the coffee was great.

1. No hot water in the bathtub. 2. The air conditioning and heater machine cover are broken, so the noise is so loud every time it operates that I can't sleep. 3. I made a reservation because breakfast was included when I booked a hotel, but the hotel said it was Christmas and there was no service.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We returned because it was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located, and the staff were very friendly and courteous. All that was also true this second time. The only glitch was that the fridge in the room froze everything and wasn’t any better after the service tech came up to check on it. Similarly, we couldn’t get the room temperature to stay at a comfortable range, and the settings were not intuitive. Hopefully this was just a bad room to get, and the next time will be more like the first!

Stay was great, clean, fairly good breakfast for a hotel, however when we bath towels after 11pm they couldn’t provide and we’ve had to wait til 9am to get them.

Rooms were very spacious but room needed a real clean, especially carpet, sides of night stand. Water pressure in sinks not very good and pillows were flat. No plain creamer for coffee Saturday morning, worker said they were out. Customer service was good and overall hotel was nice.

It is convenient location just 10 minutes away from DFW. The room is spacious and clean. I stayed here 3 nights and very happy with the amenities and services here… will come back.

I stood here with my wife and 2 kids for one night. Check in was a breeze and everything went smoothly. Room was clean and staff were attentive and kind. Breakfast was also good and very convenient.

Whenever you request for late checkout the maids continue to knock on the door, even entered as they ignored the request. The front desk even called checking to see if I was still in the room, obviously if I requested a late checkout and had the sign do not disturb on the door..they should have respected my request. This is not the first time I've experienced this at this hotel.

This is a very nice and well maintained property. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They made our stay extremely pleasant. We were able to get early check in as we arrived earlier than expected. The rooms are very comfortable and clean.

Very comfortable rooms and facility. U restaffed at night, but the one person that was there was taking care of things well. We had to switch rooms since a door didn't work. The elevators are kind of slow and there are only two, one of which wasn't working. Hot breakfast was limited to eggs and bacon and waffles, with the other standard continental fare.

Pool is too small

No housekeeping during the stay (we stayed only two nights so maybe that’s why). We checked in late due to rental car issue but we still had to wait for the room

My son and I had a solid stay. Only slight problem was the shower never dried out, but that wasn’t a huge issue. Overall, really enjoyed our stay, and we will be staying here again when we come back to Dallas

Great for a quick business trip

Seems to be old and in need of some updating. AC unit runs loudly all the time never hits a temp to turn off. Bathroom was dirty from the previous guest.

The bartender who was named Beth was absolutely fabulous! Her drinks were very creative. She obviously enjoyed her job. She went above and beyond to assist her customers!

Super sketchy hotel. We were given a room and couldn’t get in. But when we did there are already people staying in our room. Bunch of druggies in the area. Horrible management. Couldn’t even get me a refund. Now their phone is disconnected so I can’t contact for a refund. Was told to call back so the manager Brandon can do the refund. Still no contact and refund made after a week

From start to finish the stay was nearly perfect. Bed was comfortable even for my Army vet wife who likes harder beds. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom was good but shower was too close to the counter for us larger individuals to get in and out of. Air in room was wonderful. Breakfast wasn't that great but wasn't the worst. They seem to have a lot of school tournament people stay so they ran out quickly and couldn't keep up with the food needed. I could only hear other rooms while in the hallway not in the room. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Served it's purpose for the 2 nights I was there. Room smelled a bit musty upon check-in, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.
